In Domestic, the beginning of CM system was at December 1996 by 'Construction Industry fundamental law'. Today the needs of CM is more and more during 10 years. Although the time of CM's induction and high-quality human resources are insufficiency, various studies and developments's level through theoritical base and academic level is good which are compared by developed countries's. But still now the effort of CM product measure part, especially public sector is not enough. Besides, the existing check-list is for project owner so it needs to make up for balanced view as organized 4way-view of owner, CMr, designer, constructor. On this study, produce the list of check-list and then weight of each list by view of owner, CMr, designer, constructor. The completec check-list will be useful for CM product measure objectively .

In this study, a hazard list is developed for accidents/incidents of Korean railway through identification of the risk sources. The risk sources are classified by the progress of the accidents/incidents, which consists of cause, triggering event, and failure of the safety system. The hazard list of railway accidents/incidents of Korea is then developed through extensive review of both domestic and foreign data for railway accidents/incidents risk sources. The list is refined for each of six subsystems of the railway system, which includes safety management system, operation management, human error and qualification management, installations and equipments, external hazard, and railway level crossing.

기 구축된 Public Key Infrastructure(이하 PKI) 에서 발급된 디지털인증서를 외부 네트워크와 단절된 인트라넷 환경에서 사용하기 외부 네트워크에 지정된 인증서 검증 서버에 접속할 수가 없기 때문에 인증서 유효성 검증의 문제를 발생시켜 사용이 불가능하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 인트라넷 환경을 위한 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템을 제안한다. 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템은 기존의 PKI 에서 인증서 검증을 위해서 사용하는 Certificate Revocation List (이하 CRL)를 대체하는 Certificate Valid List (이하 CVL)를 사용하여 외부 네트워크와 접속이 단절된 인트라넷 환경에서도 기 구축된 PKI 에서 발급된 디지털 인증서의 유효성을 검증할 수 있다. 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템은 CVL 의 생성을 위한 Certificate Valid List Manager (이하 CVLM)와 주기적인 CVL 발급 및 게시를 위한 Certificate Valid List Issuer (이하 CVLI), 응용서비스에서 사용하는 User Agent (이하 UA) 를 포함한다.

A intercepting program of Black List Filtering System is widely used for blocking the harmful information in the internet. Hut The Black List Filtering System give rise to reduce the performance of Client PC. In this thesis the author proposes the good way to solve a problem of the Black List Filtering System. Keep to the point that is puting the black List into The Black List Serve on Client/server Environment and building Black List into Client PC in use of revisiting pattern of web-user. The best effect that tried to Solve the problem in the experiment concerning the thesis is presented not only to maintain the performance of Client PC, but also to improve the speed of performance of Client PC.

In the QR Decomposition-based (QRD) decoding class, the system performance is sensitive to the error propagation. Thus, it is critical to correctly decode the previous layers. One apprach to desensitize the error propagation is to propose the optimal decoding order of layers. In this wort we propose a new extended-list Soled QRD-based (SQRD) decoding approach. In the proposed decoding scheme, the solution of the few first layers is extended as the list of promising possible solutions. By doing so, the diversity of the lowest layer is increased. As a result, the system performance is less sensitive to the error propagation than its counterparts. The proposed approach is verified by the computer simulation results.

The best source of information on the conservation status of species at a global scale is the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Until now, 236 vascular plants from Korean peninsula have been evaluated using the IUCN red list categories and criteria. It indicated that five taxa were considered as critically endangered, 20 as endangered and nine as vulnerable species as a threatened status. On the other hand, the rest (189 taxa) were assessed as a least concern, which did not qualify for threatened species categories. Korea Ministry of Environment published a revised version of 57 species list by re-classifying endangered species with idiosyncratic qualitative criteria for two levels (I and II) followed by status reviews in 2011. However, two thirds species proposed by Ministry of Environment do not qualify as threatened. The major difficulties found in applying IUCN Red List criteria at the global scale was a lack of knowledge on the status of species at broader geographic scales and the perceived difficulty the causes. The lack of consistency between two lists constrains the prioritization of species-based conservation work at the national level. Due to a lack of centralized monitoring data for most species, this status is largely qualitatively and so it carries a high level of uncertainty. This is reflected in the high number of species with an unknown population trend. The current list of endangered species of flora and fauna by the Ministry of Environment should be recognized as the national list (local and population extinction), which is different from the IUCN Red list due to the different geographical contexts. Also, it is necessary to improve the quality of evaluation and conservation management system rather than presenting massive number of endangered species list.

In this paper, we propose a system that can analyze appearance interval of casts by detecting and recognizing casts in broadcasting videos. The cast is one of the most important characteristics in broadcasting videos such as drama and sports. In this paper, we propose the ACAV(Automatic Cast-list Analysis in Videos) system that analyzes cast-list automatically in video. The ACAV system consists of FAGIS(FAce reGIStration) which registers detected faces into the face DB and FACOG(FAce reCOGnition) that analyses the cast-list in video sequence using the face DB. We evaluate performance of the ACAV system by comparing with FaceIt, one of the most well-known commercial systems for the cast-list analysis. The ACAV shows face detection and recognition rates of 84.3% and 75.7% that are about 30% and 27.5% higher than those of FaceIt, respectively. The ACAV system can be applied to mass broadcasting videos management system for broadcasters and video management system of PVR(Personal Video Recorder) and mobile phone for the public.

This study investigated the usefulness of the wraparound function that are usually employed in information displays of list types within diverse digital devices. The wraparound function indicates the cursor movement jumping to the last/first item when users move up/down the cursor at the first/last item in a list. This study performed two experiments on different kinds and lengths of lists with or without the wraparound function. The experimental results showed that the usefulness of the wraparound depended on the kinds and lengths of the list. In a long list, the wraparound helped to reduce the number of cursor movements, but made the moving speed of the cursor slow. The reason why the moving speed became slow might be because the participants needed the time to decide cognitively on whether they did the wraparound or not. In a more longer list, the increased time required for the decision making could be complemented by the decreased time owing to the reduced number of cursor movements with the effectiveness of the wraparound, thereby reducing total task completion time. Moreover, the participants admitted that the wraparound became more strongly necessary in the case of more long lists.
