Background: This study aimed to examine the association between educational level and unable to work due to ill-health (UWdIH) among 30- to 79-year-old South Koreans. Methods: A cross-sectional nationwide survey of the 2010-2016 Korea National Health and Nutritional Evaluation Survey was used for analyses. A total of 29,930 participants aged ≥30 and < 80 years, who do not have any disability in their daily life because of health problems, were included. Educational level and reason for nonworking are self-reported with multiple choices. Multivariate logistic regression was used to examine an association between education level and UWdIH by setting those who graduated college as their final education (n = 6,997) as a baseline while controlling for potential confounding factors. Results: In the age-stratified result, the ratio of UWdIH was increased as age increases in 3 educational groups (p < .0001). There was a tendency that low-level educated [International Standard Classification of Education (0-2)] participants showed higher ratio of UWdIH than high-level educated [International Standard Classification of Education (5≤)] participants in both sexes (odds ratio: 2.54, 95% confidence interval: 2.12-3.05). Conclusion: There is a clear link between educational level and UWdIH; the less the educated, the more likely to be UWdIH. Policy priority should be given to plans that can help this vulnerable social group to work and enjoy healthy lives.
Public expenditures on long-term care are a matter of concern for Korea as in many other countries. The expenditure is expected to accelerate and to put pressure on public budgets, adding to that arising from insufficient retirement schemes and other forms of social spending. This study tried to foresee how much health care spending could increase in the future considering demographic and non-demographic factors as the drivers of expenditure. Previous projections of future long-term expenditure were mainly based on a given relation between spending and age structure. However, although demographic factors will surely put upward pressure on long-term care costs, other non-demographic factors, such as labor cost increase and availability of informal care, should be taken into account as well. Also, the possibility of dynamic link between health status and longevity gains needs to be considered. The model in this study is cell-base and consists of three main parts. The first part estimated the numbers of elderly people with different levels of health status by age group, gender, household type. The second part estimated the levels of long-term care services required, by attaching a probability of receiving long-term care services to each cell using from the sample from current year. The third part of the model estimated long-term care expenditure, along the demographic and non-demographic factors' change in various scenarios. Public spending on long-term care could rise from the current level of 0.2~0.3% of GDP to around 0.44~2.30% by 2040.
This paper discussed about business ethics and innovation management performance of IT service firms in Korea. To prove empirically the research hypothesis, the statistical analysis was based on the response from the 92 IT Service firms in Korean. As analysis results, it was found that the business ethics of organizations were the effect factors of the innovation management performance. And the knowledge competency and creativity are confirmed as a mediator between the business ethics and innovation management performance. So this paper suggests that business ethics in organizations are the important factor for enhancement of IT service firm's innovation performance. Specially the mediation effects of knowledge competency and creativity variables were proved empirically for the relation between the business ethics and innovation management performance. So it is desirable that knowledge-based service firms, for example IT service firms, have to strive to upgrade their level of business ethics and to link with their creativity and knowledge competency.
Whether it is crosstalk, harmonics, or in-band operation of wireless technologies, interference between a reference system and a host of offenders is virtually unavoidable. In past contributions, a benchmark has been established and considered for coexistence analysis with a number of technologies including FWA, UMTS, and WiMAX. However, the previously presented model does not take into account the mobility factor of the reference node in addition to a number of interdependent requirements regarding the link direction, channel state, data rate and system factors; hence limiting its applicability for the MBWA (IEEE 802.20) standard. Thus, over diverse modes, in this correspondence we analytically derived the greatest aggregate interference level tolerated for high-fidelity transmission tailored specifically for the MBWA standard. Our results, in the form of benchmark indicators, should be of particular interest to peers analyzing and researching RF coexistence scenarios with this new protocol.

In this paper, due to the congestion the radio spectrum, frequency bands are shared among the satellite communication system. Therefore for satisfactory we have to design and predict with reasonable accuracy the level of interference that might exist among them, Interference among the satellite communication systems depends on many factors such as climate, radio frequency, time percentage of interest, distance and path topography, propagation delay time. This paper suggest design method of Low-Orbit satellite communication and calculates the field-of view of satellite, for the communication era using LEO. In addition, performs performance evaluation on the basis of link margine.
This study evaluated properties and items for selecting on a forest healing village. In order to assign a weight value-between factors, this study was conducted the primary survey first and then the secondary survey for measuring the importance of items. Experts'surveys were conducted on 3 items on level 1, 9 items on level 2, 35 items on level 3 with use of AHP technique. In level 1, the main analysis result was that physical resource properties(0.387) indicated the highest importance. in level 2, healing resources of physical properties(0.402), community participation of human resource properties(0.425), and business competency in part of vision(-.438) showed the highest importance. The analysis result of 35 items on level 3 was that in physical resources properties, securing public land in the village(0.220), possessing recreation space(0.440) and resources available for link with healing(0.413) showed the highest importance. In part of human resources properties, the average age of residents(0.465), commitment to the promotion of the villagers(0.367) and support of local leaders(0.318) showed the highest importance. Adequacy of development plan(0.274), forest work experience-related(0.293), and building profit sharing system(0.282) were also evaluated to have a relatively high importance.

This study drew performance management factors analyzed a causal link between acceptance and satisfaction of performance management to present the method for promoting acceptance on the performance management system that most of the public enterprises, government-affiliated organizations are implementing. To achieve this, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were conducted in parallel through in-depth case studies and surveys. The results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis of the performance management factors with preceding studies shows that performance management indicators, performance management operations and performance management communications. Second, from the causal relationship of performance management factors affecting performance management acceptance reveals that performance management operation has statistical significance. Third, the analysis of the effect of performance management factors on the management satisfaction shows that operation and indicator of the performance management have statistical significance and reflecting the performance indicators to business, adequacy of target level, training, system support and CEO's Leadership have been revealed as important variables to the management satisfaction. Fourth, the result of the analysis on casual connection between acceptance and satisfaction of the performance management shows that improving management acceptance has a direct impact on satisfaction because performance management receptiveness were deemed statistically significant. Fifth, the result of the in-depth case studies on improving performance management acceptance shows that public enterprises have been putting in an effort to design indicators and try to encourage internal member's involvement during the monitoring and evaluation. The quantitative analysis based on survey has turned out that performance management operation and performance management indicators have statistical significance. The qualitative analysis by in-depth analysis shows that public enterprises put a lot of effort to performance management indicators and communication between internal members. As a result, commitment to performance management operation is required to improve the performance management acceptance. In other words, a detailed implementation plan for training, information system support, and CEO's leadership has to be established and ought to be pushed.
The purpose of this study is to classify frequency of advertisement and types of advertisement by items and to analyze a primary factors were factors were reflected in the costumes by a policy of rule under the Japanese rule. Data was MaIl Shin Bo\`s advertisement connected with costumes from 1910 to 1945 years. The results are as follows : 1. The order of the advertisement\`s frequency was footwear, cosmetics, soap[, headgear, western style clothes, precious metals and so on. 2. The type of the advertisement was a format that transmits informs in all items. Cosmetics, hairdye and shampoo applied positive appeals. 3. In the military government, the advertisement\`s frequency connected with costumes was 37.5% and a shoe store was the first order. A shoes and headgear were high level, because of these were essential imports and were allowded as a proper articles for a western style clothes by a civilized policy. In the political periods of civilization, the advertisement\`s frequency connected with costumes was 54%. This result indicates industrial development of this period. Soap was the first order during 1924∼1933 and cosmetics was the first order during 1934∼1940. High level of the advertisement\`s frequency in these imports were reflected by a cultural policy as a link of an appeasement measure In the political periods of a racial liquidation, the advertisement\`s frequency connected with costumes was 8.5% and the advertisement\`s order by items was cosmetics, a shoe store. The reason was that reflected the phases of the times that was serious by a shortage of goods and an reinforcement of wartime\`s attitudes throughout war.

There has been growing social interest recently in the movement rights of people with reduced mobility. However, it simply eliminates the temporary inconvenience of walking of people with reduced mobility because it focuses only on supply of institutional facilities. Therefore, we look forward to improving movement welfare by proposing an optimized path finding algorithm for people with reduced mobility that takes into consideration physical elements affecting their movement, such as slope, steps etc. We selected Walking barrier factor by analyzing previous studies and calculated the relative importance of Walking barrier factors using an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Next, through the fuzzy system, the Walking disturbance level of link, which integrates the weights of Walking barrier factors and the attributes of each link, is derived. Then, Walking path cost that takes into consideration the ‘length’ factors is calculated and an optimized path for people with reduced mobility is searched using Dijkstra’s Algorithm. Nineteen different paths were searched and we confirmed that the derived paths are meaningful in terms of improving the mobility of people with reduced mobility by conducting a field test. We look forward to improving movement welfare by providing a navigation service using the path finding algorithm proposed in this study.
