불완전한 금융계약하에서의 자본투자의 외부성에 관한 연구 (Externality Cost of Capital Investment in Limited Commitment)

  • 본 논문은 불완전한 금융계약하에서 발생하는 자본투자의 외부성에 대하여 연구하였다. 계약이행의 불완전한 경우의 제약된 효율적 자원배분(constrained efficient allocation)의 문제를 풀었고, 완전 위험분담(full risk-sharing)이 가능하지 못한 경제상황에서는 자본투자가 양의 외부성을 갖는 것을 보였다. 경쟁균형에서 자본투자 한 단위의 증가는 경제주체의 파산가치(autarky value)를 증가시켜 경제 내에서 외부성을 발생시키는데, 이러한 외부성은 양의 자본소득과세에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시할 수 있으며, 정부는 이러한 외부성을 내생화시키기 위하여 양의 값의 선형자본세(linear capital tax rate)를 사용할 수 있다.

  • Consumers want to express their original unique personality, and even are willing to endure high expenses in order to do this. One noticeable strategy in the market, used by companies to suit for this consumer sentiment, is that of employing limited edition marketing and limited free gifts. This study investigated the effects of limited free gifts on consumer response. Specifically, the present study examined how the need for uniqueness moderated the effects of limited free gifts on brand commitment and attitudes. The online survey method was used to gather the data and a total of 224 data were used to analyze data. The results of the research were as follows. The findings revealed four dimensions of limited free gifts: scarcity/specialty, not for sale, complementarity, and risk. Complementarity positively affected brand commitment, while all four dimensions of limited free gifts positively influenced brand attitude. In addition, the need for uniqueness was proven to be the strongest variable which positively influenced brand commitment and attitudes. Also, when the need for uniqueness was applied as a moderating variable, depending on the levels of the need for uniqueness, the effects of riskiness on the consumer's response were shown to be different. The findings of this study infer various academic and practical applications.

아웃소싱 기업간 통제와 관계 몰입에 있어서 신뢰 매개 역할에 관한 연구 (The Relationship between Control Mechanism and Commitment in Information Systems Outsourcing : The Mediating effects of Trust)

  • Recently, with increasing interest in the subject of interfirm relationship mechanism, some information systems researchers point out that existing outsourcing theories are limited in explaining the choice of governance mechanisms in interfirm relational exchanges. Recognizing the importance of trust-commitment, this study focuses on the relationship of between control mechanism and commitment. Especially the role of trust as mediator is mainly researched. A mediation model was suggested on the basis of theoretical linkages from prior relevant studies. The research model was empirically tested with 73 IS outsourcing projects. The findings have significant impactions for further research and practice. Findings are as follows: First, outcome control, process control, social control had positive effects on trust and commitment. Second, inter-organizational trust played as a partial mediator on the relationship between control mechanisms and commitment. Based on these findings, the implication and the limitation of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

  • Purpose: Workers are expected to perform their tasks and explore differences through innovation. Despite managerial coaching growing attention, limited studies offer information on the effects of managerial coaching towards psychological safety and job commitment. There is a limited empirical study examining managerial coaching efficacy. However, practitioners and researchers have emphasized managerial coaching contribution on improvement of subordinates outcomes. This study intend to fill the research gap on literature regarding managerial coaching, job commitment and psychological safety. Research design, data and methodology: The present research has conducted the literature content analysis which is widely used by numerous prior studies that was already proved as a flexible and straightforward methodology. Results: Based on the textual approach in the past and current literature, the results indicated that the managerial coaching effects on workers job commitment and psychological safety which include workers performance and job satisfaction. As a result, the workers are ready to engage their jobs and improve their performance. Conclusions: The current research concluded that the managers must strive to facilitate employees to earn clarity on their responsibilities and goals and feel psychologically empowered. A leader intending to implement managerial coaching must understand their abilities and the consequences of their actions.

  • This study has the purpose to examine the effects of hygiene factor(job environment factor) and motivation factor(job motivation factor) of seamen on satisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment. To that end, with the scope of study subjects limited to coastal waters seamen, positive analysis was done through literature study and questionnaire analysis, and focus was given to the prospect of acquiring seamen by change of outside environment. Results of analyzing the factors affecting coastal waters seamen satisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment were as follows. First, the factors that affect satisfaction significantly are personal relationship and willingness to participate. Second, the factor that affects turnover intention significantly is employment stability. Third, the factors that affect organizational commitment significantly are personal relationship and willingness to participate.

  • Purpose: This article focuses on exploring the associations between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Specifically, this study estimates the impacts of Vietnamese employees' job satisfaction on their organizational commitment and turnover intention in FDI enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: The measures are adapted from previous studies to develop a questionnaire with a seven-point Likert scale. The dataset is directly collected from 227 respondents who are employees at FDI enterprises situated in the North of Vietnam. The dataset is analyzed by quantitative approaches using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The results show that while turnover intention is positively correlated with monthly income, it is negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment is positively associated with job satisfaction among employees at FDI enterprises in Vietnam. Conclusions: The findings of this study will serve as useful references for administrators of FDI enterprises and policymakers to promote employees' job satisfaction and retain skilled employees.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, job involvement, and emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment at commercial banks in the Great Malang. This study applied the purposive sampling method to obtain data from 240 out of 600 workers working in four commercial banks, which was then analyzed using the SEM. The results showed that organizational culture, job involvement, emotional intelligence have no significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Organizational culture, emotional intelligence, job involvement, satisfaction significantly affect employee performance through organizational commitment. Organizational culture, job involvement, emotional intelligence significantly affect employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment. By investigating the impact of organizational culture, job engagement, emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance simultaneously in this study, this study expands the existing literature by providing a better understanding of organizational culture, job engagement, and emotional intelligence. Given that articles on organizational culture, job involvement, and emotional intelligence are limited in the HRD literature, the findings of this study may offer reliable information for HRD practice, encourage researchers to explore research related to organizational culture, job involvement, and emotional intelligence.

독립운전 시나리오를 고려한 마이크로그리드의 최적 발전기 기동정지 계획 (Unit Commitment of a Microgrid Considering Islanded Operation Scenarios)

  • Islanded operation of a microgrid can ensure the reliable operation of the system when a large accident occurs in the main grid. However, because the generation capability of a microgrid is typically limited, a microgrid operator should take islanded operation risk into account in scheduling its generation resources. To address this problem, in this paper we have proposed two unit commitment formulations based on the islanding scenario that reflect the expected and worst-case values of the islanded operation risk. An optimal resource scheduling strategy is obtained for the microgrid operator by solving these optimization problem, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is investigated by numerical simulations.

액티브 시니어의 체험 마케팅을 통한 브랜드 가치지각이 태도 형성 및 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 - 몰입 정도에 따른 비교를 중심으로 - (The impact on the value perception of brand by experiential marketing to the attitude formation and behavioral intentions on active seniors - Comparing of the level of commitment -)

  • This study was examined whether the experiential marketing factors proposed by Bernd Schmitt were applicable to the consumer behavior of active seniors. The study was analyzed the influence of SEMs have on value perception of brand and attitude formation as well as the behavioral intentions of active senior consumers and whether this effect differed between the level of commitment. For empirical analysis, frequency analysis, EFA, reliability, CFA, SEM, and multiple-group comparison analysis were performed. The results showed that sense and feel factor did not have a significant influence on the value perception of brand, while think factor had a positive effect on the value perception of brand. Act factor did not affect the value perception of brand; on the other hand, relate factor had a significant effect on the value perception of brand. The result of structural equation modeling also revealed that the value perception of brand had a positive influence on attitude formation and behavioral intentions. The result of multiple-group comparison analysis confirmed that the influence of act factor on value perception of brand differed according to the level of commitment, but the positive influence of act factor on value perception of brand was limited to the high-level of commitment group. As a result of the influence relate factor had on the value perception of brand, differences existed between the two groups, and the low-level of commitment group had a greater influence than the high-level of commitment group. So it will be effective for active senior consumers to form fashion communities and let them participate in to enhance positive consumer behavior toward fashion brands.

패션관여와 인터넷 친숙도에 따라 인터넷 쇼핑몰과의 상호작용성이 재구매 의도에 미치는 인과모형 분석 (The Effects of Interactivity on Consumer's Repurchase Intention in Internet Shopping Mall According to Fashion Involvement and Internet Familiarity)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interactivity on consumer's affective commitment, trust, and repurchase intention according to fashion involvement and internet familiarity. The survey was limited to the respondents over 20 years old males and females living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in internet shopping mall. The questionnaire was collected from February 1, 2012 to February 12, 2012 and 562 useful data were analyzed using Amos 19. The results of this study were as follows: After respondents were divided into four groups including the high fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group, the high fashion involvement/low internet familiarity group, the low fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group, the low fashion involvement/low internet familiarity group, the path model was verified according to each group. All the paths except 'affective commitment ${\rightarrow}$ repurchase intention' were accepted for the high fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group. Comparing the low fashion involvement/low internet familiarity group with the low fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group, contents-people interactivity had more influence on the relationship with internet shopping mall in high internet familiarity group while people-people interactivity had more influence on the relationship with internet shopping mall in low internet familiarity group. Also 'trust' showed stronger effects on repurchase intention than 'affective commitment'.
