The availability of many smartphone applications and ubiquitous Wi-Fi technology has greatly spread the uses of smartphones. Particularly smartphones with the locative media services in tourism are booming because location-based technology such as GPS is well suit with tourism and tourists' needs. Smartphones also overcome the technological limit of traditional information media such as printed book, newspaper, etc. Based on the Niche Theory, the study examines the competitive relationships among information media that are used in tourism including smartphones, traditional paper publications, and computers. The paper also examines the niche of each medium based on the theory and finds which medium is more effective and preferred by people who utilize the services before and during their travel.

Government is supporting development of home networking. But, this new system is much expensive to introduce in the home. And limit for establishment is so many in the home. Therefore, in this paper, Present direction of home automation system that can have high efficiency into low expense, induction of automation system is easied in the home. I will analyze the current status and limit of domestic animation character theme parks as a new trend of Kids industry so that diagnose the future of performing arts specialized animation character theme parks through the examples of foreign ones such as , , , and . Revisiting ratio is the most important factor for the domestic animation character theme parks which are being built in downtown. Close interaction with visitors will be possible through great quality character shows. Top quality shows could make this possible so that visitors could be more familiar with the park and the revisiting ratio must be raised as well as the difference between the theme park and others would be emphasized.

The era of IoT, which figures exchanging data from the internet between things is coming. Recently, former electric power energy policy paradigm, namely Supply side paradigm, is changing, because electric power energy consumption is rapidly increasing. As new paradigm for this limit, convergence of existing electric power grid and ICT(Information and Communication Technology) will accelerate intellectualization of electric power device, its operation system. This change brought opened electric power grid. Consequently, attacks to the national electric power grid are increasing. On this paper, we will analyze security threats of existing IoT, discuss security weakness on electric power industry IoT and suggest needed security requirements, security technology.

In the past, the Image processing system is independently implemented and has a limit in its application to a degree of simple display. The scope of present image processing system is diversely extended in its application owing to the development of image processing IC chips. In this paper, we implement the image processing system operated independently without PC by converting analogue image signals into digital signals. In the proposed image processing system, we extract the motion parameters from analogue image signals and generate the virtual movement to Simulator and operate Simulator by extracting motion parameters.

This becomes the Home Automatic Behavior System which is executed to the automatic to be improved.

The MAC of IEEE 802.11 WLAN to control data transmission uses two control methods called DCF and PCF. The DCF uses BEB backoff algorithm based on CSMA/CA. The BEB backoff algorithm shows excellent performance relatively in situation that competition between stations is less, but its performance is decreases as the competition increases. This paper proposes and analyses mathematically an enhanced backoff algorithm. To reduce the collision probability, the proposed algorithm increases the contention window to maximum after collision and decreases the contention window smoothly after successful transmission. To prove efficiency of proposed algorithm, simulations are conducted and analyzed.

There exists a limit in efficient processing of mixed workloads that database markets requires in recent years since existing database systems utilize a static page storage model. In this paper we propose a dynamic page storage model that can reflect the characteristics of mixed workloads. We also describe how to extract optimized column groups from given mixed workloads and how to construct pages dynamically. Finally, we show in our experiments that the proposed model is more efficient than the existing model in processing given mixed workloads.

Compressed video bitstreams are intended for real-time transmission over communication networks. Because video compression algorithms eliminate the temporal, spatial, and statistical redundancies, the coded video bitstreams are very sensitive to transmission errors. We propose an error resilient video coding technique to limit the effect of error propagation in low bit-rate video coding. The success of error resilient coding techniques relies on how accurately the transmission errors can be detected. To detect the transmission error, we propose a very simple error detection technique based on data hiding Next, we conceal the corrupted MB data using intra MB refresh and motion compensation with the estimated motion vector and compare the simulation results. This method will be useful in video communication in error Prone environment such as WCDMA networks.
