일 복지관 이용 노인의 생활습관 및 우울이 영양상태에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Lifestyle and Depression on the Nutritional Status of Elderly People)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate nutritional status, and the effects of lifestyles and depression on nutritional status of elderly people (NSE). Method: The participants were 280 elders who visited the Y city Senior Welfare Center between August 2006 and October 2006. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that included general characteristics, lifestyle checklist, depression scale, and nutritional risk index. Also, Body Mass Index (BMI) was calculated from height and weight. T-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson coefficients correlation and stepwise multiple regression were used to analyze the data using the SPSS Win 12.0 program. Results: The NSE mean score was mid level at 5.03 BMI was 23.42 which indicates overweight. Depression was the factor that influenced the nutritional risk index most strongly, accounting for 17.3% of the total variance in the NSE. A combination of significance of health, concerns about health, housing, condition of teeth, activity, and smoking pattern accounted for 29.8% of the variance in the NSE. Condition of teeth accounted for only 3.8% of the variance in BMI. Conclusion: It is necessary to be aware that variance in the NSE can be affected by several factors including depression and lifestyle and that depression is strongly related to poorer NSE.

간호대학생의 생활습관, 자기성장 및 행복감 (Lifestyle habits, Self-growth, and Happiness of Nursing University Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 생활습관과 자기성장 및 행복감의 관계를 확인하고 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상은 1개교의 대학생 116명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집은 2023년 5월 20일부터 6월 15일까지 시행하였으며 연구 설계는 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 통계 분석은 SPSS 27.0 버전을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 생활습관과(r=.184, p<.05) 자기성장이(r=.685, p<.001) 행복감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기성장과(β=.626) 건강상태이었으며(β=-.269) 설명력은 53.2%이었다.

  • 由于生产的全球化以及国家之间的文化交流, 东方元素越来越吸引世界的眼球. 在时装界, 一个时装设计师的文化背景往往可以催生新颖的设计理念, 使他卓尔不群. 人们对于东方元素的喜爱, 给传统时装市场带来了巨大的商机, 并且把基于文化的业务拓展到全球时装市场. 然而, 包含韩国传统文化的国际品牌还有待开发. 为了发展有韩国特色的国际品牌, 韩国人首先要在国内服装市场上认同本国文化, 然后才能进军国外市场. 便服非常适合采纳韩国元素, 因为这种衣服有很多用途, 很容易被广泛接受和使用. 而且, 多用途便服和时尚内衣的市场需求越来越大. 尽管便服市场在快速发展, 但是对便服的专门研究尚不多见, 目前在对发展中的现代化传统服装、时尚产品和品牌的研究中, 并不包括对便服的研究. 因此, 本论文调查了韩国的便服市场, 研究了消费者对含有韩国传统时装设计特色的便服的评价. 分析了对于韩国传统时装设计元素有购买意向的先例之间的关系, 并且比较了不同生活群体的消费目标. 产品质量, 零售服务质量, 感受价值以及对拥有韩国传统设计元素的便服的喜好被作为购买意向的先决条件. 同时, 本文设计了一个结构方程模型, 用于探讨它们之间的关系以及它们对购买意图的影响. 产品质量和市场营销中的零售服务质量结合在一起, 成为影响人们对韩国特色便服的偏好和价值感知的因素. 而且, 偏好和价值感知对购买意向的影响可以用同一模型来检验. 通过网上调查系统由女性消费者完成了一共357份的自填式问卷, 并制定了一份调查样本人群的生活方式、对于产品和销售服务的标准、对于韩国特色便服的价值感知、偏好以及购买意向的调查问卷. 此外, 问卷还将调查便服的采购和使用行为, 以便检验韩国便服的市场地位. 并且使用描述性分析, 因素分析, 聚类分析来分析数据, 以及使用AMOS 7.0.来进行方差分析和建立结构方程模型. 对于韩国便服市场地位的调查结果显示, 在我们的样本人群中大多数消费者都购买了便服. 便服在目前被认为是在家里穿的衣服, 是消费者比较而言投入较低的衣服. 在调查中显示, 大多数消费者每年仅仅购买2到3次便服, 花费在10美元以下. 购买便服的消费者们的生活方式共有四类: 传统价值导向的生活方式, 品牌影响的生活方式, 追求休闲的生活方式以及健康导向的生活方式, 这四类共计有12个项目. 基于这些生活方式要素, 便服消费者们又可以分为两类: 安乐派和保守派. 文章估量了对含有韩国传统时尚设计元素的便服的购买行为各组成部分之间的关系, 产品质量和零售服务质量都会影响到购买便服的偏好和价值感知. 这个研究结论证明, 高质量的产品和零售服务会对便服形成积极的优先效应. 价值感知和对便服的偏好会对购买意图产生积极的影响. 这个结果表明, 对便服所含有的韩国传统时尚设计因素的强烈偏好和价值感知能增强购买意图. 在两种不同生活方式的群体(即安乐派和保守派)的模型比较中, 结果显示产品质量和零售服务质量对安乐派群体的偏好和感知价值都有积极影响. 然而, 对保守派来说, 只有零售服务质量对偏好和购买意图有积极的影响. 由于安乐派对购买意图显示出更重大的影响, 包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服品牌应该关注安乐派的这些特征. 然而, 保守派对包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服在偏好和购买意图的关系中显得更强. 因此对包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服品牌来说, 它应该把重点放在如何激发保守群体消费者对便服的积极偏爱上. 这些结果提供了关于韩国便服消费者生活方式的信息, 也对那些计划进入韩国便服市场的时尚品牌, 尤其是那些与现行研究样本相似的, 目标为女性消费者的时尚品牌提供了有用的信息. 这一研究也为便服品牌和那些打算创造含有韩国传统时尚因素的高价值品牌提供了策略和市场洞察力. 考虑到不同生活方式群体的类型和便服或传统时尚商品之间的关系, 品牌设计者和市场策划人员可以运用这一研究成果作为市场定位, 目标设定, 以及市场销售策略的一个参考.

한국 성인 나트륨 과다섭취군의 남녀별 건강관련 식이행태와 생활양식 특성요인 (Health-related Dietary Behaviors and Lifestyle Factors associated with Sodium Hyperingestion in Korean Adults)

  • 이 연구는 한국 성인남녀의 나트륨 과다섭취와 관련된 건강관련 식이행태와 생활양식의 특이점을 알아보기 위해 이루어졌다. 이는 2010년 국민건강영양조사의 30~69세 성인을 대상으로 세계보건기구에서 권장하는 1일 나트륨 섭취량(2,000mg/day)을 기준으로 나트륨 섭취군을 권장섭취군과 과다섭취군으로 구분하고, 남녀별 과다 섭취군과 연관된 인구사회학적 특성 및 식행동, 건강관련 요인들을 비교, 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 로지스틱회귀분석에 의한 나트륨 과다섭취군의 위험요인들로는 인구사회학적 특성에서는 독신이거나 가구원수가 적은 여자 계층에서 식행동과 건강관련 행동에서는 아침, 점심, 저녁식사여부와 영양표시 이용이 관련있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 남자의 경우는 점심, 저녁 등의 식사여부와 주관적 체형인식의 식이행동만이 관련이 있고 여자의 경우에서는 인구사회학적 특성의 가구원수와 아침, 점심, 저녁 식사여부의 식이행동만이 관련있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에서 남녀의 나트륨 과다섭취 행태가 다른 양상을 보이고 있으므로, 이를 기초로 한국 성인의 고혈압 예방을 위한 지속적인 나트륨 저감운동의 전개시, 나트륨 과다섭취 억제를 위한 성별 적정 영양소 섭취기준 및 나트륨 관련 영양표시 이용이 마련되어 효과적인 나트륨 저감 식생활 개선이 되도록 제언한다.

사무직 근로자의 혈청 Vitamin D 수준과 생활습관위험인자와의 연관성 (The Relationship between Serum Vitamin D Levels and Lifestyle Risk Factors in Office Workers)

  • 본 연구는 사무직 근로자를 대상으로 비타민 D 상태와 생활습관위험인자간의 연관성을 조사하고자 하였다. S시의 30세 이상 사무직 근로자 515명(남 336명, 여 179명)을 대상으로 혈청 비타민 D 수준, 비만지표, 체력, 대사성위험인자 및 혈중 지질 그리고 좌식습관을 포함한 생활습관위험인자를 측정하였다. 혈청 비타민 D 수준을 기준으로 결핍(<20 ng/mL), 부족(20-29 ng/mL), 충분(≥30 ng/mL) 집단으로 구분하고, 집단 간 생활습관위험인자를 비교하였다. 분석결과, 비타민 D 수준이 높아질수록 체지방율(p=.030)과 좌식습관(p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하는 선 경향성이 나타났으며, 골격근량(p=.037), 심폐체력(p<.001) 그리고 HDL-C(p=.013)은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하는 선 경향성이 나타났다. 또한 심폐체력이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단보다 비타민 D 부족 또는 결핍에 노출될 상대적 위험도가 남녀 각각 2.144배(95%CI .469-1.808, p=.042), 1.971배(95%CI .305-1.974, p=.045) 정도 높게 나타났으며, 좌식시간이 가장 많은 집단이 가장 적은 집단보다 비타민 D 부족 또는 결핍에 노출될 상대적 위험도는 여성 사무직 근로자 집단에서만 1.262배(95%CI 0.074-1.527 p=.043) 정도 높게 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 사무직 근로자의 낮은 비타민 D 수준은 낮은 심폐체력 및 장시간의 좌식습관과 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사무직 근로자의 건강증진과 충분한 비타민 D 공급을 위해 건강한 생활습관 변화와 근무 환경 개선이 우선적으로 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

로컬푸드 구매 영향 요인 - 로컬푸드와 대형마트 소비자 비교 - (Factors Influencing Local Food Purchasing - Comparison of Local Food Consumer and Hypermarket Consumer -)

  • The purpose of this paper is empirically to identify the factors influencing local food purchase intention. And this study compares to the difference between local food consumer and hypermarket consumer's attitudes toward local food, food lifestyle, and subjective norm. Data were collected from 319 local food consumer and 179 hypermarket consumer to measure the following; attitude toward local food; subjective norm; perceived behavioral control; food lifestyles; demographic information. Results showed that local food consumers are significant differences on attitudes towards health, environment, and local economy. Results also found that subjective norm and perceived behavioral control are significant differences between local food consumer and hypermarket consumers. It means that consumers who express a strong intention to purchase local food seems to link to the food lifestyles. The study suggests that producers and retailers need to develp campaigns explaining how consuming local food supports local businesses and farmers, which will reinforce personal values associated with local consumption.

여대생의 패션 라이프 스타일에 따른 자아개념, 쇼핑성향, 상점애고에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-concept, Shopping Orientation and Store Patronage Behavior of College Women's Fashion Life-style Segments)

  • The purposes of the study were (1) to seg-ment the female college apparel market based on fashion life style and (2) to develop a pro-file of each segment regard to self-concept, shopping orientation and patronage behavior. The data were collected through questionnaire by random sample of 526 female college students. By cluster analysis of lifestyle factors, three groups were identified, (fashion leaders, fashion followers and fashion aversion) Three groups were then compared through multivariate analysis of variance and chi-square statistics on 10 self-concept variables, 6 shopping statistics on 10 self-concept variables, 6 shopping orientation factors and 1 patronage behavior variable. Significant difference were found among the three groups on all these variables which indi-cate that fashion lifestyle can be a useful base for segmenting female apparel market and these groups are unique in terms of self-con-cept, shopping orientation and patronage behavior.

Exploring Factors Influencing Smoking Behaviour in Malaysia

  • Objective: The objective of present study is to investigate the determinants of smoking behaviour among adults in Malaysia. Method: Findings of the Third National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS-3) by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia, were used. The sample consisted of 34,539 observations. A logistic regression model was thus applied to estimate the probability to participate in smoking. Results: Age, income, gender, marital status, ethnicity, employment status, residential area, education, lifestyle and health status were statistically significant in affecting the likelihood of smoking. Specifically, youngsters, low income earners, males, unmarried individuals, Malays, employed individuals, rural residents and primary educated individuals were more likely to smoke. Conclusion: In conclusion, socio-demographic, lifestyle and health factors have significant impacts on smoking participation in Malaysia. Based on these empirical findings, several policy implications are suggested.

일 지역 농업 종사자의 건강증진 생활양식, 농부증 및 영향요인 (A Study on Health Promotion Lifestyle, Farmers' Syndrome and Related Factors of Workers in Agricultural Industry)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify health promotion lifestyle (HPL), farmers' syndrome and related factors of workers in agricultural industry. Methods: A total of 454 agricultural workers were selected through convenient sampling. Data were collected from July 1 to August 10, 2009. Data analysis included frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 17.0. Results: 1. The mean score of HPL was 3.30 and the prevalence of farmers' syndrome was 29.3%. 2. Analysis of farmers' syndrome showed there were statistically significant differences for gender, age, sleeping time, perceived health status, breakfast and exercise. 3. Gender, age, perceived health status, breakfast and exercise were identified as variables influencing the farmers' syndrome. Conclusion: This study suggested that we should develop health promotion programs for workers of agricultural industry considering these results.

Controversial Messages on Cancer

  • A direct connection between certain lifestyle factors and an increased risk of cancer has already been established. Despite well-documented associations, controversial messages on causes of cancer often appear without taking into consideration their impact on the general population. While mainstream coverage of cancer research is clearly welcome, consideration must be given to the risk of transmitting provocative messages with serious negative consequences for cancer research and public health. We must avoid becoming a breeding ground for the misinterpretation of scientific information. Polemical results can stimulate scientific research and progress, but controversial messages encourage confusion and impotence in an increasingly disoriented population. The correct communication of health messages is at least as important as research on risk factors.
