패션기업 재직자를 위한 평생교육으로서의 패션교육 (University lifelong education for the fashion company employees)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the key decision-making variables that lead fashion company employees to participate in the fashion education programs offered by university lifelong education centers. This study also examined the education satisfaction level and preferred education method and evaluated a university lifelong education program by surveying a fashion company employees who completed a fashion education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purposes, obstacles, and evaluation criteria. While questionnaires were used to identify the decision making variables, education satisfaction level, and preferred education method, focus group interviews were used to evaluate the university lifelong education program. The findings showed that the respondents enrolled in the program mostly because of personal motivations and considered the workload and time limitation as participating obstacles. They considered educational content as the most important evaluation criteria for participating in the program and were highly satisfied with the program they completed. This study suggests how university lifelong education centers may structure their fashion education programs to better appeal to the employees of fashion companies.

장애인복지관 평생교육 프로그램 공급 패턴 분석 (Analysis of Supply Patterns of Lifelong Education Programs of the Welfare Centers for People with Disabilities)

  • 이 연구는 장애인복지관 평생교육 프로그램의 운영 현황 및 공급 패턴을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 장애인복지관의 평생교육 기능을 강화하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 전국의 104개 장애인복지관에서 2016년 한 해 동안 공급한 1,496개의 평생교육 프로그램을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 장애인복지관에서 1년간 공급한 평생교육 프로그램은 모두 1,496개로 기관 당 평균 14.4개의 프로그램을 공급한 것으로 나타났으며, 교육주기별로는 월3~4회 운영 프로그램이, 교육기간별로는 7개월 이상 운영 프로그램이, 주요 대상별로는 성인 대상 프로그램이, 운영형태별로는 자체운영 프로그램이 가장 많은 부분을 차지했다. 둘째, 장애인평생교육 프로그램의 6개 대영역별 공급 패턴을 분석한 결과 문화예술교육이 53.5%로 가장 많았고, 이어 인문교양교육 22.3%, 기초문해교육 10.1%, 직업능력향상교육 9.2% 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역별 장애인복지관 평생교육 프로그램의 공급 패턴을 분석한 결과 수도권과 비수도권별, 권역별, 도시화 정도별로 평생교육 프로그램의 공급 패턴에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다.

  • This study is conducted with the aim of redefining the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled. The research method consisted of procedures in parallel with literature analysis and expert meetings. As for the contents of the study, a composition system that recognized the problems and solutions of lifelong education for the developmental disabled based on universities was primarily presented. Through this, it was suggested that universities can form an academic foundation for the establishment of a lifelong education support system for the developmental disabled along with the convergence field. In addition, a structural model related to this was presented along with the aspect that universities could develop a curriculum for lifelong education for the developmental disabled according to the school foundation. Also, a composition system was suggested that universities can develop lifelong education curriculum for people with developmental disabilities to lead the cooperation of local related organizations such as welfare centers for the disabled and lifelong education centers for the developmentally disabled. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that leadership in the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled can contribute to fostering professional manpower qualifications and establishing cooperation with local related organizations in an integrated composition system.

  • 본 연구는 장애인의 교육적 수요로써 거듭 강조되는 평생교육 관점에서 "대학 특수교육과"의 혁신 과제를 모색하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해, 가장 먼저 보편적 기초 기반으로 특수교육과 장애인 평생교육 간 정합성을 살펴보았으며, 이어 조직 기반의 일환으로 교원 전문성 역량 개발, 국가장애인평생교육진흥센터 지원 기반의 "대학 특수교육과" 평생교육원지역 유관기관­지역구 대학 간 통합 협업체계 구축을 제시하였다. 그리고 교육과정 기반으로써 대학 평생교육원 자체 장애인 평생교육과정 구축, 학과 차원 "특수교육과"의 전공 교육과정에 대한 점진적인 재구조화 기반 마련을 제시하였다. 또한, 양성 자격 기반으로 "대학 특수교육과" 협동과정 기반 '장애인 평생교육사(가칭)' 양성을 제시하였다.

Establishment of Chosun University's Lifelone Education Support System for the Individuals with Disabilities: Department-Led Educational Innovation

  • The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

평생교육의 한 분야로 평생직업 교육의 역할 방향 탐색 -2018년 평생 직업교육 훈련 혁신방안 내용을 중심으로 (Exploring the Role of Lifelong Vocational Education as a Field of Lifelong Education -Focusing on the 2018 Lifelong Vocational Education and Training Innovation Plan)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 2018년 평생 직업교육훈련의 혁신방안 내용 분석을 기초로 평생교육의 한 분야로 평생직업교육의 역할 방향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책지향 측면에서 평생직업 교육 방향은 평생교육 측면에서 생애 통합형 평생직업 교육 수행이 가능하다. 둘째, 교육 및 훈련 과정에서 평생 직업교육 측면에서 특정 실무역량 분야에 평생교육이 수행할 수 있다. 셋째, 교육훈련 체계의 경우 평생직업 교육 측면에서 평생교육 이념은 전 생애 걸친 교육 체계를 수립하는 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 프로그램의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 평생교육 기관 형태별로 다양한 프로그램 운영이 가능하다. 다섯째, 교육훈련 시기의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육측면에서 보면 생애 단계별 고른 배분이 가능하다. 여섯째, 산업 영역과의 관계에서 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 보면 산업수요와 연계를 강화할 수 있으며 이와 함께 정부 기관과도 연계 강화가 가능하다. 일곱째, 취약 계층지원의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 보면, 시도 평생교육 기관, 시군구 평생학습관 등에서 무료 교육 및 소외계층 맞춤형 지원이 가능하다.

A Study on Satisfaction with Makeup-kits and Makeup-kit Brand Development -Focused on Lifelong Education Centers of Colleges-

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new makeup-kit brand for education, analyzing customer satisfaction of makeup-kits used in makeup lessons provided by lifelong education centers of colleges. The research method is as follows. In order to understand the current status of the kits used in makeup lessons offered by lifelong education centers of colleges in South Korea, the study conducted a survey from October 10 of 2014 to October 31 via fax, telephone and e-mail targeting these 98 colleges that were open makeup-courses available in October 2014. As for an analysis technique, the study used a frequency analysis. In order to develop a makeup-kit brand, the study investigated these makeup-kits as well and presented a BI draft and a makeup-kit design that the study had created for itself using Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CS4. According to findings of the survey, the students were not satisfied with kits that had too many items, were high in price and had poor case design. In the light of that, the study conducted to develop a low to middle priced makeup-kit ranging from 110,000 KRW and 150,000 KRW with approximately 26 items. In terms of a case design, black was a dominant color which would make the case feel simple and modern. Dimensions of a small size makeup-kit container were 22cm*35cm*37cm with a sponge and rubber pad proposed as product ideas. The study also worked on a BI design.

일본어 평생교육 프로그램 운영 실태 및 개선 방안 - 서울시 소재 종합사회복지관을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Operation Condition and Improvement for Japanese Language Continuing Education - Focused on Social Welfare Centers Located in Seoul -)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose actual operation condition of Japanese lecture based on social welfare organizations located in Seoul to investigate the current status and problems of Japanese language education in terms of lifelong education. According to the result of this study, the remarkable point was that a majority of Japanese lecture courses are highly focused on the elderly and 86% of the welfare organizations are providing free education. Regarding the effect of specialized business for the aged run by social welfare community center, it says, as Korea changing to aging society at the beginning of 21st century, it has put focus on strengthening personal competences of seniors through opportunities for participation in lifelong education, recreational activity programs and culture classes. It means foreign language classes are operating as one of the lifelong education programs for reinforcement of individual capability. Considering this tendency, it is expected that the lifelong education participation rate of the elder in Seoul will be raised. So, systematic improvements will be needed for this. First, it is required to recognize the existence of Educational and Cultural Industry and work hard to make it public so it could be invigorated and utilized by people usefully at the same time. Second, Japanese language training that mostly 55-year-old or more than 60-year-old people receive at the welfare center needs to be systematized for preparations on proper studying environment which provides the older with appropriate education method and content as well. Third, stable and systematic operation should be available through the link with experts in the field of Japanese language education and elderly education. Fourth, education program development is needed, which is able to satisfy one's desires for learning. Hence, targeting Japanese learners at each welfare center, we need to know the estimation of satisfaction degree and consciousness on learning Japanese. Finally, it has not been studied sufficiently regarding the instructors on teaching Japanese language in this paper, but it has been reported that most of social welfare centers, where Japanese language lectures are provided, are run by volunteers who can teach Japanese. Thus, the study on actual condition for Japanese language instructors will be conducted as well later on.

평생교육으로서의 색채교육 프로그램 현황 및 개발 방향 연구 (A study on the current status and development of color education programs as lifelong education)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and contents of color-related education programs as lifelong education and to determine the necessity of color education and directions for future development. The findings of this study, first show that the general welfare center, which is striving to develop abilities and promote welfare, was opened mainly for professional education, rather than hobby-oriented education. Accordingly, pricing was set at a lower level than the three institutions and centers, but without a variety of programs or hobby-oriented courses. Second, as the purpose of the set-up is to be established, the general welfare center should be considered an area for hobbies along with expertise, and various courses should be opened. Although the department store's cultural center focused on programs for cultural and leisure use and promotion, it is necessary to extend the program to attempt to approach it in a short-term process rather than a one-time class. The lifelong education center established as a subsidiary of the university' was opened as an area for of painting such as oil painting and watercolor and drawing which have much in common school should learn and start basic theory and practice, so there was much difference. Third, if it is changed to a developed form of color-oriented education according to the purpose of each center and institution presented in the results of this research, a good response will be possible to further improve the quality of life and develop professionalism and creativity.

성인 발달장애인의 도전적 행동 관련 현황 및 종사자의 인식에 대한 연구: 서울시 발달장애인 평생교육센터를 중심으로 (A Study on the Current Status Associated with Challenging Behaviors of Adults with Developmental Disabilities and the Perception of Workers: Focused on Cases at Lifelong Education Centers for the Developmentally Disabled in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애인 평생교육센터 성인 발달장애인의 도전적 행동 관련 현황 및 이와 관련한 종사자의 인식을 확인하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시 소재 발달장애인 평생교육센터 16개 기관과 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를, 4명의 센터장을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 발달장애인 평생교육센터 종사자의 85.4%가 지난 1년 간 도전적 행동으로 인해 상해를 경험한 적이 있으며, 상해를 경험한 종사자는 소진, 심리적 트라우마, 이직을 고려한 적이 있다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 도전적 행동에 대한 기관의 사전대응은 '개별공간 확보', '도전적 행동 유발요인 사전파악'이 각각 87.5%로 가장 많았으며, 후속대응으로는 81.3%의 기관에서 해당 상황에 대한 사례회의 및 슈퍼비전을 진행한다고 응답하였다. 셋째 도전적 행동 대응과 관련한 제안사항으로, 기관차원의 시스템 구축, 유관기관과의 협력이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.
