Purpose: This study aimed to understand and explore the experiences and meanings of life changes and loneliness caused by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) among older people living in rural areas. Methods: This study adopted an individual interview approach. A total of 33 older adults were interviewed using semi-structured questions between October and December; 2020. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Four main themes and ten sub-themes emerged. One main theme was "the never-ending anxiety of a changed world", the second theme was "disconnecting from the world through social distancing", the third theme was "working to overcome COVID-19", and forth "health is the most important thing in life." Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we confirmed the urgent need for psycho-social support to relieve loneliness and social isolation of older people in rural areas during the spread of infectious diseases.

Stroke is the leading cause of adult disability and the third leading cause of adult death in the world. Stroke has an impact on the physical, psychological and social dimensions of quality of life. An increasing number of authors have reported a deterioration of the quality of life in a large proportion of patients after a stroke. Just as satisfaction with each dimension varies to everyone, the importance of each dimension also varies and does not impact equally on the quality of life. So assessment on the quality of life has to adopt a multidimentional approach and to make use of the subjective and objective indicators.

Purpose: The objective of the study is to describe the experience of health care activities of the menopausal women through phenomenological methodology. Methods: Seven menopausal women participated in the study. Open in-depth interviews were used to collect data, and data were analyzed by the phenomenological methods suggested by Colaizzi. Results: The data were separated into 4 categories of uncomfortable life due to physical and emotional change, building consistency in daily life through regulating a routine rhythm, recovering normality, recovering stability, and 8 clusters of themes; securing regularity in daily life, securing availability in daily life, regulating through elimination and diminishment, regulating through supplementation, being patient and control self, expressing self, review the context and exchanging views, expending a world through one's faith. Conclusion: Participants accepted menopause not as a disease but as a natural course of life and realized that menopausal health problems could be naturally settled in general health care activities in daily life.

The purpose of this study was to identify the producing process for Korean nursing knowledge as applied by Foucault's discourse analytic method. By Foucault's discourse analytic method, the problem is not what is knowledge but what sort of knowledge is made up through specific level of practice. A Korean body of nursing knowledge has been discussed since 1980. At the end of 19th century, missionaries transplanted western nursing knowledge and method to Korea. Western nursing knowledge and methods have been developed continuously with both merits and demerits to Korean society. Recently our world has be come a global community via advances in transportation and correspondence. Although each person is different in skin color and shape. there is a clear line between Oriental people and Western people. Nursing science is only one in our world. but western humanistic nursing practice based on western worldview and human life has limits. It is natural that the Koreans as Oriental people have a systemic nursing science to reveal the specific experiential and concrete body of nursing knowledge rooted in the Korean worldview and human life. Nursing science is to understand human beings, to promote health. to prevent illness. to restore health. to alleviate suffering and to search for principles needed throughout all of human life. In Korea, now is the quickening period to shape a Korean body of nursing knowledge because of a shortage of nursing language in matters of intellectual recognition, and unfamiliar practical nursing field where there is no familiarity in the system of nursing research methodology. In reviewing articles from the Journal of the Nurses' Academic Society on Korean body of nursing knowledge, it was found that there are two common features. The first, human body and mind are inseperable that is one unit in this world and health is keeping a harmonious relationship between human body and mind. The second, Korean nursing practice is based on human nature and family ties. Accordingly discourse analysis has a good future prospect to produce a Korean body of nursing knowledge for analytic research on body and mind monism and family centered care based on human nature and family ties.

The writer has worked out his original philosophy both scientific and religious, which he calls "Knownism" The new thought states; the word "known" in "knownism" means "already well-informed in the providence" about the essence of the things, and the true state of the reality, hence the knownism, as the existence of God is set forth as a premise. The knownism is a philosophy unified reasonably the science and the faith into one, for the humans can perceive and realize the essence and the true state, and authorize the truth transcending the experience by the scientific method. The new thought of the knownism is a bridge-building between the natural science and the religious faith. The idea explains that the life is the process to pursue the essence of the things and the god, and the truth is immanent in the original nature of things and in God′s sphere. This thought is a philorophy of possibility to solve the paradigms-to-be such as thinking, faith experience, and supernatural power, so that it presents a vision in the human life as a profitable religious science philosophy. The knownism is much different from agnosticism, skepticism, empiricism, and agnosticism. The grace of God may be detected differently from the supernatural power. The new dark clouds overspread abruptly the summer sky are not new ones but originally derived frosm worn-out water drops. Thus those are called the old clouds. The Korean word "known"(노운) of which pronunciation is same with the English "known" means the old clouds, hence also the name, Knownism. The root of the new clouds is detectable from the preserved old clouds. The old clouds symbolized in the paper indicate the essence and the principles of the things and the fittest, or the key for the solution of the problem in the epistemology, believing that everything has its own, proper nature, the writer sums up his theory by insisting that the humans have to find out the "old clouds" or the "known" in knownism to live eternally either in this world or in other dimensions, though the human beings are transformed into the other phases of life. The writer proclaims through the ideas for the United Nations to fortify the Confederate System of World Nations in order to ensure the world peace and the future of the humans.

The purpose of this study is to search for a rationale of world geography curriculum. Elementary school children tend to get impressionistic and distorted information about other countries through snapshot TV programs. But they need to get more balanced understanding about them from the perspective of each country. Children's judgment about other countries, favorable or unfavorable, tends to be emotional, based on the first-order conditions of life in those regions, such as atmosphere, food, and habitat, and the symbolics of the place. But their systematic understanding about the relationship between their own life and the life of other locations or countries tends to be meager. It seems to be partly due to the practice of co-centric curricular construction. The geography curriculum may have to be in relation to other countries, from the regional geography of the third grade on.

The discussion was started from the question about how literary linguistic expressions are reproduced in the movies. This study focuses on the cinematized version of Jelinek's "Die Klavierspielerin", the by Michael Haneke. and looking for cinematization of literary works and these aesthetic values. The original delicately describes the life of Erika who has been living under the supervision and control by her mother. The topic of the is the conflict between the controlling mother and the desires of the heroin Erika who has been living under the suppression. The world of suppression symbolized by her mother is described as closed and dark space while the world of Erika and her desires, represented by Walter is described as open and bright space. The life of Erika living under control symbolized by prison-like double doors, iron-barred window, darkness and shadow is abnormally distorted. Even the piano that must be the center of her life as a pianist is also one of the symbols of dark world of suppression.

Metaverse is a compound word of 'meta' and 'universe', which means transcendence and the world. It is a digital world where daily life and economic activities are possible. While the Metaverse is being actively used as an alternative space to enjoy leisure life since COVID-19, not much academic research on Metaverse in Korea has been done yet. Based on the previous research on Metaverse in Korea and overseas we conducted a typology analysis on cultural leisure-based Metaverse and a study on its key features. Considering the current situation in which the Metaverse era is blooming we also investigated the development trends of the Metaverse and related technologies at home and abroad. We also presented the direction of advancement of the cultural leisure-based Metaverse. This study differentiates itself from previous domestic and foreign studies by discovering and analyzing theoretical models, frameworks and features in terms of society, collaboration, and leisure use through case studies. It is meaningful that this research presents directions on further Metaverse research that reflect the current information technology (IT) and changes in life.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of university students' dependence on smart-phone on career attitude maturity and the mediating effect of interpersonal problem in the analysis path. For this purpose, the study implemented a survey on students of universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area and carry out a structural equation for empirical verification with a total of 218 copies. As a result, first, high level of daily life disturbance and virtual world orientation of university students, have a positive effect on interpersonal problems. Second, high level of daily life disturbance and virtual world orientation of university students, have a negative effect on career attitude maturity. Third, interpersonal problems of college students had a negative effect on career attitude maturity, and they were found to be fully mediated in relation to smart-phone dependence and career attitude maturity. Therefore, this study suggests that it can be used as a basic data for the development and application of various programs promoting the career attitude maturity of university students.

The outbreak of COVID-19 had affected almost every part of the world and caused disastrous results, the number of reported COVID-19 cases in past few months have reached to more than 29 million patients in the world globally. This pandemic has adversely affected all the activities of life, ranging from personal life to overall economic development. Due to the current situation, routinely turned to online resources, and people have relied on technology more than they have been before. Since cybercriminals are an opportunist and they utilized this entirely, by targeting the online services for all sectors of life. This fortnight online dependency of the community over the internet opened several easy doors for the cybercriminals. This causes exponential attacks over internet traffic during this epidemic situation. The current Covid-19 pandemic situation appeared at once, and no one was ready to prevail this. However, there is an urgent need to address the current problem in all means. . KSA is among one of the countries most affected by these CA and is a key victim for most cyber-crimes. Therefore, this paper will review the effects of COVID-19 on the cyber-world of KSA in various sectors. We will also shed light on the Saudi efforts to confront these attacks during COVID -19. As a contribution, we have provided a comprehensive framework for mitigating cybersecurity challenges.
