The purpose of this study is to develop an ACT group counseling program for the purpose of alleviating and healing the job stress and burnout of nursing care workers and to verify the effectiveness of the ACT group counseling program. To this end, the goal and theoretical model, content, operation and evaluation of the program were composed and applied according to the procedure. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of measuring the job stress of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Second, as a result of measuring the level of job burnout of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Third, as a result of measuring the level of role conflict of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Fourth, as a result of measuring the level of over-role of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Fifth, as a result of measuring the level of role ambiguity of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. As a practical implication, by including the ACT theory and practice plan in various nursing care providers training courses, the ability to respond to job burnout and job stress is increased, and ultimately, by increasing the psychological flexibility of nursing care workers, the opportunity for essential change in attitude toward work and life describe what to provide.

The purpose of the study is intended to analysis on students adjustment of students with disabilities in a special class of the elementary school focused on KCI journals through a systematic review. This study was searched from papers published from Jan, 2004 to May, 2014 using KISS, DBPIA, RISS, Google databases. The key words were "inclusive education, special class, inclusive class, student with disabilities, school adjustment, school life, school adjustment scale, elementary school". Results of data analysis were follows; 1. A total of 35 papers were analyzed. Except for 6 papers published in 2004~2007, 29 papers were published after 2008.; 2. The participant of study subject was total 141. Students with intellectual disability were 61.7%. Students with learning disabilities were 17.0%.; 3. The assessment domain of study was analyzed total 51 data.; academic achievement and task performance (25.4%), class attitude and participatory behavior(23.5%), problem behavior(21.5%). The Study in student with intellectual disability was 10 assessment domains.; 4. The method of assessment was total 41.; the use of operational definition(56.1%), the development of test (17.1%), and the use of assessment tool(14.6%).

The purpose of this study was to reduce the drop out rates and enhance the quality of docent training education program in the Nature Heritage Center by providing educational services appropriate to the docents' needs based on the docents satisfaction survey. In this research, we conducted the survey to analyze the importance-satisfaction of natural heritage docent satisfaction in natural heritage docent training programs. The subjects of this survey were 30 docent in Natural Heritage Center. To develop a questionnaire, a factor analysis was conducted, as a result, 6 factors and 22 questions were presented. They are 'curriculum and instruction', 'advice for docent', 'educational environments', 'administrative services', 'support for docents', 'docent life'. The results of t-test, there was a significant difference between importance and satisfaction of the every 22 questions, the mean score of satisfaction(M=3.87, SD=.08) was lower than that of importance(M=4.10, SD=.20). According to ISA, the items located in "concentrate here" were deduced. They are 3 items from administrative services, device for docent, curriculum and instructions. To put in concretely, They were 'lecture content(subject)', 'teaching method', 'service attitude of personnel', 'interest in a docent' Based on these results and descriptive responses from the docents, the strategies for docent satisfaction in natural heritage docents training programs were suggested.

This study has a purpose, that investigating influence of learning characteristic, lifelong learning participation motive, and wisdom that adult has at learning outcome and whether it has mediating effect of wisdom at influence that learning characteristic and lifelong learning participation motive have. For this, the subjects of the study was 425 adult learners from 20 to 69 years old who participated or are participating at Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as in the following. At first, as a result of investigating relationship between learning characteristic, lifelong learning participation motive, wisdom, and learning outcome, the correlation coefficient of all variables appeared meaningfully. Second, as a result of investigating influence that learning characteristic, lifelong learning participation motive, and wisdom have in learning outcome, the most influential variable was learning value, the rest were cognitive capability, activity direction motive, learning direction motive and positive life attitude in this order. The third, as a result of investigating mediation effect of wisdom at influence that learning characteristic and lifelong learning participation motive have in learning outcome, Wisdom at the influence that learning characteristic have on learning outcome had completely mediated effect, and the wisdom at the influence that lifelong participation motive have on learning outcome had partially mediated effect. Thus, it was shown up that adult's learning characteristic and lifelong learning participation motive are able to increase effectively learning outcome by mediating wisdom. Therefore it is implying that it is essential to consider learning characteristic and lifelong learning participation motive in lifelong education field, and learning circumstance related with wisdom is important, as wisdom is important variable for increasing learning outcome.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the journal of reflection of students who participated in the character improvement education program. And it is a study that suggests ways to develop the program according to the results of analysis. Then, by collecting 208 reflective journals of students who participated in Milal training at K University, After the analysis was performed in the process of transcription, coding, and subject discovery, reliability was secured by calculating the Kappa coefficient for the analysis frame and analysis suitability. According to the results of the analysis of reflection journal. Through Milal training, the Milal spirit was understood as sacrificial service (sacrifice, devotion, lowering, serving, death, decay) and Milal (reproduction). We confirmed that It will have a life attitude related to the themes of labor (hardwork, work, patience, patience, perseverance). It can be said that through Milal training, self-reflection activities can be promoted, community character and collaboration skills can be cultivated, and the spirit of sacrificial service can be acquired. Through the results of this reflection journal analysis, it is necessary to further enhance the Milal training program, and it will be possible to provide implications to the character cultivation programs of other universities.

Everyone knows the importance of environmental education, which is essentially required especially today. In particular, the education could influence greatly students who have to get in their class and they might build their own thought on the basic concept regarding environment and ecosystem through their elementary school period. But the current elementary education has not the independent subject of 'environment' but only refers to other courses some dealing with it, leading to the highly possible failure of achieving comprehensive and concrete approaches toward environmental education. In that sense, it will be meaningful that based on existing academic discussions and approaches about various environmental issues facing our society, we seek desirable directions for environmental education at primary school for sustainable development that is needed in this era and its possible applications. The concept of sustainable development that puts an importance on the harmony between the development of environment and its preservation should be rather the one which helps to satisfy desires of the future and now generation together and also emphasizes that environmental protection should be primarily considered even in the situation in which economic development could be seen necessary. Therefore, the key to environmental education for sustainable development lies in building the attitude respecting 'life and nature' and such value will be accomplished through education.

This study aims is consider the life and study viewpoint of Choi-Ja who lived in during the Musin regime of Koryo Dynasty. During this period, knowledge of the Confucian scriptures gradually generalized among scholars and writers. Therefore, it was possible to create an atmosphere that criticized sajanghak(詞章學). Choi-Ja regrets that people' reading style is not correct at the time. People are only trying to learn to participate in social exams and learn to read and write articles related to the Civil servant examination. Nevertheless, if he passed the Civil servant examination he criticized the government for failing to study harder, even though he had to work harder. Choi-Ja lamented that the intellectuals basically did not read about the Kyeongsabaekka(經史百家) and on the outward appearance. His scholarly attitude implies that he can be recognized as a genuine learningexperience when he forms the moral character of his inner self rather than his outward form. Choi-Ja' emphasis on six Confucian writings indicates that his virtues ere based on the Confucian spirit of Confucius. He pointed out the abuses of intellectuals at the time of his poems to build poems based on these Confucian traditions. He emphasized that the government ought to reflect on the Confucian scriptures and histories of the Confucian scriptures and reflect the politics of the people and improve the mood of the people.

Restoring masticatory function is one thing but one should always remember that the esthetics should always come first in any kind of restorative procedures. When treating complex rehabilitation cases, treatment planning is probably the most important step before you start any dental procedures. Obviously, esthetics should be the ultimate goal of the treatment and one should approach a case step by step to achieve an optimal result. For the past few years, "digital smile design" has been introduced in the field of dentistry. It can be applied by using various methods and tools. In this article, a very basic form of 2-dimensional digital smile designing was utilized to treat a complete mouth rehabilitation case. We will discuss how the DSD concept can be applied to your daily practice with a simple photograph and photoshop.

In this study, we tried to investigate the relationship between the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction and the professionals by analyzing the effect of the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction on the beauty professional hall. Research Results It was found that there is a correlation (p <0.001) between the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department and the beauty professionals (p <0.001), and the satisfaction of the department is "specialty" t = 4.625 (p =). .000),'Occupational recognition' t = 3.152 (p = .002), major value is'specialty' t = 2.330 (p = .021),'professional activity' t = 2.438 (p = .015), 'Occupation recognition' t = 4.843 (p = .000), university student activity adaptation is a subordinate factor of the cosmetology profession, "professional activity" t = 2.746 (p = .006), "occupation recognition" t = 4.303 ( Appearing as p = .000), it was found that the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department has a significant effect on beauty professionals. For cosmetology college students, major satisfaction not only leads to satisfaction with the university and department, but also to self-satisfaction and cosmetology job confidence, allowing them to adapt to social life with a positive impact, and cosmetologists are hair With the values and attitude toward the beauty profession, you will be able to become a professional officer when you are a university student majoring in cosmetology. This research analyzes the characteristics of Chinese tragic films with Chinese traditional ethical ideology as the core, analyzes its specific performance in the plot and ending setting of the film , and analyzes the director's tragic narrative strategy of cultural reconciliation in the face of political environment to understand the characteristics of Chinese contemporary tragic films.The film is a Chinese contemporary tragic film with The Great Cultural Revolution as its historical background. This film is a representative film of Chinese contemporary tragic films. The classic plot has played a certain role in the expression of Chinese traditional ethical ideology such as fatalism and optimistic attitude to life. The male lead's thought changes interpret the Chinese-style tragedy characteristics containing Chinese traditional ethical ideology. In the setting of the ending, the film broke through the "happy ending" model of Chinese traditional tragedies, and chose the open ending of "one tragedy to the end", further showing the time feature of Chinese contemporary tragic film. The euphemism and tenderness of the film as a tragic film is not only due to the compromise with the political culture of power, but also the result of the director's in-depth understanding of the aesthetics of Chinese tragedy. Through the use of symbolic signs in the film language, it has formed the implicit characteristics of the film narrative in the tragic aesthetic experience. In this paper, the author conducts text analysis for the film and discusses presentation of Director Yimou Zhang's tragic feelings and using the tragic narrative strategy of cultural reconciliation to show his creative wisdom in pursuing artistic breakthroughs under political pressure.
