The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of aerobic exercise on immune function, physical fitness and fat mass in middle-aged women. Twenty subjects were divided into two groups : experimental group(N:10) and control group(N:10). Experimental subjects were under the exercise conditions to perform the aerobic exercise using the movement of dance-sports with intensity of 60~80% HRmax for 60 min/day, 3 times/week during 12 weeks. After the aerobic exercise, the numbers of neutrophil, Iymphocyte, eosinophil, basophil, 73, 74 and B4 were significantly different. Crip-strength and sit-up ability significantly improved and all so weight and fat mass decreased on experimental group. Therefore, the aerobic exercise using the movement of dance-sports applying to middle-aged women would contribute them healthy life and prevention of chronic disease.
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relations among nutrient intake. self body image and satisfaction, and physical fitness of college students in Taegu. A total of 213 apparently healthy college students living in Taegu were selected for the study. The following anthropometric measurements were made on all participants : weight, height: waist and hip circumferences, and bioimpedence. Using weight and height, the body mass index (kg/$m^2$) was calculated. The 24-hour recall were obtained from subjects. Dietary habits and energy expenditure were examined through questionnaires. Nutrients intake were analyzed by computer aided nutritional analysis program. Variables of Physical fitness were consisted of body fat, muscular strength and endurance, agility. power, flexibility, cardiorespiratory function, physical efficiency index(PEI). Data were analyzed by computer using the SAS 6.12(Statistical Analysis System). The mean heights and weights of these students were similar to those reported for the 50th percentile in a national survey. Nutrient intake of the college students in Taegu was considerably lower than RDA. The male subjects' mean intake of two nutrients, vitamin B$_2$ and calcium, were less than 55% of the RDAs. the female subjects' mean intake of two nutrients, iron and calcium, were less than 55% of the RDAs. A most variables of physical fitness except sit and reach in male students showed a significant higher values than those of female students. There was a significant positive relationship between PEI and the intake of animal protein, fat, Ca. and B$_2$ in male students. Also there was a significant positive relationship between exercise duration of PWC 170 and protein, fat, iron, vitamin A, B$_2$, niacin, and energy intake in female students. The muscular strength showed the significant correlation with weight, height, and waist circumference in male and female students. The cardiorespiratory function and Physical efficiency index showed significantly negative correlation with tricep and subscapular skin thickness in the female students. There were significantly positive correlations between WHR and body efficiency index in male students, and significantly positive correlations between WHR and the cardiorespiratory function in female students. There was no significant level of correlation between the degree of satisfaction of body image and physical efficiency index. However. there was a significant positive correlation between waist circumference (and weight) and physical efficiency index in male and female students and almost all of the surveyed male and female college students wanted less waist circumference or weight even though they were in the criteria of standard waist circumference or weight. In conclusion, a beneficial effect of adequate nutrient intake on physical fitness was found, college students must increase their energy and nutrient intake if it is below than the RDA for improving their physical fitness.
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of skater exercise on cardiopulmonary fitness and balance function in patients with mild chronic stroke. Methods: A total of ten chronic stroke patients with mild neurologic deficits were recruited. The participants were divided into two groups, a skater exercise (n=5) and a control group (n=5). Skater exercise was performed by physical therapists in the experimental group, whereas patients in the control group conducted self-exercise. One session of the intervention was carried out for 30 minutes, three times per week for eight weeks. Cardiopulmonary function, falling index, and Euro-Quality of Life-5 Dimension (EQ-5D) were measured before and after the intervention. Results: No side effects were reported during and after skater exercise intervention. The peak aerobic capacity, falling index, and EQ-5D improved significantly in the experimental group compared with the control group after eight weeks of skater exercise (p=0.002, p=0.010, and p=0.006). Significant relationships were identified between the change in EQ-5D and peak aerobic capacity (R2=0.75, p=0.002)/falling index (R2=0.65, p=0.002). Conclusion: Skater exercise was an effective physical therapy to improve cardiopulmonary fitness and balance function in patients with mild chronic stroke.

Centralized hierarchical routing protocols are often used to solve the problems of uneven energy consumption and short network life in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Clustering and cluster head election have become the focuses of WSNs. In this paper, an energy balanced clustering routing algorithm optimized by sine cosine algorithm (SCA) is proposed. Firstly, optimal cluster head number per round is determined according to surviving node, and the candidate cluster head set is formed by selecting high-energy node. Secondly, a random population with a certain scale is constructed to represent a group of cluster head selection scheme, and fitness function is designed according to inter-cluster distance. Thirdly, the SCA algorithm is improved by using monotone decreasing convex function, and then a certain number of iterations are carried out to select a group of individuals with the minimum fitness function value. From simulation experiments, the process from the first death node to 80% only needs about 30 rounds. This improved algorithm balances the energy consumption among nodes and avoids premature death of some nodes. And it greatly improves the energy utilization and extends the effective life of the whole network.
Purpose: This study was conducted to examine an exercise program using a lay health leader for elderly participants. The test covered physical fitness (grip strength, static balance and complex movement abilities), depression, cognitive function and quality of life. Methods: A quasi- experimental study using a non-equivalent control group pre-post design was employed. The participants were 62 elders from an institution for the aged, of whom 30 were included in the experimental group and 32 in the control group. The exercise program using a resident volunteer as a lay health leader was run three times a week for 12 weeks. The collected data were analyzed by $x^2$ test, t-test, paired t-test, and ANCOVA with SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: After the program, left grip strength (F=1.77, p<.001), right grip strength (F=9.97, p<.001), static balance (F=2.79, p<.001), ability to move complex (F=1.76, p<.001), depression (F=7.66, p<.001), the cognitive function (F=8.39, p<.001) and quality of life (F= 1.08, p<.001) in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Study findings indicated that using a resident volunteer as a lay health leader was effective. It can be recommended as a public health resource and for consistent and comfortable education for the elderly in communities.
The purpose of this study was try to check the change of a subjective evaluation about the life function fitness and health-related quality of life by executing the home support exercise program three times a week for total 16 weeks with elderly women that are order than 70 years old. The experiment group(total : 17 people, mean age : 79.4) and the control group(total : 17 people, mean age : 80.7) live Yeonje-gu in Busan city, and they don't have any physical injury and any inconvenience to move. and they are all composed of elderly women who agree to participate in this study. We carried out an analysis of covariance with SAS 9.2 statistics package. These are the results from it. First, the experiment group showed statistically significant increase(p<.001) in lifting dumbbells, repeatedly standing up and sitting down, 2.24m shuttle running, walking at the same place for 2 minutes. Second, there was no particular effect with the experiment group in flexibility(catching hands with their backs leaned against each other). This result point out that there is a need of supplementation like adding exercise item which can improve flexibility to home support exercise program. Third, there was no particular difference between the experiment group and the control group in 8 sub-factors with the subjective evaluation about health-related quality of life through SF-36. However, there the bodily pain and vitality sub-factors of experiment group was better than that of the control group with p<.10 level, so we considered this result showed us the positive effect slightly.

This paper proposes the Pareto artificial life algorithm for a multi-objective function optimization problem. The artificial life algorithm for a single objective function optimization problem is improved through incorporating the new method to estimate the fitness value fur a solution and the Pareto list to memorize and to improve the Pareto optimal set. The proposed algorithm is applied to the optimum design of a Journal bearing which has two objective functions. The Pareto front and the optimal solution set for the application are reported to present the possible solutions to a decision maker or a designer.
This study aims to analyze exercise cases and issues using smart devices and technologies, and to present the development direction of a smart exercise environment suitable for the wellness life of active seniors with high activity and economic power unlike the existing silver generation. In the fitness industry, the subscription economy that regularly receives or uses necessary exercise tools, services, and digital content is expanding, and business models based on hardware sales and content subscription continue to emerge. In order to have value competitiveness as a platform that provides active seniors with integrated exercise services for health care, not only fitness centers, but also home training exercise equipment, fitness-related applications, and smart wearable device markets should be organically connected to form an expanded total platform. In order to have value competitiveness as a platform that provides active seniors with integrated exercise services for health care, not only fitness centers, but also home training exercise equipment, fitness-related applications, and smart wearable device markets should be organically connected to form an expanded total platform. The linkage of the digital healthcare function, which provides real-time changes to exercise programs based on continuous monitoring and feed back through wearable devices before, after, and during exercise by receiving and selecting exercise programs suitable for individual health status, is the differentiating factor in the smart fitness model.
The purpose of this study was to develop the pattern of bodysuit and to identify the wear fitness of it The methods of statistical analysis applied to the study were ANOVA and cluster analysis. The materials used in making bodysuit were Nylon/Polyurethane, lace, power net, binding tape, and hook eye. The try-on test was administered in two aspects ; (1) the comparison of anthropometric data before and after trying on the experimentally constructed bodysuit with those of marketing bodysuit, (2) the sensory evaluation to estimate the wear fitness in terms of appearance and motion function. The conclusions obtained are as follows ; 1. In the survey of wearing state, 52.2% of respondents had experience of wearing bodysuit. 60.6% of them responded to the item, “well-balanced body” in the question about the purpose of wearing it. 55.7% considered the item, “feel choky in the chest” as uncomfortable point in putting on bodysuit. 48.3% felt the portion of crotch drawn above in taking exercise or behaving routinely in everyday life. 2. As for the characteristics of the bodysuit design, the scooped neckline and horizontal outline without wire in lower bust was used, the adjust point being located right above the perineum point, and the length of bodysuit is as far as trochanteric point. 3. In comparing anthropometric data of the subjects, there was significant difference in the height of lower bust the distance around abdomen, and the length of bust point(right, left) between the experimentally constructed bodysuit and the marketing bodysuit. 4. Concerning the results of the try-on test in appearance, the estimates of expert panel, which were in agreement with those of subjects in mean value and composite reliability coefficient, showed that the pattern fitness of experimentally designed bodysuit was higher than that of marketing bodysuit. 5. To take try-on test in motion function, motion was classified the five steps. The results of the test showed that experimentally designed bodysuit was fitter in each steps of motion than marketing bodysuit.

The study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation strategy of service companies. The competitive strategy of a corporation is a major strategy playing the role of bridge linking both corporate strategy and functional strategy. And it is a choice of method how to win competitors in given area. There have been such a specific methodologies for acquiring competitive advantage as Porters competitive strategy, Miles and Snows adaptive strategy, and Life cycle strategy. But, many scholars have pointed that its more important for high corporate performance to determine the competitive strategy of a corporation fitting the external environment and internal structure. So its needed for successful cost-leadership or differentiation strategy to differentiate organizational function, resources, and various organizational factors. But there have been no methodologies or practical guidelines fitting competitive strategy, corporate structure, and external environment in sprite do service corporations growth. So, the study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation structure in Airlines after selecting service structural elements necessary for strategic management.
