The purpose of Railroad Vehicles License Management in accordance with the Railroad Safety Law is to improve the quality of railroad safety. And the train simulators come into use for training of train operation and testing to issue Railroad Vehicles License. So, It is very important that the simulators for the Railroad Vehicles License Test require to work correctly, to measure driver's operation quality in numerical system and to ensure the justice of license test. In fact, nobody can guarantee that the simulators are feasible performance to use in license test. The simulator for train driver license test can be used effectively for studying of needed performance and quality to test new driver's skill. This study hopefully provides the base for improving the quality of the simulator for train driver's license test and contributes furthermore to improve the simulator development technology and railroad safety.

한국과 일본의 민간경비산업은 여러면에서 공통점과 차이점을 가지고 있다. 경제개발과 함께 민간경비시장이 급속히 성장하여 오늘날 사회안전시스템 구축에 있어 중요한 역할을 한다는 점에서는 공통점을 보이고 있지만, 각각의 특성에 맞는 법령과 제도면에서는 다양한 차이점을 보이고 있다. 특히 일본의 민간경비는 시설경비, 호송경비, 신변보호 등의 분야 분만 아니라 혼잡 경비, 교통유도경비, 기계경비도 보급 확대하는 등 민간섹터의 생활안전서비스로서 확고히 정착하였다. 또한, 공항이나 원자력발전소와 같은 국가중요시설에서도 대테러 활동의 일환으로 민간경비산업이 진출하여 시큐리티서비스를 제공하고 있다. 최근에는 한국과 일본의 민간경비산업 전반에 걸쳐 자격검정제도와 교육훈련을 강화하는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 그 중에서 일본의 민간경비원에 대한 경비업무별 자격 검정제도와 경비원지도교육책임자제도로 대표되는 교육훈련제도는 여러면에서 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 이러한 민간경비원의 질적 수준을 향상시키는 민간경비 전문화 노력은 앞으로 민간경비산업의 장기적인 발전에 크게 기여할 것임에 분명하다.

운전면허시험을 응시하는 사람들은 면허취소 등으로 재시험을 보는 사람들도 있지만, 대부분 자동차를 운전하기 위해 최초로 운전을 배워 시험을 응시하는 사람들이 대부분이다. 자동차 운전은 생명과 직결되는 것으로 초기의 정확한 운전습관이 무엇보다 중요하다. 특히 사회에 첫 진출을 하면서 운전면허를 취득하는 사람들이 많기 때문에 처음 운전을 배울 때 객관적이고 공정한 기준에 의해 올바른 운전능력을 평가받아 면허를 취득하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문을 통해 구현하고자하는 시스템은 효율적이면서도 공정하고 정확한 자동화 채점을 통해 양질의 운전자를 배출할 수 있는 S/W 설계 및 주요 기능들에 대해 고찰, 제안하였다. 이를 통해 자동채점 운전면허 시스템 개선을 제안하여, 교통사고를 예방하고 올바른 운전을 통해 교통사고를 줄이는데 목적이 있다.

In this paper, we present a structure of personalized e-Learning system to study for a test formalized by uniform multiple-choice using on/off line mixed estimations as is the case of Driver :s License Test in Korea. Using the system a candidate can study toward the license through the Internet (and/or mobile instruments) within the personalized concept based on IRT(item response theory). The system accurately estimates user's ability parameter and dynamically offers optimal evaluation problems and learning contents according to the estimated ability so that the user can take possession of the license in shorter time. In order to establish the personalized e-Learning concepts, we build up 3 databases and 2 agents in this system. Content DB maintains learning contents for studying toward the license as the shape of objects separated by concept-unit. Item-bank DB manages items with their parameters such as difficulties, discriminations, and guessing factors, which are firmly related to the learning contents in Content DB through the concept of object parameters. User profile DB maintains users' status information, item responses, and ability parameters. With these DB formations, Interface agent processes user ID, password, status information, and various queries generated by learners. In addition, it hooks up user's item response with Selection & Feedback agent. On the other hand, Selection & Feedback agent offers problems and content objects according to the corresponding user's ability parameter, and re-estimates the ability parameter to activate dynamic personalized learning situation and so forth.

본 연구에서는 SoC를 이용한 임베디드 시스템에 리눅스 OS 환경을 구축하고 번호판 인식 시스템을 구현하여 그 성능을 측정하였다. 자동차 번호판을 인식하기 위해서는 번호판을 검출하고 검출된 번호판을 보정 한 뒤 각 문자들에 대해 인식을 한다. 번호판 검출 방법으로는 레이블링 기법과 숫자의 특징을 이용하여 검출하였다. 검출된 번호판의 표기되어 있는 숫자들은 각각의 좌표가 있다. 이러한 숫자들의 좌표를 비교하여 영상을 보정하고 템플릿 매칭을 통해 인식을 한다. 그 결과로 번호판의 검출율은 96%, 문자 인식률은 73%, 숫자 인식률은 97%로 나타났다. 인식 시스템은 기존의 PC기반이 아닌 임베디드 보드에서 측정 되었으며 총 인식시간은 약 0.66초가 소요되었다.

본 논문은 영상처리를 통해 운전면허시험 시스템의 코스 주행 시스템을 개선하는 방법을 제시한다. 주행차량에 장착된 이미지 캡처장비를 통해, 디지털 이미지를 취득하고, 이에 대한 그레이스케일, 표본화, 허프변환 등의 영상처리과정을 거쳐 결정사항이 중앙시스템에 기록되고, 주행자에게 합격여부를 알려주게 되며, 이러한 시스템을 통해, 경제적이고 효율적인 운영이 가능해진다.

Unity, understanding our pharmacist pharmacy education and training and their ecosystems rather then overwrite the system will get you ready to integrate and balance searching for contacts. Since 2015 we started the 6-year pharmacy education in the North were already carried out (the current 5.5 years). This chemist (or pharmacist) educate university education and vocational school and health officials made in the training school in jimyeo. Duration of each is to the University of 5.5 years, college three years, health officer training school two years and various types of training methods (weekly, communication, special) is applied is positive. License test system is also in favor of the state graduation test graduation test committee of professors in the university college diploma than the national notification system, and pharmacists 'qualifications' - are licensed is granted. The North Korean education system pharmacists and pharmacist review and analysis test system for the future reunification of Korea oriented education system pharmacists and pharmacists in health care personnel office systems through correct understanding and awareness-will be a useful resource integration plan designed to pharmacists.

Research on the Development of EPUB SCP(Secure Content Protection) Technical Specification and International Standardization has been carried out as a R&D project granted by the Korea Copyright Commission since 2014. The research aims to build a standard framework for the EPUB DRM(Digital Rights Management) based on the Readium LCP(Licensed Content Protection) and KS EPUB DRM specifications, to develop element technologies for the framework, and to standardize it as an IDPF(International Digital Publishing Forum) industrial standard. One of the essential features of the EPUB DRM developed though this study is to support the lending model of the digital library. This paper introduces LSD(License Status Document) specification which is a DRM license management protocol for the digital library lending process, and also represents a model which can automatically test the implemented entities of the LSD specification, test scenarios and test materials.

2017년 우리나라에서 세계 최초로 수면비행선박인 위그선(WIG, Wing In Gound)의 조종사 면허 필기자격시험을 시행하였다. 수면비행선박은 선박과 비행기의 특성을 융합한 차세대 운송수송 수단이어서 항공기 조종사 자격증명과 6급 이상의 항해사 면허를 함께 보유한 자만이 해당 조종사에 지원할 수 있도록 하였다. 수면비행선박 조종사 면허제도는 우리나라가 처음 도입한 것이어서 면허 제도와 체계에 대한 국제적 표준은 아직 없고, 국내 자격제도 도입 역시 여러가지 개선사항이 요구된다. 해외에서도 현재까지 개발 중이거나 상용화 성공사례를 손으로 꼽을 정도이나 우리나라에서 국제적인 선박 공인 기관인 한국선급에서 2020년 3월에 정식으로 선급 인증을 하였다. 법적인 정식 명칭은 "수면비행선박"이고 항공기와는 이미 국제법적으로 분류가 되어 차세대 운송수단으로 주목을 받고 있었다. 그러나 이런 미래의 해양의 성장 동력으로서 가치가 있는 산업이 되기 위해서는 시급한 몇가지 문제점을 해결하여야 하는데 수면비행선박 인력 양성이 바로 그것이다. 하여 본 주제인 조종사 양성에 관한 제도적인 문제를 검토하였다. 2001년부터 세계 여러 나라들이 IMO를 중심으로 논의를 하였고 우리나라도 IMO 회의에 지속적으로 참가 및 공조하여 드디어 2011년부터 수면비행선박 국가자격시험을 시행하였다. 그러나 아직 풀어야 할 문제점이 있어 인력양성 제도선행, 교육훈련 제도, 지정교육기관 제도 등으로 제시하였다. 그에 관한 해결방안으로 면허제도 개선을 통한 방안과 지정교육기관 운영을 통한 방안으로 제시하였다. 이 방안 중에 지정교육기관 운영은 정부가 민간교육기관에게 위탁하는 방안이 가장 합리적인 방안으로 판단된다고 제언하였다.

본 논문에서는 번호판 인식 시스템과 스테레오 카메라를 이용한 차량의 속도 측정 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 차량 번호판 인식의 결과로 나오는 특징점을 활용하여 스테레오 영상의 양안 차 정보를 추출하고 이를 이용하여 해당 특징점까지의 거리를 계산한다. 본 논문에서는 인접 스테레오 영상에서 계산된 특징점까지의 거리와 각 거리에 해당하는 시간 정보를 이용하여 차량의 속도를 측정한다. 제안한 속도 측정 시스템의 정확도를 확인하기 위해 테이프 스위치로 된 기준 측정 장비를 사용하여 속도를 비교하였다. 주간과 야간 2회에 걸쳐 실시한 시험 결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 구현된 스테레오 기반 속도 측정 시스템은 경찰청 기준 오차 범위를 만족하는 속도 측정 결과를 보였다.
