The main results of the analyses are as follows : $\cdot$ The accuracy of answers was correlated to appropriateness of search process, way of providing answer, usage of language, approachability and use of second materials in the order named. That is, there was a strong correlation between accuracy and the variables related to librarian's behavior. $\cdot$ There was no statistically significant relationship between accuracy and the environmental aspects of reference department such as number of professional librarians, self-evaluation of reference collection, etc. $\cdot$ The main reasons for failing to give accurate answers were found to be weaknesses in understanding questions. developing search strategy logically and relating the querries to available information sources.

Generally, the satisfaction with OPAC2.0 services was 2.07 in average, 'very dissatisfactory'. The service considered to be the most important was 'service item'. The difference between satisfaction and importance showed dissatisfactory result, compared with importance in general. The grade and the general difference in satisfaction didn't appear. On the basis of the analysis result mentioned above, with the purpose of the improvement in OPAC2.0 services focusing on book search result, it is necessary to manage users continuously by publicizing libraries concerning respective services, introducing use guide, offering a variety of services, improving quality, and offering information.

  • Objective: The aim of this paper is to introduce a method that can measure and analyze the judgment gaps between service providers and customers. Background: It is important to understand the good service that service providers and customers are thinking. If there is judgment gap between service providers and customers, it would cause an unsatisfactory service. The judgment gap should be thoroughly investigated for a good service design. Method: Lens model is a human decision making model that was proposed by Brunswick(1952). This study indicates whether the Lens model can be applied to analyze judgment gaps between service providers and customers. As a case study, a library lending service was selected. 5 librarians and 15 customers participated in the experiment that investigates their judgments on a good service. The obtained data were analyzed by a modified lens model. Results: Cue weighting policies of consumers and service providers were similar, except that consumers gave higher weight on tangibility than service providers. Service providers and consumers had a good knowledge on the service quality, but they could not well apply the knowledge to judge it. Conclusion: The lens model may be used to analyze judgment gaps between service providers and consumers in the other service areas. The decision cues that were used in this study can be changed, depending on the characteristics of the target service. Application: The method that is proposed in this study may help to investigate and analyze both consumers' and service providers' judgments on a variety of services.

Methods: The data collection was carried out from September 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019. The 78 copies of the original text were provided by the KSHSM website, DBpia, and NDSL (National Digital Science Library) electronic database. Results: Forty-seven studies had a non-experimental design, with most having a descriptive research design (89.3%). The most common participants were nurses (55.7%) and nursing college students (26.1%). A questionnaire was the most commonly used research tools (96.2%) and data collection methods (95.0%). The major keywords were the terms included in the environmental domain among the meta-paradigms of nursing (43.6%). Conclusions: In order to expand the quantity and quality of nursing science in the KSHSM, efforts are needed to improve the quality of research participants, research tools, and sampling methods.

  • In the vibrant environment, documentation and managing systems are maintained autonomously through education foundations, book materials and libraries at the same time as information are not voluntarily accessible in a centralized location. At the moment Libraries are providing online resources and services for education activities. Moreover, libraries are applying outlets of social media such as Facebook as well as Instagrams to preview their services and procedures. Librarians with the assistance of promising tools and technology like analytics software are capable to accumulate more online information, analyse them for incorporating worth to their services. Thus Libraries can employ big data to construct enhanced decisions concerning collection developments, updating public spaces and tracking the purpose of library book materials. Big data is being produced due to library digitations and this has forced restrictions to academicians, researchers and policy creator's efforts in enhancing the quality and effectiveness. Accordingly, helping the library clients with research articles and book materials that are in line with the users interest is a big challenge and dispute based on Taibah university in Saudi Arabia. The issues of this domain brings the numerous sources of data from various institutions and sources into single place in real time which can be time consuming. The most important aim is to reduce the time that lapses among the authentic book reading and searching the specific study material.
