The healthcare environment is becoming increasingly dependent on health information technology (HIT), with healthcare providers, patients, and other people engaged in the field producing and sharing information to improve healthcare delivery. This focus has raised the issue of Health Information Infrastructure (HII) to the forefront of policy, design, and law. While several studies have examined each element of HII, little attention has been paid to the overall infrastructure as a collection of technologies, institutions, standards, and practices. In order to fill the gap, this study focuses on medication reconciliation as an example of the wider phenomenon of HII. In particular, the study examines a medication reconciliation process (MRP) as an example to understand the key challenges facing the development of HII, how the challenges are interrelated, and how they can be met as a whole. Following a mixed methodology, involving workflow study, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews, the study examines "data friction" along technical, institutional, regulatory, and legal dimensions. This study constitutes one of the first efforts to comprehensively investigate health information infrastructure and how technology and other dimensions in infrastructure are interrelated. The study therefore contributes to a better understanding of HII and the practical challenges that hinder the seamless flow of information in the healthcare environment.

Lately, in public libraries, there are various service programs for child user by corresponding to importance of reading based education and also a variety of changes by accommodating family based cultural life style. Therefore there is a need for space planning based study on unit-data room. This study gives guide-line of space planning through categorizing of space plot and furniture lay-out in child data room. The researcher, as a first step, searched web sites of 29 data rooms of 26 libraries and summarized space plots and features of data rooms through in-person visits. Then the author made a categorization standard and did a general analysis of featured data rooms through multiple categorization steps. There are Basic Type, General Type, Book-Shelf Centered Type, Book-shelf Scattered type and Multi-Functional Type out of this categorization steps. In sum, six categorizing bases, dividing infant room from child room, space zonning, position of entrance, compactness of reading space, position of book-shelf and orientation of book-shelf will be important design standards for child data-room of future libraries and an effective guide-lines for other unit data-rooms.

본 연구는 기록물전거레코드 자동생성을 위하여 전자문서시스템에서 전거레코드 관련 요소를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 기록물 생산자 전거레코드인 ISAAR(CPF)와 호주 기록관리 메타데이터 표준 RMSCA를 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 기록물관리시스템인 전자문서시스템과 자료관시스템을 살펴보았다. 연구결과로 전자문서시스템의 전자결재 기능과 시스템 운영 관리기능을 통해 전거레코드 기술 요소를 자동 생성하도록 제안하였고 전자문서시스템에서 자동 생성되지 않는 기능은 전거시스템 및 아키비스트의 역할, 그리고 기술규칙 제정을 통해 제안하였다.

In the product design process computer-aided engineering and optimization tolls are widely utilized in order to reduce the total development time and cost. Since several simulation tools are involved in the process, information losses, omissions, or errors are common and the importance of seamless information exchange among the tools has been increased. In this work, ISO STEP standards are adopted to represent the neutral format for structural analysis and optimization. The schema of AP209 defined the information of finite element analysis is used and the new schema is proposed to describe the information of structural optimization based on the STEP methodology. The schema is implemented by EXPRESS, information modeling language, and ST-Developer is employed to generate C++ classes and STEP Rose Library by using the schema denoted. To substantiate the proposed approach, the information access interfaces of the finite element modeling software (FEMAP), structural optimization software(GENESIS) and in-house topology optimization program are developed. Examples are shown to validate the information exchange of finite element analysis and structural optimization using STEP standards.

본 연구의 목적은 2005년 영국의 BSI(British Standards Institution)에서 인쇄 형태로 출판된 UDC(Universal Decimal Classification)의 표준판과 1973년 한국과학기술정보센터(KORSTIC, Korea Scientific & Technological Information Center)에서 출판된 UDC의 한국어판을 비교 분석하여 한국어판의 개정방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 앞으로 개정될 한국어판은 표준판의 규모로 한국어 간략판과 MRF(Master Reference File)를 바탕으로 표준판의 체제에 따라 본표와 색인으로 된 인쇄판이 되어야하며, 국제적 보편성을 강화하고, 보조표를 통한 조합의 방식을 더욱 확대할 필요가 있음을 제언 하였다.

Examples of the size optimization of a three-bar truss and topology optimization of a MBB beam are shown to validate the information exchange of finite element analysis and structural optimization using STEP standards.

This review analyzed randomized controlled trials and case reports to identify the effectiveness, and level of evidence showing that acupuncture treatment aids the recovery of patients with tennis elbow. A literature search was performed between $1^{st}$ to $10^{th}$ September, 2019 which used PubMed, the Cochrane library, the Korean databases Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, Korean Studies Information Service System to retrieve Korean and international studies. Amongst the 243 articles retrieved there were 9 randomized controlled trials and 18 case reports. The level of evidence for the recovery of patients with tennis elbow, for efficacy and safety of acupuncture was low. It was observed that the studies had a high risk of bias, missing acupuncture details, multiple combinations of treatments rather than a single treatment, insufficient indicators of assessment, and lacked robustness. Compliance with international standards such as using consolidated standards of reporting trials, will improve the quality of evidence.

The study aimed to define all the main determinants of writing a research paper in an integrated manner within the requirements of the science network journals, by introducing scientific research and the steps of writing a research paper, starting from choosing the title to writing the abstract, identifying the research problem, questions, importance and objectives of the study, how to choose previous studies, research methodology and tools, discussion and results In addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for science network journals, recommendations, choosing appropriate references and choosing the appropriate references, in addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for the journals of the Network of Science, the researcher used the method of analytical investigative research to find out the axes of the study and analyze different reference citation methods to deal with different sources of information (articles-books-theses-conference works-reviews), In addition to studying the most important international programs for measuring plagiarism ratios that are accredited within the journals of the Science Network, and the study concluded that the researcher must present original and innovative results, add an integrated and logical work, take into account all the scientific conditions in the design of the research, its steps and ethics, and take into account the international standards in citing Reference, taking into account the rates of plagiarism within Web of Science journals.

본 연구는 평생교육법하의 원격대학 전자도서관 운영 실태를 분석하여, 그 문제를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 조사 내용은 도서관 운영 방법 및 전문(full-text) 이용 방법 등에 중점을 두었다. 데이터 수집은 2005년 현재 인가된 17개 원격대학을 대상으로 URL 연결 등을 통해 이루어졌다. 그 결과 모든 대학이 자체적으로$(17.7\%)$, 또는 외부 도서관을 링크하여 사용$(82.4\%)$하는 방법으로 도서관을 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인터넷상에서 전문을 이용하는 것이 가능한 대학은 $35.3\%$에 불과하여 인터넷과 웹을 기반으로 하는4세대 원격대학 운영을 위해서는 평생교육법상의 전자도서관 설치$\cdot$운영 기준을 개선하는 것이 시급한 것으로 파악되었다.

대학에서 효과적인 연구와 학습이 이루어지기 위해서는 정보의 필요성을 인지하고, 찾아내고 평가하며, 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 능력을 포함한 정보활용교육이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 국내 외 단체와 학자들에 의해 제시된 정보활용능력 기준 및 모형과 정보활용교육 사례를 기초로 대학생을 위한 정보활용교육 교안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정보활용교육은 1회성 교육이 갖는 한계를 극복하기 위해 정규교과목으로 운영되어야 하며, 대학도서관 정보와의 연계 및 효과적인 활용을 위해 그리고, 대학도서관 및 사서의 역할에 대한 전략적 측면의 고려를 위해 도서관 전문사서의 주도적 또는 협력적 역할이 필수적이다. 또한, 현 세대의 성향과 요구를 반영한 내용구성의 변화와 학생들의 주체적이고 자발적인 참여를 이끌어내기 위한 방법적 측면의 고려가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
