디지털 리터러시는 ICT 기술이 고도로 발달한 디지털 사회에서 일의 능률을 높이고 삶을 영위하기 위한 필수적인 역량이 된다. 세계의 선진 국가들은 국민의 디지털 리터러시를 향상시키고 디지털 격차를 해소하기 위해 많은 노력을 수행해왔다. 본 논문은 이들 중 노인을 포함한 성인의 디지털 리터러시 향상을 위한 미국 공공도서관의 사례를 조사 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 프로그램 우수 사례 도서관을 중심으로 디지털 리터러시 교육 프로그램 유형, 교육 방식 및 내용 현황을 조사 분석하고 담당사서들과의 인터뷰를 통해 운영 실태를 파악하였다. 다수의 교육 프로그램이 기본적인 컴퓨터나 인터넷 기술에 관한 것이었고 Micro Office, 이메일, 소셜미디어, 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC 사용에 관한 교육 프로그램의 비중도 높게 나타났다. 가장 빈번하고 일상적으로 이루어지는 교육 방식은 비공식적인 현장교육이었고 그것의 교육 내용과 수준은 매우 다양하게 나타났다. 추가로 디지털 리터러시 교육을 위해 공공도서관 담당사서들은 사서의 디지털 역량과 이를 위한 재교육을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었고 디지털 리터러시 교육 프로그램 운영에 적합한 도서관 시설과 최신 장비 도입, 시기적절한 다양한 프로그램 개발과 홍보의 중요성도 함께 제기하였다.

본 연구는 이용자 중심의 도서관장애인서비스 품질요인을 실증적으로 고찰하고자 하였다. 품질요인의 실증적인 고찰을 위해 기존 도서관서비스의 품질 측정도구와 장애인서비스 기준 및 지침을 분석하여 총 9개의 품질요인을 도출하였으며, 이 요인을 활용하여 설문조사와 사례의 질적 평가가 이루어졌다. 조사 결과, 공공도서관 장애인서비스에서 가장 핵심적이며, 또한 상대적으로 취약한 품질요인은 시설, 장서, 직원 등 기본적인 도서관 자원의 영역으로 나타났다. 또한 도서관장애인서비스 우수사례를 분석한 결과 독서문화프로그램과 정보서비스 품질요인에 강조를 두고 있음이 조사되었다.

최근 마이크로소프트사의 CAPI를 대체하기 위해 제안된 CNG는 플러그인 구조 기반의 독립된 모듈들로 구성되어 있기 때문에 개발비용과 확장 용이성 부분에서 우수하다. 하지만 이러한 이점과 반대로 보안성에 대한 고려는 다소 부족하며, 현재 CNG가 배포되어 활용되고 있는 상황에서 이와 관련된 연구는 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CNG에서 발생 가능한 보안 취약점을 분석하였다. 분석된 취약점을 토대로 개념 검증 도구를 구현하여 이를 검증하였다. 검증 결과는 CNG를 활용하는 Outlook 프로그램과 Internet Explorer 프로그램에서 메일 및 계정정보의 탈취, Amazon, E-bay, Google, Facebook 웹 사이트의 계정정보의 탈취가 가능하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 CNG를 활용하는 다양한 응용의 보안성을 향상시키는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

The contemporary concept of publicness is reinterpreted from the point of view of contemporary publicness. Contemporary perception of public space has now branched and grown into a multitude of non-traditional sites with a variety of programs in mind. In this study, the aim is to discuss how contemporary public library has been evolved as public space and how to create User-centered interaction. In the case of developed countries, the Public Libraries have showed the expected effects because they have more systematic and efficient plan. Also, these libraries are placed with each facility, not distributed separately. It promotes the accumulation of profit on the space and Increases the efficiency. They support more effectively users' activities through the linkages between each facility and create the active interaction between users. Formation of the various interactions and synergies between space had been induced. Publicity means that the state will relate a combination of a number of specific public area. In addition, open space, public place, shall be directed to: This place as one of the users in order to have meaning, must be equipped with the facilities and space to communicate and understand the local role. Methods of the study are to analyze the concept and role of the users with the concept of modern publicity, to examine the concept of multi-complexity of public libraries for the user-oriented publicness, to learn about the characteristics of public spaces in the public libraries that appear in the advanced countries, to examine how to affect these characteristics in the public libraries, and to suggest the possibility and the various application methods on the characteristics of a public space. In the end, the public libraries for the realization of the publicity, support program complexity such as education and culture, welfare facilities, and public service facilities. In the 21st century, these complexity to improve the quality of service in public libraries. These spaces can be an alternative to be kept comfortable in a more vibrant area, and can affect the social, natural, cultural, and environmental aspects of the physical environment and the objects and relationships, as well as expand.

본 연구는 제주지역 내 21개관의 작은도서관 실무자들을 대상으로 운영실태를 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 활성화할 수 있는 방안이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 작은도서관의 운영시간, 프로그램 운영, 자원봉사자의 활동, 시설확충, 작은도서관 및 일반 공공도서관과의 교류, 업무관련교육, 업무 우선순위, 홍보활동, 활성화를 위한 서비스 등 작은도서관의 운영 및 근무상황 전반에 대한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지역주민의 작은도서관에 대한 관심 유도, 독서문화프로그램 확대운영, 운영인력의 전문성 확보, 운영인력 충원, 예산 확대 및 운영인력의 인건비 기준마련, 작은도서관지원센터 설립 등의 활성화방안을 제시하였다.

대학은 교육 및 연구 활동을 통하여 민주시민으로서의 소양과 자질을 구비한 전문 인력을 양성하고 지식을 축적·창출하여 국가와 사회발전에 기여한다. 이를 위하여 정부는 대학재정지원사업을 통하여 대학의 기본 역량을 향상시키고 자율적 혁신을 지원하고 있다. 재정지원사업은 공정한 평가를 통하여 비교 우위에 있는 대학에 한정된 정부의 재정을 차등 지원하므로 대학의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 교육과 연구를 지원하는 교육기본시설이자 핵심기관인 대학도서관의 역할과 기능이 중요하다. 하지만 대학도서관은 재정 및 인력 부족, 시설·설비·공간 등의 열악한 환경, 학생들의 참여율 저조 등의 이유로 정부의 재정지원사업에 적극적으로 참여하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ACE 사업(2010-2016)에 선정된 45개 대학 가운데 도서관이 참여한 18개 대학도서관의 프로그램 운영사례를 조사·분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하고 담당 사서를 대상으로 대학도서관의 역할과 성과 등을 설문 조사하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 정부의 대학재정지원사업에 대비하여 대학도서관이 고려해야 할 전략과 방안을 제안하였다.

지난 10년간 국내 도서관계에서는 도서관의 장애인서비스 관련 환경이 크게 개선되었다. 관련 법안이 마련되고, 시설과 설비가 확대되고, 관련 장서와 프로그램의 수가 증가하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 장애인의 도서관 이용 비율이 증가추세에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구를 분석하여 장애유형별 이용 요구를 분석하였으며, 이용자 면담과 전문가 델파이 연구를 통해 이용자들의 도서관 서비스에 대한 핵심요구를 파악하였다. 이용자들은 자원의 양적 확대와 함께 질적 확대, 개별화된 서비스와 프로그램 제공, 시설 편의성 증대, 웹과 어플리케이션의 접근성 향상, 전문적인 인력 배치 등을 요구하였다.

As the South Korean government has recently announced its intention to implement a three-year policy on building additional libraries and complex community centers as the community-based everyday life SOC project, society has shed new light on libraries as public service institutions. Accordingly, this study was conducted to determine the factors affecting resident satisfaction with public libraries, intention to use, and intention to recommend public libraries, for use as basic data to increase resident satisfaction and use of public libraries in South Korea. To this end, we conducted a survey on residents who have experience with using 13 public libraries designated as regional representative libraries in South Korea. The surveyed data was verified with a structural equation using AMOS. The results were as follows. First, all factors, such as material, facility, staff, program, and service, except location and space, had a significant effect on resident satisfaction with public libraries. Second, it was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to use and intention to recommend. The results of this study may contribute to qualitatively improving public library services by reflecting the changing needs of users, as well as social trends at the working level of libraries in South Korean society.

The International Research Cooperation Information Center has carried out a project to collect the DBs related to the international research cooperation information, and build an online service system. This study seeks to examine and understand the trends of international research cooperation by analyzing the data corresponding to the other international cooperation DBs such as symposium and seminar, which may be said to be the arena of cooperation by the international research cooperation related experts, among the international research cooperation information DBs collected by the International Research Cooperation Information Center. The other international cooperation DBs are divided into the international cooperation consortium, international cooperation symposium, international research cooperation seminar, international training program, international research cooperation workshop, and the international research cooperation equipment / facility. It seems that, based on the research results, it is necessary to hold international cooperation programs, seminars, and workshops, among others, with a focus on the themes to recover the trends of international cooperation as in the past, and recover from the pandemic situation. The results of this study may be utilized as the basic data for the researchers related to the international research cooperation, and furthermore, by analyzing various international research cooperation information DBs in a multi-faceted manner, the studies analyzing the research trends of international research cooperation by field, subject, and type may be conducted, and the facilitation of the international research cooperation in Korea is expected moving forward.

최근 복합문화공간으로서의 공공도서관 건립이 하나의 트렌드로 자리잡고 있고, 지자체마다 다른 시설과 한 건물에 혹은 한 대지에 함께 건립되는 복합시설로서의 공공도서관 건립이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 이는 「제3차 도서관발전종합계획」에서 밝힌 바와 같이, 2020년까지 공공도서관 1,468개관을 확대함과 동시에 생활 SOC사업과 연계를 도모하고자 하는 정책의 일환이며 부산시가 추진하는 계획 중 2025년까지 25개의 공공도서관 추가 건립계획도 이에 해당한다고 볼 수 있다. 공공도서관 복합화의 유형은 매우 다양한 형태로 나타나는데, 공공청사 내 도서관 조성 역시 공공청사와 도서관을 결합한 형태로 이러한 복합화 움직임에 포함될 수 있다. 이에 이 연구는 국내 공공청사 내 공공도서관 조성 현황을 조사하여 우수사례를 제시하고, 부산시청사 내 공공도서관 조성에 대한 시민들의 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 하여, 부산시청사 내 공공도서관의 기본 방향, 조직과 인력, 장서개발, 서비스 프로그램(특성화 프로그램) 등 운영의 기본계획을 제안하였다.
