본 연구의 목적은 수요자인 학교가 교육과정 운영을 위하여 요구하는 사서교사의 직무와 역량 사례를 분석하고, 사서교사의 전문성 향상 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 IB 국제학교가 사서교사를 선발하기 위하여 게시한 20건의 구인광고에 포함된 사서교사의 직무와 역량을 IFLA 학교도서관 가이드라인을 기준으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 IB 국제학교의 사서교사 직무 및 역량은 IB 교육과정 지침에 근거를 두고 있으며, 이 지침은 IBO 교육과정이 지향하는 교육이념과 학습자상에 기반을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 학교가 사서교사에게 가장 많이 기대하는 직무는 도서관 장서관리 및 협동을 통한 교수이며, 이를 위한 주요 역량은 의사소통과 협동능력, 교수-학습·교육과정·교육설계 및 제공 그리고 디지털과 매체활용능력이다. 이러한 분석 결과는 사서교사의 전문성은 교육과정에서 제시하는 교육적 인간상과 학습자 역량에 기반을 두고 있어야 함을 보여준다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 사서교사의 전문성 신장 방안을 다음과 같은 측면에서 제시하였다. 첫째, 국가 수준의 교육과정 편성 운영 지침에 학교도서관의 역할 포함하기 둘째, 학교도서관진흥법시행령 개정을 통한 인적자원의 직무 구분하기 셋째, 사서교사 자격 취득을 위한 기본이수 과목 개편 및 교육실습과 사서교사 임용시험에 협동수업 시연 도입하기 등이다.

Many educators and teacher-librarians have emphasized many times on the necessity and the educational value of the school library. But actually the necessity and the educational value of the school library is not recognized as the most important ones in the educational system. Therefore I tried to find out several ways on the development of the school library and the promotion of the teacher-librarian focusing on recognition of the necessity of school library. In order to develop the school library, it is necessary that the function of the school library should be maximized and transformed to effective system. I would like to suggest the following methods : 1) Transform the present school library into the school library media center. 2) Connect the running system S.L.M.C. to the curriculum of the school. 3) Emphasis of the reading education. 4) Guidance on the use of library. At last I studied on the definition, the legal status and the education of the teacher-librarian.

In order to improve this, Korean universities should reorganize their curriculum such as job system research and job - based program development according to the demand of industry in order to improve their working ability due to the decrease of the school - age population and the youth unemployment rate. In this study, first, conceptualization of friendly education and definition of industry - university cooperation and analysis of cases related to friendly - educational cooperation between industry and academia, second, analysis of fusion healing majors in Healing Bio - I want to conduct research. Konkuk University Healing Bioresource College conducted a survey based on demand such as experts and industry for the development of industry - academic cooperation - friendly curriculum. As a result of this process, I developed a curriculum development committee to study the internal and external environment through the literature survey, focus group interviews, and Delphi research. The purpose of this study is to develop competitiveness curriculum reflecting competitiveness of human resource development in Korea, to develop competitiveness curriculum that reflects customized opinions of societal demand, to organize systematic curriculum to have practical ability, to strengthen the employment link through development of curriculum in accordance with the direction of human resources development, We will make contribution to build the system of operation from the center to the consumer center, evaluation of the practical ability through the curriculum and the feedback system.

본 연구는 준사서를 위한 교과과정에 관한 조사 및 분석하는데 있다. 그 이유는 시대의 변화에 따라 도서관 업무도 변하고 그 와 관련된 준사서를 위한 교과과정 형성도 변해야 할 필요성이 있으며 또 이론보다 실무연습이 강조되어야 할 필요성 때문이다. 그 방안으로는 첫째 도서관현장에서 요구되는 새로운 지식을 파악하기 위해 문헌조사 및 도서관 현직 사서와의 면담을 통하여 준사서의 업무를 파악하고 둘째 문헌정보학 교수, 도서관 관리책임자 및 도서관 현직 준사서들에게 설문지를 배포하여 의견을 수렴함으로서 준사서를 위한 교과과정 형성에 새롭게 포함되어야 할 교과목을 선정하였다. 설문지 문항은 총 30개로 준사서를 위한 교과과정에 관련된 일반적인 사항과 시대적인 변화에 따른 준사서의 업무 및 준사서의 일상적인 업무들로 구분되었다. 5단계 리커트척도를 사용하여 측정하고 조사결과는 SAS(Statistical Analysis System)를 사용하여 분석했다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the educational literature search methodology objectives and the content structure of a course in bibliography. The content of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The concept and domain of literature search methodology, which has traditionally gone by the name of a guide to use of literature and library, are described. 2. The need of incorporating the methodology into regular college curriculum was investigated in view of the ideology of college education. 3. The background, process, and current status of offering a course in the methodology as a part of regular college curriculum were examined. 4. The educational objective of a course in the methodology was set at the successful activities in self study, life-long-education, and special topic research. 5. Considering the fact that technical knowledge and propositional knowledge should be realized simultaneously, that educational experience should go hand in hand with materials and library, and that knowledge should be constructed systematically and logically, the content structure of the methodology were divided into the following six categories: a) the significance of the methodology of literature search b) the college library and the activities of literature search c) types and characteristics of materials d) literature search by catalog e) explanation of basic bibliography f) research and literature search

본 연구는 학교도서관 중심의 독서교육을 위한 내용체계 즉, 범위와 계열을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 기존의 독서교육 내용체계를 비교 분석하여 공통적인 요소를 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 실정에 맞는 독서교육의 내용체계 즉, 범위와 계열을 설정하였다. 우리나라의 고등학교 독서 교과의 교육과정은 물론 미국과 일본의 대표적인 독서 관련 교육과정의 내용체계를 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 10개 영역, 45개 요소의 독서교육 내용(요소)을 1차적으로 설정하였다. 초 중등학교 현장의 사서교사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 1차적으로 설정한 독서교육의 범위(요소)에 대한 타당성과 지도하기에 적합한 학교 급별 수준을 조사한 후 최종적으로 학교도서관 중심의 독서교육 내용체계 즉, 범위와 계열을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 어린이사서의 전문성 개발에 대해 논의하고 있다. 이를 위해 어린이사서의 자질과 역할을 살펴보고, 어린이사서의 양성과 관련한 문헌정보학 교육과정과 사서재교육과정의 운영실태를 살펴보았으며 그 문제점을 분석하였다. 이후 어린이사서의 전문성개발을 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 정보활용교육을 통한 교과연계 도서관활용수업을 실행함으로써 정보활용능력을 향상시키고 교수 학습지원센터로서의 학교도서관에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식변화를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 4학년 사회과와 과학과를 중심으로 1년간 20회(40시간)에 걸쳐 실제 수업을 실행하였으며, 연구보고서법 수행평가를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학교도서관에 대한 학생들의 인식과 정보활용능력이 향상되었으며 도서관활용수업에 대한 교사들의 관심도 확대된 것으로 나타났다.

전통적으로 책과 독서에 강한 분야인 문헌정보학은 도서와 독서 과정을 통해 인간의 감정·상황·병리 증상 등을 치유하는 독서치료에 있어 주도적이고 중심적인 역할을 하는 학문이라고 할 수 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 독서치료와 매우 밀접한 상호 관계를 가진 문헌정보학 분야에 학문적·실전적 관점을 적용하여 독서치료에 대한 인식 및 현황조사를 진행하였다. 우선, 인식조사는 수도권 소재 4년제 대학에서 문헌정보학 관련 수업을 듣는 200명의 대학생을 대상으로, 독서치료 관련 키워드를 활용하여 5개의 주제(도서, 독서치료, 교과과정, 도서관, 기타)에 관해 조사하였다. 이어서 문헌정보학 분야에서의 독서치료 현황은 교육적·실전적 관점에서 살펴보기 위해 독서치료 관련 교과과정과 도서관에서의 독서치료 활동으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 독서치료 관련 교육과정 현황은 국내 4년제 대학 가운데 문헌정보학과가 개설된 32개의 대학을 바탕으로 독서치료 관련 키워드를 통해 탐색하여 분석을 진행하였고, 도서관에서의 독서치료 활동 현황은 국내 1,104개의 공공도서관을 대상으로 독서치료 프로그램과 독서목록을 각각 분석하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 최종적으로 이들 조사 결과를 토대로, 문헌정보학 분야에서의 독서치료 활성화와 발전을 위한 방향성을 독서치료 참여자와 운영자 관점에서 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 따라 변화한 학교도서관 환경변화에 따라 학교도서관 운영전문가의 역할이 무엇인지 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 우선, 학교도서관 사서 배치관련 법규 및 사서교사 배치현황을 분석하고, 비정규직 사서업무에 대한 면담 분석 및 정규직 사서교사, 비정규직 사서, 도서관 담당교사가 실제 수행하고 있는 업무에 관한 인식을 비교 분석하여 바람직한 학교도서관 운영전문가의 역할을 제시하였다.
