Recently, there have been a number of researchers in the field of education who are actively exploring the educational applications of Blockchain technology, even though it is still in its infancy. Some researchers have been investigating its application in educational administration to issue academic credentials' or maintain student records with distributed ledger, which is the basis of Blockchain technology. Whereas, others have been examining its application in redesigning learning systems that are being used in various contexts, including online learning and lifelong education. In that vein, this paper aims to discuss a liberal arts education system which will be supported by Blockchain-based 'smart contracts'. At present, active efforts are being made to innovate liberal arts education in Korea, centered around government-funded university innovation projects and there have been reports of great achievements. However, if the Blockchain technology is applied to innovating the liberal arts education, we will innovate not only the liberal arts education but also university education as a whole. In this paper, there are suggestions on how to build a learner-centered educational environment where a liberal arts education system is supported by Blockchain-based smart contracts. First of all, the current innovation in liberal arts education and its limitations are discussed, followed by ways in which Blockchain-based smart contracts can reframe the liberal arts education system. Last but not least, the paper addresses implications of the Blockchain technology applications in liberal arts education, along with their future prospects.

This study examines the processes and characteristics of modern Korean embroidery art from the beginning of Korean modern times to 1945 which was the year of independence from Japan. An objective basis is presented by the analysis of articles and illustrations from the press and publications of the corresponding times. The significance of this study is to research the modern Korean embroidery art, which connected traditional times with modern Korean culture in order to investigate its identity. Due to Korea's modern embroidery art being started in the Japanese colonial times, there are some limits in it because of it being influenced by Western modern embroidery art and Japanese embroidery design. However, modern Korean embroidery art expanded from the private space to public space such as schools, open lectures and exhibitions. It has also accepted diverse foreign embroidery forms, which have been commercialized and accepted as art. The embroidery craft as commerce and art has given women the chance to achieve economic independence and to improve their social status. Modern Korean embroidery was art for the modern woman who had been educated in academic art, as well as a liberal art for wealthy housewives. It was the foundation of economic independence for poor rural women. It can be concluded that Modern Korean embroidery art has been accepted and developed by women in modern times.

Even though there are many discussions about how to plan new content, it is difficult to find the discourse about planning new content in media academy. I tried to check how useful the semantics is in planning new content by autoethnography and how liberal art approach connect with content production field. As I had had no experience of making new current issue program, I chose forced connection method to develop new program's title 'Danbak'. By listing the meaning of 'Danbak' which means 'at once', 'without delay', 'on the spot', 'frankly', I could arrange new mechanism for the program and decide whom to invite and this could be called content planning method by semantics. This is the result of forced production environment characterized by short period for planning and small team and it shows that liberal art approach is useful enough.

The purpose of this study was to examine the students' responses and self-understanding in the liberal arts and personality class, one of the compulsory liberal arts subjects at S University. The results of the study are as follows. First, the degree of influence on students' positive change in this class was higher than normal using a five-step Likert scale. In particular, as a result of the film discussion conducted by the researcher, satisfaction was very high. Second, as a result of picture test analysis, changes in coping ability through stress and resource scales were seen in the students, and it was an opportunity for students to understand themselves by looking into their minds. This study presented example of classes that can cultivate students' personality through literature, art, and video, and cultivate their qualities as global citizens, such as responsibility, leadership, cooperation, consideration, communication, and empathy, through discussion.

Interactive art is implemented by participants interaction, characterized by the virtuality, immersion, interactivity. Among these features, immersion is important factor to absorb in the interactive art. From now, Interactive art measurement methods are mainly used in interview, questionnaire, and physiological methods. But these methods are difficult to measure the exact immersion, can give interfere with viewer's participation in the interactive art. In this paper, we propose the immersion measurement method which based on participant's moving lines, observation time with mobile devices, camera. This paper can help to analyse degree of immersion on interactive art.

In this paper it is considered that international students who are studying at Korean universities have difficulty in completing their studies while adjusting to Korean university life. The reason for this is that most international students enter university but they are lack of liberal arts knowledge such as Korean language skills and foundation studies necessary for their major studies. However, most universities focus on teaching Korean language as a liberal arts course for international students. Therefore It suggests that the most important and urgent required is for international students to improve their liberal arts knowledge as well as their Korean language skills. Furthermore, this paper argues order for international students who do not have enough liberal arts such as Korean language proficiency or basic science to study successfully, a systematic liberal arts curriculum and teaching methods for international students should be presented and applied in the field. Accordingly, this paper shows an example of the class operated by applying the knowledge-based Korean language teaching method to the cultural class, which is a dedicated subjects for international students, and proved its effectiveness.

The ornament design of Jewels drawing project and a product by computer are increased development and as exertion as a realization of automation. Through the use of CAD software(Auto CAD R 13 & Jewel CAD) \circled1 A design development of the jewels in industrial society \circled2 A metals art & design on the dress and it's ornaments - Study about application of principle(liberal curve, arrangement of repeated form, gradual unity, rhythmical harmony) Although Auto CAD don't various expression of Jewels than a Jewel CAD, formative.scientific.funtional development of geometrical form is free. That is (to say), geometrical form is given much weigh in the general CAD, but Jewel CAD made concentrate software on the jewels design for the expression of liberal form. The CAD/CAM software for jewellery program is composed of main menu, icons, hotkeys.
