we know that Zeng Cheng Kai Fang Fa is the generalization of the method of square roots and cube roots of ancient through the investigation of China mathematics. In this paper, we have research on traditional solutions equations of China mathematics and the development solutions of equations used by Chosun mathematicians.

In herb-medication, Seung Gi Tang has been used most frequently and next to Bi Yack Hwan, Ma In Hwan have been used many time.

The problem of finding Cramer rule for solutions of some restricted linear equation Ax = b has been widely discussed. Recently Wang and Qiao consider the following more general problem AXB = D, $R(X){\subset}T$, $N(X){\supset}\tilde{S}$. They present the solution of above general restricted matrix equation by using generalized inverses and give an explicit expression for the elements of the solution matrix for the matrix equation. In this paper we re-consider the restricted matrix equation and give an equivalent matrix equation to it. Through the equivalent matrix equation, we derive condensed Cramer rule for above restricted matrix equation. As an application, condensed determinantal expressions for $A_{T,S}^{(2)}$ A and $AA_{T,S}^{(2)}$ are established. Based on above results, we present a method for computing the solution of a kind of restricted matrix equation.

According to studing on the mind in oriental medicine and confucianism. I got the following results.1. In oriental medicine, the mind (心) is main faculty region of shin(神) in human body.2. The mind have functional reaction of sensation, rational thinking, and emotional faculty for objective world.3. In Confuncianism, the mind express the Sung (性) which is based on the Heaven (天), and it control sensation, rational thinking, and emotional faculty.4. To the understanding ground of universal reality, the mind was explained Qi (氣) or Li (理), and come to an end about the sung (性).

Aldose reductase (AR) has been shown to play an important role in the development of diabetic complications. To search for AR inhibitors from Chinese plants, the ethanol extracts of Chinese plants was tested against an inhibition of rat lens AR in vitro. Among Chinese plants tested, Cissus assamica var. pilosissima and Syzygium oblatum showed highest inhibition of AR ($IC_{50}$ values, 0.71 and 0.79 ${\mu}g/ml$, respectively). Cissus assamica var. pilosissima and Syzygium oblatum showed more potent inhibitory activity against AR than the positive control, TMG. Consequently, C. assamica var. pilosissima and S. oblatum have a possibility of new natural resources for the development of AR inhibitor for the prevention of diabetic complications.

An acid polysaccharide (SFP), was extracted from alga Sargassum fusiforme in hot water, was purified by ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. The PC, chemical analysis, electrophoresis and IR of SFP indicated that it was a kind of alginate with a mol. wt. of 13,000 and a molar ratio of mannuronic acid to guluronic acid 2.75. Pharmacological tests showed that SFP could prolong the survival duration of mice suffering from ascitic Sarcoma 180 with a rate of life prolongation of 63.44%.

Some convergence theorems for approximating to a common fixed point of an infinite family of strictly pseudocontractive mappings of Browder-Petryshyn type are proved in the setting of Banach spaces by using a new composite implicit iterative process with errors. The results presented in the paper generalize and improve the main results of Bai and Kim [1], Gu [4], Osilike [5], Su and Li [7], and Xu and Ori [8].

Disordered carbon materials for anode of lithium rechargeable batteries were showed much larger reversible capacity than graphite. In this paper, we studied the electrochemical characteristics of PPP-based carbon, one of the disordered carbon, as adding with different amount of graphite. PPP-based carbon with 30wt% of graphite showed large reversible capacity, ${\sim}286mAh/g$, irreversible capacity ${\sim}299mAh/g$, and small hysteresis between discharge and charge in carbon/Li cell.

세계 각국은 새로운 유비쿼터스 환경변화에 맞추어 전략적 차원에서 u-IT에 대한 연구와 다양한 프로젝트를 추진 중이다. 특히 유비쿼터스를 지역수준으로 적용 시 지역 구성원들의 삶의 질이 향상되고 편익을 직접적으로 체감할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경의 중심 기술 중 하나인 RFID는 대역별로 다른 특징을 가지고 있어 단일 대역 RFID는 제약조건이 있으며, 이를 극복하고 보다 입체적인 정보와 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 여러 대역의 RFID를 통합하는 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새로운 u-City 서비스 모델로써 u-Zone 서비스 구축 시에 필요한 13.56MHz와 2.45GHz 주파수 대역의 듀얼밴드 RFID Manager를 개발한다. RFID Manager는 u-Zone 서비스의 임베디드 하드웨어인 Base Station에 탑재하는 응용 소프트웨어로서 리더에서 입력되는 정보를 u-Zone 통합 서버 시스템에 전달하는 역할을 한다.

A Literatual Study on the external treatment of eye diseases, the result were as follows. 1. The external treatment of eye diseases used eyedrops(點,滴), steam bath(熏), washing(洗), plaster(敷). 2. Eyedrops used filterated decoction. 3. Eye diseases used Bomeolum(永片), Coptidis Rhiwma(黃連), Angelicae gigantis Radix(當歸) with clearing away heat and toxic materials, clearing away swelling, pain, ithing and convulsion, clearing away nebula 4. Eye diseases used B-1(晴明), B-2(찬竹), Tae-Yang(太陽), S-1(承泣), G-1(瞳子료), S-2(四白), TE-23(絲竹空), Eo-Yo(魚腰), G-14(陽白), Gu-Hu(球後), G-20(風池), B-18(肝兪), LI-4(合谷), Liv-3(太衡, B-23(腎兪), G-37(光明), Liv-2(行間), GV-23(上星), and S-36(足三里).
