본 연구는 국립중앙도서관에서 제공하고 있는 근대문학서비스의 이용현황 및 만족도를 조사하고, 이를 기반으로 서비스를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 이용자의 요구를 기반으로 모색해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 이용자의 근대문학 서비스에 대한 이용률은 매우 저조한 것으로 나타났고, 이용경험자의 이용만족도는 보통으로 나타났다. 따라서 이용률과 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 첫째, 현재 제공되고 있는 근대문학 서비스에 대한 적극적인 홍보가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 전시 및 관람 정보에 대한 홍보는 근대문학자료 이용자로의 직접적 발로를 제공하고 있으므로 다양한 형태의 전시, 관람 행사의 진행이 필요한 것으로 보였다. 셋째, 응답자들은 도서관 홈페이지, 포털사이트, SNS 등 온라인을 통한 홍보 매체가 효과적인 홍보방법이라고 하였으나, 저학력과 고연령층에서는 오프라인 매체를 통한 홍보방법을 선호하고 있어 홍보매체의 선정에 있어 심도 깊은 논의와 고민이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

최근 온라인 마케팅에서 가장 중요한 분야로 온라인 맞춤형 광고가 떠오르고 있다. 온라인 맞춤형 광고는 개인정보 수집 및 동의, 소비자의 인지된 개인화 및 소비자의 온라인 사생활 침해 걱정 등과 같은 이슈들을 만들었다. 본 연구는 이러한 세 가지 이슈들이 온라인 맞춤형 광고에 미치는 영향들이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 연구결과, 정보 수집과 사용동의 구분은 온라인 맞춤형 광고 평가에 주요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 개인정보 수집에서 향후 온라인 맞춤형 광고 노출 시 리워드를 받을 수 있을 거라고 고지된 사람들은 그렇지 않은 사람들보다 브랜드 태도가 더 긍정적이었다. 광고 메시지의 인지된 개인화 정도는 온라인 맞춤형 광고 태도 및 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 온라인 사생활 침해 걱정 역시 온라인 맞춤형 광고 태도 및 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이론적 및 실무적 시사점은 토의에서 더 자세히 살펴보았다.

In this work, we propose an analytic framework for dimensioning the link capacity of broadband access networks which provide universal broadband access services to a diverse kind of customers such as patient and impatient customers. The proposed framework takes into account the flow-level quality of service (QoS) of a connection as well as the packet-level QoS, via which a simple and systematic provisioning and operation of the network are provided. To that purpose, we first discuss the necessity of flow-aware network dimensioning by reviewing the networking technologies of the current and future access network. Next, we propose an analytic model for dimensioning the link capacity for an access node of broadband convergence networks which takes into account both the flow and packet level QoS requirements. By carrying out extensive numerical experiment for the proposed model assuming typical parameters that represent real network environment, the validity of the proposed method is assessed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of prior information about ICU environment on the anxiety and environmental stress of cardiac surgery ICU patients. Methods: A non-equivalent control group non-synchronized quasi-experimental research design was used. Participants were 60 (control 30, experimental 30) patients who had been admitted to ICU. Prior information about the ICU environment was provided to the experimental group. The anxiety level of subjects was measured by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the stress level of subjects was measured by the Intensive Care Unit Environmental Stressor Scale (ICUESS). Data were analyzed using a Chi-square test or a Fisher's exact test, independent samples t-test, and paired samples t-test. Results: There was no difference in Anxiety (t=-0.58, p=.563), but there was a significant difference in environmental stress (t=10.46, p<.001). Conclusion: Providing prior information would be an effective nursing intervention to reduce environmental stress.

In these authors’ previous paper, it was shown that grey-level stability is one of the main drawbacks of the time-sequential stereoscopic 3D display. In the present study, it was demonstrated that a videoluminance meter can be used to rapidly and easily check the quality of such display. A dedicated pattern was applied to simultaneously check the effect of the grey level on the other eye and the effect of the temporal synchronization. The results were compared with those provided by a temporal model of the display, which was obtained by measuring its temporal behavior. The visual impact of the grey-level instabilities was precisely quantified, and they were found to be a major source of imperfections for the aforementioned display.

It is essential to perform the software process improvement activities to reinforce the software quality. Some companies are trying to improve the software process capability by establishing and implementing the software process improvement strategies voluntarily. But, the whole software industry is not active yet in terms of software process improvement. In this paper, we surveyed 'Software Process Capability Level' of software companies, analyzed the strength and weakness of the companies and provided with systematic approaches to improve Software Process capability. So, this paper contributes that software companies vigorously focus on the Software Process Improvement and eventually have the global competitiveness in terms of software quality.

This article examines the seismic vulnerability of soil nail wall structures. Detailed information regarding finite element modeling has been provided. The fragility function evaluates the relationship between ground motion intensities and the probability of surpassing a specific level of damage. The use of incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) has been applied to the soil nail wall against low to severe ground motions. In the nonlinear dynamic analysis of the soil nail wall, a set of twenty seismic ground motions with varying PGA ranges are used. The numerical results demonstrate that the soil-nailed wall reaction is extremely sensitive to earthquake ground vibrations under different intensity measures (IM). In addition, the analytical fragility curve is provided for various intensity values.

Background: The understanding of ecosystem services can be quantified and qualitative to assess the impacts of changes in the ecosystem to support human well-being. In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sustainable use of ecosystem services has attracted the interest of a range of decision-makers. However, although there is a concern for biodiversity, natural ecosystem, and their services, linking ecosystems with conservation planning remains challenging. Results: This study assessed the first qualitative ecosystem services provided by the Mundok wetland with decision makers of the West/Yellow Sea region. Furthermore, this study applied the Rapid Assessment Wetland Ecosystem method to support natural resources management, improving living conditions. We identified that cultural and supporting services index are highly provided, but preparing a plan to increase the provisioning and regulating services in Mundok wetland is necessary. Conclusions: The assessment results can provide helpful information for ecosystem services assessment, habitat conservation, conservation planning, and decision-making at local level.

Purposes of this study were to identify a hospital-based home care model and to improve the physical, emotional and economical effectiveness of arthritic patients through medical and nursing team approach. The design in nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design with matched samples in terms of age, sex and disease severity. Fifty two patients in each group were assigned in Seoul, Kyunggi, Kangwon and Kwangju. Before and after 6-month period of home care, level of pain, duration of morning stiffness, Richie Index, ADL, self efficacy, depression, cost expenditure were measured. Nine patients were excluded from the control group in the period of study because of denial of participation. Contents of home care provided to the experimental group include mainly distribution of prescribed drugs, 'assessment of patients' condition and side-reactions of drug. All of the information related to the home care patient were reported to the physician. On the bases of these data, the physician prescribe the specific drugs to each patient. Each patient visited the physician every 2 or 3 month for laboratory test. Patients assigned to the control group visited the outpatient clinic once a month as usual. Null hypotheses were selected because physicians concerned about the ineffective change of patients' conditions due to indirect communication with patients through nurses. Level of pain, Richie index, ADL, self-efficacy, depression, duration of morning stiffness and direct medical cost were the home care provided to them. If a family member accompany in a home care group can save 10,676 Won/month in Seoul, 34,000 Won/month in other districts. Other in-direct cost for transportation and meal can also be saved. In conclusion, those patients with low level of ADL, high level of pain and Richie index, living in the remote area definitely need the home care.

This study was done to examine the home care service provided by home care nurses and the level of client satisfaction. Data were collected from 110 clients who received the home care service at the P-hospital in Pusan from 23th April, 2001 to 30th November, 2002. The tool for measurement of satisfaction was composed of 16 items and was 4 score scale. Data was analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 10.5 program, the results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) 77.3% among 110 clients were over sixty years old. By the disease pattern. subjects were distributed into cancer(52.7%), cerebro-vascular disease(22.7%) and the others. 36.4% of clients were received home visits from 10 to 20 times by home care nurse. 2) The total number of home care services was 20,828. And most of the clients received the health education and training. 3) The mean score of satisfaction on provided home care services was $3.36\pm0.45$, out of 4. among 16 items. 'The home care nurses were kind enough' was highest ($3.59\pm0.49$), the total level of satisfaction of home care services was very high. with total mean score $53.84\pm7.16$. As mentioned above. the satisfaction level of home care services was very high. so we can except that the prospect of home care services is very challengeable. Therefore. we should try to expand the service recipients with promotional education to the home care clients under the cooperation with medical staff and make more efforts to develop the management system about clients' information. to improve the quality of the service, to assure close ties with the public health centers for the continuous home care service linking.
