This study explored the entrepreneurial intention of university students by empirical study on them and studied the various variables, which have impact on their entrepreneurial intention. The result of examination on the impact factors of each independent variable on entrepreneurial intention was as following. There were significant relation with individual ability in individual characteristics and with safety orientation, autonomy orientation, technology orientation and business orientation in career orientation. The examination result on the impact of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial intention was as following. There was significant relation between individual network and entrepreneurial policy. It was also possible to find that a student, who received entrepreneurial education as one of control variables, has higher entrepreneurial intention than a student who did not receive entrepreneurial education. Especially, business orientation was the most significant factor on entrepreneurial intention among multiple significant variables. Therefore, diverse entrepreneurial education programs should be developed and supplied so that university students can create business idea of own and reinforce the design ability related to the business.

This study focuses on changes in a father's role from one that is work-centered to a work-family balance, analyzing the type of father's work-family reconciliation and to compare the differences among the types. An online survey was conducted with 1,037 fathers of school-aged children. The survey subjects were assigned to a ratio of 1:2:1:1 for fathers who have a child in kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school. The fathers' work-family reconciliation type was a variable composed of three categories: work-centered, family-centered, and work-family centered. In the research model of this study, the fathers' work-family reconciliation type was influenced by family characteristics(the age of first child, the number of children, dual earner, and spouse support) and work characteristics(weekly working hours, work flexibility, and leaving work on time). We analyzed characteristics of work-family reconciliation through housework time, child care time, leisure time, family meals, and time spend talking with their children. The results showed that father's work-family reconciliation type was significantly different according to the characteristics such as first child age and spouse support, work characteristics such as weekly working hours and leaving work on time. The time distribution differed significantly depending on the father's work-family reconciliation type. Therefore, a fathers' work-family reconciliation can be considered typified by the interaction of family and work characteristics. This study suggests policy implications for supporting fathers' work-family reconciliation.

Ocean resources have a very important role to meet the requirements of the people's leisure activities in a limited country, so fishing villages and fishing ports are getting more and more important as a source of supply to satisfy the demands as time goes on. There are various and far-reaching approaches to the fishing villages and fishing ports. However, studies to present the over-all direction of development policy for fishing villages and fishing ports have been short; especially the studies which have been dealing with Busan were verified to be very short relatively. As a result of survey, both officials in charge and residents in fishing villages have an enough understanding of what problems the development of fishing villages have and it's direction of development and spreading effects. In the part of the policy of developing fishing ports, officials answered that insufficient synthetic estimation was main problem in developing the fishing ports, while residents had a high recognition that local fishing ports and small scale fishing ports have had poor progress relatively. In the analysis of difference between two group about the spreading effects of developing fishing villages and fishing ports, they had affirmative opinions rather than negative ones without exemption. As mentioned above, it is a right direction to develop the existing fishing ports as well as new fishing ones to the multi-functional synthetic fishing ports. The specialized development should be made so that the special quality of coastal resources, which fishing villages have, will be made the best use of.

Since the World Health Organization proposed guidelines for creating an age-friendly city in 2007, Efforts have been underway to create an age-friendly city to prepare for an aging society around the world. At this point in time, This study shows the local governments that are currently certified as an age-friendly city and the local governments that prepare for certification, improving the welfare level of single-person households for the elderly. For this purpose, Based on the theoretical discussion of elderly-friendly cities and single-person households, the policy implications are reflecting the eight major areas of the development of an aged-friendly city residential, economic, health, leisure and social participation, and for senior citizens in a single household presented policy reflections on four levels. Finally, The Limitations of the Unsurvey on the Actual Conditions of the Elderly in Single Households and future research directions were presented through the survey.

The baby boomers born between 1955 and 1974, recently called the new age, form a huge population group and show characteristics different from the previous traditional older generations. With the retirement of those who make up 33% of the nation's population in earnest, the emergence of a new generation of the elderly population and policy changes are required. The new middle age generation, also called the opal generation, want to spend their old age productively and autonomously, which has increased due to the increase in life expectancy, and have some economic ability, such as enjoying overseas travel in old age. As preparation for old age is insufficient, policy attention is required for the younger generation as a new generation. In regard to the regulations related to the RPA(Remotely Piloted Aircraft), which is sometimes called in other countries as UA(Unmanned Aircraft), ICAO stipulates the regulations in the 'RPAS manual (2015)' in detail based on the 'Chicago Convention' in 1944, and enacts provisions for the Rules of UAS or RPAS. Other contries stipulates them such as the Federal Airline Rules (14 CFR), Public Law (112-95) in the United States, the Air Transport Act, Air Transport Order, Air Transport Authorization Order (through revision in "Regulations to operating Rules on unmanned aerial System") based on EASA Regulation (EC) No.216/2008 in the case of unmanned aircaft under 150kg in Germany, and Civil Aviation Act (CAA 1998), Civil Aviation Act 101 (CASR Part 101) in Australia. Commonly, these laws exclude the model aircraft for leisure purpose and require pilots on the ground, not onboard aricraft, capable of controlling RPA. The laws also require that all managements necessary to operate RPA and pilots safely and efficiently under the structure of the unmanned aircraft system within the scope of the regulations. Each country classifies the RPA as an aircraft less than 25kg. Australia and Germany further break down the RPA at a lower weight. ICAO stipulates all general aviation operations, including commercial operation, in accordance with Annex 6 of the Chicago Convention, and it also applies to RPAs operations. However, passenger transportation using RPAs is excluded. If the operational scope of the RPAs includes the airspace of another country, the special permission of the relevant country shall be required 7 days before the flight date with detail flight plan submitted. In accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation 107 in the United States, a small non-leisure RPA may be operated within line-of-sight of a responsible navigator or observer during the day in the speed range up to 161 km/hr (87 knots) and to the height up to 122 m (400 ft) from surface or water. RPA must yield flight path to other aircraft, and is prohibited to load dangerous materials or to operate more than two RPAs at the same time. In Germany, the regulations on UAS except for leisure and sports provide duty to avoidance of airborne collisions and other provisions related to ground safety and individual privacy. Although commercial UAS of 5 kg or less can be freely operated without approval by relaxing the existing regulatory requirements, all the UAS regardless of the weight must be operated below an altitude of 100 meters with continuous monitoring and pilot control. Australia was the first country to regulate unmanned aircraft in 2001, and its regulations have impacts on the unmanned aircraft laws of ICAO, FAA, and EASA. In order to improve the utiliity of unmanned aircraft which is considered to be low risk, the regulation conditions were relaxed through the revision in 2016 by adding the concept "Excluded RPA". In the case of excluded RPA, it can be operated without special permission even for commercial purpose. Furthermore, disscussions on a new standard manual is being conducted for further flexibility of the current regulations.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe quality of life (QOL) in Korean school-age children by identifying dimensions and attributes of QOL from the child's point of view. Method: In-depth interviews with focus questions were used for the study. Twelve children, aged 10 to 13 years, were recruited from Seoul and rural areas. The interviews were audio-taped and transcribed before content analysis. The data were analyzed for themes and attributes. The researchers read the data together and discussed their conclusions until a consensus was reached. Results: Eight dimensions, 57 subdimensions and 101atttributes were identified for QOL in school-age children. The eight dimensions of QOL were physical, social, emotional, learning, leisure, family, self-value, and material aspects. Conclusion: The study results can be utilized in developing reliable instruments to measure quality of life specific to school-age children. It is proposed that a consistent and unified policy should be established by school, family, and community for the purpose of improving the QOL of school-age children.
The objectives of this study were 1) to analyze the attitudes about Elderly Assisted Living(EAL), 2) to consider the policy implications for elderly communal housing according to socio-economic status(income, occupation and education). The survey was undertaken from August to September, 2000 in Seoul and Kyunggi-Do(Ilsan, Bundang). The data were analyzed by SPSS Window program. The major findings were as follows: Most of the respondents prefered to live in EAL(over 56%), under 10 units and desired to be serviced(housework.leisure medical program.meal service). The upper class respondents preferred high-rise apartment style inner city or suburban and prefered paid services in EAL. They would willingly to pay over 800,000 won for living expenses and more than 200 million won for buying their own EAL. The middle class respondents prefered 5 stories multi-family house style with common facilities as a number. And they prefered to common facilities opening to public if the quality of facilities were better. The low class respondents prefered 5 stories multi-family house style and prefered to live within 30 minutes apart from their families and friends. They would pay under 300,000~600,000won for monthly living expenses and under 100 million won for their own EAL.

Rural youth welfare was defined to provide the preventive services as well as the protective and curative services such as education, job training, youth activity, delinquency prevention, etc. for rural youth who live in rural society, including who go out to metropolitan city for study. Based on this concept, the rural youth related facilities and problems were investigated in the area of education, culture and leisure, career, and problematic behavior. The results were identified that the efforts of government and rural related institutions were in sufficient to establish and improve the facilities for rural youth, and the gap between rural and urban youth facilities was extended increasingly, in spite of seriousness of those rural youth problems. Some of policies and programs were proposed in order to improve rural youth welfare; 1) To establish at least one activity facility in every Eup ; 2) To convert the public culture facilities such as museums, fine art museums, exhibition facilities, etc. into the culture and art facilities for rural youth; 3) To establish rural youth job information center in the agricultural technology and extension center; 4) To convert school to rural youth education and cultural center; 5) To establish the comprehensive welfare facilities for rural youth in metropolitan city.
Recently, increases of leisure activities and 5-day workweek system enforce government employ rural tourism policy and projects. Operating projects are Green Rural Experience Village, Rural Tradition Theme Village, etc. In this study under investigation of Green Rural Experience Village site, Green-Tourism performance indicators were developed. Green-Tourism performance indicators of rural village were developed by BSC(balanced scorecard) and AHP(Analytic hierarchy process). Four perspective of BSC are divided into financial perspective, customer, internal-business process, and teaming and growth perspectives. To develop green-tourism performance indicators of rural village, low perspectives of BSC are converted into investment effect, visitor, internal process, and village inhabitants perspectives. By these perspectives, green-tourism performance indicators of rural village were developed. Weighting values on importance were calculated by AHP. Performance indicators developed in this study applied in 12 villages. With the result, generally well-known villages gained high score, and in accord with survey content.
