This study focuses on investigate to the Special Tax of the Seaway Traffic Certificate collected by Tongjeyoung for secure of Gunyangmi and safety of the people and military recruitment for the navy rebuilding carried out by Yi Soon-sin of Jeongyujaeran period. In addition, I examined Yu-Hyeng, Lee Eui-On, Choi Hee-Ryang, and Jung Sa-Joon's brothers who played a major role in helping Yi Soon-sin and rebuilding the navy. Yi Soon-sin is the person to be sown forever as the Holy Hero of the save country that saved Chosun from the aggression of the Japen enemy. In addition to these contents, this study has significance in focusing on the part where Yi Soon-shin went beyond the top commander of the navy army organization and exerted his ability as the administrator for the nation and the people.

In this paper, the aspects of recollection discourse during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592 are discussed. As a research method the dialectic of oblivion is used. The results of the study are like these: first, the hero discourse of Lee Soon-Sin was the center of the discourse of the Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592 until the 20th century. In the two books Jingbirok and A War Diary written at that time, the subjective and objective description of the war was essential. However, it has a limit that it can't describe the real situation of the war that the people and the soldiers went through, as it focuses on Lee Soon-Sin's inner thoughts. Second, in the 21st century The Song of Sword written by Kim Hoon deals with the inner mind of Lee Soon-Sin in monologue unlike the usual hero discourse. Although as we can see in the records about the marine righteous army, people centered discourse description of the war shows a different way of discourse about the Imjin War. The movie, Myeongryang directed by Kim Han-Min tries to modify the way of remembering the war and presents the real heroes were the people and Lee Soon-Sin was a additional character in the war by showing a lot of battle scenes in the sea. The truth of history can't be found by only researching the recorded materials. As cultural texts dealing with the way of remembering the war, the novel shows a struggling individual not a hero and the movie focuses on that people's active participation led the victory of the war.

Purposes : Recently, acute gastroenteritis broke out among the neonates transferred from postpartum care centers located in Seoul, and Gyeounggi area. Thus, we researched the cause, progress and characters of the disease by analyzing the cases from 9 hospitals in Seoul and Gyeounggi area. Methods : We conducted retrospective study of 33 neonates transferred from postpartum care centers from October 2001 to July 2002 : we divided the neonates into 2 groups. The severe group had any of following 5 conditions : blood pH <7.20, respiratory difficulty, mechanical ventilation, shock, and disseminated intravascular coagulation. And the rest were classified into the moderate group. Results : The severe group was significantly more aged than the moderate group(P= 0.005). Weight loss was significantly severe in the severe group(P=0.0512). In blood gas analysis, bicarbonate was less in the severe group than the moderate group(P=0.032). In the virus examination, rotavirus was detected in 7 cases, and astrovirus was detected in 1 case. In the severe group, 4 neonates were dead. Conclusion : In acute gastroenteritis of neonates, early diagnosis and treatment are important. Thus, the legislation of postpartum care center is needed, and the medical specialists should be stationed in postpartum care center. We assume that the severe group had severe conditions because they were treated comparatively late. However, to find out the cause of the disease and to cope with it, the nationwide epidemiologic study on acute gastrenteritis of neonates is needed.

Objective : The aim of this study was to categorize tic disorders and introduce the treatments of tic disorders in oriental medicine. This article includes the report of successful treatment with oriental medicine. Methods : The author classifided the terms of oriental medicine in associated with tic disorders based on DSM-IV and then studied symptoms, etiological causes, and treatment through ${\ll}$Dong yui bo gam Book${\gg}$ . Results and Conclusions : 1. The concept of Tic disorders is similar to Mok-cha (目箚), Gun-chuck-youk-soon, Soon-dong, Mae-hack-gi (梅核氣) and etc, in oriental medical term. 2. In oriental medicine, tic disorders can be classified Gan-poong-nae-dong-zung (肝風內動證) type, Dam-hwa-yo-sin-zung (淡火擾神證) type, Bee-her-gan-wang-zung (脾虛肝旺證) type and Gan-sin-um-her-zung (肝腎陰虛證) type. 3. In oriental medicine, tic disorders are treated by much(so) various therapy such as herb medication, acupuncture and moxibustion, oriental psychotherapy and dirigation (Gi-Gong, 氣功) etc. 4. Tourette’s disorder is not easy to cure. When the treatment of occidental medicine and that of oriental medicine are mutually cooperated, more effective medical care might be expected. Therefore, it is necessary for further study to treat tic disorders by mutually cooperated therapy.

For New In-Cheon Airport. South Approach Section of Young long Great Bridge is to be special concerned to CWR due to substructure was already constructed former railroad bridge design specification. So we applied maintenance free system and CWR (Continuous Welded Rail) by ZLR(Zero Longitudinal Restraint) at bridge expansion joint part. This thesis generally introduce for CWR by ZLR at South Approach Section of Young long Great Bridge.
