In a literary work may reflect the socio-enviromental situations of the time. Lee Injae wrote "Sujingyeongheomsinbang" in early $20^{th}$ century, in a time when japanese colonization began and with which the influence of so called modern medicine, western medicine, were increasing. Though this trend was ever increasing the system for education and propagation was not enough and the practice of TKM was still predominant in public. This book reflect the concern of the author about this transitional time. He stat ing that TKM has a strong point in internal medicine while western medicine in external or surgical diseases tries to consolidate both medicines. This opinion is still valid today or at least serve as a reference as this problem still remains us to solve.

The rainy season started in July, 2006 and the rainfall occurred much damage from July 26 to 28 for three days. Injae and Yangyang which many damage generated by rainfall was made applicable to research. Research of a study has grasped the damage aspect and present condition of Kangwondo. The cause of damage and the measure were concluded in consideration of the collapse characteristic.

경부고속철도 급전구간을 운행하는 KTX 고속열차는 싸이리스터 위상제어방식을 사용하는 대용량의 집중부하로 고속열차가 운행될 때 차량에서 발생되는 많은 고조파 전류가 철도급전계통으로 유입된다. 이러한 고조파 전류가 한국전력계통으로 유입되면 한전계통의 전압왜형율을 증가시켜 전력품질을 저하시키게 된다. 이에따라 모든 고속철도 변전소에는 고조파 전류 저감을 위한 필터설비가 설치되어 있다. 필터설비 설치에 따라 고속철도 급전계통으로 유입되는 고조파 전류와 전압왜형율 측정결과로 고조파 저감효과를 보인다.

The objective of this study aims to explore the situation of damage from wild animals in Korea. Through case study on two villages in Injae, Kangwon province and Cheongyang, Chungnam province. This overview summarises the current issues and trends in wild animals damage through two case studies. We found that there are not only to get economic damage but also not to be able to sleep to protect their farm land from animal invading. We suggest to develop physical and chemical instruments not to access their plants in farmland and to increase central and local government's damage repayments.

본고는 한국노동패널조사 1~10차년도 자료를 이용하여 정규직과 비정규직의 임금격차를 분석한다. 근로자 개인의 관찰되지 않은 이질성을 통제한 고정효과모형(fixed effect model)의 추정 결과에 의하면 정규직과 비정규직의 임금격차는 단순 횡단면 분석에서 나타난 임금격차의 약 50% 수준이다. 노동조합이 임금격차를 축소하거나 비정규직의 임금수준을 향상시킨다는 실증적 증거는 발견되지 않으며, 기업규모는 고용형태보다 임금수준에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다.

This paper presents the design of a BLDC motor driver applicable to various valve control systems using smart devices. BLDC motors are relatively small in size and have better performance than other motors. They help in reducing maintenance cost, installation costs and power consumption in plant facilities. The proposed driver is specially designed for BLDC motors using Smart Communication Platform. It adds smart features in the valve control system using BLDC motors such as multi-management, control, networking and monitoring in real time with the help of smart devices.

본 논문에서는 불법복제 영상 판단을 위한 RGB 변위값 측정을 통한 360도 영상 식별 기준 키 프레임 선정 방법을 제안한다. 방송 프로그램이나 영화 등과 같은 콘텐츠는 인터넷들을 통하여 국내뿐만 아니라 해외로도 대량 불법 유통됨으로써 국가적으로 큰 손실이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 불법복제 여부를 빠른 속도로 판단하기 위한 방법으로 360도 영상에서 추출된 각각의 프레임에서 RGB 변위값을 측정하여 동일한 장면으로 인식되는 프레임을 하나로 묶어 해당 장면의 키 프레임으로 선정한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 불법복제 영상의 판단 시간을 단축시키고 판단 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
