본 연구는 생태계 측면으로 블록체인 기술을 논의하고 각 구성 요소의 역할에 대하여 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 블록체인 생태계는 구성원이 분산 원장을 기반으로 새로운 가치(서비스)를 창출하기 위해 서로 공유하고 협업하는 네트워크 구조이다. 따라서 식물생태계와 비교하면, 블록체인 생태계의 구성 요소는 서비스 제공 업체(생산자), 서비스 사용자(소비자) 및 분산 원장 소유자(분해자)로 구성된다. 블록체인 생태계에서 분해자 역할을 하는 분산 원장은 중요한 요소이다. 블록체인 생태계의 가치를 유지하고 활성화하기 위해 분산 원장 소유자가 효율성을 확보 할 수 있는 환경을 구축하여야 생태계가 활성화 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 블록체인 생태계의 내부 관계를 이해하고 관련 연구에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 생태계를 활성화시키는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구의 한계는 탐구적인 연구를 기반으로 작성한 것이며, 향후에는 객관적인 자료를 기반으로 관련 논의가 되어야 한다.

This study is a continuation of the previous experimental analysis and is mostly focused on handsheet strength properties. Four completely different fibers, which were Hw-BKP, Sw-BKP, white ledger, and OCC, were selected to investigate the effect of mechanical pre-treatment by Hobart mixer on handsheet strength properties. After equal time mechanical pre-treatment, the fibers were refined with laboratory valley beater for 10, 20 and 30 minutes, and handsheets were prepared from the fibers for physical strength comparison. Handsheets from SW-BKP and OCC showed 5-30% increase of breaking length, burst index, tear index, and compression index while handsheets from HW-BKP and white ledger no Increase except tear index. In Hobart mixer pre-treatment, HW-BKP and white ledger fibers were easily attached to the wall of the mixer bowl and mechanical action was not effectively applied. The fiber length of Hw-BKP and white ledger were 0.837mm and 1.591 mm, respectively, while SW-BKP and OCC were 2.744 mn and 2.033 mm, respectively, in weight weighted length. The effective mechanical pre-treatment seems to be related to the fiber length. Tear indexes of the pre-treated furnish were much higher than no pre-treatment at the same breaking length level.

세계 디지털화의 흐름이 경제, 신원 인증, 물류 분야 등에서 블록체인 혹은 분산원장을 기반으로 한 탈중앙화 시스템 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 맞추어 이내비게이션 서비스의 접근성에 있어서도 탈중앙화된 여러 해사 서비스 레지스트리(MSR)들로부터 공개 서비스를 검색할 수 있어야 한다는 요구사항이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 MSR 분산원장과 다수의 지역 MSR로 구성된 탈중앙화 MSR 환경을 기술하고, 이 환경에서 웹 브라우저 기반의 글로벌 이내비게이션 서비스를 검색할 수 있는 서비스 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. 동적으로 서비스 속성, 지역 정보, 자유 텍스트 검색 질의를 생성하여 MSR 분산원장에 등록된 검색 결과를 통해 유관 MSR과 서비스 접속 정보를 사용자에게 제공하는 탈중앙화 애플리케이션이다. 본 연구에선 구축된 탈중앙화 MSR 환경과 그 환경 내에서 서비스 검색을 수행하는 시스템을 실험하였고 이를 통해 가지는 장점 및 한계점에 대한 논의를 갖는다.

e-Governance is a medium to offer various services to citizens through a web portal, that exists in many countries nowadays. The existing e-Governance technology is a vast, centrally managed database and a set of applications that connect to it via web interfaces. Despite the modernisation of services, it remains with the lack of transparency. Thus, the existing infrastructure of e-Governance paves the way for corrupt practises by the bureaucrats. e-Governance needs a powerful underlying technology which doesn't provide any way to allow tampering of the record and which in turn eliminates corruption. In this paper, we took land registration as a use-case for building e-Governance by keeping Blockchain as an underlying technology, to put off the corrupt practices and to bring transparency. Once transactions in land registration added to the Blockchain, it is immutable as it is cryptographically secured. Besides, the blockchain technology is secured as the ledger is distributed over the network. If a hacker wants to modify the ledger, he needs to hack every node in the blockchain network. Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned Blockchain adopted for implementation and Hyperledger Caliper for performance analysis with these evaluation metrics such as throughput, latency and execution time.

본 논문은 분산원장기술을 기반으로 하여 암호화폐시장 잠재력지수를 개발하였다. 이 지수의 최대장점은 암호화폐의 개발과 실행 그리고 확산에 이르기까지 암호화폐시장의 전반적인 잠재력을 측정, 비교할 수 있다는 것이다. 본 논문은 암호화폐시장 잠재력지수의 개발과 측정을 위하여 요인분석기법을 이용한 213개 국가의 30개 변수를 분석 비교하였다. 그 결과 암호화폐의 분권화에도 불구하고 그 잠재력은 유럽, 북미, 아시아에 속한 일부 선진국, 그리고 일부 중동국가와 구 소련의 독립국가연합에 집중되어 있음을 밝혀내었다. 이는 암호화폐시장의 발전을 위해서 암호화폐의 확산 이전에 개발과 실행과정이 선행되어야 함을 보여준다.

OCR(광학문자인식)은 컴퓨터 분야에 적용된 지 20년의 역사가 되었고, 자동차 번호판 인식을 통한 주차관리 등 여러 분야에서 응용되어왔다. 본 OCR 기반 스마트 가계부 앱 개발연구에서도 이 기술을 이용하였다. 스마트폰 기반 가계부에서 구매 내역을 수기로 일일이 기입하는 불편을 개선하고자 카메라로 영수증을 촬영해서 구입 목록을 자동으로 정리할 수 있도록 하였다. 이 과정에서 기존의 OCR 기술만으로 영수증의 이미지 문자를 판독하면 인식률이 떨어져서 영상처리기술을 이용하여 영수증 사진의 대비를 조절하는 방법으로 영수증의 문자 인식률을 89%에서 92.5%로 향상하였다.

본고에서 소개할 자료는 1970년 청와대 비서실에서 작성된 「고이박사 재산처리」의 첨부문서인 「이박사(李博士) 재산태장(財産台帳)」이다. 이 자료는 1970년 2월 청와대에서 소장하고 있던 집기와 미술품을 이승만 전대통령의 유족에게 인계하면서 작성된 목록으로 총 311점이 기술되어 있다. 이 자료가 작성된 경위는 다음과 같다. 1960년 4·19이후 이화장에 소장되어 있던 미술품을 포함한 동산은 이후 조사가 진행되었고 한때 국립박물관으로 이관을 검토하였으나 일괄하여 청와대에서 활용하는 것으로 결정하였다. 그러나 1963년 이를 다시 국립박물관으로 이관하라는 지시가 내려지자 이 중 사유물로 분류된 것은 이화장으로 반환한다. 1970년에는 청와대에서 소장하고 있던 집기·미술품에 대해서도 이화장으로 반환이 이루어지게 되었고 이 「이박사(李博士) 재산태장(財産台帳)」은 당시 작성된 목록이다. 본 대장에는 조선시대부터 당대를 아우르는 작가의 작품이 망라되어 있으나 사진이 첨부되어 있지 않고 기술사항도 소략하여 개개작품을 식별하기는 어렵다. 그러나 1960년 전후 경무대·이화장 소장 미술품의 규모를 일정부분 확인할 수 있다는 측면에서, 또 이들 미술품의 소유권 귀속을 둘러싼 시비와 그 전개과정을 살펴볼 수 있다는 측면에서 가치가 있다.

This experiment was executed to clarify the optimum condition of reductive bleaching for 100% color papers. The reductive bleaching of the color paper was desirable to be done under such conditions as high temperature over $60^{\circ}C$ and high consistency within possibly short time. The FAS bleaching like the sodium hydrosulfite required oxygen-free condition. Especially, as the mixture between pulps and chemicals was favored in case of the high consistency, it was actively recommended. Therefore, it is desirable to control the dosage with the type of the dyes, the nature, the dye content, the paper compositions, and the targeting initial and final brightness.
