Kinect Sensor- based LMA Motion Recognition Model Development

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest that the movement expression activity of intellectually disabled people is effective in the learning process of LMA motion recognition based on Kinect sensor. We performed an ICT motion recognition games for intellectually disabled based on movement learning of LMA. The characteristics of the movement through Laban's LMA include the change of time in which movement occurs through the human body that recognizes space and the tension or relaxation of emotion expression. The design and implementation of the motion recognition model will be described, and the possibility of using the proposed motion recognition model is verified through a simple experiment. As a result of the experiment, 24 movement expression activities conducted through 10 learning sessions of 5 participants showed a concordance rate of 53.4% or more of the total average. Learning motion games that appear in response to changes in motion had a good effect on positive learning emotions. The Effect of Shared Leadership perceived by organizational members on Team Learning Behavior and Team Effectiveness

  • The purpose of this study sought to determine the impact of shared leadership perceived by organizational members on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. For this purpose, the results of the empirical analysis of 206 organizational members are as follows. First, shared leadership was analyzed to improve team effectiveness. Second, shared leadership had a positive effect on team learning behavior. Third, team learning behavior was statistically significantly analyzed for team effectiveness. This study confirmed the importance of shared leadership, which has a positive impact on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. This may require building a new culture that can demonstrate the inherent leadership of organizational members in the influence relationship between shared leadership, team effectiveness, and team learning behavior. In other words, in order to systematically demonstrate and implement shared leadership, the execution ability of executives, managers, and working-level managers is important. To this end, it is necessary to build an organizational culture that matches the characteristics of the organization and develop and continuously implement human resource development systems and programs that can implement this.

비대면 강의환경에서의 온라인 학습패턴과 학습 효과의 상관관계 연구 (A study on the Correlation of between Online Learning Patterns and Learning Effects in the Non-face-to-face Learning Environment)

  • 코로나19로 인해서 비대면 강의환경에서 온라인 학습이 교육환경의 주요 학습기법으로 채택되고 있다. 온라인 학습패턴이 학업성적에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관한 연구가 부족하여, 본 연구에서는 학습자들의 온라인 동영상 학습횟수와 시간을 주요 요소로 두고, 매 학습에 대한 형성 평가와 함께 중간고사 기말고사를 바탕으로 학습효과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 대학에서 예체능 학부 학생들이 가장 어려워하는 교양 과목 중 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 교과목을 분석하였다. 실제 학생들의 사례를 분석한 결과 매주 실시한 형성 평가와 학습회수, 학습 시간과는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났고, 중간고사와 기말고사와는 평소 학습회수(r=.39 p<0.05)와 학습 시간(r=.42 p<0.05)이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 강의 진행 과정에서 SMS 문자, 게시판, 메일 등의 요소는 모든 학생이 접하지 못하여 제외하였으므로, 앞으로는 좀 더 다양한 요인을 고려하여 비대면 강의환경에서의 학습자 패턴을 분석하고 연구한다면 학습자들의 요구와 학습효과를 향상할 수 있을 것이다.

가상대학의 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study of Factors Influencing the Learning Effect of Cyber Universities)

  • To make cyber universities competitive, the level of the learning effect for students should be improved. The objective of this study is to analyse the factors influencing the learning effect of cyber universities. For this purpose, questionnaire survey has been used. For the statistical analysis, multivariate linear regression were utilized using the SAS program. According to the results in this study, the variables that influence toward the learning effect are the experience of computer, the systematic and comprehensive lecture note, and the quickly responses to questions. These variables can be utilized in improving the educational service quality of cyber universities.

이공계 의사소통 교육에서 성찰일지 작성이 말하기 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Reflecting Journal on Speaking Ability in the Communication Education for Science and Engineering)

  • This article examined the effects of self-reflecting journal writing in speaking class on academic performance of science and engineering students. To assess the effect, 27 science and engineering students from the "Speech and Life" class were asked to keep a self-reflecting journal. Pre and post-intervention surveys were conducted, followed by the analysis of learning effect and satisfaction. In addition to the pre and post-intervention surveys, an additional survey on speaking ability was conducted at the same time and the change of the students' ability was assessed. Results showed that after writing self-reflection journals, participants' learning effect and satisfaction has increased, and their speaking performance was also improved.

  • 인공 지능 시대가 도래함에 따라, 로봇 교육과 그 역량 강화에 대한 교육은 전 세계적으로 널리 적용되고 적용되었습니다. 본 연구의 목적 : 학생 교육 및 교육에서 AI 교육 로봇의 응용 효과를 체계적으로 평가; 본 연구의 방법 : 컴퓨터를 사용하여 "Web of Science", "CNKI", "ERIC", "IEEE"와 같은 검색 도구에서 관련 교육을 검색하십시오. 로봇 티칭과 전통적인 티칭의 효과에 대한 비교 연구 검색 시간은 2000 년 1 월부터 2020 년 1 월까지입니다. 포괄적인 MetaAnalysis 2.0을 메타 분석에 사용했습니다. 본 연구 결과 : 31 개의 유효한 연구 문헌에 대한 정량 분석과 메타 분석이 AI 교육 로봇에 미치는 영향에 대한 객관적인 평가 분석 결과 AI 교육 로봇이 학생 학습 효과에 미치는 효과는 0.465임 이는 교육용 로봇이 학생의 학습 효과에 어느 정도 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 나타냅니다. 이 연구의 결론 : 학생 교육 및 교육에서 AI 교육 로봇의 적용 효과는 전통적인 교육 방법보다 우수하며 학생 학습을보다 효과적으로 홍보 할 수 있습니다.

산업클러스터 내 사회적 자본이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 조직학습의 역할을 중심으로 (The effect of social capital on firm performance within industrial clusters: Mediating role of organizational learning of clustering SMEs)

  • Although the success of industrial clusters largely depends on whether clustering firms can achieve economic performance, there has been less attention on investigating factors and conditions contributing to the performance enhancement for clustering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Along this vein, we adopt the theories of social capital and organizational learning as those success factors for clustering SMEs. This study thus aims at examining what effect social capital accrued in the relationships among actors within clusters has on firm performance of clustering SMEs and what role organizational learning plays in the linkage between social capital and firm performance. For the empirical analysis, we operationalized the variables and their measures to develop questionnaires through the theoretical reviews on literatures. As a sample of 227 clustering SMEs, our collected data was analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results confirmed that a high level of social capital, represented by network, trust, and norm, has positive effect on firm performance of clustering SMEs. We also found that clustering firms presenting high organizational learning, represented by absorptive and transformative capability, achieve better performance than those placing less value on organizational learning. Furthermore the significant relationship between social capital and firm performance is mediated partially through organizational learning. These findings imply not only that the territorial agglomeration of industrial cluster does not guarantee the performance creation of clustering SMEs but that they need to develop social capital among various actors within clusters, facilitating their knowledge diffusion. In order to absorb and mobilize the shared knowledge and information into strategic resources, the firms should improve their capability associated with organizational learning. These expand our understanding on the importance of social capital and organizational learning for the performance enhancement of clustering firms. Differentiating from major studies addressing benefits and advantages of industrial cluster, this study based on the perspective of firm-internal business process contributes to the literature advancement. Strategic and policy implications of this study are discussed in detail.

소규모 학급의 환경 체험 학습을 위한 학습 유형화와 그 교육 과정 (The Learning Styles and Curriculum for Environmental Experience-Based Learning in Classroom of the Small Scale)

  • The purpose of this study is to enhance elementary students' awareness of environment-friendly life and help them to prepare for a better life in the future. To achieve this purpose we examined the effect typical environmental experience-based learning activities, which were based on the local circumstances with high environmental-educational potential, have on the attitudes toward environment-friendly life. This study was carried out on the basis of typical environmental experience-based learning in the small class size. The research group used was composed of one sixth grade elementary school class called Sangroksu, whose total students were 9. The research period lasted from March 2005 to February 2006. To analyze the result of this study, two research methods were applied simultaneously : quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. Especially statistical analysis in quantitative research methods by self-administrated questionnaire was done with SAS program. Qualitative research methods were analyzed in a cyclic pattern, including the processes of domain analysis, classification analysis, and factor analysis which continued to be associated with data-collecting methods. This research shows the following results. First of all, students have shown meaningful differences after typical environmental experience-based learning activities.(p<.05). Followings are fields of the differences - students‘ interest on the subject, their understanding levels of necessity for basic environmental facilities around us as well as for the kinds of environmental experience-based learning, awareness levels of various environmental problems, consciousness on environment conservation, and the practicing ability of environment - friendly lifestyles. Secondly, We have discovered improvements in the following fields after this study - the knowledge and understanding levels on our environment and human relationships, students' fundamental abilities to work out environmental problems, right ideas and appropriate attitudes on environment protection, the practicing ability of environment-friendly life styles, and their parents' understanding levels on the education related to environment. In conclusion, typical environmental experience-based learning activities have a positive effect on the improvement of elementary school students' environment-friendly life styles.

Analysis of the difference between teaching & learning satisfaction and achievement of students financially supported and not supported by university

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a financial incentive effect by analyzing the difference of educational performance between the specialization department students who receive financial support and the students who do not receive support. This study collected survey data of 334 students including 290 students who were financially supported and 44 students who were not financially supported. Through the collected data, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis were performed on the general characteristics of the subjects. T-test was conducted to analyze the difference of teaching & learning performance between students with financial support and those who did not, and then the difference analysis by grades was F-test. The average value of the subjects' teaching & learning satisfaction scores was 2.99, and the result was higher than that of the female students. The higher the age, the higher the grade, the higher the grade, the higher the financial support students were. The average of teaching & learning achievement composition items of the survey subjects was 2.27, and it was found that male students, older students, and students who received financial support had higher average of teaching & learning outcomes than students who did not receive financial support respectively. Students who receive financial support have higher teaching & learning satisfaction and outcomes than students who are not financially supported. The longer the period of financial support, the older the better, and the male students are more satisfied with the teaching & learning, the better the teaching & learning.

디자인과 경영 콘텐츠학습 태도를 기반으로 한 기업 경영자 교육의 효과 연구 (Effect of Design & Business Content Class on the Improvements of Learning Attitude for Corporate Learning Program)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 경영자 교육 효율 재고를 위해 학습태도 모형을 실증하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 긍정심리학을 기반으로 분류된 학습자의 성격강점과 학습 친화력 강화와 학습태도 개선의 인과 관계를 검증하였다. 최근 기업들은 온 오프라인 경영자 재교육을 통해 기업의 생산성을 높이려고 시도하고 있다. 연구자는 디자인과 경영분야 교과목을 접목하여 학습태도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고, 경영자 교육에 함의를 논의하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 첫째, 온라인과 오프라인 수업은 공히 학습자 성격강점이 친화력강화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 친화력강화도 온라인과 오프라인 수업학습태도 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 온라인과 오프라인 수업은 모두 학습자 성격강점이 학습태도 개선에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하였으며, 따라서 친화력 강화 변인이 매개변수 역할을 함을 확인할 수 있었다.
