Although This study was designed to evaluate internet communities based on knowledge creation and learning. To do so, we created and tested our research model, by using selected 20 different knowledge communities. Using the K-Means Clustering techniques, we found different characteristics and evaluated these characteristics by the criterion. The results of discriminant analysis suggested 4 different models such as 'Search Engine,' 'Open Communities,' 'Specialty Communities,' and 'Activity Communities.' The results of this study indicated that it can cover some reasons for development process of knowledge communities and that it can also create a strategic framework for practical use of knowledge communities.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate factors affecting multicultural acceptability of adolescents at individual and environmental levels. Methods : Participants were 2,032 first-year high school students who participated in the 4th-year Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey in 2013. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multilevel analysis. Results : Individual factors affecting multicultural acceptability of adolescents were health status, ego-resilience, and experience of visiting foreign countries. Learning activity, school regulation, relationship with teachers, and community spirit were significant factors at environmental level. Conclusions : Findings suggest that it is necessary to consider health status, improve positive resilience, activate a multicultural experience program, establish friendly relations with teachers, adhere to social norms, and strengthen community spirit for multicultural acceptability.

The aim of this study is to analyze STEAM lessons focused on the learner's learning. This study was conducted on 4th-graders in Y city, Kyung-gi province. The lessons were based on a joint teaching plan for students through the teacher learning community (TLC) with three teachers from the same school. Each of the three classes that conducted the class was selected and analyzed as the main center of observation by three students. The conclusions from this study are as follows: First, we identified that different levels of learners are learning in STEAM lessons through a learner-centered class analysis. Some students arrived on their own by taking the initiative in class, others by consulting with a group of friends, and others needed active teacher guidance to learn. Second, Depending on the level and characteristics of the students, some learning criteria were not reached. Some students need guidance at a glance level, and others need individually instructed or guided activities. Teachers need to keep an eye out for students and give them an appropriate level of guidance during class. In STEAM lessons, it appears that students of different levels and characteristics can immerse themselves in their own way, as well as the clear guidance of activity for their students.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate undergraduate nursing students' volunteering activities, volunteering motivation- needs, sociability and satisfaction in their major for those who take the social service activities, and to provide basic information for operating the credit system of social service activity as service-learning system. Method: This study is a descriptive study and the participants were 363 of 2nd- and 3rd-year students at a nurses' college in I City, who completed the basic course of volunteering, and the survey was conducted during April 2004. Result: The group who participated in counseling service as a volunteering activity was high in volunteering motivation-needs, sociability and satisfaction in their major. In the group who performed volunteering through circle activities, those who volunteered for children, who participated longer and who had an active attitude showed high volunteering motivation-needs. In the group who had volunteering activities during weekdays, those who took an active attitude toward volunteering showed high sociability. Those who were somewhat dissatisfied with volunteering activities, however, showed significantly high sociability. Satisfaction in the major, namely, nursing was higher in senior students, in those who participated in volunteering activities for the first time at college, those who had religion, those who are active in volunteering activities and those who were highly satisfied with volunteering activities. Considering that active attitude toward volunteering activities and high volunteering motivation-needs enhance nursing students' satisfaction in their major, it is necessary to upgrade the current volunteering activities to the level of service learning. That is, it is necessary to develop new service learning in nursing curriculum that utilizes volunteering activities as well as what they learn in major for community societies.

이 연구는 광물과 암석을 주제로 진행된 야외지질학습에 참여한 초등학생들의 학습 효과를 생소한 경험 공간(Novelty space) 개념을 중심으로 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방과 후 자율 동아리 활동 형식으로 서울의 한 공립초등학교에서 진행된 본 프로그램에 6학년 학생 총 10명이 참여하였다. 학생들은 교실 학습 환경에서 광물과 암석 표본을, 야외 학습 환경에서 노두에 노출되었거나 정원석 등으로 쓰이고 있는 광물과 암석을 각각 관찰하였다. 저자들은 각 차시별 연구 참여자들이 작성한 활동지(글, 그림), 연구자 참여 노트, 연구 참여자의 활동이 담긴 영상 및 음성 자료와 사후 인터뷰 자료를 수집하였다. 인지적 영역에서 학생들의 학습 효과를 분석하기 위해 Remmen and Frøyland (2020)의 암석 분류를 위한 관찰 분석틀과 Oh (2020)의 암석 기술어 분석틀을 활용하였다. 또한 심리 및 지리적 영역의 학습 효과를 탐색하기 위해 학생들의 그림과 담화 및 면담 자료를 귀납적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학생들은 교실 학습 환경에서 '일상적', '과도기적' 관찰 양상을 보였으며 야외 학습 환경에서(학교 운동장, 지역사회)는 '과도기적' 및 '과학적' 관찰 단계까지 발전하는 모습을 나타냈다. 덧붙여 과학적 관찰 단계로 갈수록 더 많은 종류의 암석 기술어가 사용되는 것 또한 확인되었다. 심리, 지리적 측면에서 학생들은 익숙한 야외 학습 환경으로의 답사 장소 선정, 야외지질학습에 대한 긍정적인 인식, 심미적 감상 등을 표현하였다. 끝으로 이 연구는 학생들의 학습 효과 분석을 위한 도구로써 생소한 경험 공간 개념이 유용한 도구가 될 수 있음을 강조하며 아울러 가상야외지질학습과 같은 새로운 학습환경을 고려하는 학술적인 접근이 필요함을 제안하는 바이다.

초등 과학과 학습은 관찰이나 실험 등의 탐구 활동을 소집단 중심으로 수행하는 경우가 많다. 학습자는 다양한 의견을 교류하면서 협력적 상호작용을 통하여 실험 및 관찰 결과로부터 결론을 도출할 수 있어야 한다. 오프라인과 온라인의 장점을 활용하는 새로운 교육방법인 블랜디드 러닝(Blended-Learning)을 활용하여 오프라인 상의 실험, 관찰 활동을 보완하고 온라인 커뮤니케이션 기능을 실험의 전 과정에 밀착 적용하여 학습자들의 다양한 상호작용을 강화함으로써 학습자들이 탐구학습에 보다 적극적으로 참여하도록 한다. 이러한 관점에서 제안된 웹 기반 탐구학습 시스템은 온라인 커뮤니케이션 기능을 사용하여 오프라인 탐구학습 과정에서 발생한 다양한 의견을 모으고 생각을 정리하여 아동들이 반성적 사고의 기회를 갖게 함으로써 탐구학습을 효율적으로 수행하도록 도와주는 것이다. 웹 기반 탐구학습 시스템을 초등학교에 실험한 결과 과학과 탐구학습에 대한 관심과 흥미도가 높아졌고, 학업 성취도가 향상되었으며 탐구학습 방법의 습득으로 탐구 능력이 향상되었다.

대학교육에 봉사활동을 접목하려는 노력이 확대되고 있는 가운데 본 연구에서는 봉사학습(SERVICE-LEARNING)의 개념을 사회복지교육에 적용한 효과를 고찰하였다. 가족복지론 교과 수업과 봉사활동을 병행하면서 학생들의 개인적 성장요인으로서 자기효능감, 이타성, 사회적 책임의 변화를 양적연구로 분석하였고, 교과목 학습효과를 파악하기 위하여 질적연구방법으로 봉사활동 일지를 내용분석하였다. 분석결과, 봉사학습을 통해 학생들은 자기효능감, 이타성, 사회적 책임에서 자기효능감과 사회적 책임이 통계적으로 유의미한 수준으로 증가하였다. 또한 질적분석 결과, 가족문제에 대한 개입과정을 실제 적용해 보고, 가족복지이론에 대한 이해증진, 가족복지 전반에 대한 관심 증진, 클라이언트에 대한 인식의 변화 등의 효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 봉사학습은 전공교육에 다양하게 적용해서 학생들의 개인적 성장을 도모하며, 학습효과를 증진하는데 유용한 교육방법이 될 것이다.

As more and more the social environment change, the companies try to improve industrial structure. The role of enterprise changed direction from position power to communication power. Social contributed activity - representative of social responsible activities in companies - is means of communication with the community and new marketing strategy. The most important element of successful social contributed activity is member's volunteering minds. Volunteer mind based on practical behavioral philosophy. This is right people for company. In this paper, we discussed company social responsibility and suggested standard guide line for voluntary record reflection when the company hire new employees.

The purposes of this study were to analyze achievement of the Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association and suggest new directions for further development. The Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association was organized to develop competencies in specialized field for extension educators in 1996. About 47% of extension educators joined academy during the 5 year period, even though there were many difficulty in organizing extension educators, the Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association has achieved to increase independent learning activity, to share new information and improve agent’s competency. New directions for the future development of the Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association activities should include the following measures; 1) Academy manages to help member’s competency, 2) Every member of the Association tries to make a concrete goal of activity, 3) The Association members should find ways to enable farmers to remain informed on agricultural extension services to people.
