수출기업의 시장지향성 및 학습지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향 - 기업의 정보기술 활용을 중심으로 - (The Relationships among Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, IT Support for Resource, IT Support for Strategy, and Performance in Export Firms)

  • In this study, we investigate the relationships among organizational market orientation, learning orientation, information technology(IT) support for firm resource, IT support for strategy, and balanced scorecard(BSC) performance in export firms. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies of strategy and resource-based view. The data from the survey was analyzed using Partial Least Squares(PLS). The results from the empirical model suggest that IT support for firm resource is effected by market orientation and learning orientation. And, IT support for strategy is enhanced by IT support for firm resource. Finally, BSC performance of export firms is effected by IT support for strategy.

섬유업체의 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향: 기업 혁신성에 따른 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Market Orientation and Learning Orientation on Business Performance in the Textile Firms: Focusing on Moderating Effect of Company Innovativeness)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of market orientation and learning orientation of textile firms on business performance and to confirm the moderating effect of company innovativeness on these relationships. Data collected from 167 textile firms through survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, and multiple causal modeling using AMOS 6.0. In results, the higher innovativeness, the stronger effect of market orientation on business performance. Also, the lower innovativeness, the stronger effect of learning orientation on business performance. Study results may suggest the needs of different focus of organization culture according to company characteristics in order to improve business performance.

Blended learning을 이용한 임상실습 오리엔테이션 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Blended Learning Orientation Program for Clinical Practicums of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study proposed to examine the effects of a blended-learning orientation program executed for nursing students' clinical practice. Method: The participants were 61 nursing students in the experimental group and 57 in the control group. For the experimental group, a blended-learning orientation program was executed by e-learning (on-line) and lecture-led training (off-line) from two-week before the start of clinical practice in medical-surgical nursing. For the control group, orientation was given in the traditional lecture-led training by distributing printed materials before clinical practice. A pre-test was conducted on the experimental and control group before clinical practice, and a post-test was conducted after two-week of clinical practice in order to examine the effects of the orientation program. Results: After two-week of clinical practice, differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in adaptation to clinical practice (F=10.242, p=.002), communication skills (F=4.305, p=.040) and clinical competence (F=6.823, p=.010). Conclusions: The blended-learning orientation program enhanced nursing students' adaptation to clinical practice, improved their communication skill and increased their clinical competence. Accordingly, it is recommended to develop and apply practical education using blended-learning in the area of nursing science.

조직몰입, 시장지향성, 조직학습의 관계에 관한 실증연구 (A Study on the Relationship between organizational commitment market orientation and organizational learning)

  • 90년 이후 현재까지 10여년 이상에 걸쳐 마케팅 개념의 구체적인 활동, 이른바 시장지향성과 관련개념에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행되어 오고 있다. 시장지향성은 고객지향에 초점을 둔 전사적 활동을 통하여 시장정보의 창출, 전파 및 활용과 경쟁자지향으로 요약될 수 있고 수익성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 개념이다. 이러한 시장지향적 활동과 직접적인 관련이 있는 조직학습 및 조직몰입 역시 시장지향성과 함께 주요 연구대상이다. 본 연구에서는 조직몰입, 시장지향성, 조직학습의 문헌적 고찰을 통해 과거 연구들을 정리하고 이를 통해 아직까지 그 구조가 명확히 밝혀지지 않은 시장지향성 및 시장지향성과 조직학습간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 시장지향성은 조직학습의 매우 밀접하게 관련있는 영향요인이며 조직몰입은 이러한 개념들의 선행적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This dissertatioionstudied the relation between orientation of learning, marketing, entrepreneurs and organizational culture and organizational performance. This study tried to look out the factors that the peoples of an organization takes part in the organizational culture to be related to the cultural efficiency and organizational performance. Accordingly result of this study, orientation of learning, marketing, entrepreneurs is related to organizational culture and organizational performance. Customer orieatation of marketing orientation showed a positive effect for organizational non-finantial performance according to mission consciousness of organizational culture.

초등학교 과학 수업에서 학생들의 수행 목표 지향성 수준에 따른 협동 학습의 효과 (The Effects of Cooperative Learning by Students' Performance Goal Orientation in Elementary Science Classes)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of cooperative learning by the levels of students' performance goal orientation in science classes on 6th graders' science achievement and science learning motivation. Two classes (47 students) from an elementary school were respectively assigned to a control group and a treatment group. A performance goal orientation test and a science learning motivation test were administered as pretests. The intervention of cooperative learning lasted for 24 class periods. A researcher-made achievement test and the science learning motivation test were administered after the instructions. ANCOVA results indicated that the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the achievement test. However, no interaction was found between the cooperative learning treatment and the levels of students' performance goal orientation. There were significant aptitude-treatment interactions in science learning motivation.

  • Global conglomerates in the late 2010s are seeking changes from the existing method of financial growth into that of sustainable growth, as they are facing the age of 4th industrial revolution. In preparation for this change of the times and to stay competitive, small businesses are required to produce creative knowledge, and systematically share and store it by means of implementing voluntary and specific changes in their convictions and actions. This study aims to empirically examine how the ICT small businesses' organizational learning participants' self-leadership affect their job satisfaction through organization orientation and Leader-Member Exchange(LMX). The research sample consists of the first to third-year employees that have previously participated in the small businesses' organizational learning support project, and of learning leaders, group leaders, and group members from companies that have previously concluded the project. The results are as follows: First, the self-leadership at the ICT small businesses' organizational learning project has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The same positive results are shown in learning orientation and LMX. Second, the learning orientation has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the LMX has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Strategy Orientation, Innovation Capability, and Women Entrepreneurial Performance in Culinary Business in Indonesia

  • This paper aims to analyze the influence of innovation capabilities on the relationship between strategic orientation and the performance of women small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs). The strategic orientation in this study used three constructs, namely market orientation, learning orientation, and technology orientation. The method of data collection was the survey method and was collected from 149 SMEs in the typical culinary industry in Indonesia using probability samples. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results showed that the influence of strategic orientation on business performance has strengthened previous studies. However, in this study strategic orientation that directly affects business performance is market orientation and learning orientation, while technology orientation has no direct effect. The existence of innovation capability as a mediation variable strengthens the influence of strategic orientation on business performance. The results of this study also showed that the ability of innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The contribution of this research pays special attention to the strategic orientation of women entrepreneurs engaged in the culinary business in Indonesia.

리더의 공유리더십이 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 : 학습지향성의 매개효과와 폐기학습의 조절효과 중심으로 (The Impact of Leader' Shared Leadership on Innovation Behavior for Employees: Focus on Mediating Effect of Learning Orientation and Moderating Effect of Unlearning)

  • 본 연구는 기업에 근무하는 구성원을 대상으로 리더의 공유리더십과 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 대한 인식에서 학습지향성과 폐기학습이 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 리더의 공유리더십의 중요성에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 국내 중소기업에서 지식근로자로 근무하고 있는 조직구성원을 대상으로 실시하였고, 회수된 설문지중 총 387개를 SPSS 24.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 통계분석 방법을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 리더의 공유리더십과 혁신행동, 공유리더십과 학습지향성 그리고 학습지향성과 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 학습지향성은 공유리더십과 혁신행동의 관계에서 매개역할을 하였으며, 폐기학습은 공유리더십과 학습지향성의 관계를 강화하였다. 본 연구결과가 함의하는 바는 조직구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 조직구성원 스스로가 적극적인 폐기학습과 학습지향성 향상을 위한 지속적인 강화 활동이 필요하다. 또한, 조직구성원과 조직에 대한 리더의 공유리더십이 더욱 중요하다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

생물학습에서 중학생들의 학습 성향, 논리적 사고력과 학업 성취도와의 관계 분석 (Relationships among Students' Understanding of Genetics Topics, Meaningful Learning Orientation, and Reasoning Ability)

  • 본 연구는 유전에 관한 학업성취도와 학생들의 학습성향과 논리적 사고력과의 관계를 분석하여 학습자에 대한 이해를 돕고 효과적인 수업 설계를 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 서울 시내 중학교 3학년 149명의 학생을 대상으로 유전단원에 관한 학업성취도 검사를 실시하였다. 학생들이 학습과제에 대하여 유의미적 또는 암기적 으로 학습하는 경향을 알기 위하여 Biggis(1987)의 학습성향 검사지를 사용하였고, 학생들의 논리적 사고력 수준을 파악하기 위하여 GALT 축소본 검사지를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 학생들은 감수분열과 유전 법칙에 대한 이해도가 낮았으며 여학생이 남학생보다 유의미적으로 학습하는 경향이 있고 학생들은 대부분 (48.76%) 과도기의 사고력 수준에 머물러 있음을 알았다. 학습성향과 논리적 사고력은 학업성취도와 상관이 있었으며, 학습성향과 논리적 사고력 사이에는 상관이 거의 없었다. 또한, 학습성향은 학업성취도 대하여 11.6%의 예측력을, 논리적 사고력은 24.7%의 예측력을 가지며 학습성향과 논리적 사고력은 모두 정성적 문항에서 보다 정량적 문항에 높은 예측력을 보였다. 학습성향 수준에 따른 학업성취도와 논리적 사고력 수준에 따른 학업성취도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 학업성취도에 대한 학습성향 수준과 논리적 사고력 수준의 상호작용 효과는 없었다. 또한, 과도기와 형식적 조작기에서 유의미 학습자는 암기적 학습자보다 높은 학업성취도를 보였으나 구체적 조작기에서는 유의미 학습자와 암기적 학습자의 학업성취도에 차이가 없었다.
