The purpose of this study is to understand what kind of effects a local residents’ participation on a local environmental problem has on the Environmental consciousness of the resident, and on the local community. I (researcher) employed qualitative research methods on the residents' environmental movement, which claimed to preserve the Sung Mi Mountain from the Seoul City Hall's plan of the water reservoir construction. I tried to understand the participation motivation and participating actions, and also the changes and effects the participation brought at both a personal, and community level. The data were gathered by means of in-depth interview with the local residents and unstructured questionnaire. At first, through the residents' environmental movement, the participants acquired a growth in environmental consciousness. For example, they obtained better understanding of the environment, change of attitude to environment, and participation function. Secondly, it is meaningful that a local tie intervened by the environment, enforced self-governing, and shows how community sentiment plays an important role for local community organization. Moreover, the environmental movement contributed to developing a ‘culture for participation’. In conclusion, participating in a local environmental problem can be an integration of learning and practice and also leads to reflective thinking about the relationship not only between human beings and nature, but also among human beings. In addition, it can buildup a systemic cooperation for local problem-solving and the ability to make an alternative culture in the community. These are the significances of the local environmental problem-participation on the environmental education.

This article aims to observe the role of Arabic and analyze the future of Arabic in France under the base of the Al-Sabhan Rabina Baldhawe's article, published in mettre l'importance sur University Paris 8 in 2007. In the first part, we have focus into the historical analysis: in France, with a few Arabic and French policy has been settled for what were examined. Also enable the use of Arabic in France with regard to trends of Maghreb countries and other Arab countries, is being led by noted. In the second part, we put on the importance about the situation of Arabic in the France's educational institution. And we have analysed the reasons why Arabic became the most important reason for learning the target language: - in order to faciliate the children of immigrants living in Maghreb able to speak French - Due to differences in culture and language experience to relieve the psychological insecurity above sea - By using the Arabic language at home among family members, strengthen solidarity and resolve heterogeneity In the third part, we have recognized that the French education system was looked at in the Journal of Arabic teaching elementary, middle and high school courses, separated by a learning Arabic as the target language. Finally, we have tried to find a way to revitalize Arabic in France in connection with Sabhan Rabina Al-Baldhawe concrete example of the paper were based on a survey. France and the Arab countries' relationship has been long enough to prove the historic aspects and economic cooperation have maintained a relationship even tighter. Arabic, many of the French people also need education and children to learn Arabic in the French educational institution that has shown a positive stance. French students learning Arabic as a future career in choosing the width of the wider benefits it helps to have. Learning Arabic in the course need to be addressed is also true that a lot of points. But the Arabic and various aspects of internal organization is considered a minority in the popular Arabic language training in France has become more competitive in research and analysis to be active stance is required externally, such as the increase of trade agreements and economic systems side at the level of cultural exchange and international co-operation system, strengthening its position as the Arabic language in France.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine young children's social experiences during COVID-19. In this study, social experiences are defined as children's social interactions and relationships, their educational experiences, and their daily life experiences in child care centers. Methods: Participants include nine child care teachers and fifteen young children. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with individual teachers, interviews with young children, and small group storytelling activities with young children. Results: The main findings in exploring meanings and implications of childcare consulting were as follows. First, childcare consulting was recognized as a process of learning about changes through mutual relationships. Second, the different ways to practice childcare consulting, the formation of the learning culture of an organization to help experience collective intelligence, the process of finding various solutions through mutual communication, and the improvement of childcare teachers' professional capabilities while reflecting the current times and context were all investigated. Conclusion/Implications: Given the findings of the study, the importance of childcare consulting, and the ways to establish its systems were discussed.

Objective: The researchers aimed to explore the 'what' and the 'how' of childcare consulting. This study was focused on finding out how child care teachers perceived the process of implementing childcare consulting and their thoughts about the transformation of childcare consulting based on their participating experience. Methods: This study was based on the transverse-continuous design using qualitative research methodology. The participants were eight experienced childcare teachers that were childcare consulting in 2015 or 2020. The data were collected through in-depth interviews. Results: The main findings in exploring meanings and implications of childcare consulting were as follows. First, childcare consulting was recognized as a process of learning about changes through mutual relationships. As the globalization of the global economy accelerates, entrepreneurs are increasingly interested in knowledge management processes such as sharing, utilizing, and learning within organizations to create and scale new knowledge to achieve sustainable growth and differentiated competitive advantage. Recently, domestic construction companies have been facing difficulties due to many unstable factors including domestic and foreign factors due to technological power enhancement and the decline of the construction industry due to the government's real estate regulation policy and the ongoing recession. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of knowledge sharing and utilization on the performance of knowledge sharing and utilization in the field organization of domestic construction companies in this market situation. In this study, the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that all variables except for the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing and utilization had a positive effect.

Recently, emergence of smart-phones and Social Networking Service(SNS) would offer the market environment changes and the opportunities for new business. For the case analysis comprehensive survey were implemented. And those data were analyzed along the research framework. The late-comer firms offered differential services, maintained creative and opened corporate culture, shoed learning capabilities which means absorption and organization of external knowledge, innovative efforts to control the insurgents than early-mover firms. When we analyze these phenomena along the developmental stages of late-comer, we can perceive that the stage of late-comers firms were moving from the "tracing the path" stage to "jumping the path" stage which means the creating capabilities were more or less enhanced and the firms become more stable in terms of business operation. In business model, early-mover firms showed clear definition for each business element, especially the revenue structure, while late-mover firms seemed unstable or unclear revenue structure.

좋은 수업은 수업을 구성하는 요소들이 하나의 체제로서 유기적 연관성을 갖는다. 수업의 목표는 학생들이 해당 과목의 교육내용을 충분히 이해한 뒤 이를 실제로 자신의 전문영역에 적용할 수 있는 능력을 함양하는 것이다. 따라서 이상적인 수업을 위해서는 학생들이 필요한 이론을 습득함과 동시에 이를 실질적으로 적용하도록 설계하는것이 필요하다. 우리는 수업을 진행하면서 늘 스스로 질문하기를 어떻게 하면 학생들을 위한 대단위 수업을 효과적으로 할 수 있을까를 연구한다. 이는 여러 전공 분야에 걸쳐 개설된 대단위 수업을 담당하는 많은 교수들의 고민이기도하다. 우리는 이렇게 대단위 수업을 효과적으로 할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있는 시점에서 강의, 발제 및 조편성, 과제 부과, 조별 발표, 교수의 조별 발표지도, 강의 자료의 게시, 질문과 답변, 조별 발제에 대한 학생들의 피드백, 기말보고서 작성, 성적산출방식과 같은 다양한 요소들을 어떻게 설계하고 실행하는 것이 가장 효과적인지 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of hospitals that patients safety and quality improvement by accreditation process and to examine the impact or interrelation of leadership, organizational culture, hospital management activities and recognition of hospital management performances. The data were collected through a review of the literature, and selfadministered survey with a structured questionnaires to 714 subjects from several medical staff members, administration staff members, nursing staff members, medical technicians and other staff members working in 23 accredited hospitals in Korea. In this analysis hierarchical multiple regression and structural equation model were used. The conclusion of this study provides a theoretical model for understanding organizational changes brought about by accreditation system. Factor on improvement of efficiency and raise the morale, rather than increase of medical income and reduce of the cost factors, had a stronger influence on the accreditation process. In the future, the hospital's participation to induce the accreditation program voluntarily will come up with an alternative policy concern about financial perspective. Also, the hospitals which preparing accreditation program to achieve the goal efficiently, will make use of transformational leadership through enhancing individual consideration and intellectual development to leading members participation. Additionally, non-accredited hospitals should aim at professional culture by innovative and creative approaches, and inviting members to learning and growth in the organization.

본 연구는 기업조직 구성원의 기업가정신과 조직학습지향성, 개인창의성, 집단창의성의 관계를 실증분석하고, 그 효과를 확인함으로써, 조직차원에서 기업가정신과 창의성의 관계를 다루었다. 특히 기업가정신과 창의성의 관계에 있어서, 조직학습지향성의 매개효과 분석에 초점을 두고 있다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 기업가정신과 개인 및 집단 창의성, 조직학습지향성의 관계를 설명함으로써 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. 경북의 제조업 종사자를 대상으로 308부의 설문지를 배포·회수하여 구조방정식을 통한 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 기업가정신은 개인·집단창의성에 유의한 영향을 직접적으로 미치지 않고 조직학습지향성을 매개하여 영향을 주는 것이 확인되었다. 그리고 기업가정신이 조직학습지향성에 미치는 영향과 조직학습지향성이 개인·집단창의성에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직 차원에서 기업가정신과 조직학습지향성 효과를 파악함으로써 문화적 측면에서 조직 관리를 위한 방향성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

인공지능의 사회적수용도가 증가하면서 머신러닝 기법을 기업에 적용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 머신러닝 기법의 선정에는 주로 정확성이나 해석 가능성 등 기술적 요인이 주로 기준이 되어왔다. 그러나 머신러닝 채택의 성공은 개발부서, 사용부서, 리더십과 조직문화 등 경영관리 요인도 영향을 주기도 한다. 아쉽게도 기술적 요인과 경영관리적 요인이 함께 고려된 머신러닝 선정의 성공 요인을 이해하는 통합 연구가 거의 존재하지 않는다. 이에 본 논문의 목적은 기업 내 머신러닝 선정을 이해하기 위해 John Rice의 algorithm selection process model과 task-technology fit, 그리고 IS Success Model 이론을 결합한 기술-경영관리 통합 모형을제안하고 실증적 분석을 하는 것이다. 머신러닝을 도입한 국내 기업 240곳을 대상으로 설문 분석을 실시한 결과 알고리즘 품질과 데이터 품질이 높을수록 문제-알고리즘 적합성에 높게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 문제-알고리즘 적합성은 조직의 생산성과 혁신성에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 외주화와 경영진 지원이 머신러닝 시스템 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 데이터 중심 경영 및 동기화와 같은 조직문화 요인은 활용성과에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
