중소기업 학습조직이 기업 생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on learning organization to develop employees' vocational competency at small and medium enterprises and productivity)

  • In this era of knowledge and information of the 21st century, the source of a nation's competitive power consists of human resources and material resources and the importance of human resources appreciates highly. The number of small and medium enterprises which are the core of national economy covers over 98% among whole domestic enterprises of Korea. Competitive power of small and medium enterprises comes from human resources development. For the development of human resources, small and medium enterprises are trying to expand their learning organizations in the company. The analysis of outcomes of administering the existing learning organizations shows that learning organizations contribute highly to the improvement of the productivity of small and medium enterprises. And the analysis also shows that the participants of learning organizations and middle management and executives who support and encourage them recognize the necessity of learning organizations and that it should be disseminated throughout other enterprises. Therefore government's supports to establish learning organizations in a company are required to expand.

  • 본 연구는 성인대학생의 사회적지지, 대학교육서비스품질, 학습몰입의 관계에서 학습동기의 매개효과를 검증하여 성인대학생의 학습효과 향상과 학습촉진 강화를 위한 학습체계 구축에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대구광역시와 경상북도에 위치한 2~3년제와 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 성인대학생 573명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지와 학습몰입의 관계에서 학습동기는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학교육서비스품질과 학습몰입의 관계에서 학습동기는 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 성인대학생의 학습몰입을 높이기 위해서는 다양한 지지체계 구축과 교육서비스 향상을 위한 지속적인 개발과 노력이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

  • 본 연구는 교육훈련프로그램의 적절성과 학습조직, 그리고 인구통계요인(직종, 직급, 근무연한)이 중소기업 종업원의 교육효과와 지속적 교육 참여의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 경험적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요결과에 따르면 교육훈련프로그램의 적절성은 교육효과와 지속적 교육 참여의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 학습조직 특성이 강할수록 이것이 교육효과와 지속적 교육참여의도에 긍정적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 중소기업 종업원의 인구통계 요인으로서 종업원의 직급과 직종, 근무연한에 따라 교육효과와 지속적 교육참여의도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업이 교육을 실시하고자 할 때 교육에 대하여 교육훈련의 적절성을 높이도록 설계하여 종업원들이 사전에 교육의 목적을 이해하도록 함과 동시에 기업의 학습조직을 활성화하는 노력이 중소기업의 교육훈련의 효과와 지속적 교육참여의도를 높일 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

매체통합 고전문학수업에서 매체풍부성과 매체경험이 매체유용성과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study of the Influence of Medium Richness and Learner's Experience with Various Mediums on the Usefulness of Mediums and Learning Commitment in Integrated Media Korean Classical Education)

  • 본 연구는 창의인재교육 관점에서 고전문학수업에서 매체통합교육에 있어 매체풍부성과 매체경험이 매체유용성과 학습몰입과 어떤 상관성이 있는지 살펴본 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 234개 시군구의 향토문화 자료를 집대성하고 이를 디지털화하여 서비스하는 웹매체인 한국향토문화전자대전(www.grandculture.net)(향토DB)를 활용한 수업을 받은 418명의 고등학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 가설 설정, 타당도 검증, 인과모형을 도출하여 구조방정식을 분석한 결과, 향토DB의 매체풍부성과 학습자의 매체경험은 학습몰입에 주요한 영향임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 매체풍부성과 학습자의 매체유용성을 매개한 간접효과도 통계적으로 유의하였다. 따라서 향토DB와 같은 전국의 시군구 자료를 집대성한 웹매체의 적극적 발굴과 고전문학수업에서의 활용이 창의인재교육을 위한 매체통합교육에 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Applying the Flipped Learning Model to an English-Medium Nursing Course

  • Purpose: An emerging trend in Asian higher education is English-medium instruction (EMI), which uses English as the primary instructional language. EMI prepares domestic students for international leadership; however, students report difficulty in learning, and educators have raised questions concerning the effectiveness of EMI. The flipped learning model (FLM), in which lecture and homework activities for a course are reversed, was applied to an English-medium course offered by a college of nursing in Korea. The aims of this study were to: 1) revise an existing English-medium nursing course using the FLM; 2) explore students' learning experiences and their acceptance of the FLM; and 3) identify key factors in the success of FLM. Methods: We used a descriptive, cross-sectional, mixed-methods design and the participants were students at one nursing school in Korea. A series of course development meetings with faculties from the nursing school and the center for teaching and learning were used to develop the course format and content. We conducted course evaluations using the Flipped Course Evaluation Questionnaire with open-ended questions and focus group interviews. Results: Students (N=75) in a 15-week nursing course responded to a survey after completing the course. Among them, seven students participated in one of two focus groups. Overall, students accepted and favored the flipped learning strategy, and indicated that the method enhanced lecture content and their understanding of it. Factors associated with effective instruction included structured monitoring systems and motivational environments. Conclusion: The FLM requires sufficient preparation to facilitate student motivation and maximize learning outcomes.

중소병원 간호사의 간호전문직관, 학습민첩성, 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Nursing Professionalism, Learning Agility, and Nursing Practice Environment on Nurses' Performance in Small and Medium Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to discern the factors that influence nursing professionalism, learning agility, and the nursing practice environment on the performance of nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 202 clinical nurses who both consented to participate and who have worked for more than one year in one of five small- and medium-sized hospitals located in three regions of Korea. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 statistical programs. Results: The nurses' performance showed a statistically significant correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.50, p<.001), learning agility (r=.54, p<.001), and nursing practice environment (r=.37, p<.001). Factors affecting the results of nurses' performance in relation to the subjects are those of learning agility (β=.33, p<.001), nursing professionalism (β=.25, p<.001), clinical career (β=.24, p=.001), education level (β=.16, p=.011), and nursing practice environment (β=.15, p=.016). Conclusion: To improve the performance of nurses in medium-sized hospitals, it is necessary to develop a nursing practice environment, programs, and strategies for enhancing nursing professionalism and learning agility.

개념 학습에 적용한 협동학습 전략에서 소집단 구성 방법의 효과 (The Effect of Grouping Method in Cooperative Learning Strategy Applied to Concept Learning)

  • 본 연구에서는 화학 개념 학습에 적용한 협동학습에서 소집단 구성 방법의 효과를 조사하였다. 연구에 사용된 두 가지 소집단 구성 방법은 사전 성취 수준 측면에서 상 중 하위 수준의 학습자가 모두 포함된 HML(High-Medium-Low) 방법과 상 하위 수준의 학습자로 구성된 소집단과 중위 수준의 학습자로만 구성된 소집단이 공존하는 HL/MM(High Low/Medium-Medium) 방법이다. 서울 지역의 고등학교에서 3개 학급(136명)을 선정하여 통제 집단과 처치 집단으로 무선 배치하였다. 수업 처치 전에 과학 수업에 대한 태도 검사 참여도 마찰도 경쟁도의 하위 영역으로 구성된 학습 환경에 대한 인식검사, 그리고 자아 존중감 검사를 실시하였고, 중간고사 성적을 구하였다. 각 점수는 공변인으로 사용하였다. 수업 처치 후, 사전 검사로 실시한 세 검사와 개념 이해도 검사를 실시하였다. 이원 공변량 분석 결과, 개념 이해도에서 수업 처치와 사전 성취 수준 사이에 상호작용 효과가 있었다. 하위 수준에서 HL/MM 협동학습 집단의 개념 이해도가 다른 두 집단에 비하여 유의미하게 높았다. 학습 환경에 대한 인식 중 참여도 영역에서는 소집단 구성 방법에 관계없이 협동학습 집단 학생들이 통제 집단 학생들보다 긍정적으로 인식하였다.

혼합학습(Blended Learning)을 적용한 디자인 수업 실증사례 연구 -팀 프로젝트와 스마트디바이스 앱 기반 학습을 중심으로- (A Case Study on Design Classes using Blended Learning -Focused on Team Project and Smart Device App-based Learning-)

  • This study presents the educational utility of blended learning by analyzing the effectiveness of learning after class by blending team project learning and smart device app-based learning methods. Qualitative analysis and survey analysis were conducted and the results were as follows. First, team project activities based on task resolution were conducted freely through detailed activities such as sharing roles, planning meetings, and coordinating opinions. Team activities were carried out with respect and consideration, team member bonding, and a sense of responsibility. Second, the smart device app is recognized as a medium for work and communication, and fast feedback has been made, making it highly impactful on classroom activities. Third, in terms of learning satisfaction, most learners showed an interest in the course and were satisfied with the project results. The smart device app was used as a learning and communication medium for personal and team activities and was analyzed as a blended method applicable to classes that conduct practical activities as an efficient tool to further activate project activities.

  • The purpose of this study was to introduce an application as a learning medium that can be used by students to prepare Solo bridal paes. This application can be used by make-up beginners who are learning about Solo bridal paes. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a randomized pretest-posttest control group. The paes application can be used as a medium in Solo bridal makeup learning, because it is highly effective in helping students prepare Solo bridal paes. This application is also considerably practical because it can be installed on smartphones. Experimental results revealed a difference between the control and experimental classes. Students in the experimental class could prepare paes neatly, and their shapes were proportional to the face of the model. The use of augmented reality as a medium to teach Solo bridal makeup, especially for making paes, is an innovation in the world of education. This application can help students make paes.
