예비 수학교사의 멘·튜터링 활동에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Men-tutoring Activities of Pre-Service Math Teacher)

  • In this study, a men-tutoring model was applied to four second-year high school students in mathematics learning counseling that could cultivate cognitive and affective domains. By observing and analyzing the cases, we examined the effects of mathematics learning counseling on students' mathematical attitudes and self-regulated learning ability. The results of mentoring applied to mathematics learning counseling had a positive effect on reinforcing prerequisite learning, improving self-regulated learning ability, strengthening mathematical strategies, and inducing learning motivation and maintaining interest. We are looking forward to that men-tutoring can be used effectively for students who have difficulty learning mathematics.

온라인 수업에서 치기공과 학생의 학습동기 및 학습동기저하에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors that affecting the learning motivation and demotivation of dental technology students in online classes)

  • Purpose: This study sought to identify the factors influencing learning motivation and demotivation in online dental technology students. Methods: A survey was conducted from October 1 to 30, 2021, on 188 dental technology students. The collected data were processed using the IBM SPSS IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 statistical program (IBM), and frequency, factor, and one-way ANOVA analyses were performed, for which the significance was set at 0.05. Results: It was found that the main online learning motivation factors were the usefulness of the learning content, interest, and confidence in the activities, the relationships with the teachers and friends, the feedback, and learning satisfaction. The factors that reduced the students' online learning motivation were interaction difficulties, maladaptation to the self-directed learning environment, the inadequate number of learning activities, and activity difficulty. Conclusion: Based on the identified online class motivation and demotivation factors, better systematic management and increased research are needed to improve the quality of non-face-to-face classes.

Blockchain based Learning Management Platform for Efficient Learning Authority Management

  • As the demand for distance education increases, interest in the management of learners' rights is increasing. Blockchain technology is a technology that guarantees the integrity of the learner's learning history, and enables learner-led learning control, data security, and sharing of learning resources. In this paper, we proposed a blockchain technology-based learning management system based on Hyperledger Fabric that can be verified through permission between nodes among blockchain platforms. Learning resources can be shared differentially according to the learning progress. Also the percentage of individual learners that can be managed. As a result of the study, the superiority of the platform in terms of convenience compared to the existing platform was demonstrated. As a result of the performance evaluation for the research in this paper, it was confirmed that the convenience was improved by more than 5%, and the performance was 4-5% superior to the existing platform in terms of learner satisfaction.

영재아와 일반아의 독서성향과 진로태도성숙 및 자기주도적학습 특성의 관계 (The Relationship Between Reading Disposition, Career Attitude Maturity and Self-leading Learning Trait of Gifted and General Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영재아와 일반 초등학교 학생의 독서성향과 진로태도 성숙 및 자기주도적학습 특성을 비교해보고 그 관계를 살펴보는 데에 있다. 영재아와 일반아의 독서성향을 비교하였을 때, 영재아는 일반아보다 독서흥미, 독서경험이 유의미하게 높은 결과를 나타냈으며 이는 독서수준이 높다는 결과와 일치하였다. 또한 영재아와 일반아의 진로태도성숙을 비교한 결과 진로태도성숙 하위 요인 중에서 결정성, 목적성, 확신성은 영재아가 일반아보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 영재아와 일반아의 자기주도적학습 특성을 비교한 결과 모든 항목에서 영재아는 일반아보다 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 독서 성향과 진로태도성숙, 또 독서성향과 자기 주도적 학습 특성 사이에는 정적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다.

치위생학과 구강영상학실습 수업에서의 VR활용에 관한 사례 연구 (Case study on the effects of VR educational media on oral imaging practice)

  • 연구목적: 연구에서는 치위생학과 학생들을 대상으로 구강영상학실습 수업에 VR교육 매체를 활용하여 구강영상학실습 수업에서의 VR활용에 대한 가능성과 VR활용을 통한 학생들의 학습흥미도, 학습몰입도, 학습동기 등을 중심으로 그 효과성을 확인해 보면서 향후 다양한 치위생 수업에서의 VR활용과 혁신적인 실습 교육과정 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2020년 2학년 2학기 동안 구강영상학 및 실습 교과목을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 연구의 목적과 방법을 기재한 설명문과 동의서를 안내하고 이에 동의하고 서명한 수강생만을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다(SM-202010-070-2). 연구 참여에 비동의 하거나 불성실하게 응답한 학생을 제외한 39명을 대상으로 최종분석하였다. 정규성 분포를 만족하지 못하고(p>0.05), 시간의 흐름에 따른 교육처치에 대한 상호간의 영향력을 배제할 수 없어 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated Measures ANOVA)에 상응하는 비모수 분석인 프리드만 검정 분석(Friedman two way ANOVA by ran)을 시행하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 p<0.05이었다. 연구결과: 구강영상학실습 교육매체 종류에 따라 학습흥미도, 학습몰입도, 학습동기 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 학습흥미도에서는 VR장비 1차사용에서, 학습몰입도와 학습동기에서는 X-ray 장비사용 후에 가장 높은 인식도를 보였다. 결론: VR 교육매체의 활용은 구강영상학실습 수업과정에서 학생들의 수업의 흥미도, 몰입도, 학습동기 등을 이끌어 낼 수 있다고 판단되며, 비대면 실습수업, 대면 실습수업에서 전통적인 X-ray장비와 더불어 VR 교육매체를 함께 활용한다면 구강영상학실습 학습의 긍정적인 효과를 충분히 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

고등학교 문제해결 능력 신장을 위한 교수 학습 방법 연구 (A study on teaching methodology for improving problem-solving skills in high school mathematics)

  • This is the study on a teaching method for improving problem-solving ability in mathematics. If this method is performed step by step in solving problems, learners can approach problems in a variety of ways. This step-by-step teaching method will create some changes among learners. The purpose of this experiment was to determine what effects resulted from this method, especially which effects arose in the affective areas of learning math. For the experiment, learning materials were divided into 73 parts. And the subjects, who are low-leveled and have negative attitudes towards mathematics, were divided into two groups. One group was exposed to this method for four months (treatment group), and the other group(control group) was not. According to the result, though there were few changes, the treatment group came to be more interested in math than before and also negative attitudes towards math were reduced gradually, as compared with the control group. In this study, three factors were investigated: interest in math, attitudes toward math, and learning -achievement in math. Significant changes were found in two factors: interest in math and learning-achievement in math. No significant changes were found in the area of attitudes towards math. In conclusion, if this method is adopted and performed regularly, it is likely that the problem-solving skills will be improved and the negative attitudes towards math will be reduced.

과학 영상매체를 활용한 초등 융합형 교수학습 전략 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Elementary Convergence Teaching and Learning Strategy Using the Science Visual Media)

  • 융합시대로의 패러다임 변화로 인하여 다양한 과학교육 프로그램의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들의 과학적 창의성과 예술적 감성 신장에 있어 기술, 공학적 방법 등이 종합된 영상매체의 교육적 효과성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 과학교육 내에서 만의 융합교육에서 벗어나기 위해서는 타 과목과 효과적으로 연계 지도할 수 있는 전략 모색이 필수적인데 이는 방법적인 면에서는 교육과정 재구성을 통해, 내용적인 면에서는 학생들의 흥미와 관심 유발에 효과적인 영상매체가 하나의 전략 방안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 6학년 2학기 교육과정 내에 포함된 초등교과 단원에서 과학적 사고과정을 연계할 수 있는 교과별 주제를 선정하여 이를 재구성해서 과학적인 영상매체, 즉 과학사진, TV 영상, 영화, UCC 등을 투입하여 산출되는 학생들의 과학에 대한 관심과 흥미에 대한 교육적 유의미성에 대해 살펴보았다.

Student Motivation and Interests as Proxies for Forming STEM Identities

  • This research investigated the motivation and interests of a sample of predominately-underrepresented populations to better understand whether informal STEM learning experiences offer support for developing STEM identities. A valid and reliable three-section self-reporting survey was administered to 169 secondary students as the primary data source. Identity was used as a theoretical lens along with descriptive statistics to reveal students' perceived benefits of the informal STEM learning experience, a Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) program in the western U.S., for improving their understanding of science, mathematics, and engineering concepts, increasing their interest in science, mathematics, and engineering careers, and increasing their belief of the importance of these STEM disciplines. In summary, the findings emerging, considered alongside current identity research, suggest that informal STEM learning experiences offer students from underrepresented STEM populations the space needed for successful STEM identity bids, either for future career pursuits or participation in a STEM literate populace as a non-STEM professional societal member.

중학교 남녀학생별 가정교과에 대한 인식 및 학습효과 -경남지역을 중심으로- (The Learning Effects and the Cognition of Home Economics by Sex in Middle Schools)

  • The aims of this research study is to clear the differences of the learning effects and the cognition of Home Economics by sex in the middle school and to collect the future-oriented educational dates, after implementing the 6th education curriculum. The results of the study are as follows ; 1. Most of students had the cognition that Home Economics is a subject matter of a needful knowledge and skill for the family life, half students a cultural subject matter for the modern life. The former was supported by female students, the latter by male students. 2. Most of students were interested in actual training fields of cooking and hand-sewing, had a strong interest about a field of physical and social-psychological growth. The differences by sex interest about significant in these fields. 3. Most of students had positive responses in the learning effects of Home Economics. The most useful field was cooking and the worst was the structure and method of sewing machine. 4. The shortage and the dissatisfaction in the learning of Home Economics were lacking of the actual training hours, the old-fashioned teaching methods and the shortage of teaching materials etc.

수학영재의 수학교과에 대한 정의적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the affective variables of gifted students in mathematics)

  • 영재들의 학습 효과를 위해서는 학생들이 지적으로 준비가 갖추어졌다할지라도, 학생들의 지적 능력을 활성화하고 적극적인 학습 행동으로 동력화해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 수학교과에 대한 정의적 특성을 강조하지 않을 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 수학영재학생들의 수학교과에 대한 자아개념, 태도, 흥미, 수학불안, 학습습관과 같은 수학교과에 대한 정의적 특성들을 분석하였다.
