전력간선에서의 전자파 장애를 고려한 원칩형 누설전류 원격 검출단말기의 개발 (An Development of Leakage Current Sensing Module of the System on Chip Type Under Consideration of Electromagnetic Interface in Power Trunk Line)

  • In this paper, leakage current sensing module of SoC(System on Chip)type and real time monitoring system under consideration of electromagnetic interface in power trunk line are developed. The first, leakage current sensing module of SoC type under consideration of electromagnetic interface is developed, and the developed sensing module of SoC type is composed of leakage sensing part, power supply part, interface part, communication part, AD(Alternating current to Direct current)convert part and amplification part. And also the electromagnetic compatibility is evaluated by conduction and radiation of EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) for developed sensing module. The developed system can have confidence, stability and do energy saving under mixed electric circumstance of the low voltage communication device and high voltage equipment. The second, the real time remote monitoring system is developed using designed wire and wireless communication module with leakage current sensing module of SoC type. The developed real time remote monitoring system can monitor sensing state, occurrence state of leakage current and alarm for each step etc.. And the device configuration, PCB layout for leakage current sensing module of system on chip type and the experiment configuration in consideration of EMI are presented. Also the measurement results of conduction and radiation for EMI are presented.

대기상태인 논리 회로에서의 누설전류 최소화 입력 탐색 방법 (Low Leakage Input Vector Searching Techniques for Logic Circuits at Standby States)

  • 반도체 공정의 발달로 집적도가 증가하고 문턱전압이 감소하면서, 반도체 집적회로 소모 전력에서 누설전류(leakage current)의 비중이 점차 증가하고 있다. 대기 상태에서 CMOS 조합 회로(combinational circuit)는 입력 값에 따라 누설전류가 크게 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 누설전류로 인한 소모전력을 줄이기 위해 대기 상태 (standby state) 회로의 입력 신호를 제어하며, 작은 누설전류를 갖는 입력 신호를 찾기 위한 새로운 효율적인 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이 방법을 벤치마크 예제에 실험적으로 적용하여 누설전류 평균값에 비해 15.7%, simulated evolution 방법에 비해 6.7% 누설전류를 줄일 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 순차 회로에서도 idle 입력을 이용하여 누설전류 평균값에 비해 6.8%, simulated evolution 방법에 비해 3.2% 누설전류를 줄일 수 있었다.

  • GaAs has wide band gap, Therefore that malarial can used high Temperature application. in this paper explain to current-voltage characteristics of thermal effect. we experiment on thermal test of current-voltage characteristics and gate leakage current with real device. As a result, we propose a current-volatage characteristics model. that model base on gate leakage current, and gate leakage current influence gate source voltage.

드레인오프셋트 다결정실리콘 박막트랜지스터의 누설전력 해석 (An Analysis on the Leakage Current of Drain-offset Poly-Si TFT′s)

  • Poly-Si TFT's(Polysilicon thin filmtransistors) have been actively studied due to their applications in active matrix liquid crystal displays and active pull-up devices of CMOS SRAM's. For such applications, the leakage current has to be in the range of sub-picoampere. However, poly-Si TFT's suffer from anomalous high leakage currents, which is attributed to the emission of the traps present at gain boundaries in the drain junction. The leakage current has been analyzed by the field emission via grain-boundary traps and thermionic field emission over potential barrier located at the grain boundary. We found that the models proposed before are not consistent with the experimental results at far as drain-offset poly-Si TFT's we fabricated concern. In this paper, leakage current of drain-offset poly-Si TFT's with different offset lengths was studied. A conduction model based on the thermionic emission of the tunneling electrons is developed to identify the leakage mechanism. It was found that the effective grain size of the drain-offset region is important factor in the leakage current. A good agreement between experimental and simulated results of the leakage current is obtained.

우사(牛舍)에서 전기배선의 종류와 길이에 따른 저항성 및 용량성 누전전류 분석 (Analysis of Resistive and Capacitive Leakage Current according to Wiring Type and Length at Cattle Barn)

  • This paper is aimed to prevent danger of electrical fire at cattle barn to detect resistive and capacitive leakage current component for wiring type and length. In order to analysis for electric leakage component for cattle barn sizes and normal buildings, this paper was studied field state investigation which are at cattle barn companies(10 companies) in Cheong-won location and normal buildings at Nam-bu market in Jeon-ju location. Market to deduce the problems of electric leakage component is analyzed. The resistive and capacitive leakage current component for wiring type and length is analyzed at Beon-young cattle barn. Results show that electric leakage component suggested in this paper are valuable and usable to electrical fire in leakage current based on environment factor, which will prevent severe damage to human beings and properties and reduce the electrical fires in cattle barn. It is acceptable for electrical equipment use in an cattle barn.

On-Line 및 Off-Line 상태에 따른 누설 전류 진단 분석 (Analysis of Leakage Current Diagnosis According to Online and Offline Conditions)

  • When the clamp meter approaches the electric path where current is flowing, leakage current can be measured at a distance from the electric current because the induced current increases as the magnitude of the current increases and approaches nearer to the electric path. Therefore, measurements were carried out from a distance to avoid this effect. In addition, the measured values differ depending on the location of the power line that penetrates the ZCT of the clamp meter, thus measurements were performed at a location where this effect was minimized. The fraction of compliant branch circuits, whose leakage current was lower than 1.00 mA, was found to be 69.0% out of the total of 439 branch circuits, while the percentage of compliant branch circuits having an insulation resistance higher than $0.20M{\Omega}$ was found to be 93.2%. The reason why the percentage of compliant branch circuits with low leakage current was low might be due to the inclusion of capacitive leakage current in the total measured leakage current.

  • Electrical leakage happens when faults in electrical apparatus or power lines occur. It causes electrical fires and electric shocks. In order to reduce accidents caused by electrical leakage current, it is important to detect faults effectively and shut off the power. In this paper, firstly we analyzed statistics of electrical fires and electric shocks caused by electrical leakage current. Secondly, standards of allowable leakage current and body impedance models were analyzed. Lastly, effective application methods for breaking electrical leakage current were suggested. The results will provide useful preventive measures of electrical fires and electric shocks caused by electrical leakage.

  • In order to investigate the quality in compliance with an electric leakage electric current from the electric leakage area after conferring the electric leakage environment in compliance with a flooding when the electric leakage electric current exists in the surface, it investigated the electric leakage electric current quality from the electric current distribution and flooded districts from the present paper. At the result, we have known that flux density is constant regardless of distance variation.

에틸렌프로필렌 고무의 전압에 의한 누설전류 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Properties Leakage Current due to Voltage of Ethylene Propylene Rubber)

  • In this study, the leakage current - voltage characteristic and leakage current - time characteristic for the undegradated Ethylene Propylene Rubber and the Ethylene Propylene Rubber which is degradated by water tree for 200 hours have been measured on the temperature range of $50{\sim}80^{\circ}C$ and applied DC voltage range of 200 V~800 V for 90 minutes. The results of this study are listed below. In case the temperature is $50^{\circ}C$, it founds that the leakage current have shown a increase in proportion to the applied voltage as 2 pA in 200 V, 6 pA in 400 V, 10 pA in 600 V and 15 pA in 800 V. It founds that the leakage current increased with the rise of temperature. It founds that the leakage current was consistent as time goes by, the leakage current of the sample degradated by water tree for 200 hours has increased more than undegradated sample.

  • This paper describes an effect of a single- and a quadruple-lightning impulse currents on electrical characteristics of ZnO blocks, and an expert system to diagnose arrestor deterioration. To deduce the parameters needed for diagnosing arrester deterioration, an accelerate deterioration teat is carried out. In the experiment, leakage current components are measured. Also, wave height distribution of the leakage current according to the progress of arrester deterioration is analyzed. From the experimental results, the wave height distribution of the leakage current showed conspicuous difference even in an immaterial leakage current increase. Therefore, the use of wave height distribution of the leakage current in deterioration diagnostic technique makes more accurate diagnosis than the conventional method by using only a leakage currant value. Finally, the expert system based on the experimental results is developed and the system can diagnose arrestor deterioration by measuring the leakage current and its wade height distribution.
