마을보건 요원의 활동력 평가 (Evaluation of Village Health Worker's Activities)

  • In order to develop some indicies for the evaluation of village health worker's activities and to find out personal characteristics and other factors that affect the activities, an interview survey was conducted to thirty seven village health workers (VHW) in Sunwon, Naega and Bulun townships in Kangwha county, where the Community Health Project of Yonsei University, College of Medicine, has been implemented for the past ten years. In addition, daily activity records of the VHW's were also analyzed. The results are summarized below: First, meeting attendance rates, number of regular family visits, number of antenatal care visits and number of family planning visits were identified as the most meaningful criterion for the evaluation of the village health worker's activities. Second, personal factors that significantly affect the village health worker's activities were identified as age, educational background, living with in-laws, religion, presence of preschool child in the family, holding leader's position of village woman's association concurrently, and duration serving as a VHW. The more aged and the more educated VHWs were the more effective. Those VHWs who were living with in-laws, without preschool child in the family, holding the leader's position of the village woman's association, and the longer service duration were the more effective. Other factors that affect the VHW's activities were the number of households in the target village and the number of natural villages in the target villages. It showed that the smaller the size of number of households and natural villages, the higher the degrees of the effectiveness of the VHW.

의료사회사업서비스의 질에 관한 연구 (Quality Assessment on Social Services in General and Teaching Hospitals in Korea)

  • Background : As an empirical study, current research about the quality of social services carried out in general and teaching hospitals across the country. In the flux of health care reforms and market transformation, the quality of social services in the hospital becomes increasingly significant. Methods : A sample of total 80 hospitals, including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Under the method of one-way ANOVA and multiple regression, the level of quality in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, the key variables of each hospital which turned out significantly different in quality of social work service were the departmental form of social work unit, unit leader's age, educational level, field experience, and job rank. Third, the level of quality of social work service correlated positively with the field experience of unit leader, the size of social work unit, the job rank of the unit leader. Conclusion : The most influential variables to the quality of social work service proved departmental form of social work unit, leader of social work unit. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, social work unit in hospital must be structured single, independent department in which entitled social worker is supposed to supervise and manage. And a leadership-development program for leaders in social work unit are strongly recommended.

  • Global conglomerates in the late 2010s are seeking changes from the existing method of financial growth into that of sustainable growth, as they are facing the age of 4th industrial revolution. In preparation for this change of the times and to stay competitive, small businesses are required to produce creative knowledge, and systematically share and store it by means of implementing voluntary and specific changes in their convictions and actions. This study aims to empirically examine how the ICT small businesses' organizational learning participants' self-leadership affect their job satisfaction through organization orientation and Leader-Member Exchange(LMX). The research sample consists of the first to third-year employees that have previously participated in the small businesses' organizational learning support project, and of learning leaders, group leaders, and group members from companies that have previously concluded the project. The results are as follows: First, the self-leadership at the ICT small businesses' organizational learning project has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The same positive results are shown in learning orientation and LMX. Second, the learning orientation has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the LMX has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

한국 성인의 3차원 두형개발을 위한 머리치수 연구 (An Anthropometric Study on the Korean Adult Head for the Development of 3D Craniofacial Shape)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse craniofacial shape by 3D scanner for Korean adult head shape by age group. The heads of 836 adults were measured by 3D scanner, and the 25 obtained measurements were analyzed by statifical methods. The results can be summarized as follows. 1. From the basic statistical data analysis, the vertex-tagion and the length between the pupils were the longest in the subjects in their twenties, and decreased in elderly groups. 2. According to the analysis of the craniofacial proportion, the typical adult Korea head type was short-headed. 3. Statistically noticeable differences were found in the ectocanthion- opistcranion by the measurement of the left and the right sides of face in the age groups of the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. 4. The order of factor analysis was as follows: the horizontal length, the perpendicular length and the width from the highest in the age group of the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s.

번들가격할인 프레이밍과 메시지 프레이밍이 소비자의 번들구성제품에 대한 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Bundle Price Discount Framing and Message Framing on Consumers' Evaluation of Bundle Component)

  • 가격번들링(price bundling)의 형태에는 '믹스드리더번들(mixed-leader bundle)'과 '믹스드조인트번들(mixed-joint bundle)'이 있는데 전자는 패키지 구성요소 중 하나는 정상가에 판매하고 다른 하나는 할인된 가격에 판매하는 것(예를 들면, 치아미백제를 구매하면 치약 할인)이고, 후자는 패키지의 가격을 통합하여 하나의 할인된 가격(예를 들면, 치아미백제와 치약을 함께 구매하면 총금액 할인)으로 제시하는 것이다. 메시지 프레이밍이란 동일한 광고 메시지를 어떻게 표현하느냐 하는 것인데, 제품을 사용할 경우 얻게 될 혜택 또는 긍정적인 제품 속성을 강조하는 긍정적 프레이밍과 대안을 채택하지 않을 경우 입게 되는 손실 또는 부정적인 제품속성을 강조하는 부정적 프레이밍이 있다. 본 연구는 치아미백제의 메시지 프레이밍을 '95%가 미백효과를 보았다(긍정적 프레이밍)'와 '5% 미만이 미백효과를 보지 못했다(부정적 프레이밍)'로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 개별제품에 대한 소비자의 지각된 품질수준과 태도에 대한 번들가격할인 프레이밍과 메시지 프레이밍의 상호작용효과를 탐구하였다. 연구결과 메시지 프레이밍의 주효과와 상호작용효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 긍정적 메시지프레이밍 조건에서는 믹스드조인트번들보다 믹스드리더번들에서 치아미백제에 대한 지각된 품질 및 태도가 높았으나, 부정적 메시지 프레이밍 조건에서는 믹스드리더번들보다 믹스드조인트번들에서 더 높았다. 본 연구는 번들 내 개별제품에 대한 번들가격할인 프레이밍과 메시지 프레이밍의 상호작용효과를 발견했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있으며, 메시지 프레이밍의 형태에 따라 번들가격 제시방법을 달리해야함을 제안하고 있다.

남북한 선전영화의 이미지 재현 전략 비교연구: 1960년대를 중심으로 (A Comparison of Image Representation Strategies used in Propaganda Films in South and North Korea: Focused on the 1960s)

  • 1960년대는 남북한 모두에게 체제 안정화가 필요했고 선전영화가 그 최선봉에 있었다는 공통점이 있다. 남한은 군사정부의 정당성을 옹호하고 정권의 시대적 사명에 복무할 것을 요구했으며 북한은 수령의 무결점과 사회주의 체제의 우월성을 역설했다. 본 연구는 1960년대의 대내외적 상황을 배경으로 하여 그 시기의 남북한 선전영화의 이미지 재현 전략을 다루고 있다. 연구 결과 첫째, 남북한은 정통성 확립을 위해 통치자의 이미지를 각각 강한 지도자와 친근한 지도자로 구축했다. 둘째, 남북한은 자신의 관점에서 명징한 시대 정신을 배태하기 위해 동일한 사건에 다른 관점으로 이미지화를 꾀했다. 셋째, 당시 선전영화는 바람직한 국민(인민)상을 제시하고 무결점의 정부를 시각화했다. 1960년대 남북한의 권위적인 정권은 선전영화를 통해 이른바 공식사회를 위한 촉진자의 역할을 수행했다.

리더십유형과 사회자본과의 관계분석 -지역사회민간단체를 중심으로- (Improving the Social Capital of Community Organization through Leadership)

  • This study aims at analyzing the leadership-types that have been affecting the social capital of community organization. The methods for this study are literatures review and survey to community organizations in Daegucity and Kyungpook. The questionnaires are sent to 426 leaders who are community organization leaders, 35.%(150) of the total returned questionnaire. The statistical methods used for the data were frequency, percentile, and regression. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1)Direction for improving the social capital of community organization aspect of respondent's personal characteristic (1)female members' rate of community organization should be more high. (2)leader's age is to be over fifty, and educational background of high school is resonable. (3)the leader's religious is buddhism, the leaders of community organization should take the adult education program that related to leadership. 2)Resonable leadership-types to improve the social capital of community organization as follow; (1)reformative leadership is more important than trading leadership for affecting positively the social capital of community organization. (2)the authoritative leadership of reformative leadership-types is the most important than anyone else. (3)the condition-reward leadership of trading leadership types is affecting positively the social capital of community organization. And the authoritative leadership is needed for increasing the social capital of community organizations in Daegucity and Kyungpook.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the power images in the style of a leader: through the focus on the portrait of Henry VIII. Study methods on the literature concerning viewpoints of power and image in the early modern age and the subjects of power are being used for theoretical backgrounds; and the visual data from National Portrait Gallery, British Library and the internet are used for exploratory studies. The results of this study are as follows. First, from the style of Henry VIII who represented the image of political power, the modern political phenomenon can be defined. Such phenomenon which displays images of political leaders from the study indicate an effective strategy. Second, the religious, a diplomatic representation for the style of Henry VIII powers, such as costume style and somatic visual images, represents the dignity and power by delivering visible internal attributes. Thus, the role model recognized by the society and the public's perception of leadership style affects the acknowledgement and belief by the people.

도시주부의 성역할 태도와 가정관리에 대한 가치의식이 가사노동 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sex Role Attitude and The Value Consciousness of Home Management on Urban Housewive's Satisfaction of Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the actual conditions of urban housewive's sex role attitude, the value consciousness of home management and the satisfaction of household work. Further, basic data fro the improvement of the satisfaction of household work and the value consciousness of home management will be produce through grasping the relationship of them. For these purposes, the data are collected by using questionnaire distributed to 394 housewives living in Taegu. The data are analyzed using frequency, pecentile, one way anova, pearson's correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follow: 1. Urban housewive's sex role attitude comparatively took the transitional position and the value consciousness of home management was middle. Housewive's satisfaction of household work was generally usual. 2. There were significant differences in the sex role attitude according to housewive's age, educational level, the youngest child's age, durations of marriage. Specially, the variables which significantly affected sex role attitude were housewive's educational level, the youngest child's age. 3. The value consciousness of home management of urban housewives was variable according to housewive's age and educational level, monthly family income, durations of marriage, the youngest child's age, the type of housing, husband's educational level and job. 4. Among the independent variables, the houswive's educational level was variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work. 5. There were significant differences in the satisfaction of household work according to housewive's sex role attitude. 6. Among the domains of the value consciousness of home management, the value consciousness about family relationships, consuming, educational and leader ship were variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work.

사회성 훈련 프로그램에 참가한 학령 초기 아동의 사회적 행동 변화에 대한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study of Early School-age Children's Experiences on Social Skills Training Program)

  • 본 연구에서는 학령 초기 아동의 사회적 행동을 향상시키기 위한 사회성 훈련 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램 실행 과정에서 나타나는 아동의 사회적 행동을 관찰하여 변화의 과정을 질적 분석을 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 김민정(2008)의 사회적 기술훈련을 수정 보완하여 7명의 초등학교 1학년 아동을 대상으로 8회기의 프로그램을 실시한 후, 참여관찰 노트, 프로그램 진행자의 일지, 보조진행자의 칭찬 노트, 비디오 녹화 자료, 아동의 그림일기 자료들을 전사, 코딩, 주제의 발견 단계를 거쳐 분석하였다. 그 결과, 아동의 사회적 행동과 관련하여 다음과 같은 주제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 관계형성의 시작: (1) 수줍음과 정서적 위축, (2) 자기만의 세계에 몰입, (3) 나누기' 및 '함께하기'의 어려움, (4) 타인과의 부정적 상호작용, (5) 사회적 규칙준수의 어려움. 둘째, 정서 및 의사표현의 변화: 분명하고 직접적인 정서 및 의사표현. 셋째, 친사회성의 변화: (1) 주위에 대한 관심 및 상호작용 증진, (2) 협동 놀이, (3) '나누기' 및 '도움주기'등의 베푸는 행동. 넷째, 사회적 기술의 변화: (1) 사회적 규칙의 인식 및 실천, (2) 사회적 문제 해결하기. 본 연구는 질적 연구를 통해 사회성 훈련 프로그램이 학령 초기 아동의 사회적 기술과 정서표현에 미치는 긍정적 변화를 관찰함으로써 그 효과를 확인하였다.
