기술시스템 (Large Technological Systems) 이론구조를 활용한 경마방송 비교연구 (The Comparative Analysis of Gambling Media System in the Construction of a Large Technological System)

  • 본 연구는 경마산업에서 중요한 요소 중의 하나인 경마방송을 살펴보고자 한다. 한국의 경마방송과 해외선진국과 비교했을 때 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 Hughes(1987)의 기술시스템(Large Technological Systems) 관점에서 분석함으로써 향후 경마산업의 한 전문분야에 비전을 제시할 수 있는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 크게 두 가지 관점에서 접근하는데, 우선 한국의 경마방송을 기술시스템 구조를 적용하여 연구 대상들을 개념화하고 두 번째로는 개념화를 기준으로 해외 비교대상들과 공통점과 차이점을 파악하고자 한다. 비교를 통해 한국 사례에서 방해가 되는 역돌출 요소는 무엇인지 분석하고 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 시행체 직접 운영에 의한 빠른 정책결정, 경쟁력 있는 콘텐츠 개발, 해외 개방정책 및 방송통신 융합흐름에 따른 미래 정책 개발 등 경마방송을 활용한 경마산업의 균형적인 발전을 위한 비전과 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • This paper explores the relationship between technological characteristics within process innovation and selection of the firms of different organizational forms in the evolution of an industry. For this purpose, this paper develops a simulation model for industrial change that replicates dynamic competition for process innovation. The simulation analysis found the following causal relationship. First, the stronger innovation impact in terms of productivity jump tends to enlarge the productivity difference among the incumbent firms and increase the speed of productivity catch-up by the large diversified firms, Second, the possibility of entry, and eventual dominance by the large diversified firms increase when the innovation-productivity linkage is stronger and there is less cumulativeness in productivity determination. These results imply that technological characteristics are important factors that have influence on whether or not the large diversified firms can enter and succeed in an industry.

  • Industrial technological competitiveness is the major issue for many countries. therefore, many experts have concerned with how to measure competitiveness of industrial technologies. The purpose of this paper was to suggest the reasonable methodology of investigating competitiveness of industrial technologies. For such reasons, the technological competitiveness should analyzed on national, industrial an d firm level. In Korean case of the technological competitiveness has been assessed and analyzed industrial vision or target and looking for industrial demand survey for growing industries or requiring to investment of a large scale in dimension, such as 'Growing Engine Industries for Next Generation' However, it has not made a. thorough and systematic study on the assessment and analysis of the technological competitiveness, on this account developing of a systemic method and taking proper process of the technological competitiveness in industrial sector, and buildup the database system in adoptable real firms in sector. This paper will provide political counterproposal by surveying, assessing, and analyzing for technological competitiveness objectively through it can be leaded by technological innovations.

지속가능한 태양광발전시스템의 경제성 분석 (Economic analysis on Sustainable Photovoltaic Systems)

  • This paper analyses the economics of grid-connected photovoltaic systems. With the 2003 cost of photovoltaic systems, under prevailing capital market conditions, with a system lifetime of 30 years, and under the best climatic conditions, it appears that the cost of production of grid-connected electricity could be of 0.21 US $/kWh, and under medium climatic conditions, European locations, Switzerland, Japan and South Korean could be of 0.28$/kWh. If the lifetime if the system goes up, due to future technological improvements, to a very large value such as 50 years, these costs can be lowered by 10-20%. Competitiveness of grid-connected photovoltaic electricity, while it still cannot be taken for granted, is a possibility, especially if major technological advances further lowers the costs of photo cells and increases their lifetimes.

OFDM MIMO radar waveform design for targets identification

  • In order to obtain better target identification performance, an efficient waveform design method with high range resolution and low sidelobe level for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar is proposed in this paper. First, the wideband CP-based OFDM signal is transmitted on each antenna to guarantee large bandwidth and high range resolution. Next, a complex orthogonal design (COD) is utilized to achieve code domain orthogonality among antennas, so that the spatial diversity can be obtained in MIMO radar, and only the range sidelobe on the first antenna needs suppressing. Furthermore, sidelobe suppression is expressed as an optimization problem. The integrated sidelobe level (ISL) is adopted to construct the objective function, which is solved using the Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) algorithm. The numerical results demonstrate the superiority in performance (high resolution, strict orthogonality, and low sidelobe level) of the proposed method compared to existing algorithms.

A two-stage cascaded foreground seeds generation for parametric min-cuts

  • Parametric min-cuts is an object proposal algorithm, which can be used for accurate image segmentation. In parametric min-cuts, foreground seeds generation plays an important role since the number and quality of foreground seeds have great effect on its efficiency and accuracy. To improve the performance of parametric min-cuts, this paper proposes a new framework for foreground seeds generation. First, to increase the odds of finding objects, saliency detection at multiple scales is used to generate a large set of diverse candidate seeds. Second, to further select good-quality seeds, a two-stage cascaded ranking classifier is used to filter and rank the candidates based on their appearance features. Experimental results show that parametric min-cuts using our seeding strategy can obtain a relative small pool of proposals with high accuracy.

독일 산업·기술문화재 한자 코크스 제조소 재생사례 분석 (Analysis on the Characteristics of the Precedents for Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties of the Hansa Coking Plant)

  • The Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties are being protected, the rest facing with demolition and damages. In order to better cope with such situation, Korea has officially introduced the Registered Cultural Properties System since 2001 and began acknowledging the historical values of industrial buildings as modern cultural properties. In the Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, there are approximately 3,500 industrial buildings under the cultural asset protection and management not only in the Ruhr-region but also state-wide. Among these, this case study focuses on the Hansa Coking Plant, a large-scale Revitalization project to rehabilitate the old industrial complexes and facility buildings that have been shut down on December 15, 1992. Purpose of this study is to analyze main project plans of each facility in the Hansa Coking Plant and to bring out the main features of the plans, so that they can be utilized to find suggestions for Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties Revitalization in Korea.

Deduplication and Exploitability Determination of UAF Vulnerability Samples by Fast Clustering

  • Use-After-Free (UAF) is a common lethal form of software vulnerability. By using tools such as Web Browser Fuzzing, a large amount of samples containing UAF vulnerabilities can be generated. To evaluate the threat level of vulnerability or to patch the vulnerabilities, automatic deduplication and exploitability determination should be carried out for these samples. There are some problems existing in current methods, including inadequate pertinence, lack of depth and precision of analysis, high time cost, and low accuracy. In this paper, in terms of key dangling pointer and crash context, we analyze four properties of similar samples of UAF vulnerability, explore the method of extracting and calculate clustering eigenvalues from these samples, perform clustering by fast search and find of density peaks on a large number of vulnerability samples. Samples were divided into different UAF vulnerability categories according to the clustering results, and the exploitability of these UAF vulnerabilities was determined by observing the shape of class cluster. Experimental results showed that the approach was applicable to the deduplication and exploitability determination of a large amount of UAF vulnerability samples, with high accuracy and low performance cost.

국가혁신시스템 협력 네트워크가 기술혁신에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cooperation Network in National Innovation System on Technological Innovation)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 정부가 창조경제 및 산업개혁 정책을 추진하면서 창의적이고 선도적인 경제 체질로의 탈바꿈을 시도함에 따라 이에 맞는 혁신시스템을 제안하고자 수행하였다. 이에 대표적인 지식 산업이라고 할 수 있는 우리나라 정보통신 분야 혁신시스템의 협력 네트워크 요인이 기술 혁신에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 본 연구를 위해 한국기업혁신조사(KIS) 데이터를 사용하였고, OECD NESTI-WPIA 방법론을 준용하여 프로빗 분석을 실시하였다. 이에 분석을 통해 다음의 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 정보통신업에서 혁신 주체 간 협력은 대체적으로 기술혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간기관과의 협력이 기술 혁신에 중요한 역할을 미친다. 셋째, 다양한 협력은 혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 창의성 수준이 낮은 활용적 혁신에 보다 큰 영향을 미친다. 이 결과를 통해 향후, 우리나라 기술혁신 정책이 협력촉진, 민간중심의 기술혁신, 다양한 의견을 수립할 수 있는 조합주의형 시스템 구축 등의 방향으로 나아가야 할 것으로 보인다.

Technological Knowledge Management Systems in Large-Scale Facility-Intensive Steelworks

  • 본 연구에서는 일관제철 공정의 철강산업과 같은 대규모 기계설비 집약적 산업 환경에 적합한 기술지식 경영시스템에 대해 고려하고자 한다. 기술경쟁력 확보를 위한 철강업체의 전략적 기술경영은 핵심기술에 대한 지식경영 활동과 연계될 때 비로소 시너지효과를 극대화할 수 있다. 또한 철강업체의 지식경영은 암묵적 혹은 형식적 제철공정 기술지식의 창출, 획득 및 공유 등의 활동을 통해 활성화되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 철강산업 현장의 기술지식 관리대상으로 조업설비 프로세스 및 무형 지식자산의 범위를 정의하고, 일관제철 공정의 핵심기술 로드맵에 따라 기술지식 경영활동에 적합한 계층적 지식경영 조직구조를 구축하고자 한다. 또한 제철공정 노하우 등과 같이 암묵적 기술지식을 획득하고 이를 공유할 수 있는 형태로 변환하기 위한 기술지식 획득 방법론을 수립하고 이를 기초로 인터넷에 기반을 둔 제철공정 기술지식 경영시스템을 구축하고자 한다.
