유산관광 자원에 대한 보존 및 이용가치 평가 - 지속가능한 이용을 중심으로 - (Evaluation of Conservation and Use Values of Heritage Tourism Resources - Focused on Sustainable Use -)

  • Heritage resources have become important social assets as the global interests in heritage tourism increased. Utilization of heritage as unique tourist destination has positive effects on regional economy, which in turn plays an important role in heritage conservation. However, it was found that the essential quality of heritage resources has been degraded and even destroyed when excessive use was permitted. This undesirable side-effects of heritage tourism have led to the growing concern for sustainable tourism that can contribute to both utilization and conservation of heritage. In order for sustainable tourism to be effectively implemented, it is crucial for visitors to be aware of the need for heritage conservation because they are the most important consumers of the heritage. The purpose of this study was to suggest some basic information for sustainable tourism by investigating visitors' evaluation of conservation and use values of heritage resources. The study sites were the two Korean traditional temples(Sokrisan Bubjusa and Naejangsan Naejangsa) and contingent valuation method was used. 390 visitors in Bubjusa and 308 visitors in Naejangsa participated in the questionnaire survey. From the results, sustainable tourism is possible in such heritage areas as traditional temples because the participants had relatively balanced values for heritage conservation and use. The WTP for natural conservation value was found to be highest in both temples; visitors may be more agreeable with the heritage conservation plan if the sustainability of natural resource is emphasized. Also, the use value of heritage could be influenced by the tourism utilization of the area where the heritage was located. If there are no other famous tourist destinations except the heritage in the area, additional plans to develop alternative destinations should be prepared in order to formulate the agreement on the need to protect the heritage among visitors, local communities, and government.

지자체 유형별 사회경제적 특성에 따른 온실가스 배출특성 분석 (Characteristics of GHG emission according to socio-economic by the type of local governments, REPUBLIC OF KOREA)

  • Local governments are establishing their own greenhouse gas reduction goal and are playing a important role to respond to climatic changes. However, there are difficulties in quantitative analyses such as estimation of future greenhouse gas emission and computation of reduction potential, which are procedures required to establish mid to long term strategies to realize of low carbon society by each local governments. Also, reduction measures must reflect characteristics of each local government, since the reduction power of each local government can differ according to characteristics of each. In order to establish strategies that reflect characteristics of local governments, types of greenhouse gas emission from cities were classified largely into residential city, commercial city, residential commercial city, agriculture and fishery city, convergence city, and industrial city. As a result of analyzing basic unit of greenhouse gas emission by local government during 2007 in terms of per population, household and GRDP based on the type classification, significant results were deduced for each type. To manage the amount of the national greenhouse gas, reduction measures should be focused on the local governments that emits more than the average of each type's GHG emission.

도시지역 곰솔림의 식생복원모델 (Vegetation Restoration Model of Pinus thunbergii in Urban Areas)

  • The purpose of this study is suggest to restoration model of Pinus thunbergii in Saha-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. The result of this study is summarized as follows; As the results of this study, vegetation restoration model is presented by separating community planting and edge planting. The community planting species of tree layer were Pinus thunbergii and Quercus acutissima and Quercus dentata and Quercus serrata and Quercus alienna and Quercus variabilis. The community planting species of subtree layer were Platycarya strobilacea and Prunus sargentii and Styrax japonica and Eurya japonica and Morus bombycis. The community planting species of shrub layer are Ulmus pavifolia and Ulmus davidiana and Lindera obtusiloba and Elaeagnus macrophylla and Mallotus japonicus and Ligustrum obtusifolium and Sorbus alnifolia and Rhus trichocarpa and Zanthoxylum schinifolium and Rosa wichuraiana and Rhus chinensis and Viburnum erosum and Rhododendron mucronulatum and Rhododendron yedoense and Indigofera pseudotinctoria. And the planting species of edge vegetation are Japanese Angelica and Symplocos chinensis and Pittosporum tobira and Lespedeza maximowiczii and Lespedeza bicolor and Rubus coreanus and Rubus idaeus and Vitis thunbergii and Ampelopsis brevipedunculata and Rosa multiflora. Considering the population of individuals up to layers in each $400m^2$ area, it was composed of 24 in tree layer, 35 in subtree layer, 410 in shrub layer and 34% herb layer in the Pinus thunbergii community. And the average of breast-high area and canopy area was $10,852cm^2$ in tree layer, in subtree layer $1,546cm^2$, in shrub layer $1,158,660cm^2$. The shortest distance between trees was calculated as 2.0m in tree layer, 1.9m in subtree layer.

개발제한구역 내 생태공원 조성방안에 관한 연구 - 서식처 및 생태통로로서의 기능강화를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of an Ecological Park Planning Model to Enhance the Functions of Habitats and Ecological Corridors in Green Belt Areas)

  • This study was conducted to develop an ecological park planning model to enhance the functions of habitats and ecological corridors in Green Belt Areas, because changing policies have resulted in the degredation of the Green Belts due to progressive fragmentation of ecosystems. The principal outcome of the study is to plan an ecological park model through the restoration of habitats. In order to evaluate the capacity of the model to enhance the ecological functions of habitats and ecological corridors in Green Belt Areas, a simulation of habitats was carried out in the Sungnam-Yusoo region. The model was developed via following steps: 1. Selection of candidate sites and selection of the study site by analyzing development factors; 2. Selection of target species that can represent the habitat at the site; 3. Analysis of the site's suitability index for the target species; 4. Establishment of a conceptual plan to enhance and expand the currently produced suitability index; 5. Creation of a master plan based on the conceptual plan; and 6. Evaluation of the enhanced and expanded suitability index of the site. The study showed that the Habitat Unit (HU) of Rana coreana, which was selected as the target species of the study, increased from $28,044m^2$(3.6%) to $224,352m^2$(28.8%), and the HU of the site as the ecological corridor for wild animals increased from $4,674m^2$(0.6%) to $152,684m^2$(19.6%). The study results show that the ecological deficits of the Green Belt Area can be overcome by enhancing the ecological functions of the region, which should be beneficial. The model could be utilized for effective enhancement and management of other Green Belt Areas.

국가하천변 생태관광 네트워크 10선 ("Ecoturism Networks 10" around the Areas Bordering National Rivers in South Korea)

  • To select 10 representatives for the ecotourism networks around the areas bordering national rivers in Korea, the spatial ranges for ecotourism have been established, the ecotourism potential analyzed, and the ecotourism resources information collected by the Regional Environmental Offices and the Korea National Park Service has undergone reviews, amendments, supplements, and verification processes through familiarization tour previews, and the following main results have been derived. First, the spatial ranges of the eco-tourism networks have been set as the watershed areas that include areas around the four major rivers and the rivers. Second, the areas with high potential value for ecotourism were selected through the analysis of ecotourism potential. Since EGIS was used for the analysis, it was inevitable that insufficient amount of localized information was reflected, and the use of the results as reference for the potential would be feasible. Third, it was possible, by reviewing, amending and complementing the results of ecological resource information collected by the Regional Environmental Offices and the Korea National Park Service, to select 50 representative ecological resources around the national rivers. The selected resources were considered for the adjacency, attractiveness of ecological resources, and uniqueness of the national rivers, and they were derived by screening expert advice, official opinion, and geographical analysis information. Fourth, 10 representative ecotourism networks based on watershed areas were selected, and suitable themes were given based on the resource characteristics. Fifth, the appropriateness for ecotourism has been confirmed, with the familiarization tour previews and survey results, preservation of the future ecotourism resources, and the establishment of the foundation as the basis. In the future, the remaining 9 ecotourism networks would also need to undergo a verification process such as familiarization tours. It is deemed that, through future ecotourism contests, if the programs that select locally-pioneered tourism programs resulting from the capacities of local entities and residents, then it would be more effective in discovering resources that are more localized and of higher regional value.

논산천과 양화천 수계 내 하천 생물서식처의 특성 분석 (An Analysis of Ecological Habitat Characteristics in the Nonsan Stream and Yanghwa Stream)

  • This study investigates the relation between the location of a habitat and the ecological connections according to the habitat type in the riparian zone at the Nonsan Stream and Yanghwa Stream. Stream habitat is classified into nine types for the aquatic insects and fish. For vegetation and birds, habitat is classified into two types of medium-scale streams, including both physical and chemical streams are analyzed accordingly. Nowadays, The fundamental goal of the river environment restoration enterprise is the rehabilitation or the restoration of the characteristic the river scenic or environment. For instance, The Channel habitats which has physical nature environment such as flat, speedy rapids, or closed-channel wetland, pool are constructed by artificial, Consequently, make them autogenesis smoothy eco-environment. However, the river environment are controlled not only physical environment, but it also need reasonable the quality of the water to compose smoothly. Finally, understanding what influence are effecting on physical habitat environment which are made by natural factors to water quality are very important factor for the river environment restoration enterprise Therefore, In this research, we are targeting to a basin to investigate the environment of the physical channel habitat and evaluate the changing of the water quality. This results will be a important characteristic that can judge the physical habitat and reciprocality connected to the water quality or adequacy of restoration technology. Therefore in this study, as a step to quantify functions and values of habitats and definite factors to perform habitat, we selected a representative stream of sand-stream, gravel-stream to classify habitat characteristics and quantified the physical, chemical, biological characteristics.

토지피복 변화를 반영한 미래의 산림식생 분포 예측에 관한 연구 (A Prediction of Forest Vegetation based on Land Cover Change in 2090)

  • Korea's researchers have recently studied the prediction of forest change, but they have not considered landuse/cover change compared to distribution of forest vegetation. The purpose of our study is to predict forest vegetation based on landuse/cover change on the Korean Peninsula in the 2090's. The methods of this study were Multi-layer perceptrom neural network for Landuse/cover (water, urban, barren, wetland, grass, forest, agriculture) change and Multinomial Logit Model for distribution prediction for forest vegetation (Pinus densiflora, Quercus Spp., Alpine Plants, Evergreen Broad-Leaved Plants). The classification accuracy of landuse/cover change on the Korean Peninsula was 71.3%. Urban areas expanded with large cities as the central, but forest and agriculture area contracted by 6%. The distribution model of forest vegetation has 63.6% prediction accuracy. Pinus densiflora and evergreen broad-leaved plants increased but Quercus Spp. and alpine plants decreased from the model. Finally, the results of forest vegetation based on landuse/cover change increased Pinus densiflora to 38.9% and evergreen broad-leaved plants to 70% when it is compared to the current climate. But Quercus Spp. decreased 10.2% and alpine plants disappeared almost completely for most of the Korean Peninsula. These results were difficult to make a distinction between the increase of Pinus densiflora and the decrease of Quercus Spp. because of they both inhabit a similar environment on the Korean Peninsula.

생태면적률 산정지표 개선방안을 위한 전문가 의견분석 연구 (An Expert Opinion Analysis Study for Improvement of Biotop Area Ratio Index)

  • 본 연구는 공간계획 단계에서 생태적 건전성 향상을 유도할 수 있는 계획수단으로 환경생태계획 기법과 환경계획지표인 생태면적률의 정량적인 산정지표를 개선하기 위한 연구이다. 현재 운영 중인 공간유형 및 산정지표에 대해 상대적 중요도를 파악하고 공간유형 및 가중치의 개선에 대한 의견분석을 통해 대안을 찾고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 공간유형 및 산정지표의 심층분석을 위한 공간유형의 상대적 중요도 평가를 위한 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 신뢰성과 객관성을 확보하기 위하여 전문가 50인이 참여하였다. 본 연구를 통해 생태면적률 유형별 한계점과 개선에 대한 의견분석을 통해 발전하는 기술과 공법, 유지관리 효율성, 경제성, 시공기술의 향상 등과 연계한 생태면적률 적용을 통해 도시환경의 개선과 생태면적률 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

구조물 축소 모형시험과 수치해석에 의한 구조물 안전도 평가

  • 본 기사에서는 기존 구조물의 구조를 변경하여 사용하는 경우 구조물 축소모형시험과 수치해석을 이용하여 안전도를 합리적으로 평가하는 절차에 관하여 지하철 정차장 구조물을 예로하여 살펴보았다. 구조물의 안전도를 평가하기 위한 구조물 축소모형 시험에서는 원형구조물의 실제 거동을 나타내는 모형의 제작이 가장 중요한 사항이다. 이를 위해서 적절한 상사율을 가지는 구조재료의 선정, 합리적인 경계조건의 설정, 실제하중을 고려한 재하방법 등을 결정하여야 한다. 구조재료의 선정과 모형의 축소율은 모형구조의 거동이 탄성범위 내인가 또는 극한거동인가에 따라 결정되는 것이 일반적이다. 안전도 평가를 위한 모형구조물의 제작과정에서는 원형구조물 거동을 수치해석을 통하여 예측하는 과정이 필요하며 이러한 사전해석(pre-analysis)을 통하여 구조물의 개략적인 거동과 측정항목을 정하며, 또한 합리적인 재하방법을 결정하게 된다. 모형구조물에 대한 재하시험을 통하여 원형구조물의 거동을 상사비를 적용하여 바로 예측할 수 있으나 재하하시험후 측정된 사항에 대하여는 모형구조물에 대한 사후해석(post-analysis)를 수행하여 측정값과 비교 검토하여 거동의 일치성을 입증하는 것이 일반적이다. 이런 과정을 거쳐 검증된 수치해석모델을 이용하여 실험에서 고려하지 않은 여러가지 하중조건에 수치적으로 검토할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 안전도검토와 적절한 대책을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 사전해석-모형시험-사후해석의 절차에 따른 구조물의 모형실험의 사례는 미국과 유럽에서 찾아볼 수 있으며 이를 통하여 수치해석기법의 발전이 이루어지고 있다. 현재까지 우리나라에서는 구조물 모형실험에 관련된 연구가 활발하지 못한 편이며, 상대적으로 경험이 적게 축적되어 있는 실정이다. 그러나 수치해석기법의 발전과 실제구조물의 안전도를 합리적으로 파악하기 위해서는 구조물모형 실험이 필수적이며 앞으로 연구가 활발히 이루어져야 할 분야로 사료된다.leic acid와 palmitic acid가 주요 지방산이었으나 싸리버섯은 중성지질에서 oleic acid의 함량이 높았다.n the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to more effective landscape management.ch served as supporting organizations. 도시공원관리 거버넌스 구축정도에 따른 이용자 만족도 차이 - 영국 셰필드 지구공원을 대상으로 - (Differential Levels of Governance and Its Impact on Urban Park Management and Users' Satisfaction - The Case of Sheffield District Parks, UK -)

  • 1980년대 후반 녹지 및 공원경영 관련 예산삭감과 의무경쟁입찰제도(Compulsory Competitive Tendering: CCT)는 영국 도시공원의 질을 저하시키는 원인이 되었다. 1999년 도시 전담 조직(Urban Task Force, 1999), 2001년 도시공원포럼(Urban Park Forum, 2001)에 의한 공공공원평가(Public Parks Assessment)는 공원의 가치와 훼손에 대한 심각성을 경고하였고, 영국의 신노동당(The New Labour Government, 1997-2010) 그리고 보수정부(The Conservative Government 2010-2019 현재)는 부족한 공원녹지 예산문제와 공원의 질적하락 문제에 대해 커뮤니티 참여를 통해 극복하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 커뮤니티 단체 그중에서도 프렌즈 그룹과 같은 비영리 봉사단체의 공원 관리 참여 및 그 역할은 확대되었다. 그러나, 실제 이와 같은 커뮤니티 주도형 거버넌스가, 특히 거버넌스의 구축 차이에 따른 공원의 질적 향상이나 이용자만족도 제고에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구에 대한 고찰은 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영국의 커뮤니티 주도형 거버넌스를 통한 공원 관리의 흐름을 고찰하였으며, 거버넌스 구축단계를 구분하고자 하였다. 또한, 사회경제적으로 불리한 지역의 영국 셰필드 2개 공원을 대상으로 이용자 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 그 결과, 영국 도시공원 관리에서의 커뮤니티 참여는 의사결정 참여를 통한 거버넌스 운영 관리 구조로 발전되었으며, 일반적, 적극적, 지배적 거버넌스형 단계로 구분할 수 있었다. 또한, 커뮤니티의 의사결정 참여의 단계에 따라 다른 수준의 책임공유가 수반됨을 알 수 있었다. 설문지 분석 결과, 거버넌스 구축단계에 따라 이용자의 공원 관리 만족도에서 차이를 나타냈다. 의사결정 참여 기회를 가지는 책임공유를 수반하는 적극적 거버넌스 구축 공원에서 이용자 만족도에 더욱 긍정적으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 지속적인 커뮤니티의 의사결정 참여를 통한 적극적 거버넌스 구조의 공원관리에 대한 책임공유를 바탕으로하는 파트너십, 특히 비공공 부문, 비영리 사회적 전문그룹 주도의 공원 운영 관리 방식이 도입되어야 함을 제시할 수 있다.
