Remote control of electronic module based on internet web (인터넷 웹에 연동한 전자모듈 원격제어)

  • This paper describes technical method about remote control and monitoring of local system by use internet web connection system, which connect local system and system manager works in long distance office. The local system, which will be controlled remotely have constructed with analog/digital signal acquisition device, signal control board and their software. The local systems are constructed with several electronic modules need AC or DC power supply to operate the right way. We used NI labview software to control and monitoring of local system. The computer server for remote connection are constructed with Apache web server, PHP and MySQL ODBC. The experiment for the remote control are need internet web browser which load local control software. By use of web system, we have experimented control and monitoring of local electronic module.

  • This paper suggests one model, which can be monitor and control target system at anytime and anywhere by a WAP and ME based personal cellular phone(Feature phone) and internet connection. The suggesting model tried to overcome constraints of distance and mobility of conventional methods, TCP/IP based remote data monitoring system, which combine PDA and WLAN technologies. For the experiments of suggesting model, the target systems are constructed with individual modules, which need AC or DC power control. The development software for the control and monitor of local system use NI Labview for the easy-programming and confidence. Also, web server use APM setup for the general user. The mobile connection environments of personal cellular phone are programmed by use WML and mHTML language for the general access. Through the experiments, we have showed that suggesting model can overcome constraints of distance and mobility of conventional system.

  • Minor B-H loop measurement for a rectangular high tensile steel was obtained by using Labview. A ferrite cores of high permeance with primary and secondary windings on the steel plate were used to form a closed loop of magnetic flux. To compensate errors due to an extremely small gap between a pair of ferrite core, and between the ferrite core and the rectangular high tensile steel, quadratic function of least square method was used. Also a 3D FEM magnetic analysis tool was used to measure H and B of the steel. B-H loop of the high tensile steel plate can be measured up to 520 A/m of a magnetic field and 0.15 T of a magnetic flux density.

  • The circuit simulation analysis and diagnosis methods are used to instruments in detail when they give apparently abnormal readings. In this paper, a new simulator through an analysis of the important circuits modeling under severe accident conditions has been designed, the realization for a body work instead of the two sorts of the Labview & Pspice as an one order command in the Labview program. The program can be shown the output graph form the circuit modeling as an order commend. The procedure for the simulator design was divided into two design steps, of which the first step was the diagnosis methods, the second step was the circuit simulator for the signal processing tool. It has three main functions which are a signal processing tool, an accident management tool, and an additional guide from the initial screen.

  • Incorrect information on public sites can cause serious problem. One of relevant countermeasures against this problem is to detect of buried underground utilities in real time. Although there have been several method to detect of buried underground utilities, such as investigating of gravity and elastic wave and electric field, they have not been so efficient tools. Because it is too expensive and difficult to use. In this paper, magnetic sensors which could provide an easier and more efficient method are used to detect of buried underground utilities. Also fluxgate method of self detection are used. Input signal is used $1\~10kHz$ frequency. Filtering and signal processing of output signal are used labview software. After experiment, detection system of buried underground utilities which used magnetic shows possibility of precise detecting of laying object based on theorectical analysis for electromagnetic field.

  • Composites are somewhat more difficult to model than an isotropic material such as iron or steel due to the fact that each layer may have different orthotropic material properties. In finite element literature the asphalt mixes are represented by using rectangular meshes, not the actual picture of their cross-sections. Asphalt aggregate size and distribution in the asphalt concrete sample, aggregate shape, and fractured surface effects are ignored. In this research, the actual image of the sample including all these effects were directly considered in the finite element. The samples, were cut into cross-sections and were scanned. The image-processing toolbox of Labview was utilized in obtaining the rectangular gray images of the scanned images. In the rectangular sample the aggregates were white and the asphalt binders were black. The grayscale images were converted by LABVIEW into the format required by ANSYS as an input file, with the same dimensions. The nodes at the bottom of the model were constrained in both x and y directions. Left and right edges were symmetry and top was free. Certain amount of pressure was applied along the top surface to simulate the tire pressure.

  • 고전압 대전력 기기인 고온초전도(HTS) 변압기는 기기내의 불순물과 작은 결함에서 발생되는 부분방전이 장시간 지속되어 심각한 고장으로 발전한다. 그러므로 기기의 고장을 미연에 발견하고 예방진단 할 수 있는 다양한 진단 기술이 확립 되어야 한다. 본 논문은 기존의 변압기내 절연유에서 발생될 수 있는 다양한 결함 중 기포, 돌기, 권선과 권선사이, 자율금속 이물질 이렇게 4가지 타입의 모의결함을 제작하여 실험 하였다. 기존의 전력설비 부분방전 진단 시 사용되는 IEC60270 규격으로 실험하여 측정한 데이터 바탕으로 Labview program을 이용하여 자체 개발한 PRPD 분석 프로그램과 오실로스코프를 연동하고 HFCT 센서를 이용하여 취득한 데이터를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 IEC60270 측정데이터와 Labview 프로그램을 이용하여 나온 결과 값이 유사하게 나왔다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Hybrid Motion Blending Algorithm of 3-Axis SCARA Robot based on $Labview^{(R)}$ using Parametric Interpolation (매개변수를 이용한 $Labview^{(R)}$ 기반의 3축 SCARA로봇의 이종모션 제어 알고리즘)

  • In order to implement continuous-path motion on a robot, it is necessary to blend one joint motion to another joint motion near a via point in a trapezoidal form of joint velocity. First, the velocity superposition using parametric interpolation is proposed. Hybrid motion blending is defined as the blending of different two type's motions such as blending of joint motion with linear motion, in the neighborhood of a via point. Second, hybrid motion blending algorithm is proposed based on velocity superposition using parametric interpolation. By using a 3-axis SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) robot with $LabVIEW^{(R)}$ $controller^{(1)}$, the velocity superposition algorithm using parametric interpolation is shown to result in less vibration, compared with PTP(Point- To-Point) motion and Kim's algorithm. Moreover, the hybrid motion $algorithm^{(2)}$ is implemented on the robot using $LabVIEW^{(R)(1)}$ programming, which is confirmed by showing the end-effector path of joint-linear hybrid motion.
