노동심판제도의 효율성 평가 (The Efficiency of the Korean System of Lobor Adjudication)

  • 노동위원회의 심판제도는 부당해고사건과 부당노동행위사건을 신속하게 해결한다는 점에서 분쟁해결의 중요한 장점을 가지고 있지만 여러 가지 비판을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 노동위원회 심판기능의 효율성을 실증적으로 분석하고 노사분쟁을 보다 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 분석결과는 노동심판제도에 대한 불만이 분쟁해결의 결과보다는 분쟁해결의 과정에 기인하고 있다는 점을 보여준다. 또한 노동심판제도의 문제점도 노사 당사자의 의식이나 태도보다는 노동위원회의 위원이나 심사관의 자세나 자질 등에 기인하는 바가 크다는 점을 보여준다. 이것은 사건에 대한 노동위원회의 조사활동이 보다 충실하게 이루어져야 하고, 노사 당사자가 자신의 주장을 충분히 뒷받침할 수 있도록 심문회의의 진행방식과 위원들의 심문태도가 개선되어야 하며, 판정을 하는 경우 그 내용이 실효성을 가질 수 있도록 적절해야 하며, 판정이 존중받을 수 있도록 법적 판단에 대한 권위도 확보해야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스 및 간호업무수행 (Comparing the Emotional Labor, Job Stress, and Nursing Performance of Nurses in the Comprehensive nursing care Ward and the General Ward)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to improve nursing practice efficiency by analyzing and comparing the emotional labor, job stress, and performance of nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards and in general wards. Methods: The study surveyed 151 nurses in comprehensive nursing care and general wards. The results were analyzed by ${\chi}$ 2test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in terms of emotional labor, job stress, and performance for the two different types of nurses. Statistically significant positive correlations were noted between job stress and emotional labor, nursing performance, emotional labor, and job stress in the comprehensive nursing care wards, and between job stress and emotional labor, and nursing performance in the general wards. Conclusion: A longer duration of direct nursing in comprehensive nursing care wards tended to increase, emotional labor and job stress. However, the quality of nursing provided to patients tended to improve. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional plan for carrying out efficient nursing while reducing emotional labor and job stress among nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards.

산부의 피로정도에 관한 연구 (Women's Level of Fatigue after Delivery)

  • Fatigue after delivery affect women's birth experience and interrupt the process of labor. Finally woman cannot have a positive birth result and will experience a postpartum fatigue. But researches about fatigue during the labor are lacked. Nurse help adapting a mother's role, bonding with new baby, recovering after birth, and improving woman's quality of life through decreasing fatigue during the labor and intercepting a continued postpartum fatigue. So it is very important that measuring a fatigue and confirming relationships between fatigue and factors affecting fatigue. The purpose of this study was measuring the level of fatigue within 4hours after delivery and identifing factors affecting fatigue. The ultimate goal was to contribute to improving a birth experience and adapting after birth through decreasing the level of fatigue and interventions. The data was collected for this study at the hospital of two universities and the third hospital in Seoul from Aug. 15. to Nov. 10. 2000. The subjects were 106 of mothers who deliveried a normal newborn and were tested within four hours after birth. The instruments were The Visual Analogue Scale for fatigue, The State Anxiety Inventory, and The Labor Support Inventory. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, SD, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation. The results of this study were as follows; (1) The level of fatigue during the labor was 61.48point. (2) The deferences according to general and obstetric character affecting fatigue founded that there were Significant differences according to job(t=2.659, p=0.009), and the type of delivery(t=-2.035, p=0.044). (3) The deferences according to factors affecting fatigue revealed that there was significant difference according to quality of sleep(F=2.935, p=0.037). The significant fatigue and the fatigue after delivery was anxiety(r=0.343, p=0.000). The above findings indicate that the level of fatigue during the labor is higher than during pregnancy and postpartum. Woman having a job, delivering by vacuum was more fatigued. The level of fatigue according to a quality of sleep was significant difference. The poor quality of sleep, higher level of fatigue. And the more anxiety after delivery, the more fatigue. So, the variable nursing interventions for lessening the level of fatigue through appling the situation for rest, relaxation during the labor to reserve energy, and decreasing anxiety should be provided for mothers.

일부지역 치과위생사의 건강증진행위가 감정노동과 삶의 질, 직무만족에 융합적으로 미치는 영향 (Health promotion behavior of some local dental hygienist convergence impact on emotional labor, quality of life, job satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 대구. 경북지역 293명 치과위생사의 건강증진행위와 감정노동, 삶의 질, 직무만족도의 관계를 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 건강증진행위의 10문항 중 '나는 문제와 걱정거리를 가까운 사람과 상의한다'가 3.25로 가장 높았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 건강증진행위는 높은 연령과 학력, 종합병원(대학병원)에서 높았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 감정노동은 근무경력이 짧은 경우와 가장 긴 경우, 높은 학력, 의원급에서 높았다. 일반적인 특징에 따른 삶의 질은 높은 연령과 학력, 의원급, 수입 2501-3000만원이 가장 높았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 직무만족도는 높은 연령과 학력, 기혼, 의원급, 수입 2501-3000만원이 높았다. 건강증진행위와 감정노동, 삶의 질, 직무만족도와의 산관성은 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 감정노동, 삶의 질, 직무만족도와 건강증진 행위의 회귀분석 결과 Y(건강증진행위)= 1.452 + 0.318(삶의 질)로 분석되었다. 따라서 치과위생사의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해서는 건강증진행위를 높이는 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • The Film-making industry in Korea has significantly expanded during last decade. However, the development didn't necessarily mean there's improvement in terms of the quality of life for the film staffs. In post-production stages, especially, any workers involved in the production can get tremendous amount of mental pressure and stress due to the deadline. Thus, in this period, most labor issues are found and often ignored. In this research, compared to Hollywood, Korean domestic film industry will be analyzed with focus on labor organizations. Their role will be explored and examined in terms of improving the qualify of life as well as of the film itself.

버어리종 잎담배 대말림시 수평대걸기에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Horizontal Hanging Method in Burley Tobacco Stalk-curing)

  • This study was carried out to develop a new stalk curing of the horizontal hanging method that would reduce the harvesting and curing labor, and improve its quality of cured leaf than the conventional stalk curing method in burley tobacco. The horizontal hanging stalk-curing method designed from 1988 was compared with the conventional method. The horizontal method shortened the curing Period for 7 days and reduced to 0.3%, while it occurred 9.4% in the vertical method. In the horizontal method, the quality of cured leaf improved 9%, but the contents of chemical components and physical properties were similar to those of vertical method. The labor of stalk-cut and loading in curing facility reduced 28% by the horizontal method. In harvesting and curing process, the horizontal method resulted 12% of labor saving as compared with the vertical method. 기혼취업여성의 배우자 역할의 질에 영향을 주는 요인 (The Influencing Factors on the Quality of Marital Role of Married, Working Women in Korea)

  • The labor participation rate of women are increasing, especially for married and 30 and over aged women in Korea. Marital role quality might be regarded as an influencing factor on quality of life or health status. The purpose of this study is to investigate influencing factors on quality of marital role for Korean employed women with husband. Data were collected from 323 mothers of students at 3 kindergartens, 2 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 4 high schools in metropolitan area, during 1998.8~1998.12. they were dual-earner couples, and were employed over one year. Response rate is 62.3%. Quality of marital role was measured using Role Quality Scale developed by Park, June & Kim(1999). This instrument is based on Role Rewards and Concerns Scale of Barnett et al.(1993) for quality of marital role. Quality of marital role is made of 19 items and the subfactors are doing households, satisfaction with husband, and relationship with husband The scale has good internal consistency (Cronbach $\alpha$= 0.90). The findings of this study show that age, monthly average household income, husband's occupation, husband's attitude for wife's employment, and the perceived equity for labor division between couples are significant variables for quality of marital role. But education, career years, working hours per week, occupation, monthly average wage, and marital years are not significant. 33.81% of the variance in quality of martal role were accounted for by these variables.

기혼 여성의 노동공급과 자녀 교육 (The Effects of Children in School on Married Women's Labor Supply)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 기혼 여성의 노동공급에 있어서 취학 자녀가 지니는 효과에 대해 분석한다. 출산 및 저연령 자녀의 효과에 초점이 맞추어진 기존의 기혼 여성 노동공급 논의에서 한 걸음 더 나아가, 본 연구는 고학년 자녀의 효과에 초점을 맞춘다. 고학년 자녀가 기혼 여성의 노동공급을 제약할 가능성은, 최근 자녀 교육에 있어서 어머니의 역할이 강조되는 사회적 경향과 연계되어 생각할 수 있다. 본 결과에 의하면 고학력 기혼 여성일수록, 그리고 가구소득이 높을수록 취학 자녀로 인해 노동공급이 제약되는 효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 제조 산업의 R&D 투자가 수출에 미치는 영향: 제품경쟁력과 원가경쟁력의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of R&D Investments on Exports in the Korean Manufacturing Industry: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Product and Cost Competitiveness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 제조 산업의 R&D 투자가 산업의 제품경쟁력과 원가경쟁력의 증대를 통해 높여 수출에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국 제조업을 대상으로 20개 업종별로 2004년-2014년도의 자료를 이용해 실증분석 하였으며, 산업의 제품 경쟁력을 신제품 혁신역량과 품질경쟁력으로, 산업의 원가경쟁력을 노동생산성과 자본생산성으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 경로분석을 통해 검증한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제조 산업의 R&D 투자가 증가 할수록 산업의 신제품 혁신역량, 품질경쟁력, 노동생산성, 자본생산성이 증가하였다. 둘째, R&D투자로 증대된 제조업의 품질경쟁력, 노동생산성, 자본생산성의 향상은 수출 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 한국 제조 산업의 R&D 투자는 품질경쟁력과 원가경쟁력의 강화를 통해 산업의 수출 증대에 긍정적 효과를 미친다는 것을 확인하였다.

병원직원의 노동조합몰입에 영향을 미치는 결정요인분석 (Determinants Influencing Labor Union Commitment of Hospital Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials needed to enhance quality of organizational life by identifying the improvements of labor union management in the perspective of general hospital organization management. The subjects of this study were 428 employees in 8 Hospitals in Metro Capital including Seoul. Materials were collected from administrators, nurses and medical technicians in target hospitals from November 10 to November 30, 2006 through survey questionnaires. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. The commitment level of the subjects according to their characteristics was higher in older employees than the younger ones, large family to support than small family to support and those who had higher positions in labor union. 2. The commitment level of the subjects according to the Job and role related variables were higher those who had higher satisfaction level to their job, role conflict in all hospitals. 3. The commitment level of the subjects according to union related variables, variables jointly controlled by union and employer was statistically significant positive correlation. 4. The results of multiple regression analysis shows that formal and informal socialization, satisfaction with the labor union's were all found as important antecedents of labor union commitment. 5. The results of AMOS shows that structure characteristics of hospital, Job and manager satisfaction, socialization were statistically significant labor union satisfaction. The satisfaction level of labor union was statistically significant labor union commitment To summarize study results, the level of commitment in labor union depends on job satisfaction, managers' attitudes, union satisfaction factors, their colleagues attitudes toward union. Therefore hospital managers should have democratic and flexible attitudes toward labor union. Additionally, as formal and informal socialization is important determinant in union commitment, hospital managers should have countermeasures to enhance the colleague attitude and job satisfaction level of hospital employees. Moreover, as managerial factors of the principal of hospital influence union commitment directly, the attitudes of hospital managers toward union and transparency of hospital management should be improved.
