In this paper, we survey the current status of measurement labor in Korean Industry. At the same time we try to predit the demand and supply of measurement labor to suggest policy measures for equilibrium in measurement labor market. We use a general production function for the prediction which include a set of general homethetic production function.

Modern job seekers often visit recruitment web-site for employment. Recruiting on the Internet is one of the fastest-growing recruitment methods. But there was not research about Internet recruitment in health care labor market. The purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of hospital recruitment by using internet homepage of Korea College of Hospital Administrators(KCHA). Data were collected from 399 iob posting and job seeker's interest in Internet homepage of KCHA. This study analyzed the research model using data mining method. This study shows that the frequency of job posting and job seeker's interest depend upon a season. The result of this study indicates that there is necessity to present the various and specific employment conditions. As the recruitment becomes job seeker-centered in other industry labor market, it is also recommended in the health labor market. Therefore a job posting should provide a salary range and emphasize competitive benefits for job seekers in the health labor market.

Construction industry still requires a lot of laborers to perform a project despite of advance in technologies, and improving labor productivity is an important strategy for successful project management. Since repetitive construction works exhibits learning effect, understanding laborers' learning phenomenon therefore allows managers to have improved labor productivity. In this context, previous research efforts quantified individual laborer's learning effect, though numerous construction works are performed in group. In other words, previous research about labor learning assumed that sum of individual's productivity is same as group productivity. Also, managers in construction sites need understanding about group learning behavior for dealing with labor performance problem. To address these issues, the authors investigate what variables affect laborers' group level learning process and develop conceptual model as a basic tool of productivity estimation regarding group learning. Based on the result of this research, it is possible to understand forming mechanism of learning within the group level. Further, this research may contribute to maximizing laborers' productivity in construction sites.

Everyone lives in a home. We pursue happiness and the meaning of life through home life or family life. Home life, therefore, has an important meaning in the whole life, But home life can be sustained only through housework and wage labor. All human activities can be divided into two kinds of activities. The one has intrinsic value, the other has extrinsic value. Housework belongs to the activity with intrinsic value, but wage labor belongs to the activity with extrinsic value. In view of home life, housework has primary meaning, and wage labor has subsidiary meaning. In other words, wage labor is only means of home life. We mush not forget that important fact. But we cannot help thinking that nowadays people consider wage labor itself as an aim of life. It is said that we are achieving self-actualization through wage labor, but it is not ture. To tell the truth, most of us are experiencing self-alienation in job. We must recover the legitimate relation between housework and wage labor. Wage labor is means of home life, therefore it is on the extension line of housework. If we achieve happiness through home life, we must recognize that wage labor is only means of home life, not an end in itself.

본 연구에서는 현재 국내 도시철도운영기업 12개 기업을 중심으로 통합적 인적자원관리 유형에 따른 노사협력, 그리고 기업성과의 차이를 조사하고 노사협력이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 폐쇄적 몰입형과 개방적 탄력형이 보수적 관리형이나 빈약한 관리형에 비해 노사협력과 기업성과가 높게 나타났다. 또한, 노사협력이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과, 노사협력 요인 가운데 근로자 개별적 노사협력 변인은 운행안정성, 고객만족, 운영혁신, 자립경영, 직무만족 등 모든 기업성과 변인에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나, 집단적 노사협력 변인은 기업성과 변인 가운데 운영혁신, 직무만족 요인에만 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Construction projects, including housing, are carried out over long periods of time. According to changes to the construction period, the cost of input materials and wages also changes. Therefore appropriate management is important in order to minimize cost risks caused by fluctuations in prices. In Korea, housing units are usually sold in lots prior to construction completion. Therefore, careful management of input elements such as materials and equipment that are sensitive to price fluctuations is very important. This study deals with how the price fluctuation of materials, labor, and equipment influences the change of housing cost and seeks a way for cost management through identifying key resources sensitive to price fluctuation. As a result, a change to the housing cost index multiplies depending on cost changes of materials and labor together. Labor costs are a major factor on the housing cost index. In addition, certain types of materials and labor input to housing construction greatly influence price fluctuations. Thus, it is found that managing those main cost factors is the key for effective cost management.

1980년대 이후 한국의 '전투적' 노동운동은 노동계급의 존재를 세상에 알렸다. 그러나 한국 현대 노동운동의 역사를 재현하는 것은 간단치 않은 일이다. 그동안 노동계급 주체의 기록이 체계적으로 관리되지 않았기 때문이다. 노동조합의 기록관리 현실은 제대로 된 기록관리 규정이 없는 사실로도 입증된다. 노동조합의 기록관리 관련 규정은 '조선총독부 처무규정'과 마찬가지로 '처무규정'의 이름으로도 존재한다. 노동조합에서 기록은 증빙기록 위주로 구성되어 있다. 기록의 분류 편철 폐기 등은 1970년대 '정부공문서' 규정과 같은 수준에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러한 의미에서 노동조합의 기록관리 규정은 '원시적'이다. 노동조합의 기록 보존기간 책정 기준은 전문성이 결여되어 있다. 영구 기록 선별 기준도 기본적인 문서 또는 이에 준하는 문서라는 규정에 의지하고 있으며, 거의 증빙기록 중심이다. 다분히 자의적이고 추상적이다. 전국노동조합협의회의 잔존기록은 매우 분절적으로 존재한다. 단체교섭 업무를 계획수립, 조사활동, 단체교섭 요구서 작성 의견수렴 활동, 요구안 제출 선전, 교섭, 타결 후 활동 등으로 구분하여 잔존기록을 살펴보았지만, 단위사업장 기록은 일부만 남아 있다. 교육 관련 기록, 대의원대회 기록 또한 마찬가지이다. 업무 과정과 결과 전체를 재현할 수 있는 기록 시리즈는 거의 없다. 이러한 점은 미국 남부 노동 아카이브 컬렉션들과 비교하면 많은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉 남부 노동 아카이브 기록들은 지역 노동조합 중앙의 집행 조직과 관계된 지역의 기록은 물론이고, 팸플릿 잡지 사진 개인 기록 구술 기록, 협정서 정관 내규 등의 조직 기록, 총회 의사록 등을 포함하고 있다. 결국 백서 발간 준비 시점에 이르러서야 기록을 수집하는 현상은 현재의 노동조합에서도 여전히 나타날 수 있는 문제이기 때문에 기록을 생산하는 시점부터 기록을 관리해야 한다는 인식이 시급히 노동조합에 확산되어야 할 것이다. 최근 노동운동 기록의 수집과 관리 등을 사업으로 설정한 '노동자역사 한내'가 조직되어 기록의 전산화와 편찬사업 등 활발한 활동을 전개하고 있다. '한내'는 한국 사회에서 노동 아카이브로 전환될 수 있는 일정한 조건을 갖추고 있다. 그러나 단순히 전환의 문제만은 아니다. 노동 아카이브를 설립하는 과정에서 연대와 실천을 통해 노동조합의 기록관리 기반을 만들고 정상화 시켜야 한다. '노동조합 표준 기록관리 규정'의 보급, 보유일정표 재설계, 노동조합의 기록관리 모형 개발 등 기록관리의 기초적인 활동을 사업의 중심으로 삼아야 한다. 또한 기록의 공유를 통한 연대와 소통을 위해 노동 아카이브 허브 기관의 역할도 담당해야 할 것이다. 이러한 것이 가능할 때 노동 아카이브 설립은 현실화 될 수 있을 것이다.

Considering in view of China's low price and Japan's high technology, the most important point is the quality of product. To increase the comparative power internationally all workingmen have to fulfill the responsibility to maximize the quality, and this is possible practiced under 'Zero Defect' spirit. To reduce the defect ratio to 'Zero' the workingmen have to recognize own fault, all the manufacturing process should be conducted under 'Fool Proof System', If done under this circumstances, then labor force can work comfortably and safely without nervousness and tiresome. The productivity and quality can increase ultimately and even foreign labor, imbecile child, old-aged labor can participate in work, which can reduce shortage of labor source. Therefore, in this study all defects in manufacturing process, it would be recognized the errors and mistakes caused by human.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the farms growing domestic kiwi fruit 'Gold' on their management performance and efficiency in order to reduce the risks involved with introducing new kind of crops for growing, and suggest improvements. First, the result of analysis showed that domestic kiwi fruit 'Gold' growers' income were higher than the average growers due to the fruit's high unit price and productivity. Second, the analysis of management efficiency resulted in scale efficiency having greater impact on inefficiency rather than pure technical efficiency. As for the analysis of technical efficiency, the depreciation costs of agricultural facilities had the greatest influence on its inefficiency. Third, inefficient farms put in excessive inputs across the board, while labor costs(self labor cost + hired labor cost) were the largest factor of optimal inputs according to the models of technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency. Fourth, because of greater reliance on mechanical tools from rising labor costs, there's a need for individual farms to avoid buying farming equipments and instead share the equipments of nearby farms and agricultural cooperatives, or start renting agricultural machines from companies.
