  • This paper deals with the robust two-degree-of-freedom multivariable control system using $H_{2}/H{\infty}$optimization method which can achieve the robust stability and the robust performance, simultaneously. The feedback controller can obtain the robust stability property. The feedforward controller can obtain the robust performance property under modelling error. The robust two-degree-of-freedom multivariable control system is applied to the nonlinear multivariable boiler-turbine system. The validity of the proposed method is verified though being compared with LQG/LTR design method.

  • The carp $\beta$-actin regulatory sequences and RSV/LTR promoter were tested whether they are functinal to express linked structure gene (chloramphenicol acetyltransferas, CAT) in olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) by determining the patterns of gene expression following intramuscular in vivo direct injection. The injection experiments with various concentrations of both pRSVCAT and pFV4CAT clearly revealed the effectiveness of DNA dosage on expression of CAT. The increase of CAT activity was linear in both plasmids, and maximal CAT activity was obtained with 100 ug of pFV4CAT injection. The amounts of CAT expression with pFV4CAT-injected fist were higher than those with pRSVCAT-injected fish. CAT activity was readily detectable as early as one day after injection, slightly increased at day 2, and declined over time. Most amount of DNA intramuscularly injected into olive flounder muscles persisted extrachromosomally without showing any integrated or replicated form in vivo.

Robustness Properties of Kalman Filters for Systems with Delays in State and Output (상태 및 출력에 시간지연이 존재하는 시스템을 위한 칼만필터의 강인성 분석)

  • This paper presents robustness properties of Kalman filters for linear time-invariant systems with delays in both the state and the output. The circle condition concerning the return difference matrix is derived. From the circle condition, it can be seen that the Kalman filter guarantees such nondivergence margins as (1/2,$\infty$) gain margin and $\pm$60$^{\circ}$phase margin, which are the same as those for ordinary systems. The results in this paper might be expected to make theoretical background on extending the LQG/LTR method to systems with delay in the output.

  • 기존의 이산시간 슬라이딩 모드 제어기에서는 주어진 슬라이딩 평면으로부터 등가 제어기를 설계하고 그로부터 폐루프 시스템의 고유값이 결정 되어 폐루프 시스템의 극점을 임의로 배치시키는 것이 어려웠다. 최근 슬라이딩 모드제어에 극점 배치기법을 도입하여 폐루프 시스템의 고유값을 임의로 배치시킬 수 있는 방법이 소개되었다. 그러나 극점 배치 기법은 루프 전달함수의 이득과 위상에 대한 여유도 관점에서 설계된 제어기가 아니므로 직접적으로 이득과 위상에 대한 여유도를 보장하기가 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 루프 전달함수의 이득과 위상에 대한 여유도를 확보할 수 있고 측정 잡음에 대한 민감성을 줄이기 위해 LTR과 멀티레이트 출력 제어기법을 적용해 해결하는 방법을 제안한다.
