연계처리란 분뇨, 가축분뇨, 침출수, 기타 산업폐수 등 고농도의 폐수들을 인근 하수처리장으로 연계하여 해당 사업체의 부담을 덜어주는 시스템을 의미한다. 2018년 하수도 통계 기준국내 하수처리장의 약 4.5%인 187개소의 하수처리장에서 연계처리 제도를 실시하고 있으나, 합리적인 비용산정기준이 마련되어 있지 않아 국내 지자체에서 하수처리 운영에 난항을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구진은 현재 연계처리수를 부과하는 산정방식에서 문제가 되는 점을 해결하고자 개선안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 연계처리제도가 하수처리단가에 미치는 영향과 상관성을 분석하였고, 이 중 상관성이 가장 높게 나타난 주요 인자를 개선안에 적용하였다. 그 결과 기존 산정방식에 세 가지 부분을 개선한 개선안을 제시하였고, 산정방법과 기존 문헌값을 통한 산정사례를 함께 제시하였다. 이는 향후 연계처리를 시행하는 지자체에서 참고하고, 하수도조례 등을 개정할 수 있는 근거로 활용될 수 있으며, 합리적인 연계처리제도를 운영하는 데 있어서 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This paper introduces a mobile robotic system being developed for urban search and rescue. In order to search human victims in narrow spaces, we developed two types of serially linked mobile robots, named KAEROT-Centipede and KAEROT-SnakeTV1, that can climb over large vertical steps or travel inside narrow vertical pipes. To send such mobile robots to the disaster areas coping with large obstacles, we also developed a assistant mobile robot, named KAEROT-QuadTrack, that has 4 articulated track modules. This paper describes the mechanical structure and control architecture of the serially linked mobile robots and the supporting configuration for torque reduction of the assistant mobile robot during spinning motion that usually requires large driving torque. The experimental results show that such robotic systems have good mobility over the various terrains in disaster areas.

The purpose of this study is to make planning factors for outdoor space in elementary school site, with analyzation focusing on a Japanese elementary school examples. We evaluated the planning factors which encourage the development of children’s behaviors from quality of space. And we can get the important points as planning factor for school site as follows: 1) The base point of zoning is school building, building entrance, entrance of site and track 2) The importance of linked space plan with inside of site and surrounding environment 3) Preservation linked system of space in school site for linked pattern of child’s behavior.

최근의 물류업계에서는 관련 비즈니스간의 연계와 협업이 중요시되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 자신의 비즈니스뿐만 아니라 협업관계에 있는 업종의 비즈니스 업무도 이해해야 하는 시대가 도래하였다. 그러나 물류전문인력양생을 위한 기존의 텍스트방식의 교육이나 세분화된 교육방식에는 한계가 따른다.

Enhancement of antigen-specific IgE is a hallmark of allergic hyperresponsiveness, therefore it is necessary to adopt or develop a highly sensitive and specific assay for determination of allergen-specific IgE levels in vivo. In this presentation, we introduce an ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) system developed to measure the levels of chicken egg ovalbumin (OVA)-specific IgE in serum. The ELISA method uses a commercially available purified rat anti-mouse IgE as a capture Ab and biotinylated OVA as a detection reagent. Avidin-peroxidase with its substrate is used for color development resulting in optical density measurement at 405 nm. The ELISA system produces a highly sensitive dose-response relation-ship between optical density levels and the dilution titer of the OVA-IgE standard serum but no cross-reaction with unrelated IgE or IgG. It is believed that the system is an Efficient tool to delineate an adjuvant effect of environmental pollutants on development of asthmatic and atopic responses.

In this research work, an algorithm development on tracking end-point of aerial work platform with jib profile and bend-linked boom was carried out to find the X, Y and Z direction value using coordinate transformation matrix. This matrix consists of device status value(length and angle) based on camera position axis, which are sent from device controller PLUS+1 by CAN protocol. These values are used to measure the distance and angle from the camera to the end-point. Using these distance and angle value, monitoring system controls FAN/TILT/ZOOM status of camera to get an adequate scene of workplace. This program was written in Java, C# and C for mobile device. These results provide the information to the aerial work device for secure operation.

In this paper, a structural similarity between traditional oriental philosophy and systems thinking is discussed. The polarity of causal relationship and feedback loops can be interpreted in terms of yin and yang of oriental philosophy. A positive feedback loop which is linked to the yang is a force or mechanism that accelerates changes in systems. A negative feedback loop which is linked to the yin can be interpreted as a force oppressing any changes. In this sense, systems thinking can be related to the oriental philosophy. With this linking pin between them, systems thinking can be introduced and educated more friendly in oriental society. Furthermore, systems thinking can get a set of rich insights from the oriental philosophy. This paper suggests a linking leverage between systems thinking and oriental philosophy.

For the use of computer to store, modify and retieve technical data, GT coding system has been considered as one of the effective methods. Effective data management is important for Computer Intergrated Manufacturing. Based on actual data obtained from a hand-tool maker, a die/tool coding system is developed as an example and its data base is designed susing a linked list structure. It is suggested that industries use this method to make their own data base.

본 연구의 목적은 근래 W3C의 특별 작업반 형태로 운영되어 온 도서관 링크데이터(LLD : Library Link Data) 관련 국제 활동상황을 분석하고, LLD가 도서관 서비스에 미칠 혜택을 사례연구를 통해 우선 숙고한 후, 보다 의미 있는 LLD를 위한 글로벌 식별체계, 이용 가능한 어휘와 데이터셋의 연결 문제 및 RDF, SKOS, Microformats, RDFa 등의 LLD 적용 방안을 논하는 것이다. 아울러 LLD 수용 및 LLD 기반 신 정보서비스 구축의 장애 요인들을 분석하고, 그 분석의 바탕 위에 LLD 기반 신 디지털정보시스템 설계 및 LLD 확산을 위한 권고사항을 제시한다.

Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS) is a rare, clinically and genetically heterogeneous, multi-system developmental disorder caused by mutations in genes that encode components of the cohesin complex. X-linked CdLS caused by an SMC1A mutation is an extremely rare disease characterized by phenotypes milder than those of classic CdLS. In the Republic of Korea, based on a literature review, one family with SMC1A-related CdLS with mild phenotypes has been genetically confirmed to date. In this study, we describe the clinical features of a Korean boy with a hemizygous novel missense mutation and his mother with a heterozygous mutation, i.e., c.2447G>A (p.Arg816His) in SMC1A, identified by multi-gene panel sequencing. The proband had a mild phenotype with typical facial features and his mother exhibited a mild, subclinical phenotype. This study expands the clinical spectrum of patients with X-linked CdLS caused by SMC1A variants. Moreover, these findings reinforce the notion that a dominant negative effect in a carrier female with a heterozygous mutation in SMC1A results in a phenotype milder than that in a male patient with the same mutation.
