The L $i_{0.5}$F $e_{2.5-x}$A $l_{x}$ $O_4$ systems (x=0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5) were investigated by X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The structure of all the samples is cubic spinel type and lattice constant decrease with increasing Al content x. The Moissbauer spectra reveal two sextet for 0$\leq$x$\leq$0.6, two sextet and a doublet for 0.9$\leq$x$\leq$1.2, and a doublet for x=1.5. The cation distribution of the samples is (L $i_{1-a}$$^{+}$F $e_{a}$ $^{3+}$)$^{A}$[L $i_{a-0.5}$$^{+}$A $l_{2.5-a-x}$$^{+}$F $e_{2.5-a-x}$$^{3+}$]$^{B}$ $O_4$$^{2-}$ and substituted $Al^{3+}$ ions decrease the covalency of F $e^{3+}$- $O^{2-}$ bond in B-sites and A-B super-exchange interactions.tions.s.tions.ons.s.

The least informative (favorable) distributions, minimizing Fisher information for a multivariate location parameter, are derived in the parametric class of the exponential-power spherically symmetric distributions under the following characterizing restrictions; (i) a bounded variance, (ii) a bounded value of a density at the center of symmetry, and (iii) the intersection of these restrictions. In the first two cases, (i) and (ii) respectively, the least informative distributions are the Gaussian and Laplace, respectively. In the latter case (iii) the optimal solution has three branches, with relatively small variances it is the Gaussian, them with intermediate variances. The corresponding robust minimax M-estimators of location are given by the $L_2$-norm, the $L_1$-norm and the $L_{p}$ -norm methods. The properties of the proposed estimators and their adaptive versions ar studied in asymptotics and on finite samples by Monte Carlo.

This study investigated the vowel effect on laryngeal DDK (L-DDK) in terms of rate, regularity, and range. Thirteen normal speakers participated in this experiment. Speakers were asked to repeat the vowels /a, e, i, o, u/ for vocal fold adduction DDK, and /ha, he, hi, ho, hul for vocal fold abduction DDK. Acoustic data was analyzed via Motor Speech Profile. There were 6 parameters: DDKavp and DDKavr for rate of L-DDK, DDKcvp and DDKjit for regulariry of L-DDK, and DDKavi and DDKcvi for range of L-DDK. Results of MANOVA and Fredman analysis showed no significant vowel effect on rate and regularity of L-DDK. MANOVA revealed significant effects of vowels and vocal fold ab/adduction on range of L-DDK. DDK peak intensity (DDKavi) in vowel /i/ production was lower than in vowels /a, e, o, u/. Variation of DDK peak intensity (DDKcvi) was significantly greater for /ha/ than for /a/ production. The implication of these findings on voice and speech pathology is discussed.

The clinical, investigative, and surgical experiences were reviewed in four patients with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries who presented to the National Medical Center between August 1983 and August 1985. This condition is very rare congenital anomaly defined as the combination of atrioventricular discordance and transposition of the great arteries. Examples of primitive [single] ventricle inverted [that is, left sided in situs solitus] with outflow chamber were excluded in this paper. According to the sequential arrangement of the hearts there were two cases of [S,L,L] and two cases of [I,D,D]. The surgical approach should be focused on minimizing the risk of heart block and increasing the degree of relief of pulmonary outflow tract obstruction [POTO]. We experienced complete heart block in two cases of [S,L,L] and significant residual POTO in one case of [S,L,L] and one case of [I,D,D] postoperatively. There were one hospital mortality caused by complete heart block and residual POTO and two delayed mortalities caused by congestive heart failure and sepsis respectively.

A proper vertex coloring of a graph G is acyclic if G contains no bicolored cycle. A graph G is acyclically L-list colorable if for a given list assignment $L=\{L(v):v{\in}V(G)\}$, there exists an acyclic coloring ${\phi}$ of G such that ${\phi}(v){\in}L(v)$ for all $v{\in}V(G)$ A graph G is acyclically k-choosable if G is acyclically L-list colorable for any list assignment with $L(v){\geq}k$ for all $v{\in}V(G)$. Let G be a planar graph without 5-cycles and adjacent 4-cycles. In this article, we prove that G is acyclically 5-choosable if every vertex v in G is incident with at most one i-cycle, $i {\in}\{6,7\}$.

레이저 비임이 대기중을 전파할 때 고류(turbulence)의 영향을 고려해야 한다. 고류의 영향에 의한 프린지 시도는 extended Huygens-Fresnel principle을 도입하여 타원체로 간주할 수 있는 프린지 체적에서 장의 전 분포를 시하고 이 전 분포로부터 평균 강도분포를 얻었으며, 평균 강도분포를 구하기 위해 Fourier-Bessel적분을 행하였다. 평균 강도분포에서 최대 평균 강도분포max 및 최소 평균 강도분포 min을 얻었으며, 이 식들을 프린지 시도의 정의 식 V=(Imax-Imax)/(Imax+Imin)에 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 광원으로 파장 =4880[]인 아르곤 레이저를 사용하였고 광원의 모우드는 TEM..모우드로 하였다. 또한 비임의 교각 =5˚, 광원으로부터 프린지 체적 까지의 거리 L=10[m], en 광원간의 거리 B=(2tan /2)L, 특성 비임 반경 =2 /[ ( /2)]을 이용하여 프린지 시도에 관한 결과를 얻었으며, 이 결과에 의하면 L'( / ·L)에 대한 변수 r의 비 r/L'= 에서 V=1이고, r/L=0.1에서 프린지 시도가 감소한다. 또 강 고 류인 경우와 약 고 류인 경우에 대해 프린지 시도를 비교하였을 때 강 고류에서 감소폭이 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

Reaction of AgNO3 with triethanolaminetriisonicotinate (L) produces 1 D coordination polymer of [Ag3(L)2](NO3)3 and the same treatment of Cu(NO3)2 with L gives 1D coordination polymer of [Cu(L)2](NO3)2. The nonrigid triethanolaminetriisonicotinate acts as a m 3-bridged tridentate for [Ag3(L)2](NO3)3 and a m 2-bridged bidentate for [Cu(L)2](NO3)2 to produce unusual motifs. The NO3- anions can be smoothly exchanged by PF6- anions in an aqueous suspension without destruction of the skeletal structure.

This paper presents a multi-phase ring VCO for low-cost, low-power GPS receiver. In the RF band used in GPS, L1 band is now in commercial-use and L2,L5 are predicting to be commercial-use soon. Thus Wide band PLL and Cost-effective IC solutions are required for future multi-band GPS receiver that received three types band at once. A new PLL architecture for multi-band GPS application is proposed. Ring VCO is even smaller than LC-VCO and a good alternative for low-cost solution. Proposed multi-phase ring VCO offers wide frequency range covering L1, L2, and L5 band, 20% reduction of area, 23% reduction of PLL power and can generate I/Q without extra I/Q generator.
