The interface between SiNx and ZnO was investigated with Near Edge X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (NEXAFS) for ZnO based thin film transistor (TFT) applications. Impurity species were interstitial $N_2$ molecules at the SiNx / ZnO interface. The evolution of $N_2$ is decreased with increasing of anneal temperature.

In this paper, Correct problem in dead reckoning system and proposed about position error revision techniques of mobile robot to use RFID tag for position awareness. With the dead reckoning system, as the accumulation of error are unavoidable because of accumulation of informations as the time passage, so it is impossible to get correct information about posture, including torrent direction, movement distance, etc. As one of compensation method, the suggested method is that after selecting special area (corridor), compensate absolute location information by arranging two line of RFID tag along two side of corridor. Through this suggested method, it could be used when robot wants to move in limited areas.

전력량계와의 통신을 지원하기 위한 통신표준인 IEC 62056 프로토콜을 적용하여 전력량계의 계량 데이터를 실시간으로 계측할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IEC 62056 통신 프로토콜을 분석, 적용하고 실제 전력량계와의 실시간 데이터 계측을 위한 클라이언트 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

The chemical structure of the interface between Ag with $Li_2O$ and tri (8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq) was investigated by using in-situ characterization of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS). $Li_2O$ on Ag had lower barrier height than LiF on Ag. XPS and UPS results show the interaction between $Li_2O$ and Alq leads to gap state formation in HOMO of Alq.

In this paper, a best-first branch and bound algorithm based upon the bottom-up approach for the unweighted unconstrained two-dimensional cutting problem is proposed to find the optimal solution to the problem. The algorithm uses simple and effective methods to prevent constructing duplicated patterns and reduces the searching space by dividing the branched node set. It also uses a efficient bounding strategy to fathom the set of patterns. Computational results are compared with veil-known exact algorithms and demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Papillary cystadenocarcinoma is an uncommon ovarian neoplasm of domestic animals, with the possible exception of the bitch. In the horse ovary, it is rare as compared with benign epithelial tumors. This case reports the gross and histopathological finding of cystadenocarcinoma in a 10-year-old, clinically healthy Thoroughbred mare. (omitted)

본 논문에서는 차세대 EMS(Next Generation Energy Management System : NG-EMS) 급전원 훈련 시뮬레이터(Dispatcher Training Simulator : DTS)의 이벤트 시나리오 기능 개발 및 모의에 대해 기술한다. DTS는 EMS 급전원의 훈련을 위한 시스템으로서 EMS와 동일한 동적인 환경에서 시스템 조작, 사고모의 및 사고복구 기능을 제공한다. 이벤트 시나리오 기능은 급전원 훈련교관의 훈련 진행을 위해 필요한 기능으로 이벤트, 이벤트그룹, 요청이벤트, 조건이벤트, 시간이벤트, 시나리오로 구성한다.

This paper describes a new transient voltage suppressor(TVS) with a low insertion loss and a high cut-off frequency to protect antenna circuit from transient voltages. Conventional protection devices have some problems such as a low frequency bandwidth and a high insertion loss. In order to improve these limitations, a coaxal type TVS, which consists of a gas tube is developed. The performance of the proposed transient voltage suppressor is tested by using a combination surge generator specified in IEC 61000-4-5 standard and by using a network analyzer of 40 MHz ${\sim}$ 5 GHz bandwidth. From the experimental results, it is confirmed that the proposed TVS has an enough protection performance in a low insertion loss and a high cut-off frequency.

Parameter estimation method of induction motor for vector control is presented in this paper. It can be easily implemented and applied to inverters in the industrial field, because it needs no additional hardware such as voltage sensors and measuring equipment. The proposed algorithm in this paper is so straightforward and practical that it can be easily implemented on the built-in controllers with little overhead. The proposed estimation algorithm has good accuracy and repeatability for parameters due to the sensitivity of estimation errors. This enables its total consuming time to be made shorter. Experimental results and applications in the industrial fields verify the validity and usefulness of the proposed method.
