Cirrus clouds observation was conducted using a lidar system in order to measure their height, thickness and optical depth at Kwangju (35$^{\circ}$10'N, 126$^{\circ}$53'), Korea in winter, December 2002, and spring March and April 2003. Cirrus clouds at high altitude can be distinguished from atmospheric aerosols location by high depolarization ratio and high altitude. Cirrus clouds were observed at 5${\sim}$12km altitudes with a high depolarization ratio from 0.2 to 0.5. Optical depth of cirrus clouds had varied from 0.28 to 1.81. Radiative effect of observed cirrus cloud on climate system was estimated to be negative net flux from ?0.24 to ?31.04 W/m$^{2}$.

In this paper, very high performance millimeter-wave radiometer of 92 GHz is presented. Radiometer system design, brightness temperature measurement and calibration methods are described. The architecture of radiometer including data acquisition, storage and digital signal processing using a notebook computer are explained and some experimental data in the laboratory are introduced. The system noise figure and total gain of implemented radiometer are 12 dB and 56 dB, respectively. The system stability is evaluated from the experiment. The difference of the detector output voltage for two targets, whose brightness temperature are 80 K and 300K, is 4 mV. The mechanical scanning method is considered to get a brightness temperature Image of the earth surface scene.

The wavelength demultiplexer is an essential component in optical transmission systems using wavelength-division multiplexing(WDM), which can increase the number of channels and information capacity of optical fibers. For optical telecommunication, much attention has been given to demultiplexing two wavelengths in the 1.3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ of low dispersion band and 1.55${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ of low loss window. Various integrated-optical devices have been proposed to perform this function, including conventional directional couplers, asymmetric Y-branching devices, asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometers and two-mode interference devices. The quinolinic acid(QA) phosphoribosyltransferase (PRTase) (EC 2.4.2.19), is a key enzyme involved in NAD$\^$+/ biosynthesis in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, The QAPRTase produces nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NAMN) from QA and 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate (PRPP). For this reaction, the QA is decarboxylated (Fig.1). Produced NAMN is used to a synthesis of nicotinate adenine dinucleotide(NAD$\^$+/).

본 연구는 다문화청소년패널 6차년도 데이터를 활용하여 다문화청소년의 진로장벽과 사회적위축이 성취동기를 매개로 진로결정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 한다. 분석대상은 다문화청소년 1,283명이다. 주요 분석변수는 독립변수로 진로장벽, 사회적위축, 매개변수로 성취동기, 종속변수로 진로결정성을 분석할 것이다. 이러한 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용할 것이다.

본 연구는 5차국민노후보장패널 데이터(KReIS)를 활용하여 노인의 신체적 건강과, 자산(총자산-총부채=순자산)이 우울감을 매개로 삶의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가늘 규명하고자 한다. 분석대상은 65세이상 노인 3,960명이다. 주요 분석변수는 독립변수로 신체적 건강, 순자산, 매개변수로 우울감, 종속변수로 삶의만족을 분석할 것이다. 이러한 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용할 것이다.
