  • Cost reduction and equality by exempting re-scanning of passengers, baggage and cargo secured from the first airport of departure, mainly in the European Union/European Economic Area(EU/EEA), Switzerland, etc. One-Stop Security(OSS) is being promoted to maintain the level of security while increasing speed and convenience, and movement is expected to expand worldwide. Therefore, this paper establishes the basic concept of OSS through a literature review of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices(SARPs), and analyzes the actual conditions of OSS implementation in major countries such as the United States and the EU. It is intended to present the political, economic benefits for Korea and highlight the urgency of implementing the OSS system in the aviation industry including the cargo sector. Therefore, the practical implications of strengthening international cooperation through the expansion of government and airport operators OSS implementation to overcome the resource shortage problem of the existing national air cargo security system and to strengthen the status as a global aviation powerhouse were drawn up. There is academic significance that it raised the need for effective implementation of OSS, which was not previously covered.

금연프로그램이 성인 흡연자의 금연 및 흡연행위 변화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a Smoking Cessation Program on the Stop-smoking Rate and Nicotine Dependency for the Adult Smoker)

  • Purpose: This study was to compare the stop-smoking rate and nicotine dependency for an adult smoker after implementing the smoking cessation program. Method: Fourty-six adult smokers participated. Self report questionnaire and telephone interview were conducted at the pretest, 6 months later, 1 year later, 2 years later, 3 years later. Result: 1. Stop-smoking rate of smoking cessation program participants was 43.5% 6 months later, 35.6% 1 year later, 24.4% 2 years later, 45.5% 3 years later. 2. The mean of nicotine dependency for continuing smokers was significantly decreased 6 months later(paired-t=4.719, p=.000). 3. The mean of nicotine dependency for continuing smokers was significantly decreased 1 year later(pired-t=4.296=.000). 4. The mean of nicotine dependency for continuing smokers was significantly decreased 2 years later(paired-t=2.778. p=.000). 5. The mean of nicotine dependency for continuing smokers was significantly decreased 3 years later(paired-t=2.795. p=.000). Conclusion: The smoking cessation program was effective to induce cessation in the adult smoker, and to decrease nicotine dependency in the continuing adult smoker.

탑뷰 영상을 이용한 차선, 정지선 및 과속방지턱 인식 (Recognition of Lanes, Stop Lines and Speed Bumps using Top-view Images)

  • In this paper, we propose a real-time recognition algorithm of lanes, stop lines and speed bumps on roads for autonomous vehicles. First, we generate a top-view using the image transmitted from a camera that is installed to see the front of a vehicle. To speed up the processing, we simplify the mapping algorithm in constructing a top-view wherein the region of interest (ROI) is concerned. The features of lanes, stop lines and speed bumps, which are composed of lines, are searched in the edge image of the top-view, then followed by labeling and clustering specialized to detect straight lines. The width of lines, distances from the center of a vehicle, and curvature of each cluster are considered to select final candidates. We verify the proposed algorithm on real roads using the commercial car (KIA K7) which is converted into an autonomous vehicle.

  • 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11에서 채택한 매체접근제어 프로토콜인 Stop-and-Wait Automatic Repeat reQust(ARQ)방식을 사용하는 Carrier Sence Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance(CSMA/CA) 프로토콜의 성능을 renewal theory를 사용하여 수학적으로 분석하였으며, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 분석의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. CSMA/CA 프로토콜의 처리율을 분석하기 위하여 통신망은 유한 가입자로 구성되며, 슬롯화된 채널을 고려하였고, CSMA/CA프로토콜은 1-persistent CSMA와 p-persistent CSMA프로토콜을 혼합한 프로토콜로 모델링하여 CSMA.CA 프로토콜의 처리율 및 패킷지연을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면, CSMA/CA 방식은 스테이션의 수, Acknowledgement(ACK) 패킷의 길이 및 Distributed coordination function Inter Frame Space(DIFS)의 길이가 커짐에 따라 처리율이 저하되었으며, 패킷 지연이 증가하였다.

1,200 V급 Trench Gate Field Stop IGBT 소자의 전기적 특성 향상 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electrical Characteristics with Design Parameters in 1,200 V Trench Gate Field Stop IGBT)

  • IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) have received wide attention because of their high current conduction and good switching characteristics. To reduce the power loss of IGBT, the on state voltage drop should be lowered and the switching time should be shorted. However, there is Trade-off between the breakdown voltage and the on state voltage drop. To achieving good electrical characteristics, field stop IGBT (FS IGBT) is proposed. In this paper, 1,200 V planar gate non punch-through IGBT (planar gate NPT IGBT), planar gate FS IGBT and trench gate FS IGBT is designed and optimized. The simulation results are compared with each three structures. In results, we optain optimal design parameters and confirm excellence of trench gate FS IGBT. Experimental result by using medici, shows 40% improvement of on state voltage drop.

조력용 PC 기반 기동·정지 제어시스템의 최적화 알고리즘과 시제품 하드웨어 설계 (Prototype Hardware Design and Optimal Algorithm of PC Based Start·Stop Control System for Tidal Generation)

  • Tidal generation has become one of environmentally friendly new and renewable future sources of energy. The Sihwa Tidal Power Plant in South Korea, which was imported from abroad by turnkey type in 2011, connected to the power system in 2012, and is currently under commercial operation. However, leading companies are reluctant to disclose their technologies associated with the control systems and are not cooperative in technology transfers, making it a high priority to develop core technologies in South Korea. In order to develop a start stop control system for tidal generation, this paper presents the optimal algorithm for decision making and prototype of hardware design. First, control systems in tidal power, such as plant operation control, data interfaces between systems, monitoring and control points of the control system, are analyzed. The software development and PC based emulator processes for optimization algorithm processing are described. Finally, verification of the algorithm implementation, hardware platform for start stop control device, and implementation of prototype control system were discussed.

한방 요법이 포함된 금연 교육에 대한 연구 (The Study about Stop-Smoking Program Contains Oriental Medical Treatments)

  • Objectives : This study was peformed to evaluate the actual state and the effects of Smoking Prevention or Stop-Smoking Programs (Sp/SSP) for middle school students and to confirm students' needs for Oriental Medical Treatments (OMT) in SP/SSP. Methods : Thirty-nine middle school students who took part in the SP/SSP of the Public Health Center (PHC) in July 2004 answered the questionnaire. There were twenty students in $PHC{\alpha}$, and 19 students in $PHC{\beta}$. Resillts : 1. At the elementary school, SP/SSP is not enough, compared with middle school (p=.000). 2. Subjects preferred tile documents from PCH to those from school $(PCH{\alpha}: p-value=.002,\;PCH{\beta}: p-value=.004)$ 3. There was no mention of OMT in school SP/SSP. 4. The degree of thinking about need of teaming OMT in SSP has a positive correlationship (p-value=.000) with intention to be treated with auricular acupuncture therapy. Results : The SP/SSP for middle-school students must be improved to be more active, more experimental and more individual. Also, a more various, positive approach in OMT is required toward the Stop-Smoking Program.

  • 근래 들어 생명과학 및 생명정보에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 활발한 연구 활동의 결과물로 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 또한 방대한 생명정보를 분석할 수 있는 많은 알고리즘이 개발되었으며 웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 생명정보의 활용도가 높아져서 다양한 방법으로 정보서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 특히 XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI를 사용하는 Web Services는 분산 컴포넌트 기반의 컴퓨팅 기술로 최신의 기술이다. 이에, 바이오인포매틱스센터에서는 CCBB, NCBI, EBI, DDBJ 등의 사이트에서 배포한 Web Services에 접근하여 입력 값과 출력된 결과를 확인 및 유지하고, 객체들의 흐름을 볼 수 있는 프로그램으로 One-Stop Web Services를 개발하였다. One-Stop Web Services는 GUI 환경의 인터페이스로 사용자에게는 용이한 실행 환경을 제공하므로, Web Services 개발자에게 사용자 인터페이스 개발 부담을 줄일 수 있다.

무인 자율 주행 자동차를 위한 횡단보도 및 정지선 인식 시스템 (A Crosswalk and Stop Line Recognition System for Autonomous Vehicles)

  • 최근 무인 자율 주행 자동차를 실현하기 위한 기술 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 무인 자율 주행 자동차의 핵심 기술인 컴퓨터 비전을 이용한 무인 자율 주행 자동차를 위한 횡단보도 및 정지선 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문의 컴퓨터 비전 시스템은 먼저 무인주행을 위하여 반드시 필요로 하는 차선을 RANSAC 알고리즘과 Kalman 필터를 이용하여 인식하고 인식된 차선이 실제로는 평행하다는 점을 이용하여 원근 시점인 입력 영상을 평면 시점으로 변환하여 횡단보도의 크기가 일정하게 만든다. 그런 후, 변환된 영상에서 횡단보도의 기하학적 특징을 이용하여 횡단보도를 인식하고 횡단보도 앞의 영역을 관심 영역으로 설정한 후 설정된 관심 영역에서 정지선을 추출한다. 구현된 알고리즘을 다양하게 실험한 결과 차선, 횡단보도, 정지선에 대하여 높은 인식률을 보였다.

고전압 Non Punch Through IGBT 및 Field Stop IGBT 최적화 설계에 관한 연구 (The Optimal Design of High Voltage Non Punch Through IGBT and Field Stop IGBT)

  • An IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) device has an excellent current-conducting capability. It has been widely employed as a switching device to use in power supplies, converters, solar inverters, and household appliances or the like, designed to handle high power. The aim with IGBT is to meet the requirements for use in ideal power semiconductor devices with a high breakdown voltage, an on-state voltage drop, a high switching speed, and high reliability for power-device applications. In general, the concentration of the drift region decreases when the breakdown voltage increases, but the on-resistance and other characteristics should be reduced to improve the breakdown voltage and on-state voltage drop characteristics by optimizing the design and structure changes. In this paper, using the T-CAD, we designed the NPT-IGBT (non punch-through IGBT) and FS-IGBT (field stop IGBT) and analyzed the electrical characteristics of those devices. Our analysis of the electrical characteristics showed that the FS-IGBT was superior to the NPT-IGBT in terms of the on-state voltage drop.
