The purpose of this study is to suggest educational specification describing the school facilities necessary for operating educational curricula in relation to modernization of school facilities. It is required to make out the educational specification as one of procedures needed for driving the modernization of school facilities. The specification, however, has not made out yet in Korea. Educational specification is composed of followings: (1) organization of committee of educational specification, (2) site for a school and land to be expropriated, (3) guideline to form and operate curricula, (4) requisites to form space for school facilities, and (5) plan and process to construct school. Various methods such as literature study, questionnaires survey, workshop, interviews, etc. were utilized to develop educational specification.

본 연구는 기존의 지도 도식을 분석하여 편리한 지도제작과 쉬운 지도 특성 인식, 자동지도제작율 향상 등을 위해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 수치지도 Ver 2.0(1/5,000)을 가지고 수행하였으며, 지도제작에 필요한 정보를 수치지도 및 지형도에서 획득하고, 지도 도식은 현재의 지형도 도식규정에서 표현하는 정보를 비교 $.$분석하여 지도제작 자동화에 유리하면서 기존 지형도와 유사한 형태, 단순 $.$명료한 형태의 도식이 되도록 고안하였다. 본 연구의 지도제작 자동화처리 결과 약 7%의 자동화율이 향상되었으며, 대상물 특성에 가까운 도식을 고안하여 지도특성을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하였다.

흠 네트워킹에 대한 관심이 높아지며 이를 실현하는데 필요한 Residential Home Gateway를 구현하기 위해 2000년 5월 OSGi에서 Open Service Gateway Specification을 발표했다. 본 논문에서는 이에 따른 Home Automation Controller를 구현하기 위한 방법을 논하고 있다. 먼저 Home Automation Controller의 개념에 대해서 알아보고 OSGi의 배경과 Open Service Gateway Specification의 내용을 살펴본다. 그리고 specification에 따른 Home Automation Controller용 개방형 서비스 게이트웨이를 구현하는 방법에 대해 고찰해 본다.

When the number of skyscrapers are increased in the domestic, it has increased the need of the outer wall cleaning robot. However, it does not exist the construction specification of the outer wall cleaning robot in the domestic. it is difficult to apply in the domestic that the outer wall cleaning robot. For this reason, it raised the need of the construction specification. And it is urgent that the construction specification of the outer wall cleaning robot is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the construction specification framework of the outer wall cleaning robot. In the future, this study will be based on the development of the construction specification on the outer wall cleaning robot.

Korean defense specifications are the technical criteria of military products and major factor of acquisition system. Weapon systems and acquisition technique have been advanced dramatically after 1990's, but Korean defense specification practice standard has stayed after early 1980's except embedded software. The current status of current Korean defense specification practice standard and trend of related design and acquisition techniques like M&S, SBA, and digital manufacturing have been reviewed. This paper suggests that transfer to product, IT oriented specification structure, adaptation of digital product model and reinforcement of engineering management systems to establish a development initiative of Korean defense specification practice standard.

Many critical control systems are developed using formal methods. When software applied to such systems is developed, the employment of formal methods in the software requirements specification and verification will provide increased assurance for such applications. Earlier errors of overlooked requirement specification can be detected using the formal specification method. Also, the testing and full verification to examine all reachable states using model checking to undertake formal verification are able to be completed. In this paper, we proposed an eclectic approach to incorporate Z(Zed) formal language and 'Statemate MAGNUM', formal method tools using Statechart. Also we applied the proposed method to train control systems for the formal requirement specification and analyzed the specification results.

Client-supplier collaboration has been an imperative approach to new product development (NPD), in which a good product specification management system and practice is crucial to the assurance of product quality. This study investigates product specification management in client-supplier collaborative NPD. Based on the interviews and survey study, 12 problems and 13 good practices of product specification management are identified. It also compares the importance and degree of the implementation of the product specification practices in Hong Kong electronics industry. The results suggest that more intensive practices should be implemented for better product specification management.

An Economic selection of specification limits is considered for a given target value in a complete inspection plan. Each item is inspected, and if it meets the specification, it is accepted. Items less than the lower specification limit are scrapped or sold at a reduced price, and those greater than the upper specification limit are reworked. Cost factors to be considered are economic loss caused by quality deviations, rework cost and scrapping cost. Methods for finding the optimal specification limits are given for the cases of piecewise linear loss function and quadratic loss function with illustrative examples.

Each ham is inspected, and if it meets the specification, it is accepted. The ham less than the lower specification limit are changed another products or at a discounted price, and those greater than the upper specification limit are reworked. A profit model is developed which involves selling price, production cost, rework cost and the cost which is incurred by imperfect quality. Methods for finding the optimal specification limits are derived for the case of piecewise linear loss function with an industrial case study.

In recent, a general trend is observed towards more customized products and shorter product life cycles in manufacturing companies. In these companies, customers often wish to influence the product they order and to get a variant of product that meets their requirements. This environment is called as a customer-oriented manufacturing companies. This paper presents a procedure of product specification management for customer-oriented manufacturing companies by using product specification framework. This framework is founded on the product specification based product structure which is made of model, specification, function, and part. Also, a product specification management system(PSMS) is implemented by using the proposed product specification framework and is a core system in product data integration system. To illustrate an utilization of the proposed framework and procedure, a case of a ship engine product is applied. As a result, PSMS reduces delivery time and improves customer relationships. Moreover, the case shows that PSMS can be used as a tool for improving inter-department coordination within a company during product life cycle.
