In this paper, we proposed the next generation mobile convergence service business model creation methodology. In order to establish such a business model creation methodology framework, we first introduce the service model based on our previous research results on next generation mobile convergence services. The service model contains several components such as infrastructures, operations, and provision of services that are indispensible for providing the next generation mobile services. Finally, by adding service and value flows to the developed service model, we propose the next generation mobile services business model creation methodology. To achieve this objective, we first derive necessary components of business model including actors, their relationships, and roles. In addition, we propose service composition methodology for creating new mobile services and its corresponding business models.

본 논문은 ATM LAN 시스템의 NEXT(near-end crosstalk) 억제에 관한 연구로서, cyclostationary 근단 누화신혼(NEXT)가 존재하는 경우, NEXT 억제를 수행하는 PS-FSE (phase-splitting fractionally spaced equalizer)의 수렴 동작과 성능에 대하여 분석한다. 전체 수렴 속도와 수렴 후 성능은 신호와 근단 누화 신호와의 상대적 클락 페이즈(relative clock phase)에 따라 다르게 나타나고, 이러한 현상은 PS-FSE의 eigenstructure를 통해 설명할수 있다. Cyclostationary 근단 누화 신호과 존재하는 경우 PS-FSE는 stationary 잡음의경우와 다른 eigenstructure를 가진다. PS-FSE의 전체 수렴 속도는 근단 누화 신호 전력 스펙트럼에서 신호와 근단 누화 신호간의 cross 전력 스펙트럼을 뺀 값으로 구해지는 eigenvalue 값에 의해 결정되고, 따라서 신호와 근단 누화 신호간의 correlation에 의해 전체 수렴 속도가 좌우된다.

The video game industry is obsessed by the perception of "Next Generation Game". Appearance of the next generation game console has required the video game industry to renovate new technologies for their entire production. This tendency increases a huge mount of production cost. Game companies have to hire more designers to create a solid concept, artists to generate more detailed content, and programmers to optimize for more complex hardware. All those high cost efforts provide great locking games, but the potential of next generation game consoles does not end there. They also bring possibilities of the new types of gameplay. Next generation game contains a much larger pool of memories for every video game elements. The entire video game used to use roughly 800 animation files, but next generation game is pushing scripted event well over 4000 animation flies. That allows a lot of very unique custom animation for pretty much every action in the game. It gives game players much more vivid and realistic appreciation of the virtual world. Players are not being able to see any recycling of the same animation over and over when they are playing next generation game. The main purpose of this thesis is that defines the concept of next generation game and analyzes new animation-pipeline to be used in the shooter games.

Since faults often occur on power system, relay protection has become an important part to protect the equipments of power system efficiently and safely. Database can store the data about the relay protection efficiently, and these data must be shown to users through the web. Proset2000(an overall program system to protect power system) can realize this function in some measure, but it needs to be developed. This paper is about the further development of Proset2000. In this paper, web of Proset2000 is made by ASP programming technology, and users can browse and search the useful data through the web. There are some new functions, such as the summary of setting values, the message board and the management of administrator.

A digital over current relay(OCR) is realized by using TMS320C32 microprocessor. Fourier Transform is used to obtain the phasor of a current signal and a 2nd low pass filter is adopted to prevent aliasing error. H/W test shows almost same results with those of the S/W test. It could be possible that confirm simularity between H/W and S/W test in this paper.

In this paper proposes a new algorithm of efficiency outage restoration using a outage load switching to a healthy MTR a fault occurrence at a MTR. In addtion, proposed algorithm includes a outage restoration method which keeps MTR optimal capacity with reorganization of distribution network in case it can not restore outage state loads caused by shortage of healthy MTR remain capacity. In case that proposed sequence still can not complete restoration, this paper suggests a efficiency outage restoration with objective function included priority in outage loads.

Output of wind generators are changed by windy level. The change of the output also affects the amplitude of fault current. And this fault current causes OCR's mal-operation. To solve the problem, this paper adopts that Over Current Relay adapted for Decentralized generator algorithm.

병합 장치(Merging unit)는 계전용 IED로 측정된 전압 및 전류의 값을 A/D 변환한 샘플 값(Sampled values)을 전송하는 IED로써 실시간으로 통신을 하여야 하는 측면에서 해결해야 할 많은 요소를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 병합 장치를 구현하면서 실시간으로 샘플 값을 전송하는 방법에 관한 고려해야 할 전송 요구사항, 네트워크 시간 지연, 네트워크 과부하 현상 등의 문제점들에 대해 실시간 통신 방안을 설명하였다.

The paper presets the improvements of MMI at the PROSET2000 correction program which is totally computerized system of the power system protection. The Base Form that is an open interface is developed to be able to compose the screen by reading the input screen from the database. It also is developed to be suitable for the environment of the Graphical User Interface instead of the DOS window when the users do the pannel settings. Program development in this paper is designed by Unified Modeling Language(UML) techniques.
