This study investigated the effect of K-POP characteristics on Korean consumers' liking, intention of listening and purchase intention of Korean products. For this purpose, K-POP characteristics were classified into musical characteristics and star characteristics. The results of the study are as follows. First, both musical characteristics and star characteristics of K-POP characteristics had a significant effect on favorability of Korean Wave content. Second, both musical characteristics and star characteristics of K-POP have a significant effect on K-POP listening intention. Third, both musical characteristics and star characteristics of K-POP characteristics had a significant effect on the purchase intention of Korean products through Korean Wave content. However, the relative influence of star characteristics is higher than K-POP characteristics. The results of this study will be useful data for promoting Korean pop among Chinese consumers.

The objective of this study is to obtain the correlation between the spray characteristics and the etching characteristics for the optimization of etching system in the micro fabrication industry. The etching characteristics such as etching rate were measured under different conditions. The single spray characteristics such as droplet size and velocity were measured by PDA system. These were compared to the etching characteristics. The twin spray characteristics in the overlap region were analyzed to predict the effect of them on the etching characteristics with the pitch and also were compared to the single spray. The etching rate was increased in case of high spray pressure and in the region of spray center. It was found that the etching characteristics could be correlated with the single spray characteristics and the twin spray characteristics were correlated with the etching characteristics.

The purpose of this research is to find out environmental characteristics of elementary school children's room, and determine the relationship between children's room environment and their emotional characteristics. For the research, used were a developed measurement instrument for environmental characteristics of children's room as well as the emotion measurement instrument published by Korean Testing Co. and developed by Dr. Lee Jong-seung for elementary school children in their higher year grades. The results showed that environmental characteristics of children's room has relationship with children's emotional characteristics. The order of environmental characteristics had a direct and high relationship with children's emotional characteristics, while originality had indirect relationship with children's emotional characteristics through intervening variables. The human relationship of children's emotional characteristics was the most influenced by children's room environmental characteristics.

Recently, implementing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) systems has been one of major concerns of many companies. Despite the trend in the business area, few theoretical researches about the ERP have been published to date. The primary propose of current study, therefore, lies in examining the effects of change management characteristics on ERP performance. Top management support, user participation, and consulting support were selected as change management characteristics. Additionally, ERP implementation characteristics were considered as contingency variables which may moderate the relationships between change management characteristics and ERP performance. Two ERP implementation characteristic variables introeuced in this study were ERP implementation approach and ERP implementation strategy. Hypotheses concerning the relationships among those variables of change management characteristics. ERP performance and ERP implementation characteristics were empirically tested. The findings show that change management characteristics are strongly correlated with ERP performance, and ERP implementation characteristics have contingency effects, partially at least, on the relationship between change management characteristics and ERP performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the personal, familial, school and peer characteristics related to adolescents' runaway drive. The 259 subjects were selected from high school student in the city of Daegu. The major findings of study were as follows: 1. In respect of personal characteristics, the more runaway drive was, the lower self-esteem was and the higher anxiety, depression, and impulsive mind was. 2. In respect of familial characteristics, the more runway drive was, the lower family cohesion and family adaptation was and the higher the degree of parents' rejection was. And the higher runway drive was, the higher degree of child abuse and interparental conflict. 3. In respect of school characteristics, the more runway drive was, the lower school adaptation was. 4. In respect of peer characteristics, the more runway drive was, the higher degree of delinquency of peer.

To compare with the etching characteristic, the spray characteristics such as droplet size and velocity were measured by PDA system. The etching rate was increased in case of high spray pressure and in the region of spray center. The etching factor was increased with decrease in the distance from nozzle tip and increase in the etchant temperature. It was found that the spray characteristics were correlated with the etching characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job characteristics on the nurses' the moderating effect of locus of control on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment and relationship between job characteristics and attitude. The sample for this study consisted of 594 nurses from 8 university hospitals. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical methods. The results of this study were found that (1) autonomy among 5 core job characteristics showed positive influence on job satisfaction, (2) task significance and autonomy among 5 core job characteristics had positive influence on organizational commitment, (3) the internals of locus of control moderated the effect of job characteristics on nurses' job satisfaction, and (4) internals and externals of locus of control moderated the effect of job characteristics on nurses' organizational commitment.

This paper studied about the measurement method of the instantaneous dynamic load characteristics. this experimental study, we derived the instantaneous washing load characteristics and inertial moment characteristics according to the amount of laundry and water level. Also, this studied about the dynamic driving characteristics simulation method for the prediction of washing performance based on this load characteristics analysis. For this study, the design parameters of the driving motor are obtained by FEM analysis and the experiment. By using theses motor parameters and load characteristics, the instantaneous driving characteristics simulation is accomplished and it is verified with the experimental result of various driving conditions. The results of this paper would be very useful to the prediction of washing mode operation characteristics, and it can be also utilized to the washer motor control algorithm design for the washing performance improvement.
