This study conducted a topic modeling and semantic network analysis of 'korean wave' and its meaning in Korean society from 2000 to 2019 by applying an agenda setting theory. For this purpose, a total of 197,992 newspaper articles which reported 'korean wave' issues were analyzed by applying topic modeling and semantic network analysis. As a result, first, the word 'korean wave' mainly appeared in korean-related regions in the korean press. culture and economy. second, a total of 9 topics related to korean wave issues appeared. This was followed by 'broadcast', 'export', 'domestic and foreign affairs', 'education', 'beauty and fashion', 'music and performance', 'tourism', 'media(platform)', and 'region'. Lastly, korean wave was mainly discussed at the cultural and economic ares. In addition, it was clustered into five characteristics: 'cultural hallyu', 'business hallyu', 'education', 'environment', and 'geography'.

The safe operation of high pressure pipe line systems is of significant importance. Leaks due to faulty operation from the pipelines can lead to considerable product losses and to exposure of community to dangerous gases. There are several leak detection methods of pipeline network which have recently been suggested. The negative pressure wave detection technology, which has advantages of short time detection availability, accurate leaking location estimate capability and cost effective, is concentrated in this study. Theoretical analysis of the flow characteristics for leaking through a hole on the pipe wall has been performed by using Fluent 6.3, commercial CFD package. The results of 3-dimensional analysis near leaking hole confirm the occurrence of negative pressure wave, and the results of 2-dimensional analysis verify the characteristics of propagation of the wave which travels with speed equal to the speed of sound in the pipeline contents. Characteristics of leakage and pressure in a pipe with a hole have been analyzed for the various pipe and hole sizes.

In order to effectively prepare for damage caused by weather events, it is important to proactively identify the possible impacts of weather phenomena on the domestic society and economy. Text mining and Network analysis are used in this paper to build a database of damage types and levels caused by heat wave. We collect news articles about heat wave from the SBS news website and determine the primary and secondary effects of that through network analysis. In addition to that, based on the frequency with which each impact keyword is mentioned, we estimate how much influence each factor has. As a result, the types of impacts caused by heat wave are efficiently derived. Among these types of impacts, we find that people in South Korea are mainly interested in algae and heat-related illness. Since this technique of analysis can be applied not only to news articles but also to social media contents, such as Twitter and Facebook, it is expected to be used as a useful tool for building weather impact databases.

This paper shows shear wave behavior of CFRP(carton fiber reinforced plastics) composite laminates as a polar grid form to evaluate vibration pattern of ultrasonic transducers, which gives measured modelling fundamental contents of nondestructive evaluation. This modelling decomposes the transmission of a linearly polarized wave into orthogonal components through each ply of a laminate. It is found that a high probability shows between the model and measurement system in characterizing lay up of CFRP composite laminates. Also evaluating quantitatively the defects in CFRP laminates who found to be possible of normalized frequency obtained from 2D-FFT technique based on C-scan method. Thus, the technique is proven to be one of the useful means to evaluate any internal defect in CFRP composite laminates.

Although many researches have been conducted that the contents consumption, called Hallyu, has a positive effect on the national image of Korea, which leads to product purchases, there have been few empirical studies based on the experience economy theory that connects to value relationships with customers. Therefore, based on the experiential economy theory, this research conducted an empirical analysis of the effect on Korean image and cosmetics purchase intention targeting women living in Malaysia and the Philippines who have experienced the Korean Wave(Hallyu). As a result of the research, entertainment experience, educational experience, and escape experience had a significant effect on the image of Korea, but aesthetic experience did not. Entertainment experience, educational experience and escape experience also had significant relationships in the indirect effect of Korean image on cosmetics purchase intention. In the moderating effect analysis comparing the two countries, in Malaysia, escape experience had a significant effect on the image of Korea, but in the Philippines, entertainment experience and educational experience had a significant effect on the image of Korea, so there was a difference between the two countries. The effect of Korean image on cosmetics purchase intention was confirmed significantly in both countries, but it was greater in the Philippines than in Malaysia. This research is meaningful in that it is an empirical study based on the systematic framework of experiential economy theory. In order to maintain the effectiveness of the Korean Wave(Hallyu), various improvements in the contents that make up the Korean Wave are required and policy consideration by the relevant authorities is needed. It is also necessary to consider each country's different acceptance of the Korean Wave(Hallyu).

The environment of using digital devices has been developed day by day, as mobile communication network has been fast and smart phone and tablet PC have been spread. When the environment changing, the contents consumers prefer have been changing too. The Webtoon became the representative contents of 'Snack culture'. The webtoon has led the growth of cartoon market for years recently instead of the slow comics growth. And it places its elf as contents on a firm basis, as it has been adapted to another genre such as Pay, Flm, TV Drama. Now it's expected to be an extgeneration contents that will lead Han-ryu(Korean wave). Though the webtoon has important and strong presence, there is no digital archive for collecting and preserving the webtoon, Korean Cartoon Contents Agency started making 'webtoon archive', but the groundwork and the study on the webtoon that represents digital culture contents are not enough a lot. In this study, the cases on digital archiving of culture contents in Korea are researched, and the direction on webtoon archiving that has just started is also discussed. The Archiving of webtoon that can't be seperated from digital contents is connected with archiving of digital culture contents in direction where they should be headed to.

This paper investigates the mechanical characteristics of waste tire powder-added lightweight soil in which dredged soils, waste tire powder and bottom ash were reused. In this study, 5 groups of soil samples were prepared with varing contents of waste tire powder ranged from 0% to 100% at 25% intervals by the dredged soil weight. The mixed soil samples were subjected to unconfined compression and elastic wave tests to investigate their unconfined compressive strengths and dynamic properties. Test results showed that the unconfined compressive strength and unit weight decreased as the waste tire powder contents increased, but axial strain at failure increased. Also stress-strain relationship of waste tire powder-added lightweight soil showed a ductile behavior rather than a brittle behavior. The result of elastic wave tests indicated that the higher waste tire powder content, the lower elastic wave velocity and the lower shear modulus (G).

In this paper, we determined the modulation index for minimization of speed ripple and position error using maximum speed ripple (SRF) and maximum position error(PEF) in current source TPWM inverter. Through computer simulation, we compared with total current harmonic distortion, SRF and PEF for square wave modulation method and TPWM method. As a result, it turns out that square wave modulation method is superior to TPWM method of 3 pulses per half cycle in speed ripple and position error contents. And TPWM is better than square wave method when pulse number is more than 5. Also, in these pulse numbers, moduladtion index of minimum speed ripple and munimum position error is 0.91.

This study is to measure the heavy metal content of permanent wave products which on marketing correctly as estimating the extent of exposure by a hair permanent wave scientifically. We would like to prevent an affair from arising health obstruction as to the heavy metal who is using those and also show the basic data for proposing the new standard. The results were as follows.: in case of the average heavy metal content for a wave type thioglycol acid ingredient includes 1.61ppm(Pb), 0.03ppm(Cd), 0.05ppm(Ni), 0.27ppm(Mn), 0.82ppm(Cu) and those were recognized the significant gap between products all the heavy metals. In case of a cysteine acid ingredient includes 0.86ppm(Pb), 0.01ppm(Cd), 0.05ppm(Ni), 0.20ppm(Mn) and 0.66ppm(Cu) and those were recognized the significant gap between products except a nickel. Straight type of permanent wave reductant includes 2.11ppm(Pb), 0.01ppm(Cd), 0.27ppm(Ni), 0.66ppm(Mn), 2.53ppm(Cu) and those were recognized the significant gap between products all the heavy metals. Permanent wave reducing agent includes 1.43ppm(Pb), 0.01ppm(Cd), 0.09ppm(Ni), 0.66ppm(Mn), 0.75ppm(Cu) and those were approved the significant gap between products except a cadmium. Exposure level of the heavy metal contents per onetime permanent waving were 242.3ppm(Pb), 2.5ppm(Cd), 17.7ppm(Ni), 89.0ppm(Mn), 174.7ppm(Cu).

With the popularity of Korean Wave, making cultural goods specific for Hallyu tourists is getting more important. However, there are mainly daily life goods using celebrity character-based ones. Remarkably, there are only a few cultural goods especially in practicality-based clothing category. In particular, few cultural goods related to children's wear have been developed. Therefore, if children's wear is developed as Korean Wave cultural goods considering Chinese consumers' pattern and Korean Wave cultural goods, it will be helpful for revitalizing the Korean Wave and Korea's fashion market. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to develop children's wear design as Korean Wave cultural goods, thereby presenting empirical research results and fulfilling its following objectives: First, it is to identify the concept of Korean Wave cultural goods, to analyze the current status to finally establish data to develop Korean Wave cultural goods needed at this time. Second, it is to make real-life size works through development of designs to provide the empirical data for Korean Wave cultural goods market. For the research method and contents the review of the previous research, in-depth interview for qualitative research, and empirical research using market research and development of work were performed. Through the final research outcomes, Korean Wave cultural goods, the children's wear that can meet the consumer's needs were presented as empirical data. The study can be used as basic data for domestic fashion market and cultural product market and it is meaningful as a reference for the analysis on the Chinese consumers' needs.
