This study is about to constructing BOM for managing and integrating information, which is drawing, technical data, attribution, design, ordering, cost, weight, process, service, etc. based on train's system, elements, substructure, assembly, components, parts during whole train's lifetime of the next generation. The BOM is the mostly basic structure information as hierarchical data what are parts consisted specific products. The BOM was utilized as essential elements for collectively managing through informing all of the business activity from ordering to supplying. The BOM in railroad is consist of two parts. One is Engineering BOM for design, the other is Production BOM for production, which are utilized in development calculating the quantity of materials. Also the Maintenance BOM is applied to suppling parts and managing malfunction in railroad corporation like the Seoul Metro. There are many kind of BOMs, because of the special character for each step. Therefore We have need to develop BOM which is able to integrate drawing, technical data for helping good circulation between RAMS applied maintenance using database and helpful know-how for development and production. Also the BOM of the next generation must be consisted regard to whole life-cycle.

This paper deals with a web-based public address system for conveying information for different institutions. An architecture for a Short Messaging Service (SMS) based public address (PA) system that can be programmed by an authorized mobile phone or device is proposed. This PA system will facilitate information transfer from heads of offices, managers, directors, and deans of the institutions to its constituents or unit area as well as enable postings of information with proper authentication and validation remotely. The system supports high priority messaging, allowing the conveyance of critical and time sensitive information. The mobility management support for the PA system will be based on the Hierarchical Mobile Internet Protocol version 6 (HMIPv6), hence, allowing for a seamless connectivity to the system. The major advantage of this proposed PA system as compared with the traditional electronic displays and bulletin boards is seamless mobility wherein the display devices can be programmed remotely by heads of the institutions and business organization. It also allows faster communication and immediate actions concerning the different institutions, organizations, and businesses, thus, ensuring high productivity.
This article argued for the need for a transformation of archives system and archival science through a review of the archival circles' discussion of dismantling and reconstructing the current national archive system. By sharply contrasting the cases of civil society 'archiving activities' with the cases of 'national archive sites', we attempted to present solutions to the current archive system from a micro perspective. In this process, the need for a shift in archival research methodology centered on archival materials was derived in relation to the deepening of awareness of archival information organization and hierarchical description to ensure archive accessibility and the meaning of policy shift.

This paper analyzed the process of modernization in terms of the social structure in Geomundo. Before modernization, social structure in Geomundo was traditional society by a village unit. A village had community rituals and organization. There were independent parallel spatial structure among villages. In the early Japanese colonial period, 'forced modernization' had been occurred by Japanese immigrants settling in a separate living space. The modernization was transplanted in a new established village and diffused into other villages. In the process of forced modernization, the connection among villages was reinforced, as the result of that modern social organization was emerged, and the characteristics of community rituals had been changed. During modernization indigenization period, advanced fishery technology and distribution system occurred capitalist production system helping to place modern norms in the general daily life. In the late Japanese colonial period, aided organizations from local government and informal organizations reversed the trend of modernization through helping colonial exploitation policy. The spatial structure in Geomundo had become to hierarchical structure with intensified connectivity as the result of extensive spread of community territory. Modernization in Japanese colonial period was 'forced modernization' and could not re-established the community spirits. The community spirit has been broken up by dissolving the existing self regulating and self motivated organization.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of psychosocial factors related to functional dyspepsia(FD) and their effects on quality of life(QOL) in firefighters. Methods : This study examined data collected from 1,217 firefighters. We measured psychological symptoms by Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder questionnaire(GAD-7), Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS), Ways of Coping checklist(WCCL), Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale(RSES) and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale abbreviated version(WHOQOL-BREF). Chi-square test, independent t-test, Pearson's correlation test, logistic regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were used as statistical analysis methods. Results : For the group with FD, the male participants showed significantly higher frequency(p=0.006) compared to the female participants. The group with FD had higher scores for depressive symptoms(p<.001), anxiety (p<.001), and occupational stress(p<.001), and did lower scores for self-esteem(p=.008), quality of life(p<.001) than those without FD. The FD risk was higher in the following KOSS subcategories: job demand(OR 1.94, 95% CI : 1.29-2.93), lack of reward(OR 2.47, 95% CI : 1.61-3.81), and occupational climate(OR 1.51, 95% CI : 1.01-2.24). In the hierarchical regression analysis, QOL was best predicted by depressive symptoms, self-esteem, and occupational stress. Three predictive variables above accounts for 42.0% variance explained of total variance. Conclusions : The psychosocial factors showed significant effects on FD, and predictive variables for QOL were identified based on regression analysis. The results suggest that the psychiatric approach should be accompanied with medical approach in future FD assessment.
Today, when innovation and creativity become increasingly important, management of human resources is a key factor for corporate performance and competitive advantage. Corporate are implementing and introducing various types of support methods for members to achieve goals and improve organizational performance. Organizational culture and organizational trust affect the cognitive and emotional state of members. Furthermore, it can bring about changes in organizational performance such as job stress and job satisfaction. From an institutional point of view, work-life balance is also a major factor affecting organizational performance. The imbalance between work and life leads to a decline in organizational performance, such as decreased morale and dissatisfaction with work. In relation to work-life balance, the low birth rate problem intensified and the importance began to emerge. Therefore, the government has implemented various policy support for workers' work-life balance, and the "52-hour workweek" is a representative example. This study analyzed the effect of organizational culture applying the competitive value model on workers' job stress. In addition, the mediating effects of overtime work per week and organizational trust were analyzed. Job stress corresponds to a prerequisite stage that affects job commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. However, research measuring job stress by organizational performance is insufficient. In addition, there are few studies analyzing the relationship between overtime and organizational performance. Considering this, it is necessary to understand the influence relationship. The results of the study are as follows. First, a hierarchical culture increases the job stress of workers. On the other hand, innovation-oriented, relationship-oriented, and competition-oriented corporate culture reduce job stress. Second, a hierarchical culture has reduced trust in the organization, and other organizational cultures have increased trust in the organization. Third, relationship-oriented and competition-oriented organizational culture reduced overtime. Innovation-oriented, hierarchical-oriented culture increased overtime Fourth, organizational trust and overtime have the effect of mediating organizational culture and job stress. Based on these analysis results, this study presented academic and political implications.
The focus of this study is on the elements of structure design that facilitate u user interaction with applications within cyberspace Structure design entails decisions regarding the optimal classification and hierarchical organization of information into s successively higher units. i.e .. the grouping of highly related information in the form of nodes of a site and the subsequent connection of nodes that are inter-related. The decisions are based on the designer's subjective classification framework. which is not always compatible with that of the user. We propose that the ensuing cognitive dissonance can be reduced via the employment of multiple hierarchies and cross-referencing links. Multiple hierarchies represent a single information space in terms of a number of single hierarchies. each of which represent a different perspective Cross-referencing refers to the inter-connection between the constituent hierarchies by providing a link to the alternate hierarchy for information that is most likely to be categorized in diverse manners by users with differing perspectives. In this study we conducted two empirical studies to gauge the effectiveness of multiple hierarchies and Cross-referencing links in the domain of cyber shopping malls. In the first phase. an experiment was conducted to determine how subjects classified given products with respect to two different perspectives for categorization. Experimental cyber malls were developed based on the results from the first phase to test the effectiveness of multiple hierarchies and cross-referencing links. Results show that the ease of navigation was higher for cyber malls that had implemented cross-referencing links are of greater value when used in conjunction with single hierarchical designs rather than multiple hierarchies. Users satisfaction with and ease of navigation was higher for cyber malls that had not implemented multiple hierarchies. This paper concludes with discussion of these results and their implications for designers of cyber malls.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to objectify the level of case management performance and the factors influencing performance, to improve the case management performance at the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service (KWCWS) on the basis of the recognition of the objective realities of case management by job coordinators at the KWCWS, to develop a model of case management fit for the KWCWS, and to provide a basis for establishing guidelines for standardized case management. Methods: A total of 156 questionnaires were distributed to job coordinators at the KWCWS's headquarters, six regional headquarters, and 55 branches. One hundred forty-one questionnaires were collected and 126 were analyzed statistically using SPSS 21.0. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the main measurement items in the research model. Frequency analysis was conducted for general characteristics of survey subjects. Frequency analysis or descriptive statistics were conducted to identify the level of independent variables (case manager's individual variables, job variables, institutional and organizational variables). Dependent variables (case management performance) and the degree of correlation were analyzed through correlation analysis between research variables. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to examine the effect of independent variables on case management performance. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of overall performance in the five stages of case management was ordinary, with an average level of 3.45 on a 5-point scale. Levels of performance by step were institutional approach and intake (3.69), assessment (3.63), goal setting and intervention planning (3.46), implementation of intervention plan (3.32), and evaluation and termination (3.20), in that order. The explanatory power of case management performance (overall) by case managers with the KWCWS was case manager's institutional and organizational variables, job variables, and individual variables, in that order. At each stage of case management, the explanatory power of a case manager's institutional and organizational variables was found to be the greatest. The model changes at each stage of case management assume similar aspects statistically. In hierarchical regression analysis, it was institutional support that had a significant effect on case management performance (overall), and institutional support had the greatest effect. The results of multiple regression analysis in which all variables are input simultaneously showed that institutional support and expertise as well as self-efficacy had a positive effect. However, case management work experience, expertise (technology), and autonomy were found to have a negative effect during the stage of case management performance. Conclusions: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that raising the case manager's expertise and support from the institution and organization are important factors to improve the level of case management performance. The research also derived practical ways of reinforcement of case manager capacity, institutional and organizational support, operation of rehabilitation-case management teams, and occupational health-related aspects.

This study This study analyzed the effectiveness of Corporate Entrepreneurship, using Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data from 2017. The attitude of workers, which is main link in the process of corporate entrepreneurship, has been studied at a singular level at individual and organizational levels due to the lack of data and analysis methods. Multi-level analysis using hierarchical and linear modeling was performed to improve the accuracy of the relationship estimation between variables. In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of the organizational level in the process of entrepreneurship. As a result, corporate entrepreneurship has had a positive effect on job satisfaction and turnover, which is due to the employees attitude and organization. Organizational trust in the process has been shown to perform an important role in the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and job satisfaction, and that the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and turnover has not been controlled. Based on these results, the implications, limitations, and future research tasks of the study are discussed.
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of dental hygienists' perceptions of dental organizational culture and professional identity on organizational commitment. A survey was conducted with 310 dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and dental offices. If dental hygienists experience organizational cultures as having different degrees of organizational commitment, then the type of organizational culture and commitment may be important variables in understanding and reducing the turnover rate of dental hygienists and improving workplace performance. Efforts to form a healthy and positive organizational culture may therefore be necessary. The organizational culture most recognized by the dental hygienist was hierarchical culture (3.39) and the least recognized was task-orientated culture (2.71). The professional identity of the dental hygienist was 3.75 and the organizational commitment was 2.98. Correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between dental organization culture type, professional dental hygienist identity, and organizational commitment. As a result, professional identity and organizational commitment showed positive(+) correlation with innovation oriented culture and relationship oriented culture. Among the organizational culture types, relationship-orientated culture (p<0.001) and innovation-orientated culture (p=0.006) were significant influences on organizational commitment, and professional identity did not have a significant influence. The regression model was found to be statistically appropriate (F=11.857, p<0.001) and the model explaining power was 14.9%. These results suggest that efforts to create a relationship-orientated culture and an innovation-orientated culture and to reduce the hierarchical culture can be a strategy to enhance the organizational commitment and the professional identity of dental hygienists.
