사자발쑥 정유를 첨가한 기능성 필름에 의한 토마토의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Tomato Packaged with Functional Film Applied to Essential Oil of Artemisia Princeps Pampanini)

  • This research was conducted to investigate the effect of essential oil (EO) from Artemisia Princeps Pampanini on quality of tomato during storage. EO was extracted by steam distillation and diluted by 1 and 2%. Total phenolic contents and antioxidative activities of EO were analyzed. Tomato was packaged corrugated box covered with polypropylene (PP) film containing EO (1 and 2%) and then stored at room temperature for 10 days. During storage, appearance, weight loss rate, soluble solid contents, pH and a (redness) value were measured for tomato. Total phenolic contents of EO increased in a dose-dependence. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities also showed a concentration-dependent increase. The weight loss rate was lowest using the film packaged in 1% EO. During the storage period, soluble solid contents and pH increased in all treatments. The a value increased regardless of EO concentration in films. Especially, tomato packaged with EO film showed a lower a value than non EO-packaged ones. This result suggests that application of EO to film is effective for tomato quality preservation.

영화의상에 관한 국내 연구의 동향 분석 (Domestic Research Trend in Film Costume)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze domestic research trends in film costumes and to suggest future research directions. 122 articles published in 17 KCI journals from 1996 to Oct. 2013 were classified by year, journal, research method, film genre, country of film-making, analyzed subject, and contents of research. Film costume-related research was initiated in 1996 and the largest number of articles were reported in 2005~2009. Many of these researches were reported in Journal of the Korean Society Costume. Most film costume-related researches were qualitative based on co-analysis of literature and film. Film analysis was done on melodrama genre and was done Korean or American film. Large portion of the research was on costume analysis. Film costume-related research was mostly focused on character's plasticity and symbolism.

Electrodeposition법으로 제조한 Ni-Fe 나노박막 및 나노선의 특성에 미치는 용액 조성의 영향 (Effect of Solution Compositions on Properties of Ni-Fe Nano Thin Film and Wire Made by Electrodeposition Method)

  • The micro Vickers hardness and internal stress of Ni-Fe metal thin film synthesized by electrodeposition method at $25^{\circ}C$ were studied as a function of bath composition, and surface microstructure and atomic compositions of thin films were investigated by SEM and EDS. And the shape change of $200\;{\AA}$ Ni-Fe nanowires made using anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) templates by electrodeposition method were observed by SEM as a function of ultrasonic treatment time and bath composition. The Fe deposition contents on the substrate non-linearly increased with Fe ion concentration over total metal ion concentration. In case of low Fe contents film, the grain size is smaller and denser than high Fe contents deposited films, and the micro Vickers hardness increased with Fe contents of electrodeposited films. These results affected the shape change of nanowire after ultrasonic treatments.

Understanding the Film As A Public Space: The Public Sphere and the Korean Film Industry in the 1980s

  • The Korean films in the 1980s played an important role in impeding the interaction between the media and the audience. In terms of two mechanisms of money and power, the Korean films lost the function of publicity and were forced to disregard positive aspects of culture as a way of understanding society. As a mass medium, the film did not give people the space for critical thought and discussion on social reality. This study tries to discuss how Korean movies in the 1980s functioned as a bulwark of critical debate provided by the interaction between cultural texts and audiences through the notion of the public sphere. For Habermas, the public sphere provides a basis for critical analysis in order to reveal the relationship between media and economic and administrative power in a modern society.

  • This research is a study of the documentary film entitled "Korean War." My research focuses on the collective trauma and amnesia of the Korean War among the people of the U.S. in an effort to understand ongoing tensions between the U.S. and the two Koreas, both North and South. A study of the film also gives a way to read the hidden meaning of the film through deconstructing the film with Peircian semiotics, and scrutinizing its artistic choices of visual language. This study provides a review of the theory of trauma. It also gives insight into understanding the perceptions of the Korean War in the U.S.

  • 본 논문은 넷플릭스가 한국영화 배급시장 환경에 미치는 현실에 대해 알아보고 넷플릭스를 필두로 한 OTT 시장 속에서의 독립영화를 중심으로 한 국내 콘텐츠 발전 가능성에 대해 검증해 보려고 한다. 다양한 한류 콘텐츠에 중에서도 투자, 배급의 기회를 얻지 못하는 한국의 다양성 영화 및 독립 영화의 활로를 모색하는 것에 연구적 의의를 두며 넷플릭스가 한국영화 시장에서 보여주는 특성들에 대해 알아본다. 넷플릭스는 한국영화, 한국 드라마 등 한국콘텐츠를 보급, 한류 확산에 기여하며, 배급시장의 패러다임을 재조정하고 있으며, 이익 선순환문제, 망 사용료 논란 및 할리우드 영화의 범람등을 야기한다는 문제도 제기되고 있다. 문화상호 교환적인 특성을 고려하면 독립영화 콘텐츠와 넷플릭스 플랫폼, 관객 그리고 글로벌 시장의 상호작용은 양방향 소통 기회를 확장시켜 나갈 것이다. 다시말하면 넷플릭스가 한국미디어 시장을 이용해서 이익을 보고 있듯이 한국도 넷플릭스를 활용하여 한국 영화콘텐츠(K-Flm)의 글로벌 시장 확대를 시도해야 하며 문화적 경제적 호혜적 태도를 견지해나가야한다.

Fabrication and Characteristics of Li-doped ZnO Thin Films for SAW Filter Applications

  • Li-doped ZnO films were prepared on Corning 1737 glass substrate by an rf magnetron sputtering technique using ZnO targets with various $Li_2CO_3$ contents ranging from 0 to 10 mol%. The effects of Li doping on the crystallinity and electrical properties of ZnO films were studied for their SAW filter applications. The film resistivity largely increased without suppressing the c-axis orientation and crystallinity with a small addition of Li. Heat treatment of the film at 40$0^{\circ}C$ induced that the film resistivity, c-axis orientation and crystallinity slightly increased. However, heat treatment of the film at 50$0^{\circ}C$ resulted in much lower resistivity than that of as-deposited film due to the increase of electron concentration caused by the evaporationof Li atoms from the ZnO film. Large addition of Li into the ZnO film rather diminished the film resistivity and suppressed the c-axis growth. It was concluded that a small doping of Li into the ZnO film and heat treatment at 40$0^{\circ}C$ caused the film resistivity to be high enough for SAW filter applications without suppression of the c-axis orientation and crystallinity.

영남지역 시설재배지 토양의 미량원소 함량 분포 (Distribution of Micronutrients in Plastic Film House Soils of Yeongnam Provincen)

  • 집약적으로 재배하는 시설작물의 품질과 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 적절한 미량원소의 관리가 필요하며, 따라서 시설재배지 토양중의 미량원소의 유효도에 대한 평가가 우선적으로 이루어져야한다. 본 연구에서는 영남지역 주요 시설재배지 토양중의 미량원소 함량을 조사하였다. 딸기 재배지 96개소, 고추재배지 66개소, 토마토 재배지 74개소, 참외 재배지 97개소, 오이 재배지 63개소 등 총 396개소의 비닐하우스 토양 시료를 채취하였고, B, Cu, Zn, Fe 및 Mn에 대하여 총 함량과 가용성 함량을 조사하였다. 가용성 함량의 경우 B는 열수로 추출하였으며 Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn은 0.1 N HCl로 추출하였다. 비닐하우스 토양중 B, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn의 총 함량 평균값은 각각 25, 32, 74, 21,316, $420mg\;kg^{-1}$으로 조사되었다. 이들 값은 비닐하우스 주변 노지 토양중의 총 함량과 크게 다르지 않았다. 조사지역별 그리고 재배작물별로 비교하변 비닐하우스 토양중의 각 미량원소들의 총 함량은 매우 다양하게 나타났다. 가용성 B, Cu, Zn의 함량은 전체 조사 토양에 대한 평균값으로 각각 2.1, 7.5, $35mg\;kg^{-1}$으로 나타났으며, 주변 노지 경작토양에 비하여 대부분 그 함량이 높았다. 가용성 Fe와 Mn의 경우에는 전체 평균값이 각각 156 및 $146mg\;kg^{-1}$이었으며, 가용성 Fe의 함량은 주변 노지 경작토양에 비하여 그 함량이 낮았다. 조사된 시설재배 토양중의 가용성 Zn, Fe, Mn의 함량은 모든 지역에서 대부분 일반작물 재배에 적정한 수준 또는 그 이상의 과잉 수준인 것으로 나타났다. Cu의 경우 딸기, 토마토 및 오이 재배지에서는 가용성 함량이 대부분의 조사 토양에서 적정수준 이상인 것으로 나타났으며, 고추와 오이 재배지에서는 조사토양의 약 30%에서 적정함량에 미달하는 것으로 나타났다. B의 경우 딸기, 고추, 참외 재배지에서 가용성 함량이 적정수준에 미달하는 토양이 많았으며, 전체적으로 가용성 B의 함량이 과잉 수준인 토양은 다른 원소의 경우에 비하여 상대적으로 적은 것으로 조사되었다.

항산화 성분을 함유한 PE 필름이 반건오징어 저장 중 지질산화에 미치는 영향 (Preparation of Antioxidative Polyethylene Film and Its Effects on the Lipid Oxidation of Semi-dried Squid during Storage)

  • Antioxidative polyethylene films for food packaging were experimentally prepared by fortification of TBHQ(tertiary butylhydroquinone) and dl-a-tocopherol at the weight ratio of 0.05, 0.2 and 0.5%, respectively and laminated with nylon. TBHQ and tocopherol contents in the PE/nylon film were analyzed and the antioxidative effects of film were investigated on the lipid oxidation of semi-dried squid during storage at 5℃ and l5℃. TBHQ contents of TAP 1(TBHQ 0.05%), TAP 2(TBHQ 0.2%) and TAP 3(0.5%) were 38, 146 and 365 mg/100g, respectively. Tocopherol contents of DAP l(tocopherol 0.05%), DAP 2(tocopherol 0.2%) and DAP 3(tocopherol 0.5%) were 33, 139 and 356 mg/l00g, respectively. TBA value and POV during storage of semi-drid squid were affected both by storage temperatures and packaging films. Lipid oxidation during storage was retarded by anti-oxidative films, as TBA value of TAP 3 and DAP 3 revealed about 50% of control after storage at 5℃ for 20 days and similer effects in POV were also observed.

Structural and Electrical Properties of WOx Thin Films Deposited by Direct Current Reactive Sputtering for NOx Gas Sensor

  • W $O_{x}$-based semiconductor type thin film gas sensor was fabricated for the detection of N $O_{x}$ by reactive d.c. sputtering method. The relative oxidation state of the deposited W $O_{x}$ films was approximately compared by the calculation of the difference of the binding energy between Ols to W4 $f_{7}$2/ core level XPS spectra in the standard W $O_3$ powder of known composition. As the annealing temperature increased from 500 to 80$0^{\circ}C$, relative oxygen contents and grain size of the sputtered films were gradually increased. As the results of sensitivity ( $R_{gas}$/ $R_{air}$) measurements for the 5 ppm N $O_2$ gas, the sensitivity was 110 and the sensor showed recovery time as fast as 200 s. The other sensor properties were examined in terms of surface microstructure, annealing temperature, and relative oxygen contents. These results indicated that the W $O_3$ thin film with well controlled structure is a good candidate for monitoring and controlling of automobile exhaust.haust.t.t.t.
