  • 우리나라 장애인 중 고등학교를 졸업하지 못한 인구는 94만여 명으로 추정되고 있다. 따라서 이들을 위해 방송고 사이버교육시스템을 이용하여 학력취득 기회를 제공하는 방안이 필요하다.

  • This analysis of the educational facility planning is based on the various career, with historical backgrounds from white color, blue color to steel color, idea color, related to the planning of educational curriculum for all levels (from K-12 to higher education). The results of the analysis show that an institution for the research & development of educational facilities through the researchers and practioners occupied with architectural planning, designing and with educational curriculum planning, designing of the educational environments, is timely needed. It is fortunate that function of such institute can be carried out by Korean Educational Facility Institution which enables to research and develop educational facility in collaborative with architects and educators together. CEFPI research and development findings about educational facilities can be applied to our research and development, for the various career of our future students, with the various educational plannings.

진동공학 교육장비 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Educational Equipment for Vibration Engineering)

  • 공학교육을 위한 실습장비가 다양하지 못함에 따라 특정 실습을 위해서 맞춤식 교육용 장비 개발이 절실한 경우가 많다. 특히 전공심층과목인 진동공학에 관련된 교육장비는 국내외 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 실제 현장에서 발생되는 진동현상을 구현하면서, 진동공학의 이론교육과 실습을 위한 교육용 장비들을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 학부생 졸업연구작품 과제를 통해서 개발된 임계속도 측정용 회전체 교육장비, 밸런싱 머신 교육장비, 자석을 이용한 흡진기 교육장비 및 능동진동제어 교육장비를 각각 소개하고, 수업시간을 통해서 교육장비들의 활용성 및 실용성을 검증하였다. 또한 미래 교육장비의 개발 및 적용에 대한 개선안도 제안하였다.

유아교사의 구성주의 교육신념 및 자기조절학습능력이 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향 (Early Childhood Teachers Constructivist Educational Beliefs and Self-regulated Learning Ability: The Effect on Professional Development)

  • This study examined the effects of constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning skills of children on teacher professional development. The study was conducted by sampling 273 teachers. Three kinds of variables, which included constructivist educational beliefs, self-regulated learning ability, and professional development level were measured and analyzed for this study. The results were as follows. First, early childhood teachers beliefs of constructivist education, self-regulated learning ability and professional development were found to be higher than average. Second, the professional development of early childhood teachers is shown to be correlated with constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning ability. When constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning ability scores increases, the professional development score is high. Third, metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies and constructivist educational beliefs are factors that predict the professional development of early childhood teachers. According to results of this study, it suggests that constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning ability are important factors to be addressed.

  • The main objective of this research is to develop an experimental educational facility management information system that will be used for maintaining existing educational facilities in the elementary, junior high, and high schools. The development is based on the nationwide development plan of the education administration information system. The system developed is accomplished by use of Map-application Information System(MAPIS), an applied commercial software that combines Geographic Information System(GIS) with existing Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) such as Database system, Multimedia methodology, and Internet system. In order to figure out the features to be improved in the system developed, the research interviewed the educational facilities management in the Ministry of Education and P Local Education Authority. The authors suggest the functional improvement of the system based on the interview results.

한국의 교육개발협력 연구 동향 분석 (An analysis of research trends on educational development cooperation in South Korea)

  • 이 연구는 한국의 교육개발협력 관련 연구의 동향을 종합적으로 분석하고 향후 발전방향을 전망하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 1993년부터 2015년까지 국내에서 출판된 정책연구 184편과 학술논문 85편의 연구주제, 연구목적, 연구대상, 수행기관(또는 학술지)의 성격 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 교육개발협력 연구는 교육분야 국제개발협력의 정책 발달사와 조응하여 양적 확대 및 연구주제의 다변화가 이루어졌으며, 다음과 같은 세 가지 특징을 발견하였다. 첫째, 교육개발협력 연구는 학술적인 관심보다 ODA 사업을 추진하기 위한 이론적 토대 마련에 초점을 맞추고 진행되었다. 둘째, 한국의 ODA 사업 중에서 교육분야가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높음에도 불구하고, 구체적인 사업의 성과와 한계에 관한 학술적인 분석이 부족하다. 셋째, 교육학계와 국제개발협력학계 간의 학술적 교류가 부족했다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 교육개발협력 연구에 갖는 시사점을 논의하였다.

근로자의 인적자원개발과 직무수준인지가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workers' Human Resource Development and Recognition of Job Performance Level on their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workers' human resource development and their recognition of human resource on-the-job satisfaction. A sample of 4,727 workers that was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data was analyzed by t-test and multiple regression, and was tested by causal effects among related variables. The major findings were as follows: First, the workers' recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment was affected by their annual income, job status, educational attainment, gender, and experiences of human resource development. Second, the workers' job satisfaction was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, health status, job status, annual income, experiences of human resource development, recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment, and recognition for their job availability. Third, the factors that had a causal effect on workers' job satisfaction were educational attainment, gender, age, health status, annual income, and experiences of human resource development. Above all, workers' educational attainment had a strong direct effect on job satisfaction, and annual income had a strong indirect effect on it. From these findings, it can be concluded that workers' effort and trial for development and investment of human resource played an important role in increasing job satisfaction.

Trends and Issues in the Research of Chinese Educational Technology

  • The purpose of this study lies in touching the study trend of Chinese education technology through the analysis on present situation of the study in Chinese education technology, and is to suggest the direction for the its further study and development. In order to achieve these kinds of study purpose, the frames have been set to grasp the features and trend of Chinese educational technology in such as 4 aspects of educational technology definition, curriculum and the cultivation of genuine individuals, study zone aspect and the method, and in order to grasp, in the comparison with the countries of advanced educational technology such as Korea, America etc., the progressive features and the trend of development of Chinese educational technology have been analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that Chinese educational technology has the different features in the study and development of educational technology of Korea and America in the abovementioned 4aspects. First, in the education technology comprehension, it differs from Korea, Japan and America, and understands the technology as a skill. Consequently, in either study or actuality, it seems puts more emphasis on skills (moreover, the aspect of hardware). Second, in the aspect of curriculum and the cultivation of the genuine individuals, gives preponderance to science aspect, and the unclear distinction between the education technology and the computer science makes that the true character of educational technology is not clear. Third, when speaking of study fields and study methods, those of china is a little behind of the advanced nations of the educational engineering, Korea, America and so on. And in the range of study, China is following the international tendency but when it comes to the depth of study and quality is very far from perfect. In the aspect of study method, the theoretical study, design study and development study are occupying mostly, and it is hardly to see the existence about actual proof study, and in this aspect, it is quite different than that of Korea and America. And it is judged that it is related with the traditional educational ideology and the academic study tradition, the cultural air and the features of economical development of China.

한국 도시동네의 형태변화 모델 - 동네의 성장과 교육시설과의 관계를 중심으로 - (A Development Model of Korean Urban Neighborhood: - focusing on the Neighborhood Growth and the Educational Facility -)

  • This study aims to propose a hypothetical urban neighborhood, HanGyo-dong, which is a model for understanding the relationship between the neighborhood change and educational facilities. Three issue layers of the model derived from preceding case studies are: establishment, relocation and redevelopment of educational facilities; formation and redevelopment of adjacent residential areas; and growth of neighborhood commercial cores. The neighborhood changes observed through HanGyo-dong include (1) the formation of educational base and commercial activities along the stream, (2) the growth of student and intellectual community and the installment of public transportation nodes, and (3) the relocation of schools and hospitals followed by a series of redevelopments of single family house into multi-family housing of low-rise residence and high rise apartment complex. The findings call for the collaborative practice of educational administration and neighborhood planning regarding how educational facilities, which were the tool for urban expansion policy, will contribute to the development of the neighborhood's identity as a localized hub.

  • 최근 과학적 정책결정의 합리성을 뒷받침하기 위해서 통계에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 통계 수요자들은 사용자가 필요한 통계표를 직접 실시간적으로 산출하고자 하는 요구를 지속적으로 제기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정 및 통계시스템에서 주로 사용하고 있는 데이터웨어하우스, OLAP 시스템 및 스타스키마에 관하여 알아보고 수요자들의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위한 교육인적자원 통계정보 시스템의 구축에 대해 기술한다. 또한 교육인적자원 통계정보시스템의 핵심기능인 Web OLAP 시스템을 통해서 수요자가 원하는 교육통계정보를 실시간적으로 산출하기 위한 시스템의 구축방안에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
