This paper establishes and propagates the value of the play through the study of the transition process of the yesan play from 1920 to the present, presents an alternative through the unique theatricality of the region and aims to activate it. The theater divided the theater into Yecheon, Chungnam Theater Festival, and Youth Theater Festival, which are currently active, and focused on Yedang International Performing Arts Festival, which is the only one in Yesan. The details of the performance due to the loss of data were not specified as much as possible, but the contents of the yesan play before 1990 were reviewed using the eupji and Myeonji. It also starts with a lack of diversity in plays in the developing direction of Yesan. Children's plays should be dismissed for simple commercial purposes, or the value of traditional Korean plays should be compared to Western ones, to promote the development of local plays through the natural characteristics and the basis of traditional culture, and to sustain the continuity of extreme economic performance and performances through the development of repertoires. Infrastructure deployment can be cited. The in flow of specialized actors and the use of art administrators creates a stable theater environment and activates the reeducation of local actors to promote theatrical imagination. It is also an urgent task to develop a new theatrical form by introducing experimental theatrical methods of young artists in the overseas performance business of theater troupe Yechon. Finally, Yedang International Performing Arts Festival should be characterized and differentiated from other festivals.

In the period of Japanese occupation comic narratives were popular to such an extent as to be published not only newspapers and magazines but also books as 『Yojigyeong』(1910), 『Jeodobaekhwa』(1912), 『Gaegeonhuihui』(1912), 『Angcheondaeso』(1913), 『Kkalkkaluseum』(1916), 『Socheonsoji』(1918), 『Gogeumgidamjip』(1923), 『Mangogidam』(1924), 『Joseonpaldo iksal & jaedam』(1927), 『Segyesohwajip』(1934). This study is to discuss about how those narratives gain modernity with the titles scattered in 『Byeolgeongon』 as the central figure, and to reveal the nature of the comic narratives in 『Byeolgeongon』 by looking into contents. The comic narratives in the magazine are 149, especially from the titles show the editors' agony at that time. The narratives gain modernity by combining the new trend cultural terms which can't be found in our traditional culture as 'sinbu huboja jeonramhwoe.', 'sinrang huboja jeonramhoe.', 'nonsense teuksseolgwan', 'how modern shipbuilding 10 inventions sinjejo', 'sohwabangsongsil', 'sohwabangsongguk', 'freedom march', 'sinchunpoksodaehwoe' and 'humor orchestra'. The narratives give laughter to the readers by carrying the characters such as wit, enlightenment, critics of social conditions, grotesque. The narratives in the magazine 『Byeolgeongon』 represent much to survive with comic story in a time of gloom in the period of Japanese occupation.
The research aims to verify the effects of preference for science and self-directed learning ability of the science puppet show program that the researcher has developed as a STEAM education model. The results for conducting the survey with the same questionnaire before and after the program targeting the students showed that the science puppet show had effects on increasing the science related assignment performance will of the behavioral will among the three sub-dimensions including emotional respond, value cognition and behavioral will, but there was no effect on overall aspects of science preference. It can be interpreted as reflecting the characteristics of the scientific talents who already have a high level of preference for science. In addition, the three sub-dimensions including the cognitive regulation, motivational regulation and behavioral regulation had effects on the self-directed learning ability. Especially it had great effects on the directed learning ability of cognitive regulation, learning motivation of motivational regulation, tool application of behavioral regulation, and cooperation capacity which were greater for female students than male students. It is judged that the three-staged science puppet show program including the 'content integrating stage' that the students integrate the curriculum contents, 'integrated mission stage' of solving the visualization, auralization and performance missions by themselves, and 'process integration stage' of making the stage piece all together.

The results of this research suggested Fashion art Hotel in applying urban regeneration methodologies, Cheongguro-16 plan for content development, arts and culture fashion street planning. Through this research, we want to establish the strategic control strategy between the policy decision making structures for the successful development of the fashion arts content.
The purpose of this study is to develop education programs for effective education of Jeong-gan-bo. Jeong-gan-bo is a unique piece of music made during King Sejong's reign. Starting in the third grade elementary school, Jeong-gan-bo begins to develop. If you fail to understand Jeongganbo in lower grades, you often give up scores of music in a more detailed and complicated manner. This is why we need a customized education program for the first time in lower grades. For this purpose, the basic process of understanding the Jeongganbo is understood to be played as a traditional play. This study consists of the elementary school the 3rd grade scenario. Users who want to experience the metaverse for tourism are exposed to strategic planning in space for the purpose of cultural content. In addition, users learn integrated cultural content in the process of proceeding according to the virtual environment. and Along with the meaning of time and space, users will experience space-telling. It is important to induce interest from the beginning of the experience to continue the experience. However, obstacles arise in this process. This is because developers should promote connections with new information to users who do not have sufficient prior knowledge and only have keywords of interest. Therefore, efficient design methods to enhance interest should be studied in advance. But so far, there has been no research on how to systematically design prior organizers to induce interest in virtual space. This study is an interest-inducing design method that occurs in the process of developing the meaning of virtual space and storytelling of cultural content, and can be seen as a basic study using conceptual guidance-based prior organizer education and learning techniques. First, virtual space elements and human behavior theories were considered. Subsequently, five representative examples of previous organizers currently used were explored, and redesigned and proposed based on a conceptual map for information access and delivery purposes. Through this research process, it was possible to confirm that spatial attributes and cognitive interest elements were effectively transmitted to meaningful learning leading to storytelling learning and elements of service design design method through conceptual guidance.
Purpose of the study: The purpose of developing this youth mission education material is to enable youth to understand the fundamental truths and values of Christianity based on the Bible, comprehend mission work, and practice it in their lives. Research Content and Method: In this study, we examined the concept and necessity of mission education for youth, and presented cases of mission education. The development process of the the materials involved prototype development and conducting FGI, first and second rounds of materials development, expert review and proofreading, and revisions and enhancements to produce the final version. Conclusions and Suggestions: This paper presents the development of mission education materials structured in 12 lessons, specifically designed for youth engagement within churches and Christian alternative schools. These materials include editions for teachers, students, and instructional resources. The contents of mission education are designed from the perspective of Bible, history, culture, and strategy, and are organized into modules so that they can be flexibly utilized in any order in the Christian education field. Additionally, each lesson includes three mission activities to enhance student engagement and motivation. This youth mission education material can serve as a foundational resource for conducting mission education suitable for the next generation in local churches and Christian alternative schools and for continuing mission work.
Gocheong Seogee is a Confucian scholar in the mid-Joseon period during which Confucian philosophy is not completely established as a national discipline. He was an authentic Seon-bi who helped boost Confusion philosophy in southern and northern parts of Chungcheong area including Daejeon, Nonsan, Gongjoo, Buyeo, Hongseong, Jochiwon as well as Boryeong and Dangjin. Following Seogee, Jangsaeng Kim, who had studied under Yulgok, strived to firm up Giho Confusion philosophy there. Influenced by his teacher Geeham Lee's pragmatical school whose main principle is loyal to their country and affectionate to their people, Seogee set his heart on living up to the same path as previous holy men had gone through rather than pursuing an overly speculative school only focused on Confucian scriptures. He seems to have put the virtues of pragmatic Confusion scholars into practice in accordance with the way Confucius and Mencius devoted themselves to their study and learning. He carried Hyangyak into effect, built the first Seowon in Chungnam area called Chunghyeon Seowon emulating Zhu Xi's Baeklokdong Seowon, and paid close attention to learning with Zhu Xi's portrait enshrined. Those things attest that he eagerly strive to put Confucianism into practice. Through these efforts, he gave a significant influence on establishing Confusion philosophy in southern and northern parts of Chungcheong area and trained lots of disciples like Leechang Song, Jaemoon Min - the teacher of Choryeo Yootae Lee - and so on. As a result, he laid a big foundation stone to develop Confusion culture in Naepo region. Therefore, his position should seem to be re-evaluated in Korean Confucian history. In a rigidly hierarchical social structure, he studied and interacted alongside with Geeham Lee, Heon Jo, Ikpeel Song, Sik Jo, and others with no thought of their lower social status and without any academic prejudices. These kinds of his mind-set and attitudes seem to be a precious example of embodying real Seon-bi spirit. So, I suggest Seogee's life has a substantial significance in strengthening personality education of the young today and composing media contents of local community.
To elucidate enzymatic properties of $\alpha$-galactosidases (EC3, 2, 1, 22) from germinated soybean and Aspergillus niger changes in the enzyme activities and oligosaccharide contents during germination of soybean were determined and $\alpha$-galactosidases from germinated soybean and wheat bran culture of Aspergillus niger were purified by ammonium sulfate fractionation, ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration. Their chemical and enzymatic properties were investigated and the results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. $\alpha$-Galactosidase activity of soybean was maximized when it was germinated at $25^{\circ}C$ for 120 hours. And raffinose and stachyose in soybean were decomposed completely after 96 hours and 120 hours of germination, respectively. 2. The highest level of $\alpha$-Galactosidase activity was obtained when Aspergillus niger was grown on wheat bran medium at $30^{\circ}C$ for 96 hours. 3. Soybean $\alpha$-galactosidase was purified by 6.6 fold by ammonium slufate fractionation, ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-Cellulose and Sephadex A-50., and gel filtration on Sephadex G-150. Its specific activity was 825 units/mg protein and the yield was 2.5% of the total activity of crude extracts. 4. Aspergillus niger $\alpha$-galactosidase was purified by 23.7 fold. Its specific activity was 1,229 units/mg protein and the yield was 14% of the total activity of wheat bran culture. 5. The purified $\alpha$-galactosidases of soybean and Aspergillus niger were found to be homogeneous by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and by HPLC. 6. Chemical properties of the purified $\alpha$-galactosidases were : 1) The soybean $\alpha$-galactosidase was monomeric and its molecular weight was estimated to be 30,000 by SDS-PAGE whereas the Aspergillus niger $\alpha$-galactosidase was a tetrameric glycoprotein which consisted of identical subunits with molecular weight of 28,000 each.

This study was designed to explore new nutraceutical and cosmetic resources possessing biological activities from the plant kingdom. To fulfill this purpose, we analyzed the anti-oxidative, anti-melanogenic, and anti-inflammatory activities of Zanthoxylum schinifolium extract (ZSE) and its solvent fractions using in vitro assays and cell culture model systems. Three kinds of ZSE treated with methanol, ethanol, and water exhibited potent anti-oxidative activities through DPPH radical scavenging capacity, and inhibited in vitro DOPA oxidation. Furthermore, Z. schinifolium methanol extract (ZSME) inhibited the ${\alpha}$-melanocyte stimulating hormone, which induces melanin contents in B16F10 cells. Its anti-melanogenic activity originates from the inhibition of tyrosinase enzyme activity and melanogenesis related protein expression. Moreover, lipopolysaccharide induced nitric oxide production in the RAW 264.7 cell line was also ameliorated by ZSME treatment in a dose dependent manner. Among the four solvent fractions of ZSME treated with dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water, three fractions, except water, showed significant anti-melanogenic and anti-inflammatory activities. Taken together, these results provide important new insights into Z. schinifolium, indicating that it possesses numerous biological activities such as anti-oxidative, anti-melanogenic, and anti-inflammatory activities. Therefore, it may well serve as a promising material in the field of nutraceuticals and cosmetics.
