A Survey Study on the Utilization of Welfare Facilities for the Aged in Apartment complex (아파트단지 내 노인복지시설의 이용실태에 관한 조사연구)

  • Our country, korea, has become the aged society in 2000. Thus, the problem of the old assumes an aspect of wide scope and variety, and it becomes a social problem. the world does its utmost to settle the welfare of the old, and international action plan and UN principle for the old have been established in recent years. keeping pace with this trend, our country carries forward a middle and long term plan of welfare of the old. However, facilities for the old in apartment complexes are established not in a level of the welfare of the old, but in a level of relief work or the protection of the old. Therefore this study suggests a series of reform measures of the facilities for the old and the direction of the plan of welfare facilities for the old, by studying the present situation and actual conditions of facilities in apartment complexes.

  • The purposes of this study were 1)to examine the present and the preferred design characteristics of major interior furnishings in the Gamsil apartment area of Gangdong-Ku and to investigate the relationship between those characteristics and residents' socioeconomic and their physical housing characteristics, 2) to determine the past and the future factor structures for attributes of the major furnishing, and , 3) to examine the change between the degree of the past and the future consideration on each of the attributes. The data for the study were collected using self-administered questionnaire. Households in Gamsil apartment area of Gangdong-Ku were the population. A proportional stratified systematic random sampling was employed. 480 questionnaires were distributed and 258 were collected. Among them, SAS package. The staticstics used were frequency, percentage, χ\sup 2\-test, factor analysis, and paired t-test.

  • The purpose of this survey was to find out the actual conditions of living and housing needs of three generation family in the sharing apartment houses in Sang-Gye area. 1. General family type was one which is living with single parent (female), middle-aged couple and their children togeter. 2. Their main mobility to move in this houses was because of the special design of sharing apartment houses. 3. Most of actual dwelling activities of old parents and middle aged couple were performed in condition of space-integration except a few activities. 4. The "Space-compromise type" was proved as the most ideal type of three generation sharing house in our country. In which, private spaces (such as bed rooms and bath rooms) are planned to be used seperately, public spaces (such as living room and dining room) together. 5. It would be better if massionette type was taken in the case of more than 30 pyung (net area).net area).

  • In this research, the relationship between physical measurements and subjective evaluations of floor impact noise in apartment building was quantified by applying the neural network analysis due to its complex and nonlinear characteristics. The neural network analysis was undertaken by setting up L-value, inverse A index, Zwicker parameters and ACF/IACF factors, as input data, which came from the measurements at real suites of apartment building having various sound insulations.   • This paper studied the efficient noise prediction method for new apartment house near the road traffic noise. Three noise prediction software were compared by each prediction noise level using the simple model which is included the road, soundproofing wall and building. Two foreign national calculation models(RLS-90 and NMPB) were verified by comparison of measured sound level. Frequency of sound level was predicted by NMPB and compared by measured data. The sphere of noise source and facade reflection were proposed to accurate predict the road traffic noise in new apartment house.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate a investigating of a floor-impact isolation system using damping materials in apartment buildings. The stiffness elastic modulus(k) by puls impact forces were calculated loss factor by Hilbert transforms. It is absolved that natural frequency was moved floor shock-absorbing materials and the impact force was reduced by floor panel. The slab was constructed by damping materials. As towards a result, the system showed inverse A 45dB by heavy weight-impact noise and inverse A 52dB by light-impact noise. High frequencies impact-noise can be reduced by upgrading naturial frequency of vibration and noise in the system.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the sound insulation performance of windows depending on the sound source types and to propose the noise control method in the apartment house. The regions where apartment houses are constructed are varied in the dominant noise sources such as aircraft noise, railway noise and road traffic noise. For the experiment, nine noise sources including pink noise were selected and recorded, which was used in the experiment by reproducing. As a result of this study, the sound insulation performance of window was found that when the frequency contents of the noise were high level in all frequency bands the difference of sound insulation performance was negligible, but when the frequency contents were low level at particular frequency band the difference of sound insulation performance was shown very differently.

  • In this study, the satisfaction rating to the floor impact sound was investigated for the residents in the apartment Building where the business scheme had been approved after 2005. The results are compared with existing research. The questionnaire survey was conducted to the 597 residents in 14 apartments complex which were applied with standard floor structure and approval floor structure. Most of respondents(71.1 %) answered that the performance of floor impact sound insulation, in case of standard floor structure, was improved compared to the apartments where they used to live. Comparing with the questionnaire survey result of existing research, the answered ratio of 'less annoyed' and 'less loud' is somewhat increased.

  • The increasing population of the elderly is a serious problem in our communities, and a large supply of an apartment house are to accelerate rise of elderly population in apartment house massed areas. The living Pattern of the aged is different from other generations. Accordingly, the living arrangements are induces many problems in the housing life of elderly, sometimes it lower in quality of life. The purpose of this study was to search for the actual family life and needs of the elderly in apartment house. And it was to seize discrepancy between three-generation family and elderly living alone. Also by a user of housing for the elderly, it was to search for an acknowledged and an preference degree about that.

  • After 1970 Years. Korea has developed a concept of public domestic housing. But this house is reached the uppermost limit time of using the occupant's satisfying life. Then reconstruction of Apartment house is urgently needed which is developed in Korea. So this study is examined the demolition work on current reconstructing apartment site. for reconstruction. Therefore this research examined the fitted demolition time of low-rise house and characteristics of demolition works. The conclusions from this experiment are shown below. 1. The average day work in clutcher method is shown about 1, 032㎥/Day. 2. The calculations of the term of construction which is produced by the analysis of demolition construction period on low-rise house is below. D(day) = S(day) + (0.272+0.000902b(㎥))+R(day)
