한국 전통 건축 공간에 나타난 건축 재료의 특성에 관한 연구 - 생태 미학적 관점을 중심으로 - (A study on characteristics of construction materials in Korean traditional construction area - Focused on a viewpoint of ecological esthetics -)

  • Although evolution of construction materials brought about development of modern architecture, they caused destruction of the environment and pollution. This problem is not a new one in terms of ecological esthetics and materials of sustainable architecture in light of the Eastern view of nature and this idea became a background of this study. The basic concept is to try to find out their characteristics from a perspective of ecological esthetics in relation to traditional building materials that nature, architecture, and humans coexist and live with each other to balance. Based on ecological esthetics and precedent studies on materials of traditional architecture, we investigated connections, expressive methods and characteristics in traditional residential construction space. This attempt has meanings in that it can propose a new framework of forming various viewpoints and spatial perceptions in relation to esthetics and traditional construction materials. The current study examined the characteristics by dividing them into tangible and intangible elements based on expressive features of elements of nature. The characteristics found by this process are not simply notion of physical materials, but plays a key role aesthetically and ecologically. Nature and materials take circulation of the law of nature, regulate energy, increase efficiency and play a major role in an economic way. Nature in itself becomes natural alternative energy, and plays its role in an invisible fashion. It examined how expressive characteristics of construction materials are reflected through analyzing residential space and Korean traditional garden having relationships with Eastern viewpoint of nature in relation to Korean traditional construction materials from a perspective of ecological esthetics. Findings of the above study indicate that expressive characteristics of Korean traditional construction materials from a perspective of ecological esthetics are that nature, space, humans coexist and live together and they will provide a clue to an alternative to solve ecological and environmental problems modern society will have in the future. Through this process, it provided a possibility that traditional space and materials can be succeeded in creative and new ways, and it found out the way for nature, space, and humans to coexist and a possibility of ecological esthetics. It addition, it will provide a key base as an alternative of sustainable design of the future.

한국 전통 도자기의 화학 조성에 대한 연구 (II): 조선백자 (Study of the Chemical Composition of Korean Traditional Ceramics (II): Chos$\breve{o}$n Whiteware)

  • 조선백자에 사용된 재료들에 대한 특성을 연구하기 위하여, 광주관요, 충효동과 다른 4곳의 지방가마에서 출토된 도편들의 태토와 유약의 성분을 분석하고 비교하였다. 조선초기의 백자기술은 고려의 청자기술을 기본적으로 계승하면서, 중국 명대의 백자기술의 영향을 많이 받았다. 광주관요에서 사용한 태토원료는 청자에 사용되었던 도석과 같은데, 다만 철산화물과 티타늄산화물의 함량이 상대적으로 적고, 칼륨산화물의 함량이 높다. 한국과 중국 남부에 풍부하게 존재하는 이러한 원료로 중국의 경질백자와 같은 좋은 질의 백자를 개발할 수 있었다. 반면, 충효동에서는 중국 북부의 요지들에서 사용되었던 고령토를 발견하고 사용함으로써 질이 좋은 경질백자를 개발하였다. 유약에 사용된 용융재는 대체로 석회석이며, 처음에는 태워서 사용하였으나, 점점 빻아서 사용되는 경향이 증가하였다. 유약을 만들 때 용융재와 혼합하는 점토는 글래이즈 스톤이라고 불리는 기본적으로 도석과 같은 광물이다. 태토를 만들 때 사용하는 도석보다, 일반적으로 입자가 더 곱고, 장석함량이 더 높다. 이 논문의 조선백자에 대한 과학기술적인 연구와 비교는 최근에 빠른 속도로 발굴되고 있는 18~19세기의 가마터에도 넓혀져야 할 것이다.

한국 정치극의 전개 양상 - 1920년대부터 80년대까지의 정치극운동을 중심으로 - (The Development Aspects of Korean Political Theatre Movement)

  • This paper investigates the development and aesthetics of Korean political theatre from its quickening period 1920s to democratization era 1990s. Political theatre before 90s developed an antithesis resistant movement toward Korean modern history that had been scattered with suppressing political circumstances such as colonial era and dictatorial government, the movement has powerful activity and social influences. Just like the 20 century political theatre had been quickened under the influence of Marxism at Russia and Germany in 1920s, Korea's political theatre began in socialism theatre movement form around the same time. Proletarian theatre groups had been founded in Japan and Korea, and developed into practical movement with organized connection. However, the political theatre movement in Japanese colonial era was an empty vessel makes great sound but not much accomplishments. Most performance had been canceled or disapproved by suppression or censorship of the Japanese Empire. The political theatre in liberation era was the left drama inherited from Proletarian theatre of the colonial era. Korean Theatre alliance took lead the theatrical world unfold activities based on theatre popularization theory such as 'culture activists' taking a jump up the line and 'independent theatre' peeping into production spot as well as the important event, Independence Movement Day Memorial tournament theatre. Since 1947, US army military government in Korea strongly oppressed the left performances to stop and theatrical movement was ended due to many left theatrical people defection to North Korea. The political theatre in 1960s to 70s the Park regime, developed in dramatically different ways according to orthodox group and group out of power. The political theatre of institutional system handled judgment on sterile people and had indirect political theatre from that took history material and allegory technique because of censorship. In political theatre out of institution, it started outdoor theatre that has modernized traditional performance style and established deep relationship with labor spot and culture movement organizations. Madangguek(Outdoor theatre) is 'Attentive political theatre', satirizing and offending the political and social inconsistencies such as the dictatorial government's oppression and unbalanced distribution, alienation of general people, and foreign powers' pillage sharply as well as laughing at the Establishment with negative characters. The political theatre in 1980s is divided into two categories; political theatre of institutional system and Madangguek. Institutional Political theatre mainly performed in Korea Theatre Festival and the theatre group 'Yeonwoo-Moudae' led political theatre as private theatre company. Madangguek developed into an outdoor theatrical for indoor theatre capturing postcolonial historical view. Yeonwoo-Moudae theatre company produced representative political plays at 80s such as The chronicles of Han's, Birds fly away too, and so on by combining freewheeling play spirit of Madangguek and epic theatre. Political theatre was all the rage since the age of democratization started in 1987 and political materials has been freed from ban. However, political theatre was slowly declined as real socialism was crumbling and postmodernism is becoming the spirit of the times. After 90s, there are no more plays of ideology and propaganda that aim at politicization of theatre. As the age rapidly entered into the age of deideology, political theatre discourse also changed greatly. The concept 'the political' became influential as a new political possibility that stands up to neoliberalism system in the evasion of politics. Rather than reenact political issues, it experiments new political theatre that involves something political by deconstructing and reassigning audience's political sense with provocative forms, staging others and drawing discussion about it.

한국 여성영화에 반복적으로 나타난 '거울'과 '새장' 모티프 연구 (A Study on 'Mirror' and 'Cage' Motifs Repeatedly Displayed in Korean Female Movies)

  • 이 연구는 한국 여성영화의 흐름을 통해, 그 특징과 미학 그리고 유사성과 차이점을 살피기 위해 구상된 연구이다. 이 연구를 시행하기 위해서 시대별 대표성을 간직한 네 편의 영화를 선택해야 했다. 일제 강점기에 제작된 영화 <미몽>, 1950년대 여성주의에 대한 논쟁을 대대적으로 촉발한 <자유부인>, 여성의 황폐해진 삶과 이율배반적 남성 시각을 결합한 1990년대 영화 <은마는 오지 않는다>, 그리고 한국 페미니즘 영화의 미래 전형을 제시한 <바람난 가족>이 그 대상 작품이다. 특히 이러한 작품들은 시대별 한국 영화의 전형성과 대표성을 담보하고 있다는 점에서 주목되는 대상작이 아닐 수 없다. 이를 바탕으로 이 작품들에 나타나는 두 개의 공통 모티프를 집중적으로 조명했다. 하나는 여성의 영어 된 처지를 상징적으로 보여주는 '새장' 모티프이고, 다른 하나는 여성들이 자신의 처지를 자각하고 현재 상황을 점검하는데 필요한 '거울' 모티프이다. 한국의 여성영화는 '새장'과 '거울'의 모티프를 일정 부분 공유하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 모티프의 연계를 통해 궁극적으로 겨냥했던 작가적 전언을 전달하는 데에도 주력해왔다.

근대기 금어(金魚) 석하시찬(石霞施讚)의 불상 연구 (A Study on the Buddhist Sculptures of Modern Buddhist Artist SeokhaSichan)

  • 본 연구는 근대기 한국 불교미술의 주요 인물인 석하시찬(石霞施讚, 1893~1958)의 조각 예술을 분석하여 그의 작품이 한국 불교미술사에서 차지하는 위상과 기여를 재조명하였다. 시찬은 스승 완호낙현(玩虎洛現)으로부터 받은 전통적 조형 기법을 바탕으로 독창적인 양식을 개발하여 근대기 한국 불교미술의 경계를 확장하였다. 시찬의 작품 특징과 조형적 변화를 중심으로 그의 예술적 발전 과정을 규명하였다. 시찬의 초기 작품은 석굴암 본존불을 모델로 한 작품과 스승 완호낙현(玩虎洛現)의 영향이 짙게 드러나는 소형 조각들로 구성되어 있다. 후기 작품에서는 육중한 괴량감이 느껴지는 조형감, 작품의 대형화, 자세의 직립화, 불상과 대좌의 일체화, 그리고 옷주름의 장식화 등의 특징이 두드러진다. 이러한 변화는 시찬이 사회적 변화에 대응하며 자신의 내면적 성찰과 예술적 탐구를 작품에 반영한 결과로 해석된다. 본 연구는 문헌 조사와 새롭게 발견된 시찬의 작품을 통해 스승 완호낙현(玩虎洛現)의 영향, 퇴운원일(退雲圓日)과의 협업, 후원자 김지성화(金至誠華)와의 교류, 계승자 금춘성필(金春性必)과의 사승 관계 등을 밝혀냈다. 시찬의 작품과 그의 예술적 변화 과정은 근대기 한국 불교조각사의 중요한 이정표로, 전통과 근대적 감각을 융합한 독창적인 조형성을 보여준다. 본 연구는 시찬의 예술적 유산이 후대에 어떻게 계승되고 발전했는지를 보여주며, 한국 근대 불교조각사 연구에 중요한 자료를 제공한다.

간호학 교과과정 개선을 위한 조사 연구 (A Study on improvement of curriculum in Nursing)

  • This Study involved the development of a survey form and the collection of data in an effort-to provide information which can be used in the improvement of nursing curricula. The data examined were the kinds courses currently being taught in the curricula of nursing education institutions throughout Korea, credits required for course completion, and year in-which courses are taken. For the purposes of this study, curricula were classified into college, nursing school and vocational school categories. Courses were directed into the 3 major categories of general education courses, supporting science courses and professional education course, and further subdirector as. follows: 1) General education (following the classification of Philip H. phoenix): a) Symbolics, b) Empirics, c) Aesthetics. 4) Synthetics, e) Ethics, f) Synoptic. 2) Supporting science: a) physical science, b) biological science, c) social science, d) behavioral science, e) Health science, f) Educations 3) Professional Education; a) basic courses, b) courses in each of the respective fields of nursing. Ⅰ. General Education aimed at developing the individual as a person and as a member of society is relatively strong in college curricula compared with the other two. a) Courses included in the category of symbolics included Korean language, English, German. Chines. Mathematics. Statics: Economics and Computer most college curricula included 20 credits. of courses in this sub-category, while nursing schools required 12 credits and vocational school 10 units. English ordinarily receives particularly heavy emphasis. b) Research methodology, Domestic affair and women & courtney was included under the category of empirics in the college curricula, nursing and vocational school do not offer this at all. c) Courses classified under aesthetics were physical education, drill, music, recreation and fine arts. Most college curricula had 4 credits in these areas, nursing school provided for 2 credits, and most vocational schools offered 10 units. d) Synoptic included leadership, interpersonal relationship, and communications, Most schools did not offer courses of this nature. e) The category of ethics included citizenship. 2 credits are provided in college curricula, while vocational schools require 4 units. Nursing schools do not offer these courses. f) Courses included under synoptic were Korean history, cultural history, philosophy, Logics, and religion. Most college curricular 5 credits in these areas, nursing schools 4 credits. and vocational schools 2 units. g) Only physical education was given every Year in college curricula and only English was given in nursing schools and vocational schools in every of the curriculum. Most of the other courses were given during the first year of the curriculum. Ⅱ. Supporting science courses are fundamental to the practice and application of nursing theory. a) Physical science course include physics, chemistry and natural science. most colleges and nursing schools provided for 2 credits of physical science courses in their curricula, while most vocational schools did not offer t me. b) Courses included under biological science were anatomy, physiologic, biology and biochemistry. Most college curricula provided for 15 credits of biological science, nursing schools for the most part provided for 11 credits, and most vocational schools provided for 8 units. c) Courses included under social science were sociology and anthropology. Most colleges provided for 1 credit in courses of this category, which most nursing schools provided for 2 creates Most vocational school did not provide courses of this type. d) Courses included under behavioral science were general and clinical psychology, developmental psychology. mental hygiene and guidance. Most schools did not provide for these courses. e) Courses included under health science included pharmacy and pharmacology, microbiology, pathology, nutrition and dietetics, parasitology, and Chinese medicine. Most college curricula provided for 11 credits, while most nursing schools provide for 12 credits, most part provided 20 units of medical courses. f) Courses included under education included educational psychology, principles of education, philosophy of education, history of education, social education, educational evaluation, educational curricula, class management, guidance techniques and school & community. Host college softer 3 credits in courses in this category, while nursing schools provide 8 credits and vocational schools provide for 6 units, 50% of the colleges prepare these students to qualify as regular teachers of the second level, while 91% of the nursing schools and 60% of the vocational schools prepare their of the vocational schools prepare their students to qualify as school nurse. g) The majority of colleges start supporting science courses in the first year and complete them by the second year. Nursing schools and vocational schools usually complete them in the first year. Ⅲ. Professional Education courses are designed to develop professional nursing knowledge, attitudes and skills in the students. a) Basic courses include social nursing, nursing ethics, history of nursing professional control, nursing administration, social medicine, social welfare, introductory nursing, advanced nursing, medical regulations, efficient nursing, nursing english and basic nursing, College curricula devoted 13 credits to these subjects, nursing schools 14 credits, and vocational schools 26 units indicating a severe difference in the scope of education provided. b) There was noticeable tendency for the colleges to take a unified approach to the branches of nursing. 60% of the schools had courses in public health nursing, 80% in pediatric nursing, 60% in obstetric nursing, 90% in psychiatric nursing and 80% in medical-surgical nursing. The greatest number of schools provided 48 crudites in all of these fields combined. in most of the nursing schools, 52 credits were provided for courses divided according to disease. in the vocational schools, unified courses are provided in public health nursing, child nursing, maternal nursing, psychiatric nursing and adult nursing. In addition, one unit is provided for one hour a week of practice. The total number of units provided in the greatest number of vocational schools is thus Ⅲ units double the number provided in nursing schools and colleges. c) In th leges, the second year is devoted mainly to basic nursing courses, while the third and fourth years are used for advanced nursing courses. In nursing schools and vocational schools, the first year deals primarily with basic nursing and the second and third years are used to cover advanced nursing courses. The study yielded the following conclusions. 1. Instructional goals should be established for each courses in line with the idea of nursing, and curriculum improvements should be made accordingly. 2. Course that fall under the synthetics category should be strengthened and ways should be sought to develop the ability to cooperate with those who work for human welfare and health. 3. The ability to solve problems on the basis of scientific principles and knowledge and understanding of man society should be fostered through a strengthening of courses dealing with physical sciences, social sciences and behavioral sciences and redistribution of courses emphasizing biological and health sciences. 4. There should be more balanced curricula with less emphasis on courses in the major There is a need to establish courses necessary for the individual nurse by doing away with courses centered around specific diseases and combining them in unified courses. In addition it is possible to develop skill in dealing with people by using the social setting in comprehensive training. The most efficient ratio of the study experience should be studied to provide more effective, interesting education Elective course should be initiated to insure a man flexible, responsive educational program. 5. The curriculum stipulated in the education law should be examined.

한국 전통가옥에서 느껴지는 감성 측정을 위한 대표 감성 분류 (Classification of Representative Emotions to Measure Emotions Expressed by Traditional Korean-style house)

  • 한옥에 대한 대중의 관심은 최근 들어 가히 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 실제로 전주 한옥마을은 2년 연속 1천만 명의 관광객이 방문했을 만큼 큰 인기를 끌고 있다. 이에 따라 여러 지자체에서 한옥의 장점을 살려 관광 기반을 확대할 계획을 수립하고 있다. 관광객들의 요구사항을 충분히 반영한 한옥 체험으로까지 확산하려면 한옥을 체험하는 사용자에게 좀 더 감성적으로 풍성한 경험을 제공해 주는 것이 필요하다. 하지만 한옥을 경험하면서 사용자가 느껴지는 감성을 측정할 방안에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위해 선행 연구를 통해 182개의 감성어휘를 수집하였으며 델파이 기법을 통해 33개로 그룹화하였다. 앞서 그룹화한 33개의 그룹마다 포함된 감성어휘 중에서 한옥의 특성을 중심으로 중복되는 개념의 감성어휘들을 다시 그룹화하고 가장 적합한 감성어휘를 추출하여 68개로 축약하였다. 또한 한옥을 체험한 경험이 있는 사용자 325명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 한옥에서 느껴지는 감성 측정을 위한 대표 감성 30개를 선정하였다. 마지막으로 30개의 대표 감성들을 토대로 요인분석을 한 결과, 각각의 요인에 포함된 감성어휘들의 공통적 특성을 반영하여 '심미감', '행복감', '신선감', '소유감', '균형감', '여유감' 등 총 6개의 요인으로 대표 감성을 분류하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출한 30개의 대표 감성과 6개의 감성 카테고리는 한옥을 체험하면서 사용자들이 느껴지는 감성 정도를 측정하는데 활용할 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 한옥 지붕의 재료와 형태, 몸체 형태 등 다양한 용도를 대상으로 사용자가 느껴지는 감성 정도를 측정해보고자 한다.

토픽모델링과 연결망 분석을 활용한 국내 조경 분야 연구 동향 분석 - 한국조경학회지를 대상으로 - (The Research Trends in Journal of the Korean Institute of Landscape Architecture using Topic Modeling and Network Analysis)

  • 지난 반세기 동안 한국조경학회지는 국내 조경학 연구를 주도하며, 조경 전 분야의 다양한 영역의 주제를 포용적으로 수용하며 발전해 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 게재된 1,802편의 논문 초록을 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구방법은 토픽모델링을 이용하여 연구 주제 유형을 구분하고, 시계열적 연구 경향을 살펴보았으며, 연결망 분석을 이용한 키워드 사이의 관계성과 군집 특성을 해석하였다. 연구 결과, 총 27개 유형의 주제를 확인하였다. 전반적으로 주제의 시계열적 변동성은 적었지만, 근대성, 커뮤니티, 도시재생 등은 새롭게 성장하는 핫토픽이었고 생태조경 관련 주제들은 감소하는 콜드토픽으로 나타났다. 주제별 차이는 있었지만 2000년대 이후 연구 주제의 변동성이 크게 나타났다. 학회지의 상징적 키워드는 '공원'으로 나타났으며, '경관' 또한 학회지가 선도하는 주요한 영역임을 확인하였다. 연결망과 출현빈도를 토대로 보면, 학회지는 '공원'과 '경관', '공간'을 대상으로 '활용', '이용' '조성' 관련 연구를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝의 토픽모델링과 연결망 분석을 이용하여, 학회지의 총체적 연구 경향성을 파악하였다는데 의의가 있다.

「제황상유인첩(題黃裳幽人帖)」에 나타난 다산(茶山)의 정원상(庭園想) (Dasan's Conceptual Thoughts on the Garden in 「Jaehwangsangyuincheop」)

  • 본 연구는 다산 정약용의 의원기(意園記)라 할 수 있는 "제황상유인첩"의 제작 경위와 글에 나타난 주거지의 입지 및 정원 조영의 특성을 분석하여 다산이 추구한 이상적 정원에 대한 생각을 이해하고자 했다. 본 논문은 "제황상유인첩"이 이상적 주거향의 설계도로 기능했을 것으로 가정하였다. 주요 연구 대상은 "제황상유인첩"에 서술된 외부 경관이며, 관련 저작의 분석을 통해 정원 요소와 공간 조영을 수묵화로 시각화하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "제황상유인첩"은 다산이 강진에서 유배하던 1805년(순조 5) 겨울 보은산방에서 은자의 거처에 대해 물어오던 애제자 황상의 질문에 답하여 써준 글이다. 황상은 이를 참고하여 이후 강진 대구면 천개산 아래 일속산방을 조성하였다. 둘째, "제황상유인첩" 속 주거지는 배산임수의 입지를 취하였고 생활과 여가를 겸하는 곳으로 사용되었다. 이곳은 은둔하고 있는 선비의 이상적 주거지였다. 셋째, "제황상유인첩"에 나타난 정원의 특성은 주거지 입지에 있어서의 자연지리의 운용, 다양한 식물재료의 실용적 이용, 정원의 물리적 경계 확장, 정원 요소 향유에 있어서 공감각적 미학 추구, 확장된 정원에서의 적극적 풍류체험으로 살펴볼 수 있었다. "제황상유인첩"은 유배 이후 다산이 원했던 은일하는 선비의 아취 있는 삶의 모습을 담았다. 이는 일속산방으로 구현되었다. "제황상유인첩"은 다산의 정원상이 충실하게 반영된 실현가능한 주거의 이상향으로 해석되었다.

우리나라 성인여성(成人女性)의 브래지어 구매실태(購買實態)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Purchashing Condition of Brassiere for Korean Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide for the basic data useful to the effective production and marketing of the brassiere befitting adult women's body shapes and preferences, and thereby, help them improve their apparel life. For this purpose, 563 Korean adult women aged between 20-59 were sampled to survey their practices of purchasing the brassieres and positively identify the factors affecting the practices and thereupon, determine the correlations among them by age group. Data is processed by a computer(SAS) and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, $\chi^2$-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test. The main results of this study are as follows; 1. The adult women tend to use such mass media as TV, magazines, catalogues and DM to decide for themselves which brassiere befits them most, and to check the brand-name(78.8%) or the sizes(93.4%), but more than 90% of them purchase their brassieres without trying on them. 2. The places of purchasing on which adult women rely most for their brassiere are department stores(32.6%), agencies(26.1%) and discount or pension shops(25.4%), while more than 90% of the sample women often visit bargain sale shops. The average number of brassieres possessed by our adult women is 5.7, and an adult women buys 2.6 brassiere costing 10-30 thousand wons a year on average and consumes a brassiere for the period from 6 months to 2 years. 3. It had been disclosed that the brand favored most by adult women is Venus(56.2%), followed by Vivien (17.6%), Wacoal(6.8%), Amie(2.5%) and Body Guard(2.3%). The most influential factors for the popularity of brands are fitting condition(40.3%) and design(23.8%), which suggests that consumers appreciate functionality and aesthetics. The most important reference affecting our women's choice of brassiere is size(64.4%), followed by design and functionality. The brassiere style favored most by adult women is a wire-type 3/4 cup brassiere made of thin material with sewing lines, while the most favorite color is white. In all, it has been found through this study that adult women's practices of buying their brassieres differ by age group, which may well suggest that brassiere production need to take such age-wise practices into consideration in setting up their brassiere production and marketing strategies.
